"Michael how did you find me actually the question is how did you know that I was here?" Renamon asked standing across from him in guilmons hideout.

"I don't know exactly but something in my dreams told me to come here that I would be finding something that I have been seeking for a long time." He said looking up trying not to make eye contact with her.

"You really think that is why you found me cause of a dream that sounds kind of weird don't you think?" Renamon asked.

"Yeah well I wouldn't be talking on being weird." He said with a slight chuckle. "I don't know what this means but I have had a bad feeling going through my veins for a while now and I don't know what to suspect out of it."

"Do you thinks it's a digimon?" She sat down next to him.

"I don't know but whatever it is it's going to happen soon and I don't know if I can stop it without…" He trailed off at the last part.

Renamon looked at him weird and decided not to go further with the discussion but before she was going to talk again she heard rika call for her. "I got to go." With that she vanished to leave a thinking michael in a cave.

Outside of the hideout

"Guilmon can I speak with you please?" Michael asked walking out of the cave seeing guilmon playing with calumon.

"Sure michael what is it?" Guilmon walked up to michael who just stared at guilmon weirdly.

"Guilmon, yesterday when renamon and you were fighting why didn't you beat her you are way more powerful then her so why didn't you try and stop her?" Michael really wanted to know cause guilmon had a great power in him put there is something about that made him so peaceful.

"I like renamon I don't want to hurt her she is my friend well I think she is but I try to be her friend even if she doesn't want to be mine." Guilmon just stared at the ground he wanted renamon to be his friend he doesn't like fighting.

"I see well I can see but I still don't understand why you didn't bring out your full potential maybe perhaps you haven't tapped into that power yet." Michael was rubbing his chin while thinking on what to do.

"What do you mean full potential?" Guilmon looked very confused.

"I mean that you have even more power in you that's stronger then most rookie digimon but the weird thing is that I have never seen a race of digimon like yours before."

"I am unique takatomon said he says that he created me and that I came to life with one of those cards he uses."

All this just seem to be getting weirder and weirder to michael. `How could he create this digimon I know there data but digimon are real to so how did he create him.' He kept on thinking until guilmon said something.

"I am not the only one with a higher potential now that I know what it means I can feel something weird coming from you michael something very, very strong." Guilmon pointed at him and was pointing directly at his chest.

"I know…"He didn't want to belief it but it was there and he didn't want to think about it right now. "I think if you want to protect the others more I think that we should unlock that power within you."

"How would we do that?" Guilmon tilted his head to the side in confusion.

"Well by practicing and training." He said taking off his trench coat. "But we have to keep this between us cause we should not alarm the others about this they might start getting suspicious."

"Ok this should be fun." Guilmon said jumping up and down.

"And so it begins." He says to himself quietly.

Rika's house

`This friend of renamons is quite interesting but who cares just another person in my way but the way renamon sounded he sounds really nice. Well who cares, renamon must be the strongest digimon out there.' All this time rika was sorting through her cards and picking out the best ones. As she was getting ready to leave she heard a tap on her window so she went over to see what it was.

She opened the window and it was michael floating there with a smile on his face. `He always is smiling why?' She thought. "Why are you here if you are looking for renamon she isn't here." She said rudely and was about to close the window when he spoke up.

"I am not here for renamon I am here for you I wanted to talk to the tamer of renamon to get to know her any friend of renamons is a friend of mine." He said giving her a big smile.

"What?" She was confused.

"I said I wanted to talk to you." He said again

"I know you did, damn do you think I am stupid." She said getting a little annoyed.

"Well you did ask what so I thought you were deaf or something." The smile was gone and had a serious look on it but he started to laugh.

This guy really made her get mad and they don't even know each other. "How dare you how bout you get the fuck out of here before I kick your ass." She said with a vein popping out of her forehead.

"I am sorry I was just kidding around." He said waving his hands in front of him for defense.

"I don't care get out of here I don't want to talk to the likes of you." With that she shut her window.

`This is going to be tougher then I thought, those guys are right but I will get her to speak…I hope.' He flew off to look for things to do.

(The next day)

Rika was in class and thinking about when michael came over at her house yesterday.

(flashback)

"Renamon isn't here."

"I didn't come here for renamon I came here for you."

