If you are reading this, you are reading my newest Naruto crossover story after I had finished work or at least, the majority of/nearly all of the work on my Naruto Digi-Moon Seed Shippuden story series in which I hope that this will be among the best of the works that I have ever made and completed, This story was inspired by VFSNAKE and his Origins of a Fallen Emperor, Naruto and Mortal Kombat crossover story, in which Naruto had become Shao Khan due to the betrayal and manipulation of nearly all of the Leaf including his parents in which they tried to get rid of him for petty reasons. But in my story, Naruto isn’t going to become Shao Khan, however, Naruto, Minato, and those of the Namikaze bloodline will be descendants of Shao Khan and the Mortal Kombat, especially Shao Khan, will be playing a major role in this story. In that case, I want to give credit and thanks to VFSNAKE and his story, Uzumaki Kombat, for the idea of Naruto being the descendant of Shao Khan. I would also like to give thanks and credit to the same VFSNAKE and this time, his story of Origins of a Fallen Emperor for the inspiration of the story, the idea on how Minato, Kushina, and Sarutobi/Third Hokage survival, the backstory of Naruto’s manipulation/betrayal, and the wording of the first chapter of this story coming from the first chapter of his story.

Naruto Shippuden: Coming of the Keyblade Emperor

Chapter 1: Ultimate Betrayal and Start of a Payback Journey

On this day, in the center of the Leaf Village, one of the five great ninja villages in the Elemental Countries, there is a young 12 year old boy with blond hair, blue eyes, three whisker marks coming out of his cheeks and wearing a torn up orange jumpsuit, pants, and dark blue open-toed sandals in which he is covered in chakra suppression seals and chakra suppressing rope binding him to the pole. His name is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze and he is about to die after he learned that he has lived a lie and suffered a level of betrayal that very few people if ever suffer in their lifetimes. After being back Sasuke Uchiha, one of the last of the Uchiha, after he attempted to go rogue, he had been arrested for ‘overdoing it’, which is a lame excuse, and sent him off to Torture and Interrogation in which the head of the division of the Leaf, Anko Mitarashi and Ibuki Morino to get the ‘truth’ out of him without releasing the Nine-Tailed Fox also known as Kyuubi within him.

They did so in which Naruto tried to explain, but he soon realized that this was nothing other than farce to beat and humiliate him before they kill him for some kind of reason. And Naruto was right and he found out the dark and infamous truth about the lie that’s his life and the betrayal of him at the very core.

The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, was not dead like everyone first believed. Like Naruto had been led to believe. His death was faked. Orochimaru's attempt to kill him? Staged, but even Orochimaru didn’t know that fact. Even Orochimaru was fooled to believed that the Third Hokage used the Reaper Death Seal jutsu to seal him his arms away along with the spirit of the First and Second Hokages, but it was an excellent blood clone that took years to develop. Jiraiya and Tsunade, who were his Godparents, revealed to Naruto about the plan to baptize Konoha in fire, blood, and war. One that would make the next generation of Shinobi ready for the future for an even BIGGER war that was foreseen by the Toads and the higher-ups were planning to use to make the Leaf the dominate Shinobi village if not the only Shinobi village left in the Elemental Countries.

At the same time, Jiraiya and Tsunade revealed that Naruto's childhood all been done by the Sandaime Hokage skillful design by filling it with abuse, pain, suffering, and anguish. It was done to cement the boy's loyalty to the village while keeping him too weak to fight back when the time came to subdue should he get to unruly for their tastes. The mere fact Naruto beat Sasuke, who had far more Shinobi training then the other members of the Rookies of his graduating class, spoke volumes to them. The sheer fact that Kakashi only taught Sasuke the entire time, further proved to the higher-ups that Uzumaki Naruto had gotten too strong for their liking. That if left unchecked or allowed to grow further would make the Jinchuirki a threat to the village should he ever learn the truth about his heritage they deliberately kept from him.
So they decided for the good of the village as a whole and their overall plans in general from being put in further jeopardy...to cut their losses. And by cut their losses, they meant cut Naruto out of their lives completely by killing him before anyone outside of Konoha knew what was really going on.

But surprisingly that wasn't even the worst news Naruto got that day.

The Yondaime Hokage, Namikaze Minato himself, his own Father was alive. And not just him either. His wife Uzumaki Kushina and their daughter named Uzumaki Naruko were alive as well. The night of the Kyuubi's attack resulted in Minato sealing half of the fox inside himself and the other in Naruto. But what no one, but those in the most highest positions in Konoha knew, was that a plan had been created based on Jiraiya's "Child of Prophecy" to ensure Konoha was unchallenged by the world. They had come up with a plan that they thought that was simple and wouldn’t fail.

