Nabiki was standing right in front of Ranma dress in a second player version of `Frost's outfit in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (1). Ranma just patted her on the shoulder and said `welcome to the team.'

 

“Team? What do you mean team?” She said confused.

 

“Let me tell you a little story.” He said, so he sat down and got ready to tell his story.

 

Origins- Ranma -n- Honey

 

It was a foggy day in rural China and two men were walking up to a cave.

 

“Wow, this is some cave huh?” Said the younger of the two.

 

“Quiet boy!” Said the older one both were dressed in old karate gis and carrying backpacks.

 

The cave they walked into was huge and had torches burning inside of it. But it also held bones, human bones. Both of them gulped, then the older man said something stupid.

 

“Ranma, did I ever told you about the pact I promised your mother about you becoming a man. Else we would commit seppuku?” He said.

 

Ranma looked over to him with fare in his eyes, “what is this the reason why I've been carrying the tanto?”

 

Just then they heard a growl and the idiot made his wish. “Uh, I wish Ranma was a man beyond men. So incredibly heroic that his own mother couldn't deny his manliness, or something like that.”

 

Then they heard a booming voice, “GRANTED! THIS IS A PERFECT ERA FOR HEROES!” It said, just then Ranma was surrounded by a green glow and disappeared.

 

The man was upset, “where's my son?”

 

“THE YOUNG ONE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO GET TRAINED TO BE A HERO! HE DOES NOT NEED YOU ANYMORE!” Said the voice, “FAREWELL!” then there was a bright light and the man found himself outside of the cave.

 

There was one thing he could think of at a time like this. `Boygonegonnadie!'

 

Meanwhile Ranma was floating through time and space, during his trip, he had received all of the powers of the great dragon god of the west and his possessions. Ranma landed during a time in which a man and a young girl were fighting off Amazons. Ranma knew he had to help them and rushed in to attack. The man had long white hair and green silted eyes. He was in a long black robe, a white shirt, black slacks and tabi boots.

 

He was flinging ki powers at the Amazons, the young girl had red hair and blue eyes, and she was dressed in a silk kung fu uniform and slippers. Her hair was in twin buns, she was using the crane style kung fu and was doing a good job of defeating the Amazons.

 

One of them said to the girl, <why do you fight us? We could use someone like you. >

 

The girl was mad and said, <NEVER! AFTER WHAT YOU DID TO MY PARENTS YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK ME TO JOIN YOU? >

 

Then the Amazons were about to dog pile her when Ranma came in with a sweeping attack, killing those Amazons. They started to attack Ranma and he got into the fight now, he then attacked and cornered one of the Amazons. She had long platinum blond hair and blue eyes. She was dressed in all white, she was a healer and looked to be the Princess of all Amazons.

 

Ranma was going to kill her when he didn't and knocked her out. “You are coming with me.” He smirked and placed her into a cell in the cave. Then he started to fight off the others but then one of them got in a lucky hit and mortally wounded the elder man. The girl went over to him.

 

“PAPA!” she screamed. Ranma finished the rest of the Amazon party and went over to the man to see what he could do.

 

“it is too late for me, ranma.” He said weakly Ranma was shocked that the man knew his name. “yes I do know your name ranma saotome. I also know that you are my alternate counterpart.”

 

“You mean you're the…?” He started.

 

“the great dragon god of the west? Yes, I am. From one dragon god to another, I would ask a great boon of you.” He said Ranma nodded. “I want you to take care of this little one for me. My time has come and she has no one left.”

 

“I shall take care of her as if she was my own daughter.” He said and grabbed the girl. “Do you want to go with me?”

 

She nodded and hugged him tightly, then the Great Dragon of the West just smiled and passed on. Then Ranma gave him a warrior's funeral and burned his body. After the funeral he opened up a portal and they left. Meanwhile, on their way to where ever they were going to, they went into the cave and saw the Amazon he had captured.

 

“Let me out!” She said, Ranma was shocked.

 

“You can speak my language?” He said.

 

“Of course I can,” she said. “I am well educated.”

 

“What's your name?” He said.

 

“Lace,” she said.

