I'm glad that my fanfiction's storyline didn't leave anyone confused and don't worry, there is more than just anime and video game action in this story. With that said and done, time to get on with the show! Now, I don't own Digimon, any of the other stories, anime, video game, magna, movie, or otherwise, or anyone/anything else that comes from all these stories that end up in this fanfiction! Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame

 

Recap: In the aftermath of the battle on Spira, our heroes and heroines try to take a break . . . well, at least some of our heroes try to. Davis and the Digidestined are trying to figure where to house all of the heroes and heroines from all world that came to aid in the battle for all worlds when a government official shows up to take them to a meeting with top officials in the Japanese government. On the meanwhile, Takato and the Tamers are walking down the streets when he and Rika learn that Henry and Jeri have been lovers for around two years and Jeri is one month pregnant with Henry's baby! Whoa! Now, that's a twist I didn't expect! Finally, we find Serena, Darien, and the other Sailor Scouts trying to have a relaxing walk and Serena trying to `re-establish' her relationship with Darien, but a giant mutant rat interrupts their walk. Serena and Hotaru look to see Dren of the Cyniclons had arrived in Davis' homeworld via Sailor Darkmoon, but the same portal allow Dren's mortal enemies, the Mew-Mew girls, to also come to the battlefield, but Sailor Moon and Sailor Saturn, in their Animorph Sailor Scout forms, took care of Dren's `pet rat' in just one, two, and three! However, Sailor Darkmoon pins Sailor Moon to the wall and prepares to finish her with the others watching helplessly! But when Sailor Darkmoon reveals that it was she, using Sailor Mars' body as a puppet, that attack Sailor Moon on that day to try to break up her friendship with Ami, Ray, Lita, and Mina, Sailor Moon gets pissed off enough to use her Interdimensional Warrior powers to throw her enemy off her. However, Sailor Darkmoon makes one final attempt by revealing a dark secret of Sailor Moon's journey: Not only Kari was under the influence of the Orichalcos, but Sailor Moon was the under the influence of the same evil power at one time! But the sailors were not phased by this low attempt and Sailor Moon, her true personality, a much stronger, determined, confident, and mature one, combines her Sailor Celestial Knight Moon form with one of her Animorph forms to give a hurting to Sailor Darkmoon and when the evil scout grab Sailor Moon by the tail, Davis and ExVeemon joined into the battle. However, when Darien/Tuxedo Mask got ruthless injured by Sailor Darkmoon, Sailor Moon unleashed an incredible and ancient power dormant inside of her to finally end this deadly `cat-fight'. When all of them got back to Ophanimon's palace, Serena revealed that she, Hotaru, and Kari, in order to gain the powers of the Mew-Mews, had to become part animal, but unlike the Mew-Mews, all three of them had the powers of two animals instead of one. Serena had the powers of a mythical Kitsune fox, we are not sure how, and the endangered Mountain Wildcat, like Zoey, the leader of the Mew-Mews, Hotaru had the powers of the endangered Grey Wolf, like Renee, and rare species of rabbits as well, and Kari, by what he heard from TK, had the powers of the endangered Mountain Cat as well and the powers of the endanger aquatic porpoise. Darien and Serena had a bit of `make-out' session, while we find something going on between our Digidestined of Hope, TK, and our Sailor Saturn, Hotaru. But at the villains' base, it looks like that Kari's `spying act' has been discovered. Will our Digidestined of Light discover that she has been discovered by the enemy before it is too late? And how will Tai think when he learns that his younger sister is part animal, now? Hopefully, we will get the answers, today, on Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame!

 

Chapter 10: Exposed, Ascended, and Awakened

 

(Two days after the last battle; Somewhere in Ophanimon's palace in the middle morning hours)

 

We find one Serena Tsukino or technically, Princess Serena of the Moon Kingdom, sleeping peacefully making some slight purring sounds that a cat would make while they are sleeping. Just then Serena feels a kiss to her forehead, causing her to stir, give out a cat-like yawn, stretch her back, rubs her forehead and right eye with a cat-like motion with her right hand and arm. When she looks up, Serena's eyes meet that of her boyfriend, Darien.

 

Darien smiles and asks, “Morning, Serena. Did you sleep well?”

 

Serena then sleepily asks, “Darien, what time is it?”

 

Darien tells Serena, in a calm manner, “It is the middle of the morning, two days since that battle with Erisita.”

 

Serena shots up in shock and exclaims, “I've been asleep for over one day?! Why didn't you wake me up?!”

 

Darien tells Serena, in a loving tone, “You were so exhausted for that last battle that you need that much time to recover and you were sleeping so peaceful, I didn't have the heart to wake you up curled up like cat and sleeping so beautifully and peacefully as one.”

 

Serena blushes and says, “Thanks, Darien. . . I think.”

 

Darien then tells Serena, “You might want to get some clothing on before you go out to meet the others.” Serena looks at herself and sees her exposed bare chest and voluptuous breasts.

 

Serena gives a deep blush of embarrassment and says, “Yeah, I should.” Serena then goes over to get her bra, top, and brooch containing her Imperial Silver Crystal to meet the others. Serena then asks, “Darien, how do you feel about me showing my true personality. . . my `true self'?”

 

Darien tells Serena, “Personally, Serena, I'm glad that you are not hiding your `true self' anymore because hiding yourself was hurting you and it pains me to see your hurt. And even though you have much stronger, confident, and mature personality, you are still the same kind and caring Serena that I know and love. Plus, deep down, I always felt and knew that you were a strong person.” Serena smiles, widely and lovingly, at her boyfriend as she gets dressed.

 

(Inside of the Digital Force `training room' of Ophanimon's palace; A short time later)

 

We find Davis, Takato, and Rika training with several of the Digital Force Digidestined and their powers, giving them the training and experience that they have during their years across worlds. Davis is training with a Digidestined from Kyoto and her partner, Kotemon, a Digimon that look mini-kendo fighter in full uniform but only as tall as Gabumon. Davis and Kyoto are training with kendo wooden swords, while Takato and Rika are training with two other Digidestined in martial arts, hand to hand combat, while their friends in the Digimon Tamers watch. The Odaiba Digidestined, minus Kari, and the Odaiba Digidestined's entire team of Digimon partner, including Gatomon, watch all of the training going on. The Sailor Scouts are watching as well while Hotaru is talking with the five Mew-Mew girls in their human forms.

Zoey has dark brownish-red hair in two pig-tails, one on each side of her scalp, held together by two small red ribbons, wearing a sleeveless pink top, black skirt that goes down one-quarter of the way to her kneecaps, pink socks, and dark brown shoes.

Bridget has her green hair in two thin ponytails, held together at the bottom by two dark green ponytails, she had large glasses in front of her eyes, emerald green sleeveless formal top, pearl necklace around her neck, bright green formal skirt that goes down to her kneecaps, dark green socks, and white formal shoes.

Corina has black hair in the same style of her transformed state, blue and black formal dress that ends at the end of her kneecaps, gray socks, and black formal shoes.

Kiki has the same blond hair in the same hairstyle as her transformed state and she is wearing a brown Chinese-type vest, black shorts that go past her kneecaps, white socks, and black sneakers.

Renee has the same hair color and style as her transformed state, a purple top that covers her bust down to the end of her waist and the top is held one inch long lines, a dark blue skirt that goes down to her kneecaps, dark violet socks, and brown sneakers.

 

With the five Mew-Mew girls are two men, one with brown hair in formal clothing and the other with blond hair, black vest jacket over a black shirt, dark grey jeans, red cloth neck-collar around his neck, and black shoes, Hotaru tells the two men, “It is a good thing that both of you came when I came back to your world to get you.” Hotaru then looks at the brown haired man with formal clothing and tells him, “Wesley, it is good to see you and Elliott.”

 

Wesley bows and tells Hotaru, “It is good to see you, too, once more, Hotaru. It has been a while since we have seen you and Serena.”

 

Kiki then asks, “By the way, where is Serena?”

 

Rini tells Kiki, “The last battle totally drained Serena of her energy and she still is sleeping. She had a rough day, yesterday.”

 

Renee then states, in her usual tone, “Being reminding of the `bad parts' of your past could do that to you as well as having your boyfriend injured like that can do that to you.”

 

Zoey then says, concerned, “I hope that Serena is all right.”

 

Serena's voice then calls out, “Don't worry, Zoey, I'm a tougher girl than I let people on.” When the scouts and Mew-Mews look to the source of the Serena's voice, they see her and Darien entering the room.

 

“Serena!” the other scouts and the Mew-Mew call out, happily. When the Digidestined, Kyoto, looks to the source of the voice, she stops and then gets hit on the helmet by Davis' kendo wooden sword. This causes her to fall down on her butt and when she looks up at Davis, he has a disappointed look on his face.

 

Davis tells Kyoto, “Kyoto, didn't I tell you not to lose focus?! If I had a real sword, I would have split your head in half with that blow! Remember, you can't lose focus and not get distracted by anything, since this enemy are ruthless and relentless and would take any chance to take their opponents out! In combat, you can't lose focus at any time or it might cost you!”

 

Kyoto gets to her feet, bows in front of Davis, and tells him, “I'm sorry, Sensei Motomiya.”

 

Davis then tells Kyoto, “Okay, Kyoto. We have been training, a lot, all this morning. Take a break and we will continue later.” He then gives a traditional Japanese bow for kendo fighters.

 

Kyoto gives the traditional bow in response and responds, “Yes, Sensei Motomiya.” Kyoto then takes off her kendo helmet, revealing her long bright blue hair that flows down the end of her waist and bright cherry red eyes as well as the immense amounts of sweat on her face.

 

Serena, seeing this, asks, “What's going on here?”

 

Davis looks at Serena and tells her, “Serena, glad to see you up and about. Anyway, Takato, Rika, and I are giving the Digital Force Digidestined training for the battles ahead with the experience that we have gained across worlds.”

 

Serena tells Davis, “With the enemies that we have to face, they will need it.” Then the scouts, Mew-Mews, and Digidestined hear five quick punches and kicks and when they look at it, one male Digidestined, in his late teens, falls to the floor on his butt and back, hard with a black and blues surrounding both eyes. When they looked at his `opponent', they saw none other than Rika Nonaka, arms crossed and crossed look on her face.

 

Davis and Serena come up to the fallen Digidestined and Davis asks him, “Let me guess: You insulted her in some way by saying something like `You are only a girl' or something of the sort?” The Digidestined nods his head in agreement. Davis and Serena sigh, help the Digidestined to his feet, and while they are doing that, Davis tells him, plainly, “I told you that she isn't a girl to get pissed off at you. Rika is no ordinary girl, she's a hard-core fighter, when pissed off, will drop you faster than you can say `Digital Monster'.”

