Michael was walking through the city with his same clothes he was so drained and he was so miserable right now. `I almost hit her; I lost control, I am too dangerous to be around.' He was thinking and was crying again cause he almost hit a girl and plus this girl was renamons tamer.

(Flashback)

. "You are going to grow up all alone like right now with no friends and when that happens someday you will just won't be able to stand life any more and will want to talk to someone but there wont be anyone to talk to you cause you are a bitch.

(End Flashback)

`What is wrong with me I just told her everything that was to tell and she is probably scared to death of me.' He said sitting down against a building in an alleyway and started to cry again.

"Michael you got mad its natural." It was renamon she was sitting next to him and looking at the ground going over today's events.

"How could you say that renamon you know what I am like when I am mad my powers go insane, I almost hit her?" He was covering his face with his hands leaning on to his legs.

"Rika could be very mean sometimes but you can't let it get to you but after that speech you gave her I think there is going to be changes in her attitude." She said giving a little chuckle.

"Why are you laughing? I almost beat your tamer." He looks up to her and stares.

"I knew that you wouldn't hurt her cause well you wouldn't hurt a fly I knew that you would realize what you were doing." She said giving a small smile at him.

He just looked at her and smiled he knew she was right renamon is always right. "Your right I think I will just avoid her for now on." He said standing up and helping her up as well.

"I think you should actually still talk to her but wait a while. First thing first you need to get new clothes." She said pointing at his tattered up clothes.

"Yeah I will get some." He said starting to float in the air. "Goodbye renamon and thank you." He takes off and leaves to gaze at him disappearing then she to leaves.

Rika was still in bed and still kind of scared she was looking at the wall and was thinking on what he said before. `He is right, why is he right? I am lonely I have been for a long time and no one can help me but maybe I can change maybe I can get friends.' She had some hope now she can change and she could apologize to the others for being such a hard ass on them. `What happens if they don't want to be my friend after that, Michael will definitely not want to be my friend after that.' She just started to cry some, `why do I always hurt myself by loosing opportunities in getting a friend I could have had a good one.' She started to full out cry and she wasn't going to stop either. Her grandma heard this and knocks on her door.

"Rika, honey are you alright?" She asked in concern.

Rika doesn't answer but she finally answers, "no."

Rikas grandma walks in and looks at the crying rika and sits down on her bed, "What is troubling you so much child that would make you cry." She starts to rub rikas back.

"I am heartless grandma all the people I want to be my friend I push away and treat like trash. I hurt one person today that I think will never forgive me." She said crying in her grandma's arms.

"You are not heartless if you were heartless why would you be crying right now?" She asked rika.

"Cause I am going to be alone for the rest of my life and never have anyone to love me or have any friends." She said crying a little harder now.

"Rika that is not true, you will find someone one day and you both will fall in love and then you will have a wedding with all your friends there clapping for you and cheering." She said looking out the window and rubbing rikas head.

"That sounds like a dream grandma but how do you know that would happen?" She asks getting out of her grandma's hold and looks at her.

"I am your grandmother I should know and plus I have seen this before." She said smiling at her. "Now my child wipe those tears away and go to bed ok you can think all about this tomorrow morning."

"Ok grandma, I love you." Rika said lying down and watching her grandma walking out of her room.

"I love you to."

The next day all the guys were at takatos house and discussing what happened yesterday.

"I can't belief what happened of all the people I thought would never snap Michael did and he almost hit rika." Henry said.

"Yeah he looked so different and was so scary with his eyes like they were." Kazu said shaking at the memory of the eyes.

"Well maybe he is something that we don't even see, remember he isn't human so there might be something else to him then we take him to be." Kenta said and everyone looked at him confused.

"In English kenta." Kazu said.

"Well maybe he is something else like he could change into something and we would never figure it would be him cause those red eyes they didn't look natural but I don't think anyone noticed but did you see his teeth?" He said pointing to his own.

"No what was wrong with his teeth?" Henry asked.

"Well didn't right off the bat but I saw that they were different they were pointy like vampire teeth but they weren't vampire teeth." Kenta explained to them.

"That's weird." Takato said looking at his friends. "We should go to the park and check out on guilmon I have to feed him anyways." They all agreed and started to head out of the room takato went to grab some day old bread and they all walked to the park.

At the park there was someone already their talking to guilmon, it was renamon and she was just talking to him.

"What brings renamon here?" Guilmon asks tilting his head some.

"I came to talk if that is alright." She just stood there looking at the red hazard symbolic dinosaur.

Guilmon shook his all right and just went over to the wall and sat down. "What do you want to talk about?" He asked looking at her with his peaceful eyes.

"What would have you done if you would of got to Michael yesterday?" She asked sitting as well but with a distance.

Guilmon just sat there thinking on what he would of done if he got to Michael. "I would of gotten him away from rika and probably stood between him and her and tell him to quit it." He said looking at renamon who was looking at the ground.

"You would of protected rika but why she has treated you so bad like me." She said still looking at the ground but putting her legs up to her head.