The plan was to have Minato, Kushina, and Naruko go into hiding. The Sandaime would be reinstated back as Hokage of Konoha until the time was right to come out of hiding. The plan also involved the Third Hokage to fake his own death to inspire everyone while they also worked on a plan to restore his youth in the near future while finding a way to extend his life-span very close to an Uzumaki life-span. Naruko would be trained by both her parents to one day return and take up her birthright as both a Namikaze and an Uzumaki.

As for Naruto...the plan involved meant he got the short end of the stick.

Why? Because neither Minato nor Kushina wanted him. Kushina had wanted a girl from the start. She didn't want a son. A son meant raising a possible pervert of a boy. She did not want that and didn't want to deal with some whiny boy for a child. But a girl like her daughter would be easy, as she could bond with Naruko, laugh with her daughter, and have all sorts of fun together since they would have the same personalities. Why should she bother wasting her time in bonding with a boy that could be like Minato? Why should she bother raising a son, who would never be able to understand her when growing up? Too much work! It was better to just leave the brat in the village for them to get their kicks out of hurting the boy and make him into the weapon they planned from the start.

As for Minato, he also wanted a daughter over a son because like Kushina, he didn't care for having a male progeny, and wanted a daughter to spoil silly. The former Yondaime Hokage had also feared that if Naruto had Kushina's personality, the boy would take up too much of Minato's time. The man didn't want to deal with the brat, as his time could be spent elsewhere doing more constructive things, and not on the boy himself.

Besides, Minato needed time to master his new found powers, and wasn't about to risk the possibility of the both halves of the Kyuubi somehow getting back together again by accident. When they were informed by Jiraiya of what Naruto had done at the Valley of the End, being that weakest Leaf Shinobi of his generation beating the supposed best, the family came back, and were now among those ready to see the Kyuubi Jinchuirki die via public execution.

"So this is how it is going to end for me huh? Everything I did for you, this village, and those pricks here now crying out for my blood openly...was all based on a lie?" asked Naruto while Tsunade just glared at him.

"You are a tool Naruto. A tool that has become too knowledgeable and too powerful. We won't allow you to get strong enough take your revenge on us. Not now anyway with the truth revealed to you," replied Tsunade while Naruto growl at her.

"Look at it this way brat. You dying helps us out in the long run," remarked Jiraiya with a smirk on his face.

"And how do you figure that you perverted old shit?" asked Naruto before his face was grabbed hard by Jiraiya and they were looking the other right in the eyes.

"Because when you die, Kyuubi will materialize in nine years, and we can reseal it up easily into Naruko. With both Father and daughter being Jinchuirki with the seal, we can do some serious damage to Konoha's enemies, and bring this world under heel with the power of our Child of Prophecy. The real Child of Prophecy. Not some weak shit like you!" answered Jiraiya before Naruto bit his hand hard and drew blood.

“If I'm so weak, then I shouldn't have been able to make you bleed," countered Naruto before he was punched in the face by Jiraiya.

"Enough Jiraiya! For harming the last Uchiha of Konoha with your demonic powers, by the power invested in me as the Gondaime Hokage Senju Tsunade hereby sentence you Uzumaki Naruto to death!" declared Tsunade before Minato stepped forward, playing to the crowd, chanting his name, his family beaming with pride, and supporting the man every step of the way.

"Anything to say before I put an end to you son? One final thing to say to your Father before the end?" asked Minato mockingly while looking down at his son who looked up at him with furious and cold blue eyes.

Naruto says, with cold and strong as well as determined fury, “I do! I’m not going to let it end here! I’m going to survive throughout whatever means possible and when I come back, I’m going to get my supreme and deserved justice! When this village is burning in flames and when your blood traitor whore of a wife and your daughter of Uzumaki are dead and bleeding at your feet, after I make sure that their name on the Uzumaki clan name is wiped clean, you are going to beg me for mercy! The mercy of death while the corpse of your wife and daughter lay at your feet and you at my mercy, Minato Namikaze! And the name Minato Namikaze and the Namikaze clan will be run through the mud for all time, believe it!”

Minato says, with a cold smirk, “Empty threats, son.” Minato then moves to Sasuke Uchiha and he tells him, “Do it.”

Sasuke says, with a sinister smile, “With pleasure, Yondaime.” As Sasuke prepares to use his Chordi to finish off Naruto, Naruto is determined to survive and make his escape to get his justice.

The Nine-Tailed Fox, Kyuubi, tells him, “I can help you in your justice.”

Naruto responds, “Fuck off, fox! I will do this my way!”