 

Serena then adds, “Plus, she's an Interdimensional Warrior, experienced one at that, which means she's a lot smarter, faster, and stronger than you.”

 

The Digidestined says, shaky in his movements, “No kidding. She's a real firecracker that hits like a speeding bullet.”

 

Rika then states, in her hard-core angered tone, “And let that be a lesson to you because next time, I won't be so lenient on you!” When all three of them look at Rika, he gives the male Digidestined such a cold look that it sends shivers down his spine. Rika then walks away to her boyfriend, who done training another male Digidestined in use of spirit energy. . . the basics anyway.

 

Davis then tells the Digidestined, “Go over to Ophanimon at the medical ward. She and the medical staff can get you something for those black eyes, but remember, you got off lucky with her.” The Digidestined nods and follows his partner, a BlackAgumon, to the medical ward in the palace.

 

Jeri giggles and says, “Same old Rika. She hasn't changed a bit after all of these years.”

 

Zoey weakly smiles and says, “Tell us about it. She's the same way when we met her.” Zoey's last statement catches Davis' and Serena's attention and they turn to look at her.

 

Davis states, “Hold on! Did you say that you met Rika before? She came to your world?”

 

Bridget then tells Davis, “After Kari, Serena, and Hotaru left, Rika's `clone', known as DR came to our world to cause more terror and chaos. Rika came into our world and helped us, in the process gaining similar powers as us, Mew-Mews.”

 

Kazu exclaims, “Whoa! Does that mean that Rika is also part-animal?!”

 

Rika calls back, “Obviously, visor head! Like Kamiya, Tsukino, and Tomoe, I've got the powers of two animals instead of one. I've got the powers of a mythical Kitsune fox, like Serena, and endangered Blue Lorikeet `mixed' with my human DNA.”

 

Davis then asks Zoey, “Zoey, this is a real important question: Were there any more female Interdimensional Warriors that came to your world?”

 

Kiki then replies, “Oh, sure! You didn't know? There was long blond haired girl with the same name as Zoey, here, but her name is `Zoe' with the `y' at the end, and she was also an Interdimensional Warrior.”

 

This causes the other heroes and heroines to get out of their seats and Tai exclaims, “Whoa! There are even more Interdimensional Warriors?!”

 

Serena then asks the Mew-Mew girls, “Zoey, we don't mean to pressure you, but can you tell us about this `Zoe'?”

 

Wesley then tells them, “Well, for one thing, she said that she was a Digidestined like Kari Kamiya.”

 

“Hold on! I check all of the news reports from around the world and there were no more Digidestined that were `missing' from our world!” Izzy exclaims.

 

Renee then states, in her calm voice, “I don't think she came for your world at all. She didn't have one of those `Digimon' as a partner with her and this `Zoe' has a strange `digivices' as you call them and when she used it, this `Zoe' turned into one of those `Digimon'.”

 

Matt then states, “I never heard of a Digidestined that can transform into a Digimon and is without a Digimon partner.”

 

Cody then states, “Renee might be right about this Digidestined not being from our world. This `Zoe' might come from another dimension that has her own Digital World, Digimon, and a Digidestined team of its own.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, “Yeah, it was really cool! Her transformations and all! She turned into human butterfly and human and hawk combo with real sharp claws and really cool armor over much of her body!”

 

Bridget then states, “Yeah, this `Zoe' was also using the same or similar powers to what Kari, Serena, Hotaru, and Rika used and we became good friends with her. `Zoe' gained the same power as our as well and she has the powers of endangered rabbit species like Hotaru and a Blue Lorikeet like Corina.”

 

Zoey then tells Davis and Serena, “This `Zoe' told us a lot about herself, but it might too much to take in at once. However, she and I became good friends.”

 

Corina then states, “That's because both of you had a lot in common, including how to speak a boy that she has a crush on.”

 

Zoey exclaims, indignity, “Hey!”

 

Corina then tells Davis, “She told us that she has a crush on another boy, a fellow Interdimensional Warrior and Digidestined from her world, his name is Takuya Kanbara, from what she told us, but she has problems talking to him or telling him how she feels about him because she isn't sure that he `likes likes' her.”

 

Yolei then asks, perplexed, “I don't get it! How many Interdimensional Warriors are there?”

 

Ken tells Yolei, in response, “Who knows Yolei? Davis and Kari only knew about Serena and Hotaru and then Takato and Rika arrived with their friends, the Tamers. How knows how many people from how many worlds have the powers of Interdimensional Warriors?”

 

Davis then says, “The good news is that we know that there are more allies out there. The bad news is that with them come more enemies that might be from the same `evil source' as ours and there might be a bigger connection of why we had the powers of Interdimensional Warriors inside of us.”

 

Ami then states, “That's a good point, but until we find all of the other Interdimensional Warriors, there is very little way of knowing and it might be possible that not all of the heroes and heroines that all of you met the other warriors.”

 

Takato then says, “Ami has a good point, but all we can do is worry about what's happening now and continue to train as well as prevent any of our enemies' evil plans. Fortunately or unfortunately, sooner or later, we will find the other warriors and their enemies or they will find us.”

 

Terriermon then states, “Just great.”

 

The other scouts look at Serena and Mina asks Serena, “Serena, are you going to be okay?”

 

Serena weakly nods her head and says, “Yeah. . .”

 

Ray then tells Serena, “Serena, please don't into any `guilt trip' over what happened in the past! What's done is done and all you can do is move on!”

 

Serena tells Ray, “How can you say that Ray?! It was my fault that all of those people get their souls sealed away because I let my anger and rage take over and I unleashed the darkness in my own heart!”

 

Ami tells Serena, “Serena, all of us have light and darkness within us and scars on our heart! However, it wasn't your fault about what happened, Erisita used your own emotions against you!”

 

Mina tells Serena, “Plus, it was rotten bitch that created much of that anger and rage when she tricked you into believing that we tried to kill when she used Ray to attack you! Everything that happened leads up to her and thus, it is all her fault!”

 

Rini tells Serena as well, “Serena, you weren't the only one used by evil. Remember, when I was used by Wiseman, when he unlocked the darkness within myself and turned me into Wicked Lady for his plan to destroy all life on Earth. But thanks to you and my mom, your future-self, as well as every one of the other scouts, with the light of their love and friendship, brought me back. Erisita tricked you as Wiseman tricked me and Hotaru and Prince Davis saved you because they cared about you as friend and never gave up on you as you never gave up on me.”

 

Lita then states to Serena, encouragingly, “That's right, Serena! And no matter what happened, we are always be friends!”

 

Serena smiles and tells them, “Thanks, guys, you are the best.” Ami, Ray, Lita, Mina, Rini, and Serena then go into a group hug.

 

Davis smiles and thinks in his own mind, “Well, I'm glad that's all over and Serena and her friends are friends, once again!”

 

When the six scouts `break out' of their group hug, Serena then looks at Davis and asks him, “So, what was happening since I was out?”

 

Amarah then tells Serena, “Nothing much, really. It has been quite for the past two days.”

 

Serena then asks, “What about Kari?”

 

Davis gains a serious look on his face and replies, “Since has been in constant contact for the past two days, Kari told us that she worried about you, but she hasn't been able to give us any information for the past two days about the enemies' plans.”

 

Serena then asks, perplexed, “She hasn't? But I thought they put her in their `inner circle', deeply thinking that she was on their side?”

 

Davis tells Serena, in his serious look, but in a worried tone, “That's the problem, Serena: Kari told me herself that they fully trust her and she IS in their `inner circle'. This no information has gotten me very worried about her being there and I decided to not take any chances. There is something wrong with this and I know it.”

 

Takato then asks Davis, “You don't think that Kari has been discovered, do you?”

 

Davis answers, in his serious tone, “I didn't want to take any chances, so, I told Kari to end her `spying', get the Winged Dragon of Ra, and get the hell out of that place. Her `role' as our spy is over and I KNOW that she can't be there any longer.”

 

Mimi then states, “I hope that Kari is okay.”

 

Tai then says, “I know that Kari will be okay, Mimi. Kari has become a lot stronger, we have all seen it, and we have to believe in her abilities, like her boyfriend does.” Davis gives a smile in response to Tai's statement. However, Tai thinks to himself, “Please Kari, get out of there as fast as possible and get back to us, safety! I won't know what to do if something happened to my nee-chan!”

 

(Inside of the villains' `fortress'; On the meanwhile)

 

We find our Digidestined of Light going down the hallways of the enemies' headquarters, making sure that there are no guards around, on her way to the `vault' that contains the Winged Dragon of Ra card. Surprisingly, there is no one to block Kari's path to the `vault' and Winged Dragon of Ra card contained within the `vault'.

 

Kari thinks in her own mind, “That's weird! Why isn't there anyone guarding the way to vault? The Winged Dragon of Ra, the most powerful of the Egyptian God Cards, is inside of the vault and they would have guards to guard the card! I don't like this!” Kari then moves down the hallway until she reaches the vault door, which also totally unguarded. Kari then uses her code to get into the vault, the code works to Kari's surprise, and the vault door opens to the huge vault where there is large glass-top container in the center. Kari says in her own thoughts, “Okay, I'm really not liking this! Dai-chan's and my feeling might be right on the money! There is no one inside of the vault to guard all of the `valuables' that they gathered in all worlds expect for the two Divine Emeralds, which they keep in a special vault! Best to get the Winged Dragon of Ra and get out of here!” Kari then rushes over to the glass-topped container, looks inside, and gasps when she finds nothing there!

 

Just then DD's voice calls out, “Looking for something my dear?” Kari turns around to see DK, DD, DY, DE, DT, and DC, the inner circle of the Dark Digidestined, looking right at her.

 

Kari replies, in her dark sarcastic tone, “What is it to you?!”

 

DY yells at Kari, “Girl, drop the act! We know that you were acting as a spy for your pervious boyfriend and that Seal of Orichalcos you used was a total fake!”

 

Kari growls in her own mind, sighs in defeat, knowing that she had been exposed, and then says, calmly, “How did you find out?”

 

DK holds up a disc in her left hand and explains, “We found about your `modifications' to our security systems. I've got to admit, we almost didn't find out until we found a `flaw' that you made and the `command' planted in our security system's program. When we played the `real footage' of what happened between you and Mai, we found that you let her escape, took the Pyramid of Light card, and your conversation with Mai where you explained about your Seal of Orichalcos being a total fake of the real Seal of Orichalcos.”

