This is going to be a secret fanfiction that I'm starting on April 15, 2005 in my college's library since, on April 14, two days ago, my computer's hardrive crashed and I can't use until it's fixed, but when my computer is fixed, I plan to post this story, as soon as I update my other stories that I tried to do before my computer crashed. Anyway, this is, yet, another spin-off of my D-Warriors story, but there will be major differences. The major difference is that this story will focus on only the 02 Season characters, but I might the other two Digimon seasons, however, that's only a possibility. Now, this story is going to have Daikari, Taiora, Mimato, Kenyako, Veegato, TK/OC, and many others! Plus, this will include elements from stories from A-man and ridelancy (A/N: sorry, if I got pen name wrong.), which are Lovers Island and Interdimensional Wars and they are the `doppelganger Digidestined', their names, and the Interdimensional Warriors name. Now, this story will contain intense violence, blood, possible gore, possible death, suggestive themes, and all types of adult themes, including lemons, romantic and rape, incest, nudity, oral, anal, and more! THIS STORY IS RATED NC-17 FOR THESE ELEMENTS, NOT FOR KIDS! I don't own Digimon and anything/anyone/any element that comes from other stories, video games, anime, movie, comics, television, and otherwise, that end up in this fanfiction!

 

Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame

 

Background: This story begins around six months after the defeat of the deadly MaloMyotismon by the world-wide alliance of Digidestined and just after, the Digidestined informed of the Real World and humanity about the Digital World, the Digimon, and the Digidestined. The whole of human kind is still taking this in as more Digidestined continue to `appear' and, on the meanwhile, the Digidestined are returning to their normal lives with their Digimon partners, however, they don't take them out in public, since the human public are not use to them unless they are hidden. However, Daisuke Motomiya, called Davis by his friends, has been having strange dreams of late. Actually, they were more like visions . . . visions that will lead our younger leader of the Odaiba Digidestined to a journey that he, his partner Veemon, the girl of his dreams, Hikari Kamiya, known as Kari to her older brother and friends, and her partner Gatomon on adventure that will test the bonds of the Digidestined, make new friends, old friends turn into enemies, send confusion and chaos abound, revealing hidden secrets and treasures of the Digital World, the Digidestined, and more as well as change the Digital World. . . and every single world that you can imagine and more, in ways that they will never be the same, ever again. . .

 

Prologue: Dreams, Prophecy, and a New Adventure

 

We find Daisuke Motomiya, in his normal Digi-World clothing, as he sees the Digital World, covered in flames and in total chaos!

 

Davis yells out, “Oh, shit! What is this?!”

 

A voice yells out, “A vision of the future, young Motomiya. A great evil, prophecies in the legends of the Digi-World of old, is coming. . .”

 

Davis calls out, “Who are you?!”

 

A voice replies, “No one of importance, young one. Behold the dark future as this evil, takes hold over the Digital World, and the Real World with it. And the fate of all your friends that you hold dear . . .!” When Davis looks, he gasps in horror as he sees all of the Digidestined, expect for Kari, on the ground, covered in their blood, their eyes wide open, and their bodies motionless.

 

Davis screams out in horror, “Ken! Tai! TK! Yolei! Cody! Oh my god! This can't be!”

 

The voice replies, “Yes, this force is so powerful by the time the time of the prophecy comes to pass, they will kill all of your friends in ONE battle!”

 

Davis then yells out, “Wait a minute! What about Kari?!”

 

The voice replies, “Look to the left of their bodies, young one!” Davis does so and gasps to see Kari, draped in black clothing with evil smile on her face, and bloody knife in her hands.

 

Kari says, in un-Kari evil tone, “Well, my EX-friends and EX-brother, I hope you like it in heaven!”

 

Davis shakes his head in total disbelief and shouts out, “No way! That's impossible!”

 

The voice sighs and says, “Sad, but true. The evil force will gain control of the Child of Light and will become their Dark Queen.”

 

Davis roars, angrily, “No way! I don't believe you! This is some kind of trick!”

 

The voice replies, “What does your heart tell you, young Daisuke? Isn't your heart telling you that what I'm saying is true and this `dream' is actually a `vision'?”

 

Davis lowers his head in defeat and says, sadly, “Yes.”