Kyuubi retorts, “Ha! You can’t even move! You can’t do anything! And even if you broke free, they would be on you in an instant!”

Naruto replies, strongly, “I don’t care! I won’t use your power! I will do it this my way! I don’t want revenge! I want justice! And I will get it! I won’t lose to them or to you, believe it!” Just then time seemly slows down to a stop and Naruto then finds himself on top of a glass platform in which he sees the glass top has a mural-like picture of himself between the Elemental Countries and some kind of nightmare realm surrounded people which including seven males, four females, and one anthropomorphic mouse. Naruto asks, “What’s going on?”

Just then a voice says, “So much to do and so little time. Your heart holds great power, young one. What path will you choose?” Naruto is confused, but he then goes on a journey in his mind fighting strange monster ant-like creatures that come up from the shadows, his own shadow, and then a shadow version of the Nine-Tailed Fox in which results him getting a strange weapon which looks like a sword sized skeleton key with the blade and teeth of the huge key being silver, the handle being golden, and there is a silver keychain attached to the handle with mouse head jewel at the end. And there is one word that he heard as he welded this oversized key: Keyblade. Back in the ‘real world’, Sasuke charges in for the kill with his Chordi preparing to gain his Mangekyo Sharingan by killing his best friend, but then Naruto smirks at this in which before anyone can say or do anything, there is the sound of flesh being cut and blood spatting. However, everyone gasps as it wasn’t Naruto’s blood that was spilled as they see Sasuke’s right arm lying on the ground in a pool of blood as Naruto, freed from his binds, and the seals on his body glowing before they shatter apart with the oversized key that he had in his mind in his right hand. Sasuke didn’t sense anything until the pain of his arm being cut off screams out in which he screams out in pain and agony.

Coming out of the stupor, Sakura Haruno, Naruto’s former teammate and one of Sasuke’s ‘fan girls’, shouts out, horrified, “Sasuke-kun!”

Naruto roars out, strongly, “Sasuke, you will never get your eyes from me since we are forever enemies, teme!” Naruto then rams his Keyblade, which has a Rasengan, a sphere of spiraling chakra, at the end, into Sasuke’s chest and Sasuke roars out as the chakra sphere rips into him sending him flying into the gathered crowd which are still in shock at what happened.

Tsunade shouts out, “What the fuck is going on?”

Jiraiya responds, “You are asking me?!” Just then Naruto turns the Keyblade onto the seal on his stomach causing it and the Keyblade to glow.

Naruto roars out, “You wanted the fox?! Here it is! My Keyblade will unlock the seal and release the Kyuubi to get rid of you!”

There are multiple gasps and Sarutobi shouts out, “Stop him!” But it is too late as there is a ‘click’ heard and a column of red chakra surrounds Naruto as it goes into the sky in which a sinister monstrous laugh is heard, but within Naruto’s mind, there is a piece of Minato and Kushina within Naruto’s mind to not only contain the Nine-Tailed Fox to make sure that it didn’t get loose before they were ready, but also to contain Naruto. However, Naruto confronts the pieces of his mom and dad in his mind, impale them with the Keyblade, and somehow absorbed them into himself gaining all of their knowledge, skills, and abilities that they have their life until the point that Minato seals those pieces of them inside of them. Back in the ‘real world’, both Minato and Kushina, who is holding Naruko in a protective manner, gain an immense pain and feeling of dread as the chakra takes the form of the Nine-Tailed Fox as it was before Minato sealed him and its Yang chakra into Naruto.

Kyuubi says, “This is a surprise even for me!”

Minato shouts out, “Kyuubi!”

Kyuubi responds, “That’s right, fool! You have made the ultimate mistake in the ultimate betrayal! Not even we, yokai, would do so wrong which even deities would frown upon, Namikaze! And now, you are going to pay for it by the hands on your own son!” Out of the smoke and dust, Naruto reappears, but now, his body looks more muscular and stronger as well as taller looking as he should if he wasn’t malnourished as a child.

Kushina says, shocked, “It can’t be! I nearly died when you came out of me!”

Kyuubi responds, “That’s because you were torn for me while the brat freed me on his own in which damaged him a lot less than what happened to you, fool! Now, it seems like your son has become even more powerful thanks to you!”

Minato asks, “What do you mean?”

Naruto responds, with a deeper and strong voice, “What it means ‘pops’ is that all that you and mom had is now mine!”

Minato and Kushina are confused in which Tsunade shouts out, “Kill him! Kill him now!”