 

DD smirks and tells Kari, “Personally, I've got to say this: Yours and Motomiya's plan was totally ingenious. Using a fake seal that had all of the powers of the real seal, but didn't contain evil power or can't take a soul, making sure you play that duel between the two of you at your bests, thus making it so real, making sure that duel ends in tie that we might be fooled, and controlling your `dark side' to make yourself look much `darker' and `eviler' than you really are, but you made one `fatal' error and it will cost you, my dear. We don't like to be tricked.”

 

DE then holds up the Winged Dragon of Ra card in his hands and asks, in a taunting tone, “Were you looking for this by any chance?” Kari groans in annoyance.

 

Kari then tells the Dark Digidestined, “Don't think that you will kill me that easily! I'm an Interdimensional Warrior, you know!”

 

DD tells Kari, with wide and evil grin, “Who said that we are going to kill you, my dear?” Kari become perplexed at DD's `question' at her.

 

DT then states, “There are a lot more `fates' worse than death and before we are done with you, we are going to wish that we had killed you.” Kari didn't like the sound of those words from DT's mouth and look around for an escape, while making sure that she's looking for an escape in front of the Dark Digidestined. Her eyes then spot a nearby air vent and she smiles mentally.

 

Kari then tells the Dark Digidestined, “Don't think that I'm going to `roll over and play dead', you know.”

 

DE responds, “Oh, we are looking forward to beating you into a pulp from your best efforts.”

 

Kari then quickly takes her pendant and Crest of Light from her pocket, attaches the pendant to her Crest of Light, puts the Crest of Light, with the pendant attached, around her neck, and yells out, “Digimorphosis Energize!” Kari then curls into a ball as her body is engulfed into a cocoon of pure pink light. When the light and the cocoon disappears, Kari has totally transformed. Kari's hair is now, a mixture of fiery red and bright pink that goes down her back up to half-way of her lower legs, two bright gray cat ears on the top of her scalp, her eyes are bright sky-blue feline eyes, rainbow colored lips, a neck-collar made of pure gold with a crystal ball like a cat's toy with the Crest of Light in pink on the crystal ball, bright rainbow tube top that covers all of her voluptuous breasts and only half of one inch past them, golden colored furry bands on their upper arms, the palms of her hands are cat-like paws covered by pink fingerless gloves, her nails are bright sparkling red and have grown as well as hardened to look like cat-like claws on the end of her fingers, bright pink wristbands on her wrists, bright pink skirt covered in golden stars that goes up to the end of her navel, obviously leaving MAJOR mid-drift, the skirt then goes down to her kneecaps, while a bright grey cat-like tail, four inch longer than Zoey's of the Mew-Mews, comes out of her tailbone area, with two bows on the tail, one bright cherry red on near the end of her tail with four pink bells, two on front and two on the back, with the Crest of Light in gold on all of them and another bright blue bow in the middle of her tail, with one rainbow bells on each side of the bow, with a cat-paws on both bells, bright pink stockings that go all the way half-way of her upper thighs, and bright blue sneakers.

 

DK then states, in a taunting tone, “Aw, the little kitty shows her `true colors'.”

 

DC then asks, confidently, “Do you think by turning into overgrown cat that you will escape?”

 

Kari then holds up a black sphere and says, “This might help.” Kari then throws the black sphere in front of them and pure white smoke covers all of the Dark Digidestined and causes them to cough uncontrollably.

 

DY screams out as she coughs, “*cough* That bitch! *cough* She used a *cough* a ninja smoke bomb to *cough* *cough* conceal herself while she *cough* got away!”

 

DT then yells out as he coughs, “*cough* *cough* Well, why don't anyone *cough* try to *cough* stop her?! *cough*”

 

DE shouts out as he coughs, “*cough* *cough* *cough* Because she *cough* concealing her *cough* aura to make sure that we *cough* *cough* can't sense her!” When the smoke clears, the Dark Digidestined then look around to see that Kari is gone!

 

DT exclaims, “Damn it! That whore made her get away!”

 

DK then yells out, “She must have escaped through the door! Come on, we have to go after her!”

 

DD then commands, “Don't move a muscle!”

 

DE tells DD, “Are you crazy?! Kamiya is getting away!”

 

DD tells everyone, “It would be too obvious to leave through the `front door'! Kari Kamiya is much smarter than that and with her new abilities, she can try other `escape routes'!” DD then points to something and exclaims, “Why don't you look at that?!” The other Dark Digidestined then look to see the open ventilation grate leading into the ventilation shaft.

 

DC then states, “She must have gone into the ventilation shaft!”

 

DY yells out, “Obviously, DC!”

DD then orders out, “DE, take DY into the center of our security system and get the plans for our base and find all of the places where that ventilation staff leads to! The rest of you, stay with me and protect the Winged Dragon of Ra card until DE and DY tell us where Kamiya can possibly be found.”

 

DE tells DD, “Right, DD.” DE and DY then head off to the security center to get the needed information, passing DM and DR on the way out.

 

DR then asks, “What in the hell is going on here?”

 

DD answers, “Kari Kamiya shows her true colors and those colors are red when a person gets stabbed in the back.”

 

DM then asks, “Can we help at all?”

 

DD tells DM, “If your Dark Tamers can help us catch Kamiya, it would be greatly appreciated.”

 

DM tells DD, “Nothing would please me more than take out a little snitch.” DR smiles, evilly, at the notion that DM is giving to DD. Meanwhile, Kari, in her transformed state, crawls along all fours, through the ventilation shaft.

 

Kari sighs and tells herself, “Not one of your best moments, Kari.” As she crawls along with the dexterity of a feline, making her crawl through the ventilation shaft a lot quicker, she finds herself at a fork in the `road', one going left and the other going right. Kari then starts to sniff the air with her new feline sensitive nose and thinks in her own mind, “Please Mew-Mew and animal senses don't fail me, now!” Kari then says to herself, “Okay, right. And I'm hoping that I'm right.” Kari then crawls to the right and follows the ventilation shaft for ten minutes that seemed like ten hours to Kari, but soon, she reaches a ventilation grate, signaling the end of this shaft. Kari uses her claw-like nails to cut the grate into pieces, Kari then looks out to see no one around, and then jumps out of the grate, using her cat-like agility and dexterity to land on both feet on the ground, which is a length of thirty feet from the grate and to the ground. When Kari gets a good look of her surrounding, she finds that this area of the base is similar to Ken's base when he was under the control of the Dark Spore and the Digimon Emperor. Kari then says, “Whoa, Déjà vu. This reminds me of Ken's base when he was the Digimon Emperor.”

 

But then DK's voice calls out, “Too bad your trip through memory lane is about to end!” Kari turns her head around only to get hit in her bare back by powerful ki beam, which badly burns her exposed back as well as causing Kari to give a loud `meow' of pain. Lying down on the ground on her stomach, Kari is helpless as DK walks over to her. When Kari gets to her knees, DK tells Kari, “Personally, Kari, I like you better when you were bad to bone, even if it was an act. We were so much alike.”

 

Kari tells DK, in an annoyed tone, “I will never be a jackass whore like you, DK.”

 

DK tells Kari, in a taunting tone, “My, my, what language, Kari? What would your mother say?” On the meanwhile, Kari moves her right hand to her side, unseen by DK, and her nails/claws begin to glow.

 

Kari then tells DK, “My mother wouldn't approve of that language as well as THIS!” Kari then slashes DK's face with her claw-like nails, causing DK to scream out in pain and cover her face with her hands.

 

DK roars out in pure anger, “You rotten bitch! I'll get you for that!”

 

Kari then calls out, “You are going to have to get some medical attention first!” When DK looks at Kari, DK sees Kari's tail is extended into the air and her cherry red bow is glowing with golden glow. Kari then states, “Later, little miss jerk! Starlight Bells!” Kari's glowing bow then fires a rainbow beam fully of rainbow stars at DK, which plaster into her, badly cutting and burning her in the arms and the right side of her lower waist, and sending her into the wall. Kari then takes a deep breath and says, “That takes care of that problem. Time to leave.”

 

But then DR's voice exclaims, “No, time to die, little kitty!” Kari turns to the source of the voice only to have a powerful dark energy wave to hit her, causing her to be thrown off the edge and fall down deep into the bottom pit with the connecting platform passages. When DR looks over the edge to find Kari, she's gone from sight! DR then smirks and states, cocky and nastily, “Guess all cats don't land on their feet!”

 

DK, still injured, comes over and tells DR, “However, cats are known to have nine lives and we didn't have take Kari's first one during our battles with her and her rotten boyfriend! So, let's make sure!”

 

DR tells DK, “Good point. Let's go!” DK and DR then fly off into the platform passageways connected by the main `column' in search for our Digidestined of Light. However, what they didn't notice, is just below them is another ventilation grate kicked open from the outside. And inside, we find our slight smoking and somewhat burned and injured, but still alive, conscious, and `kicking' Kari Kamiya, still in transformed state, breaths a slight of relief.

 

Kari says in her own mind, “Thank goodness that grate was right here or I would be toast! Plus, I would also like to thank cat-like agility and reflexes as well as, myth or not, landing on their feet, two or all four! Well, Kari, better use this time and get the hell out of here!” Kari then starts to crawl as fast as she can through the ventilation shaft to find her way out of there.

 

(Returning to Ophanimon's base; Around noontime)

 

We find Serena and Hotaru helping out Takato and Rika with the training of the Digital Force Digidestined while Davis has a good talk with Elliott and Wesley.

 

Elliott then tells Davis, in strong, stern, and yet, cold tone, “As long as Dren and Cyniclons remain in this world, so, are the Mew-Mews and us. They are a threat to this world, now, for another thing, they might come back to our world.”

 

Wesley tells Davis, adding to Elliott's statements, in his usual tone, “Beside, it is rude to leave the friends of Ms. Serena, Ms. Hotaru, Ms. Rika, and Ms. Kari in need as well as her boyfriend.”

 

Davis tells Wesley and Elliott, “Thank you for your support. We need all the allies we can get with all of the allies that they are gathering. Now, all you need to tell me, what you need from your worlds and the five of us can use our dimensional-crossing techniques to get it right away.”

 

Elliott then says, “Well, there are a few things. . .”

 

Davis then tells Elliott, “But don't say to bring the whole Mew-Mew Café from your world. Time still passes in all world and people might get suspicious if they see a whole café just mysterious disappear just like that.”

 

Wesley tells Davis, “No, you don't need to worry about that. We just need you to bring all of our equipment we use to work with the Mew-Mews from our `café front' into your world. . . well, your human world, possibly.”