 

The voice tells Davis, “Don't despair, my young chosen. Destiny and the Future can be changed. You're belief in `There is no such thing as Destiny' is only half right. There is Destiny, but you chose your own fate, very few things or event are pre-determined. You see, Daisuke Motomiya, these `visions' are being shown to you since you are the one who has the power to change this dark future.”

 

Davis asks, confused, “I can?”

 

The voice responds, “Yes, you can. You see, within you, holds a great and awesome power. You are the Digidestined that destiny has no control over and the only Digidestined that can change destinies.”

 

Davis asks, curiously, “Are you sure that you have the right Digidestined here? I don't think I'm anything special here.”

 

The voice replies, “But you are, Daisuke Motomiya. You are the Digidestined of Miracles, one of the `chosen' Digidestined.”

 

Davis asks, more perplexed than ever, “Digidestined of Miracles?!” Then a bright light comes in front of Davis, forcing him to cover his eyes, and when he is able to look again, he sees a tag with the Crest of Miracles inside, which looks like a dragon with eight angel wings.

 

The voice then tells Davis, “This is your crest, the Celestial Crest of Miracles. When you take it, you will wake up. After school today, you must go into the Digital World, alone, with only your Digimon partner, Veemon, and go to where the Crest of Miracles `points out' where to go. And when you get to the destination, do not fears, for you will be told what you need to do. Hurry, young one.” Davis didn't know what to do, but on pure instinct alone, he takes the Crest of Miracles. When this `dream' starts to fade, the voice tells Davis, “Good luck, Digidestined of Miracles. However, beware of your enemy, he is the person that you see in the mirror every day. . .!” Then the voice leaves without saying another word.

 

Davis calls out, “Wait! What do you mean?!” Then the dream fades out and Davis wakes up in bed with a major start, his head and body covered in sweat. Davis has been getting these mysterious `dreams' for the past several weeks, so far, and they leave him in this `condition' since they are more than just simple `dreams'.

 

Veemon then awakens when his Digidestined human wakes up, he looks at Davis and asks, concerned, “Davis, what's wrong?”

 

Davis replies, nervously, “Nothing, Veemon. Just a bad dream.” But then Davis notices a glow coming from under his T-shirt and when he pulls so some kind of string around his neck, he gasps to find the tag with the Crest of Miracles, inside! Davis thinks in his head, “Oh god! That wasn't some kind of dream! It was a vision of some kind!”

 

Veemon is awe-struck to see the tag with the Crest of Miracles around his partner's neck and he asks, in that kind of tone, “Whoa! When and where did you get that tag and crest, Davis?!”

 

Davis tells Veemon, “I will explain later, Veemon. This might sound strange, but after school, today, you and I NEED to go into the Digital World, by ourselves, Veemon.”

 

Veemon replies, “Whatever this is, I will follow you, wherever we go, partner.”

 

Davis replies, “Thanks pal.” Davis then looks at his clock to see that he had slept in! Davis yells out, “Oh no! I'm going to be late for school! And it's the last day of school!” He then gets up to get dressed and ready for school, fast.

 

(Inside of Odaiba Middle School; That afternoon)

 

We find TK, Kari, Yolei, and Cody coming out of their classes and meeting each other in the hallways. Ken is not with them since he goes to a different school, but he plans to transfer when he and Yolei go to High School, next year. The school year is over and summer vacation has just begun.

 

Yolei exclaims, happily, “All right! No school for three months! (A/N: I don't how long summers last in Japan, so, I'm using the summer vacation system during my middle and high school years.)”

 

TK nods his head in agreement and adds by saying, in his own happy tone, “No kidding! Now, just fun in the sun, sand, and surf! Bet Davis is happy about that!” TK looks around, doesn't see Davis, and asks, curiously, “By the way, where is our leader? Since school is over, he should be here, jumping for joy.”

 

Kari replies, in worried tone, “I'm not sure, TK. Daisuke was acting weird all day and when I saw him writing in his notebook, he kept writing the same symbol. I think it looked like the symbol of Miracles.”

 

TK then thinks about what Kari said for a few moments and responds, “Now, that you mentioned it, Kari, Davis hasn't been acting his `regular' self, all day. He looks so `zoned out', like his mind was in another place, and he look so. . . serious.”

 

Cody then says, “Well, I did see him go into the computer room, sometime ago. Maybe, we should ask him.”

 

Yolei then says, “I think that Kari should go since Davis listens to her.”