"Yes I would protect her even to death if you are wondering, I know that I am takatomons digimon but that doesn't mean I can't protect others to but you are my friend renamon so I would protect her no matter what." He smiles at her and she just looks up at him and looking at the smile she couldn't help but smile as well.

"Thank you guilmon for everything and I am glad that you are my friend and I am sorry for being a jerk in the past." She said putting her head down again. She heard guilmon get up and walk towards her but she still kept her head low until she felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked up to see guilmon smiling down on her, "it's ok renamon I forgive you." He takes his hand off her shoulder and just sits down next to her.

"I better go rika needs me." Renamon said standing up.

"Goodbye renamon and if you ever need to talk you know where to find me."

She smiles one last time before fazing out of sight.

Rika is awake and she has been outside just walking and thinking on what to do. `Maybe I should go see them and apologize to them.' She shakes her head no. `Well maybe during when a digimon shows up again.' This plan was better cause she always saw them when they were fighting a digimon. Then suddenly its like the temperature dropped twenty degrees and the light around her started to dim. She wrapped her arms around her and was shaking from the cold. `What is happening?' She felt something behind her and she quickly turned around. Whatever it was it disappeared and so did the cold. `That was weird I wonder what that was?' She thought to herself and started to walk again.

She was walking home and when she got on her porch that feeling came back again. She turns around and like before nothing was there so she runs into her house and calls for renamon.

"Yes rika is there something the matter." She asks her tamer.

"Look outside to see if anyone is there." She tells renamon.

Renamon goes to the door and opens it up and peeks outside but there is no one or nothing in sight. "There is nothing there are you feeling ok?"

"Yes I am feeling ok what is it to you?" She says in an icy tone.

"I was just concerned for you I want to protect you rika." Renamon said looking at her.

"Well I don't need your help you hear I don't need anyone's help." With those final words she walks out of the house and down the street.

"Fine if she doesn't need my help I will just leave her alone then." Renamon disappears.

"What have I done I just told my friend that I don't need her help but actually I really do need her help good going rika." She was talking out loud to herself. She just walked and she decided to go the park and that meant taking the subway. She was walking down the stairs until she felt cold like early and that feeling of someone behind her was there again. Before she could turn around and check two long arms grabbed her around the mouth so she couldn't be heard screaming and pulled her in.

In the park the guys were at the hideout and guilmon had already ate his bread and they all were just quiet no one speaking. They were all just too sad at what happened. Guilmon though suddenly stood up growling.

"What is it boy?" Takato asks.

"A digimon a strong one." He says and starts to run out of the hideout and towards the city.

"Hey wait up for me guilmon." With takato following behind him and with both henry and terriermon to.

Rika wakes up and finds herself in something's arms she looks up to see a digimon and its looking right at her. "Who are you?" She is scared.

"I am the digimon that has been looking for you I understand you. I have been searching a long time for you tamer and now that I have found you we can be partners." The digimon said.

"Partners? I already have a partner." Rika says to him.

"That weakling digimon I am powerful she doesn't understand you like I do we are the same person you and I.

"What do you mean?" She is confused.

"We both desire to be the strongest and you tamer have a heart of ice like me you would do anything to be the best and me I am the best out there." He said. He waved his hands and light appeared everywhere showing hundreds of frozen digimon they looked in pain and dead. "I absorb hundreds of digimon to reach this level of power."

"I am nothing like you what gives you the idea that were alike?" She was struggling to get free but it was hopeless cause she was against a digimon.

"We have the same heart both cold as ice and nothing you can say will convince me otherwise."

`Maybe he is right maybe my heart is cold and I am destined to be with him instead…wait no I can not be this way I am no longer going to be like this.' "I am not like you I might have done some really mean things but I am not ice hearted like you!" She is yelling at him but she knows that she can't get out of this if she doesn't get help.

"This way guys I can see the digital field from here." Takato points to the building with ice all over it.

"How are we going to get inside?" Henry looks around for a door and doesn't see one cause the whole building has been turned to ice.

"Pyrosphere!" Guilmon does that and creates a door for them to get in. They all run following guilmon to wherever the digimon is. When they finally reach the place they go in and see rika getting held by the digimon.

It's Icedevimon he is a fallen angel digimon champion level." Henry reads it off his digivice.

"Well who do we have here more data for me to absorb sit back and ill show you the power I have." Icedevimon put rika down and she just stood there and watched.

"Got get him guilmon." Takato points at icedevimon.

"Terriermon." Henry says his name.

"Right henry." Terriermon goes after him to.

"Zero Freeze!" Icedevimon attacks by freezing guilmon and terriermon.

"Oh no guilmon." Takato looks at his frozen friend. "We have to unfreeze them some how." He says to henry.

They try using different modify cards but nothing seems to work. Then there was an explosion from the roof everyone looks up to see it was renamon. `She actually showed up.' Rika just looked at her from the ceiling.

"So your weak partner showed up nice now I can destroy her and then I can become your true partner." Icedevimon just looked at rika and then to renamon.

"You will never be my digimon renamon is cause she is my friend." She said this last bit quietly but everyone still could hear her.