 

Elliott asks Davis, in his usual tone, “And by the way, did you get your government to set-up what we need, yet?”

 

Zoey yells at Elliott, annoyed, “Hey, Elliott! Stop rushing him! It's not like Kari's handsome boyfriend, here, has ten arms or something!” Davis does a slight sweatdrop and blush at this `situation' that starts to form and then everyone hears what sounds like a `meow' coming from the door.

 

Mimi asks, curiously, “What was that?” Takato, Rika, Serena, and Hotaru then stop their training with their four `trainees' to feel the presence of an aura about to enter the room.

 

Cody then states, “I think it came from the door.” When everyone looks to the door, they gasp to find Kari, still in her transformed state, stagger into the room.

 

When Tai looks at Kari's, now, feline sky-blue eyes, he doesn't recognize her at first, but when he does he gasps to `see' who that `cat/human hybrid' really is, and Tai thinks, “No way! Is that Kari?!”

 

The answer came from Kari's lips, when she says, very weakly, “Dai-chan. . .” Kari then faints and begins to fall to the floor and Davis uses his super-speed to catch her in his arms before she even got close to the floor.

 

Davis gently shakes Kari and asks, worriedly, “Kari, are you okay?! What happened to you?!” Kari stirs, weakly opens her eyes, and looks at Davis with her feline sky-blue eyes.

 

Kari tells Davis, weakly, “They. . . found out. . . truth about. . . about me being a spy in their. . . headquarters. . .”

 

Davis then says, solemnly, “Damn! I was afraid that was the case!”

 

Kari then weakly tells Davis, “Daisuke. . . *huff* I'm *huff* sorry. . .”

 

Davis tells Kari, lovingly and confused, “What are you sorry about? I should have gotten you out sooner.”

 

Kari weakly smiles, shakes her head slightly, and tells Davis, “It *cough* wasn't your fault, Daisuke. I *huff* chose to stay and didn't notice what was happening. I'm sorry, but I *huff* didn't get the Winged Dragon of Ra back from them. They still have that *huff* all-powerful God Card in their. . . possession.”

 

Davis tells Kari, lowly, “Don't worry about it. As long as you are safe and sound, I don't care about that card.” Kari smiles, widely and lovingly, at Davis, but then falls into a state of unconsciousness.

 

Serena comes over, looks at it, and exclaims, worriedly, “Oh, dear! Davis, Kari's back! It's burned!” When Davis looks, he gasps to see that Serena is indeed right.

 

When Takato looks at the burn on Kari's bare back, he says, “It looks like that she got hit from a close range energy wave, but it isn't serious.”

 

Davis tells Takato, “Well, it is serious enough to me! I'm taking her to infirmary!” Davis looks at Elliott and Wesley and tells them, “Elliott, Wesley, I'm going to need help getting Kari `checked over'.”

 

Wesley nods his head and tells Davis, “Of course, we will help in any way that we can.” Davis then takes Kari into his arms and runs to the infirmary with Serena, Darien, the other Sailor Scouts, Elliott, Wesley, the Mew-Mew girls, Takato and Tamers, and the Digimon Tamer's Digimon partners following them.

 

Tai looks at the other Odaiba Digidestined and asks them, plainly, “Okay, can any one of you tell me why Kari looks like a cat-girl and in those clothes?!” The other Odaiba Digidestined look nervous since they knew the truth since Davis, Serena, and Hotaru told all of them, but left Tai out of it.

 

Sora then tells Tai, “We can tell you, Tai.”

 

Tai exclaims, “Davis told you?! Why didn't he tell me?!”

 

Matt then yells at Tai, “Tai, do you want to go see your nee-chan or not?!”

 

Tai then states, “Fine! But I want a full explanation for Davis or one of you, got it?!” All of the Odaiba Digidestined and Digimon partners then follow the other heroes and heroines to the infirmary.

 

(Ophanimon's Palace `Infirmary'; A VERY brief time later)

 

We find our Digidestined of Light, still in her animal/human hybrid state, lying down on a bed on her stomach in the infirmary that inside Ophanimon's palace. Ophanimon's Palace Infirmary looks like a future high-tech hospital that can handle any emergences, but doesn't have a `scary look' to it, if you get my meaning. Kari's hybrid body is being scanned by high-tech scanner from out of Star Trek, provided by our six Interdimensional Warriors, by Wesley, since this `power' of Kari's is derived from the Mew-Mews, with help by Serena and Rika.

 

Davis asks the three of them, concerned, “How is she?”

 

Wesley tells Davis, “From what Serena, Rika, and I could tell Davis, the burns and cuts are bad, but not serious. In fact, she doesn't have any serious injuries.”

 

Rika then tells Davis, “So, give your girlfriend some time to rest and relax and she will be up and about in time obviously.”

 

Serena then asks, wondering, “Who could have done this to Kari?”

 

Rika responds, “That's a silly question, Serena. Who do you think? Only certain members of the Dark Moon, Dark Digidestined, and Dark Tamers could have done this. My money is on that bitch, DR, my `copycat'. She's known to blast people in the back.” Just then everyone hears Kari give off a meow-like yawn and when everyone looks at her, she lifts her head and looks at everyone with her sky-blue feline eyes.

 

Kari tells Rika, “That's only half right, Rika. DK blasted me in the back while I wasn't look and DR blasted me off a platform that was hundreds of feet from the ground.”

 

Kiki exclaims, amazed, “Whoa! How did you survive?!”

 

Kari smiles and tells Kiki, “Don't you forget that a cat always lands on her feet? Thank good luck as well as my cat-like agility and reflex when I snuck into a ventilation grate when I got blast off that platform by DR.”

 

Bridget then tells Kari, concerned, “I hope that you are all right.”

 

Kari then says, “Hi, Bridget. It has been a while and I'm glad to see you and the Mew-Mews. Don't worry, I've gotten hurt worse than this, but I wished that my escape involve a little LESS pain.”

 

Zoey then tells Kari, “Hey, Kari, when you get better, can you show us around your hometown.”

 

Kari smiles and tells Zoey, “Sure, Zoey!”

 

Elliott then calls out, “We aren't here for sight seeing across worlds, Zoey.”

 

Zoey yells at Elliott, “Hey, can't a girl see a friend's hometown without fighting monster animals or something like that?!”

 

Kari smiles and says, “I see that Elliott and Wesley are here, too.”

 

Wesley then tells Kari, “Yes, my lovely Kari. It is honor to be back in such a heroine's presence, once more.”

 

Kari smiles, giggles slightly, and tells Wesley, “Thanks, Wesley.”

 

Tai's voice then calls out to Kari, plainly, “Kari. . .” Kari then looks at Tai to see a real `interested' look on his face.

 

Kari then tells Tai, a bit nervously, “You must be wondering why I'm mix between a girl and a cat, Tai?”

 

Tai tells Kari, “Sora already told me.”

 

Kari then replies, “Oh.”

 

Tai then asks Davis and Kari, “Why didn't you tell me about this and told all the others?”

 

Kari then tells Tai, “Tai, all of us know how overprotective of me that you are and how much you care for me. You are my onii-chan, after all, but if you heard about me being part-human and part-animal like the Mew-Mews, we weren't sure how you were take it. Actually, we thought that you would go through the roof.”

 

Tai replies, “Well, if this was five years ago, I would go through the roof, but this is now and I admit I'm not sure how I'm going to take it, but I've been through plenty of weird things as a Digidestined. Kari, I think you should have realized that I wasn't the real problem. What our family would think of this certain `power', when they found out is the real problem?”

 

Kari then says, “Now, that I think about it, Tai, you have got a good point.”

 

Davis tells Tai, “Sorry about not telling about this, Tai.”

 

Tai tells Davis, “I understand, but next time, if my sister transforms into a `cat girl' or some other animal, please tell me, sooner.”

 

Davis smiles and responds, “Promise.” Davis then looks at Kari and asks, “How are you doing, anyway, Kari?”

 

Kari replies, “Better. But I would like a saucer of milk please.” Kari's tail then twitches around.

 

Tai sighs and says, “This is going to take a long while to get us to.”

 

Kari blushes a deep cherry red, knowing what she, and says, “Oops. I couldn't help myself. . . my feline `instincts' just kick in like that.”

 

Zoey tells Kari, “I can relate, Kari.”

 

Serena nods her head and adds, “No kidding. And you've got to really watch yourself when you get surprised or `freaked out' by something or someone, like a certain Mini-Moon, or people might see when certain `animal appendages' come out.”

 

Davis tells Kari, “Kari, could you try to take it easy for a while and heal up?”

 

Kari nods her head and responds, “Okay, I'll try, Daisuke. And I'm sorry that I couldn't get the Winged Dragon of Ra back.”

 

Davis tells Kari, “Like I said before: We will worry about that card when we get to it. For now, I'm glad that you are safe and back here with all of us, with the fact that it will stay that way. Just rest, okay?” Davis then bends his head over and kisses Kari on her forehead, in which she strokes her hair, causing Kari to give off a few cat-like `purrs'.

 

Kari then says, “Don't worry, I will.”

 

Cody then says, “Okay, that's done, but it means that we don't have anyone on the inside of our enemies' operations anymore.”

 

TK then states, “Cody's right. With no `inside information' we don't have much idea about their plans other than before Kari was discovered.”

 

Takato then says, “We do know that they are going to revive two powerful world destroying beasts from two worlds by capturing people's souls and they are trying to gain final victory by gathering all of the Divine Emeralds.”

 

Henry then states, “So far, we have two emeralds and our enemies have two.”

 

Rika tells Henry, “Obvious, Einstein, but we need to know where the final three are and we need to put our two someplace where they would be safe and our enemies wouldn't find them.”

 

Yolei then states, “Other than those two facts, any of their other plans are basically a blank to all of us.”

 

Davis then tells everyone, “Well, we just do what we always done, play it by ear. All of us, heroes and heroines, have faced lots of unknowns before we found out about them and all of us have done fine before. Plus, we might find out something if we capture and `suggest' one of their minions to tell us something.”

 

Rika says, “Well, I've got the perfect way to get some information out of those goof ball minions of theirs, especially that rotten DR and her Dark Tamers squad.”

 

Terriermon then states, low tone, “That would be PG-13, R, or NC-17 rated depending on what mood is in.”

 

Rika then tells Terriermon, annoyed, “Do you want to see what mood I'm in, rabbit?” Terriermon shakes his head nervously, trying to make sure that he didn't get on Rika's `bad side'.

