It was a nice day in Nerima and Ranma Saotome was walking to the park. He had a week to think about Bast's offer and he was going to give her his answer. He was waiting for her in the park on a bench and sighed. Just then, two strong, golden furred arms wrapped around his upper torso. Followed by a slight purr, he closed his eyes and sighed into the embrace. “Hello Bast-Sama.” He said softly, she allowed him to turn and look at his goddess. She was still very beautiful and she smiled.

 

“Hello Ranma,” she said. “So it's been a week, have you made your choice?” He nodded and smiled at her.

 

“Yes ma'am, I wish to be your champion.” He said and with that she hugged him tightly. Then she pulled back.

 

“Come on,” she said. “We need to go.”

 

“Go where?”

 

“Taut Che Set, I'm going to teach you the True Neko Ken.” With that he disappeared with his goddess. About 5 minutes later, Ranma reappeared dressed in long white robes made of Egyptian cotton, a muscle shirt and slacks made of the same material. He was wearing black soft leather boots. His hair was tied in a ponytail and his eyes were shining and bright. But what got the most attention was the fact that he was a 7 foot 4 inch tall lion were. He was strong and powerful; he also had a 4-foot long, rune broad sword on his hip.

 

His mane was wheat-colored but his eyes were still the icy blue everyone remembers. `I guess it is time for me to settle everything.' He thought and he was on his way to the dojo. Once he got there, he deformed into his human form. Which was now 6 fee 5 inches, was buffed and well built, with cat eyes now. He had an aura all his own, the aura would make any woman want him and desire him. His clothes changed back in to what he was wearing when he left. When he walked into the dojo, he made his announcement.

 

He saw Nabiki and went over to her, “hey Nabi-chan.” He said, she quickly looked at him and wanted to demand that he apologize for calling her that. But it died in her throat; she looked him in the eyes and smiled. “Are you okay?” He said concerned.

 

“Uh yeah, what was did you want Ranma?” She said, `I hope it involves my room, you, me and bottles of chocolate sauce.'

 

“Oh nothing, I just wanted to get the crew together because, I think it's time to settle this once and for all.”

 

“Alright, I'll see if I can get the together.” So she started to call everyone up and they were there.

 

“What is this all about Son-in...Ranma?” Said Cologne, everyone was in shock.

 

“You're not calling me `son-in-law'?”

 

“You have the mark of a goddess up on you, as Amazons we must break off our chase on you.”

“Alright, well how's about I propose this? If you guys need me in any shape of form, short of giving you any of my offspring, I'll deliver.”

 

“We can accept that.”

 

`That was easy.' “Now on to, Ryoga.” He looked at the lost boy, “I offer one final match. You vs. me, no hold barred. Just name the place and I'll set up a time. Okay?”

 

“Wait you're willing to give me my man-to-man fight?” Ranma nodded.

 

“What do you say?” Ryoga nodded and they agreed to it. Next was Ukyo, “honestly. Do you really want to marry me?” That got her thinking, “think about this. Are you really in love with me or are you in love with the fact you are in love with me? Once you can answer that come back and tell me, okay?” She nodded, now it was the Kunos turn. “Tatewaki Kuno, you're a true samurai am I correct in that assumption?”

 

“Yes I am.” He said.

 

“Then as a true samurai, you would have to accept any challenges correct?”

 

“Yes.”

 

“Then I, Saotome Ranma, of the Saotome clan and warrior of Bast, Egyptian goddess of Cats, challenge both you and your sister, Kodachi to a 2 on 1 match. If I win, you will stop your advances on pigtailed girl, the Akane Tendo and me. If you win, then I'll help get a date, THAT IS ONE DATE, with Akane for you Tatewaki and a date with me Kodachi. How does that sound?”

 

“A date with the fierce Akane Tendo?”

 

“Correct.”

 

“Very well, I accept your challenge and terms.”

 

“As will I, Ranma-Sama.” Said Kodachi, then he looked to the Tendos.

 

“After everything that happened you still want me to marry Akane?”

 

“BOY YOU MUST, IT'S FAMILY HONOR!” Said Genma, who was answered by a punch to the face.

 

“Is your last name Tendo?”

 

“Well, yes it is...” Started Soun.

 

“Hold it,” Ranma interrupted. “Can you think for yourself for a minute? If it is family honor I must marry a TENDO, not just Akane. Memory serves right, you have two other daughters. Am I right?” Soun nodded, “that means if Akane and I don't hit it off, I can go to either one of you other daughters right?” He nodded again, “now I don't mind the engagement all that much but, ease up off us and let me see if the other two wouldn't mind being hand-fasted to me. Alright?”

 

He nodded and agreed to ease up on him, just then Akane took this as him being perverted and tried to attack him but he blocked. “I was not being a pervert, kind of makes one wonder who is really the pervert. Don't think, just because you are a girl you can't be one. There are female perverts as well,” he said in all seriousness. “Why don't take a good look at yourself in the mirror figure out what you want. Until then, I am suspending the engagement between us until you can come up with an answer to that question.”

 

Then he looked to his mother, “mom. I was wondering...” She nodded and placed a finger to his lips.

 

“In my eyes, you are a man among men. I am so proud of you, so you are in the clear. Your father however,” she said and handed him a new contract.

 

“Wait, this says that even though I have fulfilled the first contract, he still has to commit seppuku if anything ever happened to me was unmanly along the way.” Then he smirked, “I was a witness this time. Oh, he's in trouble!”