 

Kari nods her head and responds, “That's an excellent idea, Yolei. I'll go see him.” Kari then races off to the computer room and slow down as she gets close to it. Kari then slowly walks to the entrance of the computer room and when she peeks inside, Kari is amazed to find Veemon with Davis in front of the computer screen and Davis has his D-3 held out. Kari asks in her own thoughts, “What the? Why does Daisuke have Veemon with him?” Meanwhile, Davis and Veemon, not knowing that Kari is watching them are continuing some kind of conversation.

 

Veemon then asks Davis, amazed, “Is that right, Davis?”

 

Davis answers, “I know so, Veemon. I've been having those `visions' for two weeks, now. From what I know, a great evil force is coming and both worlds are doomed, unless I figure out what's going on. I got this Crest of Miracles for some reason and it seems like the fate of both world, now, rests on my shoulders and yours, Veemon. We have to go into the Digital World, alone, and find out about this evil. Digi-Port Open!” Davis and Veemon are then sucked into the Digital World, via, through the Digi-Port.

 

Kari calls out, “Davis, wait!” But she is too late, Davis and Veemon have already left for the Digital World. Not able what to think of Davis said or what to do, Kari goes off to find Gatomon, who is waiting her, and follow Davis.

 

(Somewhere in the Digital World; Sometime later)

 

We find Davis and Veemon walking down a path through a mysterious forest as Davis continues to follow a bright light emitted by his Crest of Miracles.

 

Veemon asks Davis, “Are you sure about this partner?”

 

Davis tells his partner in reply, in serious tone, “Yes, I am sure. Those `dreams' were visions of the future, a dark future, I know it! Don't ask me how, but those `visions' that mysterious voice has been sending me are true! Something inside of me is telling me so!” Veemon nods his head, knowing that when his partner sounds THIS serious that he isn't kidding around. They continue as the Crest of Miracles `shows' them the `way' to go and soon, they find themselves in front of large castle, guarded by Knightmon.

 

One of the Knightmon guards exclaims, “Halt! Who dare comes to this sacred place?!” But when the Knightmon sees the Crest of Miracles around Davis' neck, he gasps, goes to his knees, and exclaims, “The Digidestined of Miracles! Forgive my rash and harsh, mighty chosen one!”

 

Davis and Veemon become quite perplexed at the Knightmon's reaction to his crest and he replies, nervously, “Okay . . . don't worry about it.”

 

The Knightmon guard then calls out to other Knightmon, “Guards! Escort the Digidestined of Miracles to Ophanimon and her chambers at once! She would like to speak with the High Prince of the Digidestined, immediately!”

 

Davis exclaims, really confused, “High Prince of the Digidestined?! You must be making a mistake!”

 

The Knightmon goes to his feet and replies, “Not so, my prince. You bare the Crest of Miracles around your neck, thus, confirming your position, as Lord of the Digidestined. The Crest of Miracles chooses its welder and the welder, as in the ancient Digital World scriptures, is lord over all Digidestined!” When other Knightmon arrive, this Knightmon guards tells Davis, “My prince, you are confused my `declaration' as the Digidestined prince and Lady Ophanimon can give the answers that you seek. Please go with these Knightmon.” Davis nods his head and he and Veemon follow the other Knightmon into the castle. Meanwhile, Kari and Gatomon had following Davis and Veemon as they headed to and arrived at this palace.

 

Kari asks Gatomon, “Gatomon, do you know what this place is?”

 

Gatomon shakes her head and replies, “No, Kari. I have seen this place in my life.”

 

But then a voice calls out, with a bold declaration, “Hey! What are you, two, doing here?!” Kari and Gatomon turn to see several Knightmon behind them. Both of them knew that since Gatomon can't become an Ultimate, she can't win against them. Kari and Gatomon throw their arms in surrender.

 

One of the Knightmon tells the other Knightmon, “Bring the prisoners into the palace! Let's allow Lady Ophanimon decided the fate of these infidels!”

 

(Meanwhile; Deep within the Palace)

 

We find Davis and Veemon inside of a grand throne room, full of crystals, lights, and sparkling `bobbles' that would make any Digimon and human awe-struck and our Digidestined of Miracles and his partner were no different.

 

Veemon exclaims, “Wow! What is this place?!”

 

A female Sovereign-type voice answers, “Why you are in my home, Veemon! I welcome you and Prince Motomiya to my palace!” When Davis and Veemon turn to the source of the voice, they see a female humanoid angel knight Digimon with bright silver and bluish-green armor float down to the ground.