 

Mimi then asks, curiously, “Okay, now that Kari is going to be just fine, what are we going to do next?” However, just then two explosions hit simultaneously, shaking all of the rooms within Ophanimon's palace.

 

Renee tells Mimi, “Well, there's your answer.” Just then Davis, Kari, Serena, Hotaru, Takato, and Rika along with Veemon, Gatomon, and the Tamers' Digimon partners then sense a powerful `dark force' just outside. Kari growls and gives off a few cat-like `hisses', knowing exactly WHO that `evil force' is outside.

 

Zoey exclaims, “Whoa! What was that?”

 

Davis growls in anger and states, seriously, “It's the wiseass that shot Kari in the back! I know her `dark aura' anywhere!”

 

Serena tells Davis, “Let's give her a butt kicking for she did to Kari!” Davis nods his head in agreement and Serena, Hotaru, and Davis then head outside.

 

Rika yells at them, “Hey, you're no butt kicking anyone without me! Come on, goggles!” Rika then runs after the three of them, causing Takato to smile at his girlfriend, and he then follows her.

 

Kenta groans out loud, “Here we go, again!”

 

Kazu tells Kenta, in annoyed tone, “Get backbone and get use to it, Kenta!”

 

Ryo then yells out, “Hey, Takato, Rika, wait for us!” Kenta, Kazu, Ryo, their three Digimon, and Veemon then follow the five Interdimensional Warriors.

 

Jeri started to go, but Henry stops her and tells her, “Jeri, you can't! You've got someone else to worry about!” Henry then points to Jeri's waist and chest area.

 

Jeri nods her head in agreement, kisses Henry on his right cheek, and tells him, “Okay, please be careful Henry-chan.”

 

Terriermon replies, “Hey, are we always?” Henry groans from Terriermon's sarcastic `reply' to Jeri's `request' and both of them then follow them.

 

Ray then yells out, “Hey, Serena! Wait for us!” Darien and the other scouts then follow their leader and Hotaru with all of the others.

 

Tai then tells Gatomon, “Gatomon, watch over Kari for the rest of us!” Tai and the other Odaiba Digidestined, human and Digimon, then run off to follow their High Prince, outside.

 

As the Odaiba Digidestined were leaving, Corina then states, in her usual tone, “And what are we supposed to do?!”

 

Yolei turns her head back to her and responds, “You will have to ask our fearless High Prince about that one! Later!” The remaining Odaiba Digidestined, human and Digimon, then head for the front door of Ophanimon to go outside with the others.

 

(Just outside of Ophanimon's palace; Another VERY brief time later)

 

The door of Ophanimon's palace then swing open and our five Interdimensional Warriors along with the Odaiba Digidestined and Digimon, minus Kari and Gatomon, Darien and the Sailor Scouts, and the Digimon Tamers, human and Digimon, came into what's left of the forest around Ophanimon's palace, since DD's small army of SkullMeramon destroyed most of it some days ago, to find none other than DK of the Dark Digidestined, standing there and by herself.

 

DK tells them, in a nasty tone, “Took you long enough to get here.”

 

Davis yells at the female Dark Digidestined, “Okay, DK, what in the hell you are doing here?!”

 

DK replies, in a taunting tone, “I'm here to ask if a kitty cat named Hikari Kamiya can come out and play. She was badly injured when I last her, especially when a blasted her in the back!”

 

Serena roars at DK, angrily, “You rotten piece of trash! Only you would go so low into blasting a person in the back!”

 

Davis tells DK, in a serious and angered tone, “You are going to pay for what you did to Kari!”

 

DK states, confidently, “I would love to see all of you try!”

 

Rika tells DK, “We would glad to you, you ass!”

 

DK yells out, in a cocky tone, “Just try it!”

 

Serena looks at Hotaru and tells her, “Come on, Hotaru, let's show her that we don't need to become Sailor Moon and Sailor Saturn to defeat her!”

 

Hotaru nods her head in agreement and answers, “Right, Serena!” Hotaru roars with power as her hair becomes spiky and turns into a golden blond color, along with her eyebrows, and her eyes become an emerald green color with a golden aura surrounds her body. Serena roars with her power as her hair doesn't become spiky, but turns from dark golden blond into a bright golden blond along with her eyebrows and her eyes go from dark blue into emerald green as well as her body becomes surround by a golden aura

 

Rika exclaims, “Our turn!” Takato and Rika roar as their hair turns from their natural color into golden blond, their eyebrows become golden blond, and their eyes become emerald green color as well as their physical forms are surround by a golden aura. Rika's ponytail becomes undone and her hair falls down to her shoulder as it spikes up towards the sky.

 

Davis tells the other four warriors, in a serious tone, “Leave some of her for me!” Davis then roars as he transforms into a Super Digidestined.

 

Lita and all of the other heroes and heroines are awe-struck by the sight of the five transformed warriors, even though they might have seen them before in their transformed state, and Lita exclaims, impressed, “Whoa! Look at them! I thought that Rika girl had hard-core look down, but all of them are really hard-core now!”

 

DK tells the five transformed warriors, “Four Ascendants and one Super Digidestined versus little old me, even though I can transform into a Dark Super Digidestined? Is that going a bit overboard?”

 

Davis tells his four fellow warriors, “Takato, I want you, Rika, Serena, and Hotaru to stand back! DK is mine! I owe her for using such underhanded tactics to ruthless injuring Kari like that!”

 

Rika yells at Davis, “What?! Do you think that this little backstabbing whore will pay fair, Motomiya?! You know what she is capable of!”

 

Serena tells Davis, “Rika's right, Davis! We can't trust her at all!”

 

Davis tells them, “I know that, but that doesn't mean that we become like her and fight in her fashion! We would become like them and I'm not going to that! I want to show her that I'm a lot better because I fight fair and I'm human, unlike this heartless demon, here! Plus, what if she wants all of us to attack her at once?!”

 

Takato tells the other three warriors, “Davis has got a point! TWO good points in fact! We can't risk that she wants to take care of all five of us at once!”

 

Hotaru nods her head in agreement and says, “I agree!”

 

Rika shrugs her shoulders and says, “Okay, I see you and gogglehead #2 points! All right, he can go, but he better not dare get himself killed out there! He's a got a bedridden girlfriend that's expecting him to come back!” Rika then looks at Davis, “You had better get out of this alive for Kari, Motomiya! Or I will kill you for Kari, herself! Got me?!”

 

Davis smiles at Rika and tells her, “I don't expect to die, today or anytime soon!” Davis then looks at DK, a look of cold determination and seriousness in his eyes, takes two steps forward to her, takes a defensive stance, and tells DK, “Let's do this!”

 

DK takes her own `fighting pose' and replies, “You've got it!” DK then transforms into a Dark Super Digidestined and prepares to battle Kari's Super Digidestined boyfriend.

 

(Back at Ophanimon's Palace Infirmary; On the meanwhile)

 

Meanwhile, we find Kari Kamiya, still in her transformed state, lying on her stomach on one of the infirmary beds in Ophanimon's Palace Infirmary.

 

Kari looks at Gatomon and tells her, “I can feel, DK, presence! I've got to help Daisuke and the others out there!”

 

Wesley tells Kari, “Miss Kari, you are healing at a good rate, but you need more time to heal. You might compound your injuries if you go out there.”

 

Zoey tells Kari, “Yeah, Kari, it isn't like you can heal your injuries instantly!”

 

Kiki tells Kari, adding to Zoey's statement, “It's not like you have some `miracle potion' or something in your backpack.”

 

Kari mentally slaps herself, gets an idea, and calls to Gatomon, “Wait! Gatomon, get out the Senzu beans in my backpack!”

 

Corina asks, “`Senzu beans'? What are you talking about Kari?”

 

Gatomon knew exactly what Kari is talking about and she exclaims, “Kari, you can't!”

 

Kari asks Gatomon, “What's the problem, Gatomon? Davis, Serena, Hotaru, and I have used them before and they healed us without any side effects.”

 

Gatomon tells Kari, “But we never used them when you were in your transformed state like this, Kari.”

 

Kari tells Gatomon, “Please Gatomon, just give them to me! I need to help Davis and others!” Gatomon sighs, knowing that the Kamiya stubbornness is inside of Kari, Gatomon goes over to Kari's backpack on the floor, looks through it, gets a small leather pouch, gets strange looking bean out of the pouch, jumps up to a table near Kari's head, and throws the bean to Kari, who catches in her mouth with ease. Kari chews up and then swallows the bean, which causes all of her burns, cuts, and wounds to instantaneously heal, and she leaps out of the bed and lands on all fours, much to Elliott's, Wesley's, and the Mew-Mews' surprise and shock. Kari shakes herself, while still on all fours, like a cat, gets to two feet, and says, relieved, “Whew. That's better.”

 

Wesley says, in an impressed tone, “Incredible. What was in that `bean', Kari?”

 

Kari uses her pendant to transform back form her animal/human hybrid state into her `human' state, puts her transformation pendant into her pocket, and tells Wesley, “I'll explain later, Wesley. Sorry to leave like this, but I've got to help my friend and get back at a certain bitch for blasting me in the back!” Kari and Gatomon then run out to where the battle between Davis and DK is about to begin. Not wanting to leave a friend, Zoey and the other Mew-Mews decide to go out and give their support.

 

(Return to just outside of Ophanimon's Palace; Just moments later)

 

As all of the other heroes watched, Davis and DK, in their version, light or dark, of a Super Digidestined, were preparing to go into one-on-one duel with each other.

 

Davis asks DK, “Are you ready to rumble?”

 

DK tells Davis, in a confident tone, “You know it, little prince. Let's fight.”

 

Kari's voice then calls out, “Not so fast, DK!” Everyone then looks to the source of Kari's voice and they look to see Kari and Gatomon walk pass the other heroes and heroines to go out from in-between them and her Dark Digidestined `copy'.

 

Tai exclaims to his nee-chan, amazed, “Kari, how . . .?!”

 

However, our other warriors knew the answers and Serena, still in Ascendant form, asks Kari, “Senzu beans, right?”

 

Kari nods her head, smiles at Serena, and replies, “That's right, Serena.”

 

Veemon tells all of the others, “Senzu beans are beans that have incredible healing properties that, once swallowed, they instantly heal all wounds of the one who eats the bean, even those that are near dead. The only time that the Senzu beans don't work when a person is dead.”

 

Ken then comments, “Wow, that's powerful stuff.”

 

DK then taunts Kari by saying, “Well, if it isn't the kitty cat of Light? I see that you are still alive after that fall.”