As a group of ANBU charge at Naruto, Minato gets an idea and he shouts out, “Wait!” However, it is too late as Naruto unleashes golden chakra chains from his body which impale and instantly kill all of the ANBU, shocking and horrifying everyone in which panic sets in as Naruto throws the bodies over to the crowd causing a mass panic in the village and the ninja are confused at what to do. Ibuki leaps over to attack Naruto, but Naruto uses his chakra chains to bind Ibuki’s legs causing him to crash in front of Naruto.

Naruto tells Ibuki, “You thought that it was fun to torture me and not pay the price, Ibuki-teme?!” Naruto then slashes Ibuki’s eyes with his Keyblade and Ibuki shouts out in pain and agony as he covers his destroyed eyes.

Ibuki roars out, “My eyes! My eyes!” As other ninja try to attack Naruto, Kyuubi steps as he starts a rampage and causing dozens of ninja after another to get killed or seriously wounded.

Sarutobi shouts out, “Stop the Kyuubi! Stop it to seal it into Naruko!”

Kushina says, seriously, “I’ve got it!” But then she is entrapped by Naruto’s chakra chains and flung towards him in which she finds herself in front of her ‘estranged’ son.

Naruto shouts out, “You threw me away just because you wanted a girl?! Not even the Fire Daimyo would do such a thing! He wants a male heir, but he would never treat any daughter like dirt! He would love and care for her! And fucking pervert! Do you think that if you raised me that I would dare become a pervert, you fucking worthless wench of an Uzumaki?! And the words ‘slut’ and ‘whore’ came out for female perverts, you worthless piece of shit?! This is just a little piece of payback for now, but you are going to pay the full price for betraying someone of Uzumaki blood especially your own son!” Before anyone can say or stop him, Naruto slashes Kushina right in the face with his Keyblade and she cries out in pain as her face was slashed through her eyes were untouched. Naruto then throws Kushina like a pile of trash into Minato and knocking both of them down to the ground.

Just then Naruto hears a familiar male voice, “You dare hurt sensei and his wife?!” Naruto then dodges an attack from Kakashi Hatake, his former teacher, in which Naruto uses his chakra chains to bind him before making look at him in the eye.

Naruto tells Kakashi, “You told me that those that betray comrades are less than trash, scum?! You are a pure hypocrite just like your teacher, so, you can die with him when the time comes, but this will do for now!” Quick as a flash, Naruto takes a kunai from Kakashi’s pouch and impales him in the foot causing him to scream out in pain before Naruto throws him away in which he then dodges an attack from Tsunade.

Tsunade shouts out, enraged, “You worthless brat! You are going to pay for hurting Kushina!”

Naruto says, “Then you can die with her like the other trash that dare to call themselves, Uzumaki, you big breasted whore!” Naruto then unleashes more charka chains in which Tsunade dodges, but then two chains come up from under the platform, impale Tsunade in the knees, and she yelps out in pain as she crashes to the ground in which Naruto leaps up and slam his feet into her face slamming her through the platform into the ground below. Jiraiya tries to attack with a Rasengan, but Naruto uses his chakra chains like a twist and badly cuts up Jiraiya before turning his wrath on the Third Hokage, who knows that he is next. However, Minato attacks Naruto in a flash of yellow lightning and hits him with a Rasengan causing Naruto’s orange jump shirt to be destroyed while he is thrown into the side of the building causing him to break several ribs and blood to come out of his nose and mouth.

Minato says, “You worthless little snot! You dare scratch my Kushina-chan’s face! You dare?!”

Naruto says, with a glare and deadly smirk, “I do dare, Namikaze-teme. You, all, called me worthless, but I just made you look like Genin.”

Minato says, “You got lucky, Naruto! Naruko or I are the ‘Child of the Prophecy’! We are destined to untie the world under one banner: The Leaf!”

Naruto retorts, “How can your precious daughter to do that when she is paralyzed?!” Minato gets confused, but then a scream of agony appears in which Minato looks in horror to see a chakra chain come out of the ground behind Naruko and impale her in the base of her spine, paralyzing her, in which she collapses like a pile of potatoes.

Minato says, horrified, “Naruko!”

Naruto then says, “Let’s see if the Toads know about your betrayal!” Minato’s eyes widen as he looks at Naruto, but Naruto performs a Summoning Jutsu in which he brings out Gamabunta, Gamahiro, another large building sized toad, Gamaken, another huge toad, Gamakichi, the son of Gamabunta, who is chief of the Toad clan, and the two of the elder toads, Fukasaku and Shima.

Jiraiya sees this and he thinks, “Oh, fuck!”

Gamabunta asks, “What’s going on here?” When Gamabunta sees Minato, he asks, stunned, “Minato? You are here? But how? You died! What’s going on?”

Fukasaku asks, seeing the situation, “Yes, what is going? How is Minato-boy alive? And why is the Kyuubi on the loose?”