"You will let rika go." Renamon said and was about to do her diamond storm when icedevimon attacked very quickly. He used his frost claw attack on her and hit her right in the gut then he hit her to the ground. Rika couldn't bare watching this and he was about to attack her again but rikas digivice started to glow.

"Renamon digivolve to…Kyubimon." She had digivolved to champion and was looking at icedevimon. She jumped into the air and started to spin she was doing her dragon wheel attack. When she fired it icedevimon jumped up and blocked the move his hand and did another frost claw nailing her again. Kyubimon was down she put her last out ounce of strength into one fire ball that missed. Icedevimon was walking up to kyubimon about to destroy her. Rika watched in horror as icedevimon was walking towards kyubimon getting ready to destroy her.

"How about you pick on someone else." Everyone looks up to see it was michael he had come through the whole renamon had created.

"Who are you? What are you, you are no human?" Icedevimon looked at michael in confusion.

"It doesn't matter who I am all that matters is that you are hurting my friends and I cant let you do that any longer." He powered up and was about to do an energy attack when icedevimon quickly went into the offensive. Michael tried to counter but he was to slow and was hit in the face and was sent flying in to a wall. He got up and looked at icedevimon and was just not in the mood to mess with this guy but then he remembers his dreams.

(Flashback)

"I don't know what this means but I have had a bad feeling going through my veins for a while now and I don't know what to suspect out of it."

"Do you thinks it's a digimon?" She sat down next to him.

"I don't know but whatever it is it's going to happen soon and I don't know if I can stop it without…" He trailed off at the last part.

(End Flashback)

`This must be what I have been sensing for the past couple weeks.' He looked up and saw kyubimon on the ground barely conscious and then he looked over to see the frozen guilmon and terriermon. Then there was rika he looked at her seeing how scared she was he didn't her ordinary tough look but he saw fear and the fear towards her partner.

`I must do this.' He looked back at icedevimon and smirked. "You are strong and if you want a real fight you are about to get one."

Michael started to power up but something was different he started to change a little. A golden aurora surrounded him and then he started to scream. As he was screaming his hair started to stand up and his muscles they bulged out all of a sudden. His hair started to flash golden. With one final scream there was a blinding flash of light and everyone shielded his or her eyes from him.

When they all opened their eyes they saw michael but he had changed he was glowing gold now. Michael had that golden aurora around him but his muscles had gotten bigger and his hair was now sticking up and it was gold. No one could tell from a distance but his eyes were not the same color either. Instead of dark brown eyes they were now light green.

`Wow what just happened he is so…I cant think of a word to describe it but he looks so heroic like that.' Rika was thinking to herself looking at michael in awe.

"Michael what just happened what did you do?" Takato asked.

"Ill explain later." He said smirking at them.

By now henry had found a card for him to use to get terriermon and guilmon free from the ice. When he swiped the card through his digivice terriermon started to expand and soon that broke the ice prison holding him and guilmon.

"What took you so long henry?" Terriermon asked.

"Your lucky I had this card." Henry said to terriermon.

Icedevimon just stared at michael in fascination he never seen anything quite like it. Kyubimon on the other hand was shocked that michael never told her about this power before it was huge. Since michael and renamon use to train together she had learned the ability to since his energy.

"How interesting what do you call this transformation cause surely you are not a digimon?" Icedevimon asked.

"I transformed into a far better fighter I am better, stronger, and faster then before I had transformed into Super Saiyan but enough of the speech lets begin." Michael said getting into a fighting stance.

"Find by me." Icedevimon said and went at michael but with his new transformation he much faster then icedevimon. When icedevimon tried using his frost claw he just fazed out and appeared behind him and kicked him right in the back sending into the ground. He quickly got up and went at it again.

"Guilmon go help him." Takato said and guilmon started to run to icedevimon. The way things were looking it seemed like that michael was just toying around icedevimon.

"It is time to end this." Michael said. Takato had done a combo boosting guilmons power and he had wings now. Michael grabs icedevimon and throws him and guilmon catches him and slams him into a wall and they both get next to each other attacking at the same time guilmon shooting his pyrosphere and michael an energy blast. The two attacks combined to make one and it hit icedevimon he screamed out in pain and vaporized and guilmon took his data.

Both guilmon and michael landed on the ground guilmons wings disappearing and michael took a deep breath and he went back to normal.

"Is everyone alright?" Henry asked more towards rika cause she was the one who did get captured. Michael walked over to kyubimon and helped her up and they looked at rika.

"I hate them." Rika said.

"Well you don't have to worry about him anymore." Takato was referring to icedevimon.

"No I hate all digimon." She said and started to walk out of the building.

"What, but rika wait. Kyubimon." Takato was trying to get them to stay. Kyubimon and michael left through the whole in the roof and rika just took the elevator. "What just happened here?" Takato just stared dumbfounded at the doors.

"Well rika said she hated all digimon and both michael and kyubimon left through the roof while rika took the elevator." Terriermon told him what just happened.

"Terriermon that is not what he meant." Henry said.

"I think we should get going before the police arrive." Takato said to henry.

"Good idea." They all ran out of the building trying to avoid everyone and to get guilmon out of sight.