 

Kari smiles and tells DK, “DK, did you forget that cats always land on their feet and have nine lives? You did take one of those lives away, but I've still got eight lives left.”

 

DK smiles, evilly, and says, “One down and eight to go, huh? Well, I've got the perfect way to destroy those other eight lives in a few instants.”

 

Kari then transforms into a Super Digidestined, her hair spiking up, her eyebrows and hair becoming a golden blond, and her eyes becoming emerald green, and tells Davis, “Daisuke, I know that you are worried about me, but I need to do this.” Davis nods his head and jumps back for Kari and DK. When Kari looks at Tai, she starts to say, “Tai. . .”

 

Tai smiles and tells Kari, “Do what you got to do Kari, but please be careful. And. . . make sure you give her a shot in her big fat mouth.” Kari smiles at her brother and nods her head.

 

DK then calls out, tauntingly, “Aw, how sweet. Big brother encouraging little sister before she get her butt whopped. I think I'm going to gag.” Kari looks at DK with her serious look on her face. Kari and her doppelganger then get into fighting stances with their transformed states. The two female warriors are locked in a staring contest, waiting for their opponent to make the first move. After one minute of this `staring contest', Kari decided to start things off by firing a small ki blast at DK, who easily jumps back from the attack, however, Kari uses her super-speed to get within point blank range of DK and give her a right roundhouse kick to her face, but DK easily catches it with her hands. DK tells Kari, in a nasty tone, “Nice try, kitty cat.” Kari then spins her body around counterclockwise and uses her left leg to plaster DK right in her left cheek, giving her a nasty bruise. DK legs go of her leg and Kari lands on the ground with both feet, easily. DK then roars at Kari and swings her left leg into Kari's lower waist and supposedly hitting her that, but then she sees that Kari had caught her attack with her hands. DK roars as she strikes the left side of Kari's chin with her right hand, causing Kari to let go of DK's left fist and gasps to come from the heroes and heroines. However, when DK tries another `strike' with her right fist, she left herself open to attack and Kari takes fully advantage of it by strike DK right in jaw with her right hand when the Dark Digidestined had her right hand pulled back, causing her to fly into one of the remaining trees in the forest and the tree to fall right on top of DK.

 

Yolei calls out, happily, “That's the way, girl! Put that rotten DOB where she belongs!”

 

Serena tells Kari, encouragingly, “Show DK not to mess with you, ever!” Kari goes over to DK's fallen form, gets the tree off of DK, and then gasps to see DK launch a dark ki blast at her stomach, point blank, which explodes, sending her skidding into a boulder, cracking the boulder and causing Kari to fall face-first to the ground.

 

Tai and Davis yells out, shocked, “Kari!” DK jumps in the air and falls towards Kari, her right foot extended to crush Kari's skull, but Kari easily rolls out of the way and before DK could recover, Kari slams a powerful ki blast into DK's face, sending her crashing into another tree, turning it into splinters when DK's form hits the tree.

 

When DK gets to her feet, she roars, “You rotten ass! Time to show the true powers of darkness!” DK then extends her right palm into the air, which gets covered by a pitch black flame with incredible dark powers. Our six Interdimensional Warriors gasp, knowing what that technique is.

 

Serena exclaims, “She seriously isn't trying to use THAT technique!”

 

Rika responds, “Well, it obvious look like that, Serena!”

 

Ami asks Serena, “Serena, what is she doing?”

 

Serena tells Ami, “DK is trying to use one of the most powerful darkness techniques ever known! It's very dangerous with that dark power having a life of its own and only an experienced warrior can handle it.”

 

DK then yells out, in a dark tone, “Little Miss Moon Princess is right on money. This darkness technique is quite hard to `tame' and takes much training to use it! Once unleashed, it is nearly impossible to stop! Now, little Kamiya is about to experience this power for herself!” DK then extends her hand, forward, and exclaims, “Dragon of the Darkness Flame!” DK then launches a pitch black beam of dark flames that turn into the head of dragon with a great demonic roar as it heads for Kari!

 

Tai yells out to Kari, nearly in panic, “Kari, watch out!”

 

Kari then puts her palms together and calls out, “Spirit Sword, Jigen Tou!” The Spirit Sword that can cut through worlds forms in Kari's hands and when DK's attack comes close to her, Kari swings her sword and splits DK's attack right in half, `forcing' both halves of the attack to go and explode on both sides of Kari. When the smoke clears, Kari is totally unharmed by DK's assault.

 

DK screams out, in total disbelief, “No way! Damn you!”

 

Kari smiles and tells DK, “That `trick' won't work on me, DK. Remember, I've seen that technique and known exactly how it works, so, don't think I'm caught off guard as easily when I was younger.” Kari then glows a bright glow and yells out, “Time for a trick of my own! Thundaga Fury!” Kari then points her hands at DK and she screams out as she gets hits by one dozen of the highest level of lightning element attacks from Spira. When DK is able to look up at Kari, the Dark Digidestined female gives off a look of confusion to see that Kari had her hands in the air gathering a pink orb of energy into her hands and then throws it at her. DK fires two dark ki blasts at the sphere, but they are easily absorbed by the sphere. DK then tries to destroy the orb with more powerful attack, however, to no avail. When the orb reaches her, DK tries to escape, but she is still absorbed by Kari's pink energy orb. Using her mind to control the orb, Kari then sends the orb deep into the air and then cries out, “Spirit Explosion!” The orb then explodes, filling the air with a bright pink light, forcing everyone to cover their eyes, and when everyone looks to open them, they gasp in amazement to see DK fall down from the sky and crash into the ground, creating a small crater when her body impacted the ground. Kari then uses her super-speed to rush towards DK, preparing to finish this before she can regain her senses, but then a dark ki blast lands in front of her, sending her flying, and landing on the ground with her bottom a bit hard, causing her to be render dazed for a brief moment. DD then lands in front of Kari and prepares to uses his right fist to knock her senseless, if you get my meaning.

 

Sora calls out, worriedly, “Kari, watch out!”

 

DD tells Kari, “Sorry, my dear, but it's `hands off'.”

 

Davis' voice then calls out, “I could say the same for you, jackass!” DD turns to the source of Davis' voice, only to get bashed in the lower chest by Davis' fist, sending her skidding back around four yards before stopping himself.

 

DD rubs his stomach and lower chest, shakes off Davis' attack, and says, “Well, well, isn't this sweet? The little prince saving his beloved princess. How romantic.”

 

Davis tells DD, in a serious tone, “Cut the sarcasm, DD. I think that it is time that we end this little `feud' between us. It's finally time to see who the true prince of the Digital World and Digidestined is: The original or the copy! Let's go, DD, one on one!”

 

DD tells Davis, with a wide evil grin, “Gladly, Motomiya. It is high time that we end these battles between us. But if we are going to be serious, let's skip the warm-ups, shall we?”

 

Davis smiles and tells DD, with his confident tone, “My pleasure.” DD and Davis then float into the air, move into a position away from all the others, and then put both feet onto the ground. DD then roars with power as he turns into a Dark Super Digidestined and then ascends into a Dark Super Digidestined 2!

 

TK calls out, surprised, “Whoa! That `evil clone' of Davis has turned into some kind of Ascended Dark Super Digidestined like Davis!”

 

Gatomon tells TK, “Veemon and I told you that DD and DK are just as powerful as Davis and Kari, making them the most dangerous of the Dark Digidestined!”

 

DD hears Gatomon's `explanation', smirks mentally, and thinks, “THAT'S where you are only mostly right, my little Digital feline! It's true that DK and I are the most powerful and most dangerous of the Dark Digidestined and DK and Davis' little whore are equally powerful to each other, but I'm more powerful than Motomiya or his girlfriend! And poor Davis is about to find that out, soon enough!” Davis then roars as he transforms into a Super Digidestined 2.

 

Davis asks DD, with a confident look on his expression and a serious tone on his lips, “Are you ready to do this, DD?”

 

DD answers Davis with, “Like you, Motomiya, I was born ready for a battle.” Just a few moments after they spoke their words, Davis and DD go into fighting poses and wasting no time, they immediately charged each other with super-speed, pulled their right fists back, and when they got close to each other, both fighters' fists collide, causing a huge shockwave that shakes the area for dozens of miles around and creates a large crater under the two combatants.

 

Tai exclaims, like everyone else, expect for the other five warriors and DK, `shook up' by the shockwave, “Yeow! I think that my teeth rattled from that one!”

 

Matt nods his head and states, “No kidding, Tai!”

 

Ami then states, in her usual logical tone, “The power from the impact of their two fists caused a shockwave that like earthquakes that 3.0 to 4.0 on the Richter scale!”

 

Hotaru tells Ami, “And that's just the tip of the iceberg, Ami.”

 

Michelle asks Hotaru, “You mean that this is going to get worse?”

 

Hotaru tells Michelle and the other scouts, “Those two have just begun to use their full power and potential.” Back to the fighters, they fists were locked in a battle for supremacy, but both knew that this wouldn't `decide' a victor.

 

DD yells at Davis, “Prepare for your final battle and your end, Motomiya!”

 

Davis replies, confidently, “We'll see, bastard!” `Breaking' their fist off, the two warriors go into extreme high-speed hand to hand combat, moving so fast that only Takato, Rika, Serena, Hotaru, Kari, Veemon, Gatomon, Guilmon, Renamon, and DK can see. DD slams his fist into Davis' left cheek with a right cross, Davis retaliates with a left upper cut into DD's chin, DD counters with left cross into Davis' lower abdomen, and Davis counters that with a jab from right knee into DD's stomach. DD then attack with a right roundhouse kick at the middle of Davis' waist sending him flying just above the ground and DD flies right after Davis, but our Digidestined of Miracles uses a ki blast on the ground, using the explosion to springboard himself just above DD, and making him pass right under him.

 

DD thinks in his own mind, “He used that attack to get over me and get a clear shot!” DD is exactly right when Davis delivers a hammerblow to DD's back, slamming him into the ground instantly, and creating a 25 foot deep crater from his impacting body. Davis then uses three counterclockwise barrel rolls to land on the edge of the crater, only to have DD bash him in the chin from a right uppercut and stagger back. DD comes with a powerful right jab, but Davis quickly recovers, grabs DD's right fist with his left palm, and counterattack with a powerful right cross to DD's chin, forcing him back. DD and Davis then rush to attack, their right fist pulled back, and when they within close range of each other, both of their fists collide with their right chins, creating another huge shockwave as before and forcing both combatants back. DD then takes to the air and Davis follows right behind him. Both warriors then go into an attitude of two miles into the sky and when they reach that point, both of them charge each other at great speed. When both of them impact, a huge golden sphere of energy is created in the sky, forcing everyone, but the other five warriors and DK, to cover their eyes, another incredible shockwave, shaking the ground, violently, and huge chunks of the earth began to rise towards the sky, transforming the ground around the area into a mix of craters, leftover trees, and raised boulders of earth. When the light died down enough, the non-Interdimensional Warriors heroes and heroines were awe-struck to see a golden orb of light in the sky with loud explosion-like `booms' coming out of it.