Naruto says, struggling to his feet, “I can answer that one, geezer toad.”

Fukasaku asks, “Who are you?”

Gamakichi responds, “That’s Naruto! The newest summoner! Man, what happened to you, bro?”

Naruto says, “I just found out that I’m the son of Minato Namikaze after I found out that he faked his death along with his mother, screwed with my life for stupid reasons, and tried to murder me in cold blood!”

There are multiple gasps from the toads and Gamabunta says, seriously, “Explain!” Soon enough, Naruto explains what happened including what Jiraiya and Tsunade told them and when Naruto was done, the toads gained enraged looks as they glare at Minato, Jiraiya, and the whole of the Leaf Village with enraged looks.

Shima shouts out, angrily, “This is unforgivable! An ultimate crime against nature itself!”

Gamabunta shouts out, enraged, “You worthless pieces of shit! You didn’t want a son just because you felt that he would be pervert?! If you had raised him properly, the two of you, he would never end up that way! The only way that he would end up like that is because your worthless asses didn’t raise him properly and for another fact, human women are just as perverted as men!” Gamabunta tells Shima, “Sorry, Lady Shima.”

Shima tells Gamabunta, “Not insult taken Gama-boy. And you have a point. As much as we, women, hate to admit, we have the same nasty ability to be just as perverted as men can. It is just not as common.” Shima shouts out, “That’s not the point!”

Fukasaku shouts out, angrily, “How dare you, Jiraiya-boy?!”

Jiraiya roars out, “We had to do what we must!”

Fukasaku yells out, “You worthless fool! You never mess with a prophecy in any way that it could be destroyed! It is spitting the face of the universe itself and the universe always bites back hard! And right now, Minato and Naruko are not the ‘Child of the Prophecy’, but now, I know who the one and only ‘Child of the Prophecy’ is!”

Minato asks, confused, “What do you mean?”

Fukasaku says, “Before we got here, the Great Toad Sage told us that the Child of the Prophecy shall be one that will rise above others after living an ‘illusionary life’ and will suffer a betrayal like no others, but his strength of will allows him to gain the ‘key of the worlds’.” Fukasaku says, pointing to the Keyblade, “The ‘key of the worlds’ is the Keyblade, the ultimate weapon of the multiverse, it has the ability to allow the welder to open any lock on any door, seal, or the like as well as create gateways to other worlds. The legend of the Keyblade has the welder saved worlds and the other legend says that he wrecked chaos and destruction due to the fact that Keyblade welders did either one or the other in times past in which the Six Path Sage himself did the first since he welded the blade that Naruto-boy welds now.”

Jiraiya asks, shocked and stunned, “You can’t mean?”

Fukasaku says, with a plain tone, “Despite training him so little, you did train him, but we can see that Naruto-boy is the one and only true ‘Child of the Prophecy’, the one that has the fate of the ninja world in his hands.”

Minato shouts out, in disbelief, “No, it can’t be true!”

Naruto says, with a smirk, “The fate of the ninja world, huh? That means that when I’m strong enough I can choose death for the Leaf.”

The Third Hokage heard enough and he shouts out, “Take him! We must capture or kill Naruto! It doesn’t matter if we get the Kyuubi, if Naruto escapes, the Leaf is doomed! Get him now!”

As the Leaf ninja prepare to move in, Fukasaku shouts out, “We must defend Naruto-boy at all costs! He holds the Sage’s weapon! He must be the true Child of the Prophecy! Our world is doomed if this betrayal succeeds!”

Gamabunta takes out his sword and responds, “You got it, Fukasaku-sama!” Soon enough, the Toads start to attack the Leaf ninja and Gamabunta tells Gamakichi, “Gamakichi, let the other animal clans allied with the Leaf know of this betrayal! Make sure that they can never summon any of us again!”

Gamakichi says, with a nod, “With pleasure, pops!”

When Gamakichi vanishes in a puff of smoke, Minato shouts out, “Shit! Do you know what you have done?!”

Naruto responds, “Next time, treat your own children better or they won’t bite you in the ass, you fucking blond piece of scum!” Minato prepares to attack, but Gamabunta attack him.

Jiraiya shouts out, “You can’t do this!”

Fukasaku says, “You nearly sent the world into total darkness, you fool! And you and Minato have committed an unforgivable act in our eyes! Naruto is our own only summoner now Jiraiya! And without us, your Sage powers are no more!” Jiraiya is flabbergasted and enraged in which he blames Naruto in which Naruto looks to see an ANBU using creating wood to entrap the Kyuubi.

The ANBU, known as Tenzo, says, “We have you now, fox!”