(End Flashback)

`What would he want to talk to me about I have nothing to discuss with him. I don't want to be his friend I don't care if he is friends with renamon he doesn't need to bother me.' Rika just stared out of the window not even paying attention to the teacher.

It was finally lunchtime and like always rika sat alone and ate her lunch. She was listening to everyone talk about random things she doesn't know why she was listening cause the only thing the girls would talk about was how they look and how to do make up or there hair.

"I got this new shampoo and my hair seems so much more silkier and lighter." This girl was talking and it was one of the girls that rika couldn't help but overhear.

`Maybe I should try that. Wait what did I just say I can't believe I just said that I got to stop listening to these girls. Rika just shook her head of her thoughts and once again started to eat. Unknown by rika a girl and her group are walking up behind her.

"Hello nonaka." Said the girl who seemed to be the leader of the group.

"What do you want Melissa?" She didn't even turn around cause she already knew who it was.

"Oh nothing just wanted to tell you that we got your moms new fashion magazine it's one of the best so far." She said.

"So and your point being?" She started to get frustrated with her so she started to get up and leave.

"Well my point is why is your mom so beautiful and you are not I mean the resemblance is nothing and my god the attitude surely can't be from your mother." She said and the other girls start to giggle.

Rika was now furious how dare she talk about her like that no one talks to her like that and gets away from it. "You little bitch how dare you talk to me like that!" Rika shouted at her.

"Oh be quiet nonaka what will you do? I mean come on you can't give me proof that no one has called you pretty or even beautiful for that matter face it you are going to die a lonely and miserable life." She said but then started to walk away.

Rika was mad but she couldn't do anything cause what melissa said was true. No one has ever called her pretty or beautiful before except her grandma and her mom but they don't really count. `I can't belief what she said she just wait I am going to kick her ass so hard.' She stormed out of the lunchroom and outside she went to sit next to a tree. "Why do bad things always happen to me." She sighed and put her head in her arms.

"Bad things huh well I bet bad things don't happen to you all the time." Said a voice in the tree.

Rika jumped up away from the tree and looked up at the person and to find out its michael. "You again what are you doing here?"

"Well I was just flying around cause I was taking a break from training but then I saw you come out of your school here so I decided to pay a visit.

"Well get out of here god you are a pest I don't want to talk to you ever so get out of here." She stares coldly at him.

He jumps out of the tree and lands next to her and just stares at the city then looks up to the sky and looks at the clouds. "Why?"

She just stares at him confused, "Why? Well because I said so and because I don't ever want to talk to you!" She yells at him.

"Right, ok, well then I'll see you later then." He waves to her and flies off.

`What the heck I don't get him how can renamon be friends with this guy he is annoying.' She started to walk back inside to go to back to class and was just now upset nothing was going right today.

Guilmons hideout

"Takato with all this new digimon activity been happening I don't know how we are going to defend ourselves each time there is a new digimon there more powerful then the next." Henry explained to takato who was just feeding guilmon.

"I know but what can we do we can't really stop them can we I know that if we can figure out this digivolving thing we can become more powerful." Takato stated and henry just shook his head in agreement.

"Hi guys what are you talking about." It's Jeri she is the same age the others to but jeri is just one of those girls that are happy all the time.

"Oh hey jeri it was nothing we were just talking about the digimon." Takato somewhat lied.

"Oh ok so what are you guys up to?"

"Nothing just waiting for Kazu and Kenta to show up so we can hang out you can come with us if you want." Takato told her but he was kind of stuttering it actually and he was blushing.

"That would be fun thanks takato." Jeri hugs takato.

"Don't mention it." He had a goofy grin on his face and was deep crimson.

(Somewhere around the park)

"Renamon guess what?" Michael asks.

"What?" Renamon just looks.

"Guilmon likes you but don't say I told you." He says looking all around to make sure no one is around.

Renamon just stares in disbelief why would guilmon like her? `I have been so mean to him and so violent what in the world would make him like me.' She was caught up in her thoughts when she heard michael calling out to her.

"Yo Renamon you awake in there?" He was waving his hand in front of her face.

She snaps back into reality, "you mean as a friend right?"

"Well he said he was your friend, he even stated that even if you were not friends with him he would still be your friend, cause well he said he liked you so I don't know what he really meant but I can tell you that he isn't going to hurt you." He said but he started to laugh cause renamon was blushing.