 

Lita exclaims, “Whoa! Talk about intense! That kind of action I thought can only be seen on television!”

 

Ray, just as awe-struck, tells Lita, “No kidding, Lita! Those two aren't kidding around! They are really itching to defeat each other!”

 

Serena then tells Ray, “Unfortunately, that's only half of the story.”

 

Luna then asks Serena, “What do you mean Serena?”

 

Serena answers, “Based on what Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon told me, DD and Prince Davis have one terrible history during the time that they battled each other across worlds. DD, for some mysterious reason, hated Davis down to the core and swore to destroy Davis, no matter what it took, and Davis . . . well, he never forgave DD for all the terrible things he did to the four of them across worlds: Hurting friends, hurting innocent people just because they just met the four of them, but most of all, when Kari became possessed under the Orichalcos, thanks to DD and his tricks, for Davis it was the last straw. Based on what Veemon and Gatomon told me, the two of them have made a vow in the `duel' between them: `Only one shall live and one shall die'.”

 

Ken asks Serena, shocked like Davis' other friends when they hear Serena say that, “Are you serious, Serena?! They are out to KILL each other?!”

 

TK then state, “That doesn't sound like Davis at all!”

 

Hotaru then tells everyone, “And what if Davis doesn't destroy DD?” This causes every one of Davis' Digidestined friends to start thinking and Hotaru then tells everyone, “DD is out to destroy Davis and then conquer worlds like Sailor Darkmoon and the Dark Moon. As long as he lives, he won't stop until those two goals are accomplished.”

 

Amarah then states, “Hotaru is exactly right. As long as villains like Sailor Darkmoon and DD continue to exist, these battles will never stop. The only choice is clear: Like Hotaru pointed out, the utter destruction of this enemy or else all worlds is doomed.”

 

Mimi then says, “We just wish that Davis didn't have to kill, even if DD is just a clone of himself.”

 

Veemon tells Mimi, “Davis wished for that, too, but he told that me that he knew that DD won't stop until all worlds are under his allies and his own iron fist. He knows what he has to do and even if he doesn't want to do it, Davis knows that he has to do what's right for all worlds.”

 

Gatomon then states, “Let's just hope that he can do it.” Back to the mid-air battle, when the sphere of golden light vanishes in a flash, both DD and Davis are revealed to have bruises on this cheeks, their sleeves are torn, with several cuts on each exposed arm, and they are breathing heavily.

 

DD tells Davis, “I've got to admit, Motomiya, you have really improved for our last `big fight'.”

 

Davis tells DD, “Same here with you, DD, but I thought that we are going to skip the `warm ups'.”

 

DD smiles, giggles slight, and then says, with great confidence, “Okay, Motomiya, then it is time to kick to high gear!” DD then uses his super-speed to vanish for the others' sight and Davis follows right after his doppelganger with his own super-speed.

 

Yolei then asks, shocked, “What?! Those two were only getting started?!” Another large explosion-like `boom' and a huge shockwave that shakes the earth they were on as well as sending pieces of the Digital World earth into the air answers Yolei's question. Soon after, more and more explosion-like `booms' began to fill the Digital World air around them and the other heroes and heroines tried to find the two combatants, but they can only see the shockwaves in the air that their battle are begin produced.

 

Atriums then exclaims, “I can't see those two at all!”

 

Kiki then states, “I can't see them anywhere! All I see is the large `booms' that they are making in the sky!”

 

Mina then asks, wondering, “Where could they be?!”

 

Serena then answers, “They are moving all over the place. I'm having a hard time to keeping track of them.” When the other scouts, Mew-Mews, and Digidestined look at Serena and the other warriors, they are surprised that Serena, Hotaru, Rika, Takato, Veemon, Guilmon, Renamon, Gatomon, and even DK and Kari, on the ground, are moving their heads like they were following the battle.

 

Luna then exclaims, awe-struck, “Serena, are you saying that all of the Interdimensional Warrior can see them?”

 

Veemon explains, “With our incredible strength, speed, and abilities, our senses are also enhanced allowing us to see things and people that go at such higher speeds that the `normal' human can't see.”

 

Henry asks Takato, “Is that true Takato?”

 

Rika replies, “Obviously, Einstein.”

 

Kazu then tells Takato, “Chummily, you and Rika don't stop ceasing to surprise us with all of these new powers of yours.”

 

Takato tells Kazu, “Thanks. . . I think.” Meanwhile, back between the duel between titans, DD and Davis were locked in heated combated and it has gone really hot, if you get my meaning. DD slams his right fist into Davis' jaw and then his left fist into Davis' right shoulder. Davis counters with his right fist into DD's stomach area and a left roundhouse kick on DD's right cheek area. Two more minutes more of high speed, close range, and hand to hand combat, they slow down as those `regular' humans can see them, grab each other in the shoulders, and began jabbing at each other with their kneecaps, with every attack both warriors hit each others' kneecaps, causing more explosion-sounding shockwave to form. They break off and attack with their right fists, bashing each other in their cheeks as a result.

 

Mina then states, “Ow. That has got to hurt.”

 

Cody then says, “So far, the battle between look even between them.”

 

Hotaru then says, “Not from what I see.”

 

Trista then asks Hotaru, “Hotaru, what did you see?”

 

Serena then replies, “Both of them have been hitting each other with the same amount of hits, which makes it look like the battle is even, but I can tell that this is battle is uneven. Davis' power took some nasty hits and dropped some, while DD took the same damaging hits and his power level hasn't decreased in the least.”

 

The other heroes and heroines, expect those who are Interdimensional Warriors like Serena, Ami asks, “Are you sure?”

 

Rika then replies, “No kidding. DD has been toying with Motomiya and holding back on his power to wear Davis down and then move in for the kill. Unfortunately, it worked, too.”

 

Ken then calls out to Davis, “Davis, watch out! Serena, Rika, and the others say that DD isn't using his full strength!” Davis hears Ken's statement and gives off a confused look.

 

DD then starts laughing, in dark tone, at our Digidestined of Miracles and exclaims, “That's right! I've been holding back and waiting to wear you out! My little `secret' has been revealed a little too soon, but this will do! Now, taste my real power!” DD screams with power as he begins his power up and instantly, the whole area shook and quaked from DD's immense power.

 

Serena roars out, angrily, “That jerk! He has been holding back his true power all along!”

 

Rika replies, loudly, “Obviously, Serena! Question is: What can we do about?!”

 

DD, as he continues to power up, yells out, “The answer: Nothing, since all of you are doomed!” DD then laughs manically as he continues to power up, causing rocks and boulders from the ground and turn into dust and the ground to shake with earthquake violent shaking.

 

Mimi then yells out, “Whoa! Oh, I want off this ride! Please!” After what seemed like an eternity, DD gives off a loud roar as he finishes his power increase and when everyone looks at him, his aura seemed to glow with ghastly golden glow.

 

DD tells Davis, “This is my full power. What do you think?” Davis growls in angered silence at his opponent.

 

TK asks Hotaru, “Hotaru, how much more power is DD compared to Davis?”

 

Hotaru tells TK, “Well, I don't want to sound like a pessimist or give anything sarcastic, but it is like: It is like fighting an enraged bull filled with steroids.”

 

TK then says, “Oh, that BAD, huh?” Hotaru nervously and weakly nods her head.

 

DD then tells Davis, in a dark taunting tone, “Well, I've got to say that you have been the most worthy opponent and thrilling to have such a challenge, but all good things must come to end. So . . . GOODBYE!” DD then rushes to Davis with incredible speed, giving him a powerful jab into his chest, knocking the air out of our Digidestined of Miracles, and then with one hammerblow, plows him into the ground, causing him to create a crater from the impact with his body. When Davis managed to stand up, DD is on him, immediately, pounding him with nearly endless punches. The others could only watch in horror as Davis continued to get pounded and is unable to counterattack or block.

 

DK yells out, triumphantly, “That's it, DD! Show that punk what true power is all about! Show that the great Digidestined of Miracles has nothing on you!” DD then smashes his left fist into Davis' nose and then his right fist into Davis' lower chest, causing him to bend forward.

 

DD jumps back, laughs out loud, totally confident that he has won, and exclaims, “Look at the mighty Digidestined of Miracles, now! What a joke! He's down for the counter after only one set of attack!” DD then continues to laugh until he hears Davis' laughing out loud. DD growls at him, “What's so funny?”

 

Davis looks at DD, his face full of bruises, black and blues, cuts, and a bleeding lip, and he tells DD, “This battle hasn't even begun and you think that you won already.”

 

DD tells Davis, “Your meaningless threats don't scare me, Motomiya! Even at Super Digidestined 2, you can't beat me!”

 

Davis smiles and tells DD, “Then how about I take it to the next level?”

 

This confuses DD and he asks, perplexed, “What do you mean by `next level'?”

 

The others hear this and Joe then asks, “What is Davis talking about? How can there be a level beyond Super Digidestined 2?” Veemon then gasps, knowing what Davis' mean.

 

Veemon then thinks in his own mind, “Hold on! Davis said that he and Kari discovered a higher level of power beyond Super Digidestined 2, but as far as I know, they could never ascend to that level! Did Davis somehow succeed in ascending to a higher level without Kari, Gatomon, and I knowing?!” Davis then returns to his normal state from Super Digidestined 2.

 

DD then asks, perplexed and in annoyed tone, “What are trying to do Davis?”

 

Davis, still having his wide grin, tells DD, “I'm giving you a basic lesson on Super Digidestined that you have a good idea about. Now, this is my normal state.” Davis then transforms into a Super Digidestined and says, “This is a Super Digidestined, obviously.” Davis then transforms into a Super Digidestined 2 and declares, still with his grin and strong and determined tone of voice, “And this is an Ascended Super Digidestined as known as a Super Digidestined 2.”

 

DD tells Davis, not impressed, “All of us know about that, Motomiya. Get to the point already.”

 

Davis, grinning even wider than before if that's possible, tells DD, in a confident tone, “Oh, I KNOW that you will LOVE this.”