 

Digimon Analyzer (Ophanimon's voice)

 

“My name is Ophanimon, I am a Holy Angel Knight Digimon, Vaccine Type, Mega level, I use my powers to promote life and love into the world and I defend those who good and true with my Eden's Javelin and Heaven's Crystal's attacks!”

 

Ophanimon walks up to Davis and Veemon, “Prince Daisuke Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles, and the mythical dragon Digimon, Veemon, partner to Prince Motomiya, I bid you both welcome. I have been expecting you.”

 

Veemon asks, amazed, “You have?”

 

Ophanimon nods her head and replies, “I have indeed.”

 

Davis then asks, “Then you're the one who sent those `visions'?”

 

Ophanimon shakes her head and says, “Sadly, I am not, Lord Motomiya. However, ancient Digital World texts and ancient Digimon prophet spoke of this. This `prophet' spoke of a young boy, bearing the Celestial Crest of Miracles, would come to my palace seeking answers about terrible `visions' of a dark future. And now, here you are. And I indeed have an answer for you, an evil force has arisen in the Digital World since MaloMyotismon's defeat. Now, they seek to conquer both worlds and destroy all those who stand in their way. However, actually, this `evil force' seeks not only to conquer the Real and Digital World, but vast other worlds. . . other dimensions! This `evil force' has more power than any `evil force' that came before it. If the Digidestined were to do battle, they will mostly certainly perish in that brave, but futile attempt.”

 

Davis gasps and exclaims, “That's what I saw in my last vision!”

 

Ophanimon states to Davis, “That vision would come to pass. . . unless you can stop them and their evil plans of dimensional conquest.”

 

Davis then asks, “But how can I stop them if all of the Digidestined wouldn't be able to?”

 

Ophanimon then tells Davis, “Legends about the Digidestined include one about a Digidestined above all others, the brightest light from everyone, human and Digimon, with a power that even exceeds the Child of Light. The legend of the Digidestined of Miracles, bearer of the Celestial Crest of Miracles, and the rightful High Prince of the Digidestined, their supreme leader.”

 

Davis asks, curiously, “How can this Crest of Miracles be sure that it got the right Digidestined?”

 

Ophanimon replies, “The Crest of Miracles sensed the great powers within your body and the purity and caring of heart and soul. Trust in yourself and in your crest. You know that the crest made the right choice.”

 

Davis then states to Ophanimon, “Okay, but what about this crest? Not only that, but how I'm supposed to defeat this `great evil'?”

 

Ophanimon replies, “Well, we have to wait a second. Our final two guests have arrived, just like I thought.” Davis and Veemon are confused and then they heard walking coming from behind them. Davis and Veemon turns to only see Kari and Gatomon being brought in by two Knightmon with their swords drawn on them.

 

They stop and one of the Knightmon reports, “Lady Ophanimon, beg you and Prince Motomiya's pardon, but we found these two intrudes just outside of the palace.”

 

Davis then tells the Knightmon, in a commanding tone, “Release them! They are my friends!”

 

Ophanimon nods her head in agreement with Davis and tells the Knightmon guards, “Please do as the young prince commands. They are the Digidestined of Light and her Digimon partner.” The two Knightmon gasp, return their swords to the sheaths on their backs, and go to their knees.

 

One of the Knightmon then says, “I beg the Lady of Light's pardon! We didn't know that you were the Digidestined of Light!”

 

Kari replies, perplexed, “Okay.”

 

Ophanimon then tells the two Knightmon, “Please return to your posts.” Knightmon then get to their feet, bows, and they return to their `posts', outside of the palace.

 

Kari then asks Davis, “Davis, what's going on? And who is this Digimon?”

 

Ophanimon answers Kari, “My name is Ophanimon, I'm a Holy Angel Knight Digimon and mistress of this palace. What is happening is the start of a great destiny.”

 

Kari asks, confused, “What do you mean by that, Ophanimon?” Gatomon wondered about that too, but then gasps when she sees Davis wearing the Crest of Miracles around his neck.

 

Gatomon exclaims, “I can't believe it! The Legendary Celestial Crest of Miracles, I thought that it was only a myth and a legend!” Kari then looks to see Davis' Crest of Miracles.

 

Kari then asks Gatomon, “You've heard of this crest, Gatomon?”