Kyuubi responds, “I won’t be sealed again especially not by a perverted version of the First Hokage’s jutsu in which whose beliefs you have betrayed, human!”

Tenzo says, “You have no right to talk about the First Hokage!”

Naruto roars out, “And neither do you bastard!” Tenzo then gets hit by two chakra chains in the kneecaps causing Tenzo to cry out as he collapses to the ground since his legs are, for the moment, useless in which Naruto uses his Keyblade to free the fox from the wooden entrapments in which the massive fox leaps over to Naruto and the Toads.

Gamabunta shouts out, “Naruto, we need to get you out of here! Get on and you will join us!”

Naruto says, with a nod, “Right!”

Fukasaku says, “We can’t leave the Nine-Tailed Fox with them!” Gamabunta nods his head, reluctantly, in agreement in which as Minato throws his kunai and uses his Hirashin to teleport over to Naruto, but he, the Toads, and the fox vanish in a large puff of smoke leaving no trace that they were there.

As Minato landed, Sarutobi shouts out, stunned, “They’re gone! No!” Minato then goes over to Naruko in which Kushina, a bleeding scar across her once beautiful face, has Naruko cradled in her arms while Shizune, Tsunade’s assistant, examines her.

Shizune says, solemnly, “I’m sorry, Lady Kushina.”

Kushina says, shocked, “No.”

Shizune says, “Naruto hit her at the base of the spine and it is worse than Rock Lee’s condition, she is paralyzed from the lower waist down for good.”

Kushina says, angrily, “He’ll pay for this!”

Minato says, “He will, Kushina-chan.”

Jiraiya says, “No, Minato.” When Kushina and Minato look at Jiraiya, he says, “If he is the Child of the Prophecy, then we are the ones that will pay and pay good since he has escaped. Look at what he did. If he gets enough training, you can realize what he can become.” A sense of major dread comes over to badly injured Uzumaki-Namikaze family, they know that Naruto has escaped and he has Uzumaki Chakra Chain ability with this legendary weapon, the Keyblade, which was also welded by the Six Path Sage, the founder of the ninja system that exists today, in which he has done enough damage like this now, if and when Naruto returns, they may be in for a living nightmare at their betrayal of their son and the Leaf will follow. Out of the crowd, one young girl, Hinata Hyuga, age 12 and heiress to the Hyuga clan, is glad that Naruto escaped.

Hinata thinks in her mind, “You’re free, Naruto-kun. And I know that you will turn into a great warrior and person out there. And I will become stronger and break free of my chains too one day.”

(Elsewhere in the Elemental Countries; Later on)

At the home of the Toads, Mount Myoboku, Naruto is resting from his whole ordeal while Fukasaku and Shima consult with the Great Toad Sage in which what they thought was indeed confirmed.

Shima says, with a nod, “So, he is the chosen child.”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “That’s correct, Shima.”

Shima says, with a sneer, “I can’t believe Minato-boy and his fucking wife! She has gone against what it means to be an Uzumaki!”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “And she will pay for it! We will find a way to contact the guardians of the Uzumaki clan and make sure that she, her daughter, and Tsunade are made Uzumaki Blood Traitors leaving only Naruto-boy as the last of the Uzumaki clan.”

Shima says, looking at Naruto solemnly, “At least we saved Naruto-boy.”

Fukasaku says, with a sigh, “Saved his life, but it doesn’t mean that the prophecy hasn’t become dark. This is the ultimate level of betrayal, Shima.”

Shima says, with a nod, “I know, sweetie. The poor boy. He never deserved any of this.”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “Aye, it is true, ma. Minato-boy and Jiraiya-boy along with the rest of the Leaf will pay for this. We will make sure that the other animal clans never ally with the Leaf and when they see what happened to Naruto-boy, they will be fools not to break off all relations with the Leaf.”

Shima says, with a plain tone, “However, the snakes may think differently.”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “I agree, ma.”

Shima asks Fukasaku, “What can we do?”

Fukasaku says, “Do what we must. We must save whatever light is in Naruto-boy’s heart. And since he is the one true Child of the Prophecy, he has the right to learn Sage jutsu.”

Shima asks, shocked, “So soon? Pa, in his current condition, he is no condition to learn Sage arts!”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “You have a point, ma.”

Nearby, the Nine-Tailed Fox says, “If you ask me, you need to find someone that can teach him the use of the Keyblade and master the light and darkness within him. He is going to be a Keyblader of Twilight and more. If you wish to save that light and make it grow even stronger, then the kit will need new bonds. He still has a light due to the fact that Hyuga heiress showed that she wanted to be his mate for than anything.”