"What? What is so funny?" Renamon asked really annoyed.

"Oh nothing much just its that I have never seen you blush before and…"He couldn't finish what he was saying cause there was a loud explosion in the distance.

"A digimon." Renamon said and disappeared. Michael took off flying towards the smoke.

Takato and henry already show up and enter the digital field. "Where is it?" Takato asks henry.

"I don't know." He is to looking around. "Terriermon can you see it?"

"Not yet." He is looking hard but there is a loud screech.

"Akatorimon, champion level." Takato looks at the information through his digivice.

"Terriermon go get him!" Henry yells to him.

"You to guilmon."

"Ok takatomon."

The two digimon go after akatorimon but he has the advantage cause he is flying. Guilmon fires his pyrospere but akatorimon dodges it with ease then terriermon does his move but akatorimon still dodges it.

"Spinning Needle!" Akatorimon shoots needles at the two digimon and they can't dodge it.

"Digimodify, Wargreymons shield activate." Henry slashes the card through his digivice and a shield appears next to terriermon and he uses it to block akatorimons attack.

Akatorimon was about to do it again but was suddenly hit with raining diamonds. It was renamon and rika they finally showed up.

"Thanks renamon." Guilmon said.

"Your welcome." She said trying to hide her blush. "Let's get him boys."

All three digimon go after akatorimon but soon realize that they are not even hurting this guy.

"Three rookies should be enough to take out this guy, right guys?" Takato looks at henry and rika.

"I would guess but it looks like they can't even hit him." Henry states.

"I don't what you guys are thinking but your digimon are just getting in the way of renamon." She says and looks at renamon. "Renamon hurry up and take this creep out."

"Yes rika." Renamon jumps into the air and is about to do her diamond storm again but then akatorimon intercepts her in the air hits her right in the gut real hard knocking the wind out of her and akatorimon then hit her on the head sending her flying towards the ground. Guilmon runs and then leaps to catch her before she hit the ground.

"Is renamon ok?" Guilmon asks concerned for her but she is unconscious.

"Guilmon watch out!" Takato yells at his friend.

Guilmon looks up to see akatorimon flying down quickly to attack them. He just couldn't leave renamon here. All this time rika's eyes were wide and she was actually scared.

`Renamon.' She thought to herself. Just before akatorimon hit them michael comes and kicks him in the face sending him flying into some trees.

"Sorry I'm late the traffic is crazy out there." He says trying to make humor. "Guilmon get renamon out of here I can take care of birdbrain here." Guilmon shakes his head and picks up renamon and carries her over to rika and sets her down.

Akatorimon has gotten back up and now was flying around michael.

"Let's dance." He launches off the ground quickly heads toward akatorimon. Akatorimon fires his attack again but michael starts to block them with his hands and starts to fly to him again. Akatorimon can't dodge him and gets punched in the gut repeatedly.

"Wow michael is so fast I cant even see him punching akatorimon." Takato says to everyone but they are just watching the battle and ignoring takato.

Michael grabs akatorimon by the tail and starts to swing him in circles and throws him to the sky some more. He lands on the ground and with a loud yell he starts to blow dust everywhere and then suddenly a red aurora surrounds his body.

"Time to go. KA! MAE! HA! MAE!" A blue thing starts to form in his hands and it is getting larger. "HHHAAAA!" With that final yell he throws his hands in the air and a blue energy wave shots out of his hands and towards akatorimon. Akatorimon gets hit by the blast and yells out in pain and explodes into data.

Michael powers down and a look at the others seeing their faces was priceless. "What?"

"That was awesome." Takato runs over to michael but michael walks over to renamon to see if she is ok. Renamon has already waken up and is now standing she saw the whole thing.

"You ok?" With concern in his voice.

"I am fin thank you michael." With that she disappears.

Michael looks at rika and says, "You did good renamon might of gotten hurt but she is tough."

Rika just stares at him with her death glare, "Renamon and I didn't need your help just stay out of our way." Then she walks off.

Everyone else to goes home and guilmon and michael are staying in the same place. Michael is just thinking well trying to anyway guilmon snores loud.

`I will get her to stop being such an icy girl. I don't know why I am trying so hard but something in me tells me to do so.' After that thought he drifts off to sleep.