 

Gatomon then replies, “I sure have! All Digimon know the legend about the Crest of Miracles and though this brings back bad memories, when I was part of Myotismon's army, I secretly read his book and got the details of the Crest of Miracles and its Digidestined bearer. The Crest of Miracles is one of five Celestial Crests, the most powerful crests of the Digidestined. However, it is not known what the other four Celestial Crests are. However, it is known that the Crest of Miracles is one of the Celestial Crests. Not only that, I found that the bearer of the Crest of Miracles is the High Prince of the Digidestined, lord over all Digidestined!”

 

Kari asks, “High Prince of the Digidestined?!” Gatomon nods her head in a `Yes' manner to answer Kari's question.

 

Ophanimon then states, “And the Crest of Miracles has chosen its bearer, Prince Daisuke Motomiya, the one and only Digidestined of Miracles and the High Prince of all Digidestined.” Kari and Gatomon gasp in shock and amazed.

 

Davis then says, as he rubs his head nervously, “That's exactly what I thought when I found out that I'm a Digidestined prince.”

 

Kari then asks Davis, “Daisuke, does your Crest of Miracles explain why you are here?”

 

Davis replies, in a plain tone, “Somewhat, Kari, please let me explain: You see, for the past several weeks, I've been having visions, dark visions, of the future. Last night, I had the most terrible vision of all. I saw the Digital World covered in darkness and flames and. . .our friends have all been killed and drowning in their own blood.” Kari and Gatomon gasp in horror and terror. Davis then states, “And then I saw you, Kari, on. . . on the side of darkness and evil.” This left the Child of Light, totally speechless.

 

Gatomon declares, “No way! Someone has to pulling some kind of trick on you, Davis! No way, Kari would become evil!”

 

Davis then tells Gatomon in serious voice, “Gatomon, I KNOW what I saw is the truth! That vision that I saw was the possible future!” Gatomon and Kari then stay silent, they knew when Davis talks THIS seriously, he isn't kidding around. Davis then says, “However, I heard some mysterious voice tell me that I can change the future that I saw. This voice said that I'm the Digidestined beyond the control of destiny and that I can change destinies.”

 

Gatomon's eyes become wider and she says, “Well, it seems that voice knows about you and your legend, Davis. The legend of the Digidestined of Miracles is said that he's the Digidestined beyond destiny's control and that he can change the destinies of others, not by his powers, but by the power of his heart and his actions.”

 

Ophanimon then says, “You are very much, correct, Gatomon. However, what you don't know is that Kari's Crest of Light is the one of the five Celestial Crests, but out of all of them, her crest is the weakest.”

 

Kari asks, amazed, “My crest is a Celestial Crests? But what do you mean that mine is the weakest?”

 

Ophanimon explains, “The Crest of Miracles and the Crest of Light are both Celestial Crests since they can only do good `things' in the world, but Crest of Light is weaker since the darkness can suppress the light, but no matter how much the darkness and evil try, they can't suppress Miracles. Miracles continue to shine, bright as ever, no matter how small or how large, Miracles can do great things in the world. Another difference is while Light is only one attribute in Life, Light itself, Miracles, on the meanwhile, encompasses every `element' of Life, including Life itself. You see, Courage, Friendship, Kindness, Light, and the other `elements' can create Miracles, but Miracles can all those back. You see, the multiple `parts' of Life in which Miracles encompasses and inability of darkness to suppress Miracles is why Miracles is stronger than Light and other crests, expect for the final three Celestial Crests.” Ophanimon then says, “Now, let me explain why our young prince is here. You see, after MaloMyotismon defeat, a new evil arise in the Digital World, but this evil's goal is not to conquer two worlds, but many. You see, there are more worlds, other dimensions, out there, separate, but linked together, and now, this evil force has discovered how to go into the other worlds.”

 

The two Digidestined and their Digimon gasp in shock and Davis asks, “You mean that they found a way into other dimensions?!” Ophanimon nods her head and then Davis' exclaims, “Maybe that's where they get their power from!”

 

Ophanimon nods her head and replies, “That's correct, my prince. The ancient prophecy that I told you about tells about this evil force gathering great dark powers from other worlds as well as the most evil forces from those worlds, creating a powerful dark army. In order for you to stop them, you must do that same, young Prince Motomiya.”

 

Veemon then asks, “You mean that Davis and I have got to go into different worlds, learn, and gain the powers from those worlds in order to defeat this evil?”