 

“Strange name for an Amazon.” He said.

 

“Not for a sexual one.” She said, Ranma blushed and she smirked. “Tell you what, let me out and I'll teach you a few moves.”

 

“I don't know, you might try to kill me.” He said just then the girl came over to him with a device.

 

“Use this, it will give you control over her.” She said, it was as small as a microchip and he put it on her at the back of her head and used the remote to link it to him. Then he opened the cage and use magic to link his soul to hers.

 

“Now if you try anything to kill me, you'll die as well. Are we clear?” He said, she nodded in fear. Then he gave it back to the girl, “I don't need it now. We better get going, what's your name? I can't call you `hey you' now can I?”

 

“I gave up my name, so whatever's fine with me.” She said.

 

“Well then, I'll call you Ranko.”

 

So they appeared in a new time period in the middle of a fight. They came out and saw the fight, the good guys were losing. Police cars were everywhere and being thrown, they dodged out they way. Ranma ran up to where the chief was.

 

“What's the sit?”

 

“Panther Claw's being held up in that building and Honey's trapped inside.” Said the chief.

 

“Alright, we'll go in and stop them then.” So they headed right for the building. Once inside they saw a lot of dead bodies, some were headless, ripped in half, missing an arm or a leg, or two, blood was everywhere.

 

“Where do we start looking?” Said Ranko, just then they heard screams.

 

“I'd say upstairs.” Said Lace.

 

So they ran upstairs and saw a bat-winged female dressed in a black and red leather bikini, a vest and boots. She had one of the officers by the neck and ripped his head off. Then threw it at a young woman with red hair and blue eyes. Her outfit was red and black, showed a lot of skin. She was in pain and the woman was slowly coming up to her.

 

“Now Cutie Honey, you will die!” She said and attacked, but that was when Ranma made his move.

 

“OH NO YOU DON'T!” He screamed at her and got on her back. He was beating the hell out of her. Then he back flipped her into a wall, Lace tossed him a kitana and he drew his fingers across the edge of it. Then he smirked, “game time!” he rushed in and started to slice at her. She knocked him back and into a wall.

 

“Whelp, you think you can beat me?” She said, Ranma got back up.

 

“Lady, I guess you don't know who the hell I am do you?” He said then he started to get bigger and slightly taller. “Well let me introduce myself to you.” He rushed her and started to beat her down again. Then he slammed her face first to the wall, “the name is Ranma Saotome! I am the Great Dragon God of the west!” With that he kicked her into a window. “If there's one thing I do best, `Ranma Saotome, DOES NOT LOSE'!” Then he charged up, he was glowing white. “DRAGON CHARGE!”

 

With that, they both crashed out the window, fell 6 stories while Ranma was still pounding the living daylights out of her and made a crater in the middle of the road. With that the woman died. Ranma slowly started to get up and was in pain, by that time Ranko, Lace and Honey went over to see if he was alright.

 

Later Ranma, Ranko, Lace and Honey were talking. “I could use your help, Honey.” He said she was shocked.

 

“You need my help? But I'm just a secretary.” She started.

 

“Who just happens to turn in to one of the most coolest heroines in the world.” He finished.

 

“You think I'm cool?”

 

“Honey, I'm not going to lie to you. Not only that, but you are gorgeous. So how's about it, I even have a way where you can be fully human.”

 

She thought about it and nodded her head. “Okay, I'll go with you.” He smiled and placed a huge diamond in her hand.

 

“Place this to your heart and say the first thing that comes to mind.”

 

So she does, “HONEY CRYSTAL FLASH!” then there was a bright light and all of the sudden she was in the same outfit that she wore during the fight but now her hair and eyes changed color. She now had platinum blond hair and light blue eyes, which were now silted.

 

Ranma wolf whistled and she blushed.

 

End Flashback

 

Nabiki just looked at them in awe, “wow.” She said, “so what happened to Lace?”

 

“Well, she was almost killed during a mission until I merged with her. Now I've bonded with Ranma and I couldn't be more happier.” Said Honey.

 

“So now what do you think?” He said.

 

“I'm happy to join the team, chief.” She smirked and shook his hand.