Naruto then moans out, as he is sleeping, “Hinata.”

Fukasaku says, “As much as I hate to admit it, Kyuubi, you are right. We need to make Naruto gain new bonds and true bonds which won’t be easy after the betrayal of the whole of the Leaf especially his wretched family. I can’t believe that Minato-boy would do something so unthinkable.”

Kyuubi retorts, “Makes you wonder if you really knew him, Toad!”

Gamabunta roars out, annoyed, “Why don’t you shut up fox?!”

Kyuubi responds, “Be glad that I’m still somewhat bound to the seal or I will make you eat those words, toad!” FYI: Despite Naruto using the Keyblade to unleash the Kyuubi, Naruto modified the seal to make sure that Kyuubi can’t do anything to him or anyone else unless he is allowed by Naruto to.

Fukasaku says, “Enough, Gamabunta-boy! I don’t like the Kyuubi as much as you, but we can’t let the Leaf have him! Not after what they have done!”

Kyuubi says, “You realize that the Fourth Hokage still has my Yin chakra sealed inside of them and while the Uchiha and fake of the First Hokage have been crippled along with blasted daughter of kit’s traitorous father, they could replicate the same healing ability that I have given the kit in order to restore them especially the Uchiha in which they will have too many edges.”

Fukasaku says, with a nod, “Which is why I’m having the animal clans break off with the Leaf Village and we are spreading the word of what happened. We also have taken the ideas in which we have snuck into the Leaf hospital and have gotten these.” Soon after, another toad comes out and out of its mouth, there is a scroll.

Shima asks, “What are those?”

Fukasaku says, with a smirk, “Naruto-boy’s birth certificate and all of the files that they tried to keep hidden away in which once we make copies, the Leaf will be a pariah as allies withdraw from the fold and cause nothing, but economic and political heartache.”

Kyuubi says, with a wicked smirk, “Not bad, Toad. I’m impressed.”

Fukasaku says, with a snarl, “I didn’t do this to make you impressed, fox. I’m doing this to hopefully teach the Leaf a lesson.”

Kyuubi retorts, “After what you have learned and saw, old fool! Ha! You know better! This will delay them, but they will go causing war and spreading chaos and war throughout the lands to dominate the Elemental Countries, you know that?!”

Fukasaku says, with a snarl, “You have a point, fox. However, Naruto-boy will be ready when the time comes for him to return home.”

Shima asks, “Where are you sending him?”

Fukasaku says, “To someone that can teach him to use the full power of the Keyblade. He is the chosen one and he is the only hope for our world.” Unknown to the toads, they have an intruder that even they can’t sense in their home in which the invisible intruder then vanishes in which Fukasaku looks around for a second.

Shima asks, “Is something wrong?”

Fukasaku says, with a sigh, “No, ma. I think that it is nerves.”

Shima says, with a nod, “I agree, pa. We have had a heavy day in which many of us have been betrayed by people that we admired and thought we can trust.”

Fukasaku says, looking at Naruto’s sleeping form, “We can only hope that it is start to forge a bond that will perverse and cause Naruto-boy’s light to grow strong.” Before Naruto left and he recovered in the Toad’s home, what happened that day would help Naruto forge a bond with the Toads in which he is touched by their loyalty and feels that they have been as much betrayed by his former family, so-called friends, and village as much as he has in which the Toads made Naruto their only Summoner and pass on the main summon contract in which Minato’s and Jiraiya’s names have been destroyed from the contract making them unable to summon toads or reserve summon Naruto. Naruto then also remembers the kindness of only one person in the Leaf Village, the one girl that had a crush on him, Hinata Hyuga, in which he swore to return and save her from the Leaf Village, which he feels has become corrupt and evil just like his former family and so-called other ‘precious people’ in the former home, in which if he is some kind of ‘chosen one’ to save and protect his world, the Leaf is part of the ‘evil’ that he must destroy to bring peace to the Elemental Countries.

(Within another realm; later on)

Inside of another realm, a place known as Outworld, the tyrannical ruler of Outworld, one Shao Khan, is now entrapped in his kingdom thanks to his attempts to gain the realm of Earth including by breaking the rules, is sitting on his throne in which a humanoid warrior wearing a green and black ninja suit then appears in a form similar to a chameleon coming out of its camouflage.

Shao Khan says, in his monstrous voice, “Report Reptile!”

The humanoid ninja-like warrior responds, “The execution of Naruto Uzumaki didn’t happen, my liege. He has escaped.”

Shao Khan says, with a plain tone, “The boy may be stronger than I give him credit for.”

Retile then says, “There is more, my liege. He has gained the power of the Keyblade.”

