Death Note Fan Fiction ❯ It's Not Love, I Swear ❯ Haze ( Chapter 1 )

Matt opened his blue eyes to see his friend Mello right in front of him, his face too close for it to be normal. Trying hard to remember how he had ended up this was an utter failure; Matt could barely even remember where he was. He noticed Mello moving so he decided to close his eyes, but not entirely, he wanted to see how Mello reacted to this.

Mello opened his dark eyes to face his friend Matt. Their faced were inches apart, too much proximity for him to feel comfortable. His mind was a haze; he couldn't remember anything at all. Deciding that staying like that wasn't going to help his mind clear up he sat up, revealing his nudity. Mello's face instantly went colorless and as an impulse he stood up quite sadistically. Both of his eyes widened and he felt like he was about to dim when he felt a tepid liquid running down his thighs.

Matt opened his eyes when he felt Mello jump so violently off the bed. He was worried about his reaction and with all due motive. What had he done?

“Hey Matt…” he called in a very provoking tone.

“Yes darling?” Matt answered.

“I'm ready!”

“Mello, I…” but Matt didn't know what to say. The evidence was all over Mello's legs but he could barely remember fooling around with him last night, there was now way they had done it.

“Matt…” Mello sobbed not caring that he was naked in front of him. He just felt filthy and guilty. Last night's events came clearly into his mind and all he wanted right now was a big bar of chocolate with some peroxide in it.

“I'm sorry,” Matt managed to choke out. “I'm really sorry!” Mello looked directly at Matt, who was still lying in bed. “Mello, I don't remember anything but clearly what I did was…” Mello didn't let him finish, he ran into the bathroom. “Fuck…”

I did lots of research about Mello and Matt's physics before beginning this since I watched and read Death Note a long time ago and I came to this conclusion. Since it seems that in the anime. Manga and video games they are portrayed with different appearances I chose the ones I though soothed them better so Mello has blond hair with dark brown eyes and Matt has brownish red hair with dark blue eyes.

Anyways, this story just suddenly came to me. It had a lot of drama might I add. I have basically three chapters planned but it will probably end up being longer.