 

Ophanimon responds, “Yes, you see, with the powers of the Digidestined of Miracles, Prince Motomiya has also got another power, the power of the Interdimensional Warrior. Long ago, during the early millennia of the existence, a great evil plagued all dimensions and threatened the destruction of all, but a group of people from different worlds had the power of the Interdimensional Warriors, humans, humanoids, or otherwise, with the ability to gain the powers of all worlds in order to defend everyone from threats like the great evil that they faced. The Interdimensional Warriors defeated this evil and the warriors returned to their homeworlds with their powers, but back to normal lives. However, a prophecy conceding with the one that I told you, says that a new evil would emerge to threaten all worlds and a new set of warriors must rise to fight. We found this prophecy with other ancient Digital World texts, but we know this isn't prophecy made in the Digital World, we, Digimon, believe that the beings that chosen the first warriors knew that this day would come and knew that the `new warriors' would come from this world. However, only Azulongmon and I have ever met these beings and based on the prophecies and `foresights' that I've seen come to pass, I know that this is all true. Prince Daisuke Motomiya, I've told you what you must do.”

 

Kari asks, worriedly, “How long will Davis be gone?”

 

Ophanimon replies, “You don't have to worry about that since you must go with him, Child of Light, since you also bear the same power of the Interdimensional Warriors that Prince Daisuke has.”

 

Loud gasps came from the Digidestined and Digimon, once more, and Davis asks, “What?! Kari has the same powers of these `Interdimensional Warriors' as me?!”

 

Ophanimon asks, in a calm tone, “Why do you think in your vision, based on what you told me, that you saw Kari as a warrior of evil?” Davis, Kari, and their two partners are unable to respond and Ophanimon then says, “The forces of darkness want her since she has the same powers as you, but she holds the weakest of the Celestial Crests, thus, making her the most vulnerable. However, if she learns powers from other worlds and she comes with you, this will start a chain reaction altering the future that you saw. Yes, my prince, by letting Kari follow, accidentally, you have already begun to change destiny, but the state of the future is in flux and anything can happen. Both of you must leave on this journey, immediately, go into other worlds, develop and train your powers, and during that time as well as when you come home, you must battle the `evil forces' and save all worlds. However, the choice is up to the two of you.”

 

Davis then asks, “Wait! We can't even tell any of friends and family?!”

 

Ophanimon shakes her head and answers, “You must go, now, and no one else must know because it would put this `mission' in great danger. The journey will be long and hard and you will need new friends and allies from other worlds, but do not worry, there are other heroes and heroines, in massive numbers, in all of the other dimensions.”

 

Davis then states, “I don't know too much about this `war' that you are bring up, Ophanimon, but I can feel that this is the right thing to do. However, I'm not sure that Kari and Gatomon should go. Kari has got friends and family, like me! But heck, she's got an older brother that's my mentor! There are so many people that care about her, here!”

 

Kari then tells Davis, “I know that you are worried about me, Daisuke. And I'm glad that you care about me and my family, but I can't let do this alone. I'm going with you.”

 

Davis asks Kari, “Kari, are you sure about this? You heard everything that Ophanimon explained to us and both of us has a good idea what we've got to do. It might and most likely, will take us, years, to return home and we are going into other worlds that we might not have a single clue about.”

 

Kari replies, “If I've got this `power' that can help others, then you know I will use it to help. Plus, I can't let go off alone if I can help you, Davis. I care about too much to let you and Veemon go off alone.” Davis is shocked to hear Kari's last statement and when Kari realizes what she just said, she widely blushes.

 

Davis sighs, smiles, and tells Kari, “Okay, Kari. Personally, I think that you've got some of older brother, Tai, in you.” Kari smiles, nicely and warmly, at Davis' remark. When all four of them look at Ophanimon, Davis says, “Okay, Ophanimon, all of us are ready.”

 

Ophanimon nods her head and tells Davis, “Before you leave, I've got two `gifts' to give you.” Davis and Kari then see their D-3s glow brightly and Kari sees her Crest of Light reappear on her neck in a bright pink light.

 

Kari exclaims, happily, “My crest!”