Shao Khan asks, surprised, “What?” He slams his fist into his throne causing a massive shaking that’s felt all over his palace and he says, “Show me, Reptile!” Soon after, Reptile creates images from his mind and Shao Khan sees the events of the failed execution of Naruto with his own eyes causing his eyes to widen.

When he is done, Reptile says, “The toads, who have named the boy their only welder, plan to send him off to get training to weld the full power of the Keyblade.”

Shao Khan says, “This isn’t what I planned Reptile! You know what that boy is along with his father!”

Reptile says, with a nod, “Of course, sire.”

Shao Khan then says, with a wicked smile, “However, this turn of events may prove to my advantage.”

Reptile says, with a nod, “Forgive me, sire. I don’t wish to speak up against you.”

Shao Khan retorts, interrupting Reptile, “I know that Reptile! I may be trapped here for the moment, but Raiden and his weakling Elder Gods won’t keep me contained forever! I am Shao Khan! Conquer of worlds! And don’t consider me a fool Reptile! I know the line that I am treading!”

Reptile responds, “Forgive me, sire.”

Shao Khan responds, “You are, for now. However, your concern for me is not needed. Those foolish Elder Gods can’t do a thing since I have not violated the rules since they make me unable to cross into other realms and I have not interfered directly in other realms in which I have done so indirectly since the day that my descendant was born.” Shao Khan then looks over nearby in which there are two human sized glass tubes in which a male and female figure can be seen in there.

(Heading into another realm; Later on)

Inside of a tower, the great wizard and former Keyblade Master, Yen Sid, is looking into some kind of mirror in front of a figure in which the figure’s eyes widen.

The figure asks Yen Sid, in a familiar voice, “Hey, Yen Sid-dono, what’s up?”

Yen Sid lowers the mirror, gains a stoic expression, and he tells the figure, “You have a long journey ahead of you, Naruto.” As the figure is revealed to be Naruto, wearing a new jumpsuit and cloths (A/N: Think of Naruto’s Shippuden outfit.), in which Yen Sid says, “There is much darkness within you and I don’t blame you for that. You have suffered what no ordinary person, no ordinary child, should and could suffer and endure in which it is amazing that you have not lost yourself to the dark.”

Naruto responds, with a stern tone, “I don’t plan to turn into that Teme. I want justice not revenge.”

Yen Sid tells Naruto, “Is it? There are times that there is a fine line between the two and it is up to you to figure out what that line is, young Naruto.”

Naruto says, with a stern and determined tone, “I won’t become anything like those backstabbers are or try to make me become, believe it.”

Yen Sid says, with a nod, “We shall see if your resolve is that strong, young Naruto. As I have said, you have a long journey ahead of you. Decades of training.”

Naruto yells out, shocked, “Decades?”

Yen Sid says, “If one is traveling in the multiverse, you must realize that time in one universe doesn’t match time in the other. However, your body will only age the time that will pass in your home universe, young Naruto.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Which is?”

Yen Sid responds, “I am not absolutely sure, young Naruto. You will have many adventures and you will be helping many people. You have much great potential and you will forge new bonds since your heart is unique to ‘connect’ with others. Remember, you have connected with many good hearts outside of the place of your betrayal.”

Naruto says, with a nod, “Yeah, Yen Sid-dono. And I need to get stronger for them. For Koyuki-chan, Old Man Tazuna, and Gaara and his village.”

Yen Sid says, “Remember that reason above all others, Naruto.”

Naruto says, with a nod, “I will, believe it.”

Yen Sid says, pointing to another room, “There are three good fairies that will help get new clothing to help you start on your long journey ahead.” Naruto nods his head and he heads off to the other room in which when Naruto is out of hearing range, Yen Sid says, plainly, “A long journey indeed in which you will find out that you will need to follow your ninja code and look ‘underneath what you see under the surface’, young Naruto.” Yen Sid then looks into the mirror in which he sees a glass mural showing Naruto fighting against Shao Khan and Madara Uchiha with multiple people from different universes/realms surrounding Naruto over a flaming Leaf Village.

And that’s the end of the first chapter, everyone! As I said, this story was inspired by VFSNAKE’s latest story, but in this one, Naruto doesn’t become Shao Khan, however, like in another Naruto/Mortal Kombat crossover story, Naruto is the descendant of Shao Khan, but in my story, here, his bloodline from Shao Khan comes from his father’s side, not his mother’s side, his Uzumaki side, folks. I plan for this story to be like most of VFSNAKE’s stories in the fact that I plan for this story to be 10 to 15 chapters in length. So, you are going to have to prepare for a time skip and for Naruto’s new allies to come into the mix. Later and best wishes, Crossover Fans!