 

Ophanimon smiles and tells them, “Yes, I've returned the Child of Light's crest to her. She will need it on her journey with you, my prince. Plus, I've given your D-3s the ability to open dimensional gateways. All you need to do is point your D-3, anywhere in a world, and call out `Digi-Gateway Open!'. I know that it sounds redundant, but please, work with it. Also, your D-3s will record each world you go to, allowing you to set, which means that after you visit a world, you can go back to it by entering the program on your D-3. Don't worry, you will know what do to use that `new feature'.” Davis and Kari then gasp as Kari glows a slight pink and Davis glows a slight gold. Ophanimon then explains, “Don't be afraid, these are your new powers, beginning to awaken.” When the dimensional gateway appears in front of them, Ophanimon then tells them, “This portal will take you to the first world that you are needed in and need to begin your training. Good luck, Child of Miracles and Child of Light, many living beings and many worlds are counting on you.”

 

Davis then asks, “Ophanimon, are there other `Interdimensional Warriors', like me and Kari?”

 

Ophanimon replies, “I'm sorry, my prince, but I don't have an answer for that. If there are, then I don't know.” Davis nods his head in understanding.

 

Davis then asks Kari, “Ready, Kari?” Kari nods her head and then unexpectedly, takes Davis' left hand with her right. Then Davis, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon disappear into the portal into other world.

 

When they and the portal are gone, a male voice calls out, “So, it has begun.” Ophanimon slowly turns to see a figure in a light brown cloak.

 

Ophanimon nods her head and replies, “Yes, Gennai. It has begun and the wheels of destiny are spinning, but the future is now, uncertain, since it has already begun to change. It is totally in flux and I don't know what will happen.”

 

The figure removes his hood, revealing Gennai, as young as ever, and he replies, with a weak smile, “Believe in them. They can do it. All we can do and what we have to do is to have faith in the Digidestined Prince and Princess.”

 

Ophanimon then asks Gennai, “Should I have told them that Kari is the Princess of the Digidestined since she bearers the Crest of Light?”

 

Gennai replies, “They will learn in time and I don't think that it's too hard to figure out.” Gennai then sighs and says, “However, I'm going to have to do something I hate, but to lie to Tai and the other Digidestined about the fate of Kari, Davis, Veemon, and Gatomon until their return. However, when the four of them return, battles and a war like no other seen in any world, including our own, will begin. . .” And then Gennai thinks, “And I hope that those four can handle the tasks, tests, and battles that are before them! Please Davis, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon, save all worlds from destruction!” As Gennai begins to leave to `write' his `cover story' about what happened to our two Digidestined and their Digimon partner, Ophanimon, Gennai, and we can only wonder what's going to happen next. . .

 

End Prologue

 

Next time in Chapter 1: Returns and Confusion Abound: It have been around five years since Davis, Kari, and their Digimon partners have left on their journey, but then in Odaiba, the remaining members of the Odaiba Digidestined meet what looks like the returned Davis, but this `Davis' wasn't what he seemed and Tai could tell. This `Davis' soon proves them right by declaring that his name is DD, short for Dark Davis, a copy of the original Daisuke Motomiya created from his Digital World data and leader of the `Interdimensional Dark Digidestined Army', but before he could attack, the REAL Daisuke Motomiya appears to face him. However, the REAL Kari reappears soon after, but on the looks of things, she's on DD's side! If that wasn't shocking enough, Kari challenges Davis to a duel in which she uses the evil Seal of Orichalcos! Oh my god! Has Kari become evil like in Davis' vision?! Or is there something more to this `battle' than any of us can see?! The answer and more surprises on the first chapter of Digimon Worlds! Catch you next time!

 

Well, this is the prologue to my newest D-Warriors spin-off story! What do you think?! At first, this was going to be just 02 Digimon Mega Crossover, but now, I'm going to make it like my D-Warriors and Dimensional Wars stories, all four Digimon seasons crossed over! However, this will start just 02 Season during the early `phases' of the story, but Tamers and then Frontier will make their `debuts' in my story later on. However, the differences is that the storyline is totally different, I'm going to try to make this story more `darker' than my other two Digimon Mega Crossovers, and plus, I'm adding more elements! As you know, I've given credit from A-man for the idea of the `evil doppelganger/clone Digidestined' and from ridelancy, I used the idea of the name of Interdimensional Warriors! So, I give them credit for those ideas and I hope that they don't mind me using them! Plus, I'm going to use, credit given to Psycho G, who's story, Digimon 02: Endgame, which I feel was wrongly removed from Fanfiction website, for the idea of the `Divine Emeralds', which will be based on his `Sacred Stones' idea.