 

Cody then asks, perplexed, “I don't get it. Davis is already an Ascended Super Digidestined.”

 

Yolei asks, just as confused, “Yeah, what would that make him after that? Double Ascended?”

 

Takato then tells Yolei, “Actually, the term would be Transcended from a Super Digidestined, Yolei.”

 

Ryo then asks, “Transcended? Is that possible?”

 

Rika then says, in her usual calm tone, “Well, Mr. Perfect, we are about to find out.”

 

Back to Davis and DD, with his grin at its maximum, Davis starts to say, “And now, this. . .”

 

Veemon exclaims, knowing what is possibly going to happen next, “Here it comes!”

 

Returning to our two combatants, Davis' golden aura then starts to glow even brighter, he goes into a transformation stance, and he yells out, “. . . This is to take one level BEYOND!” Davis then loudly roars as he begins his transformation. At once, Davis' aura blazes like his whole body is on fire and Davis' whole body began to glow with a bright golden light. At first, nothing, other than that, seemed to happen, but after a few seconds, like a nuclear bomb, Davis' power increase hits the other five Interdimensional Warriors and the two Dark Digidestined and all of them, expect for Kari, gasp at what they feel.

 

“Whoa! No way! Incredible!” Takato exclaims, shocked at Davis' power that he's feeling.

 

Terriermon then asks, “What?! What is it?!”

 

Rika tells Terriermon, “Kari's gogglehead boyfriend's power, that's what, you rabbit! His power just hit the stratosphere and beyond!”

 

Serena then states, awe-struck, “Wow. I never knew that Davis could produce that much incredible power and it is still climbing.”

 

DD, on the other hand, isn't impressed, in fact, shocked to the core, and he screams out, in disbelief, “No. . . NO! THIS CAN'T BE POSSIBLE! YOU CAN'T. . . YOU CAN'T BE PRODUCING THAT MUCH INCREDIBLE POWER! YOU CAN'T!”

 

Davis yells at DD, in a confident tone, “I JUST DID!” Davis continues to loudly roar with power as his transformation continued and as he continued with his transformation, all of the clouds turns into dark thunderclouds, begin to thunder and lightning, and gather above Davis' position on the ground.

 

Rini gives out a loud `yow' of terror from one loud thunder and one bright lightning bolt and exclaims, “Where did these scary storm clouds come from?!” Soon after, the ground begins to shake and then it instantly rumbles with the violent shaking of 8.0 or more seismic earthquake! The earthquake is so violent that all of the other heroes and heroines, even Davis' fellow warriors, could barely hold onto the ground or had to knee down and hold on to the ground for dear life.

 

Sora asks, in a real loud voice, “It feels like the whole Digital World is shaking!”

 

Gatomon then exclaims, “Most likely, with Davis' level power, both worlds are shaking from his power!” After a few minutes that seemed like hours, Davis' hair then began to grow and go behind his head, his muscles bulged out slightly, and his eyebrows began to glow and change colors. As Davis' transformation began to reach completion, his roars of power became even louder and the violent shaking reached level of a 9.0 earthquake!

 

Rika yells out, barely able to stand on her feet, “That gogglehead boyfriend of Kari's better complete that transformation of his before he shakes both worlds apart!” As Davis' transformation reached the climax of being complete, we see in Davis' mind our Digidestined of Miracles as young kid, then as at the age he became a Digidestined, and then in his normal state at his current age and all of them reach out of a sphere of golden light, which causes all of the images of his life to pass before Davis' eyes and he screams out as his transformation reaches its `explosive' and final conclusion, creating a blind golden light that forces everyone to cover their eyes. When the light dies down, everyone then looks at Davis and they are totally speechless at what they see as well as DD, with a look of shock and fear in his expression. Davis' golden blond hair has grown halfway down his back, like Goku's hair at Super Saiyan 3, both of his eyebrows have grown by half-an-inch and are now a fiery red, instead of golden blond, color, and his emerald green eyes have become a more light emerald green.

 

Davis then tells DD, “Sorry that took so long, I haven't had much time to practice this transformation as the other two. This is a Transcended Super Digidestined or what I like to call a Super Digidestined 3.”

 

TK, hearing Davis' `announcement' of his newest Super Digidestined transformation, exclaims, “Now, there a Super Digidestined 3?!”

 

Tai then states, “Even during the earliest days that I knew Davis, before he even became a Digidestined, he never ceases to amaze me with new surprises and this time, it's no different.”

 

DD is unable to speak for a while and Davis asks him, in a taunting tone, “What's the matter, DD? Gatomon has got your tongue?” DD shakes off the shock and surprise and roars as he prepares to attack, but Davis uses his new super-speed to get with point blank range of DD and slams his left fist into DD's gut. DD's eyes become wide with pain and shock and he then coughs out a large amount of his blood from his mouth.

 

Davis yells out, in a serious tone, “Payback time!” Davis then launches a seemly endless stream of punches and kicks on DD in which he can't block or counter at all!

 

DK calls out, in total horror and shock, “DD, no! How can all of this happen?!”

 

Kari's voice then exclaims, “Like this!” When DK looks to her right, Kari blasts her right in the chest with a powerful ki blast that sends her screaming and skidding across the ground until the ki blast explodes with DK around 25 yards away and the explosion creates a 10 foot deep crater with DK in the center. Meanwhile, back to Davis and DD, our Super Digidestined 3 then delivers a powerful right roundhouse kick to DD's left chin, sending him airborne, and then Davis uses his flying abilities and super-speed to follow DD into the air and deliver a hammerblow that slams the Dark Digidestined into the ground, creating a 30 yard deep and 40 square yard wide crater from his impacting body.

 

When DD manages to float out of the crater, with a huge amount of bruises, black and blues, and cuts all over his face and neck, Davis comes in and yells out, “These next blows are for people that you hurt that I would like to mention!” Davis lands one powerful right cross into DD's face and Davis calls out, “This is for all of the innocent people that you manipulated and hurt because of your evil!” Davis then slams a left kneecap into DD's chest and Davis exclaims, “That's for all of my friends that you threatened!” Davis then bashes DD in the nose and Davis roars out, “This one is for my family, who's lives you threatened with your army of monsters, bastard!” Davis then socks DD in the chin with a powerful right uppercut and Davis declares, “This one is for my mentor and Kari's older brother, Tai!” Davis then plasters DD in his right cheek with a powerful left jab and Davis yells out, “This one is for Kari, who you poisoned her mind and soul with the Orichalcos, asshole!” DD staggers back and Davis yells at him, “This is for me, jerk!” Davis then gives another right roundhouse kick on DD's chin and sends him airborne, once more. Davis then cups his hands, puts them behind his right shoulder, gathering aqua-blue energy in his hands, and Davis roars at DD, “And finally, this one is for all of us! So, I hope that you croak on this one! Ka . . . me . . . ha . . . me. . . HA!” Davis then thrusts his hands, forward, and fires a powerful aqua-blue energy wave at DD. The Dark Digidestined roars out as the attack nears and he screams out in extreme pain and agony when the attack hits him, causing a powerful mid-air explosion with the strength of a small nuclear explosion and as much blinding light, forcing everyone to cover their eyes. When the light dies down, DD's smoking and limp form falls from the smoke and crashes in the ground, creating just as a tremendous crater when Davis' hammerblowed DD into the ground earlier.

 

Matt exclaims, happily, “All right! One Dark Digidestined down for the count! Check please!” However, Davis, breathing heavily, transforms back into his regular state and goes on one knee.

 

Izzy asks, concerned, “What's wrong with Davis?”

 

Hotaru responds, “This new form of Super Digidestined must have drained his power off very quickly. You see, Super Digidestined and Ascendants are very similar, in increases of power, looks in transformation, and `abilities', but they also have similar weakness. Ascendants and Super Digidestined can't stay in their powered up forms, forever, since they drain off your energy, in the case of the basic and ascended forms, slowly, but surely. However, because of the slow drain, we can stay in our powered up forms for days, weeks, and even months, depending on our power level.”

 

Cody then asks Hotaru, “But this Transcended form of a Super Digidestined must have drained off Davis' energy, quickly.”

 

Takato nods his head and responds, “That's right. We could feel since the start of the fight. Davis could only maintain his Super Digidestined 3 form for only a brief period of time, but it gave him the power that he needed to give DD the pounding of his life.” Back to our Digidestined of Miracles, he turns his back to the crater and begins to walk back to the others, but then a ghastly glow came from the crater.

 

Ken, seeing the glow, calls out to Davis, “Davis, watch out behind you!” Davis turns to only get blasted in the left side of his back by a powerful dark ki wave by one enraged DD, badly burning his back and temporary `paralyzing' him.

 

“Davis!” Serena, Hotaru, and all of Davis' Digidestined friends call out in horror.

 

“Daisuke!” Kari screams out in terror. Davis turns his head to see DD, his clothes tattered, but intact, badly bleeding on his face and body, burns, black and blues, and cuts all over and his face, however, he is still in Super Digidestined form.

 

DD roars out, in anger, “This is the last time that you make me look like a fool! I will become the ruler over your world and many others, but in all of my attempts, time and time again, my attempts thus far have failed and I have you to thank for it! But now, this is where it all ends!” DK gets out the crater to DD's side to witness her lover's victory. DD yells out, “And now, THE END OF DAISUKE MOTOMIYA!” DD then fires one super-powerful dark energy wave at our Digidestined of Miracles, preparing to finish him off.

 

Tai calls out, “Davis, get out of the way!”

 

TK then exclaims, “He's too injured to escape!” However, what no one noticed is that Kari used her super-speed to leave where she currently is and when the attack is about to hit Davis a figure appears before the blast hits, soon after, a huge explosion covers Davis.

 

DD laughs out, confidently and evilly, “Finally, Davis Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles, is finally dead!” But then the smoke cleared, he, DK, and all of the others watching the battle gasp at what they saw next. Kari had shield Davis from the blast using her own body, her bare back and arms were badly burned, even worse than before, and she was bleeding badly.

 

Tai yells out, in shock, “Kari, no!”

 

Serena then states, just as shocked, “Kari protected Davis by using her own body!” Kari then returns to her normal state and faints, falling into a state of semi-consciousness.

 

“Kari!” Davis yells out, terrified for his girlfriend, gets to a kneeing position, catches Kari in his arms, when he gets to his feet, Davis looks at Kari, teary eyed, and he asks, weakly, “Kari. . . why did you do that?”

 

Kari smiles and tells Davis, in a very weak tone, “Because. . . I love and care for you, Daisuke. We spent so much time, together, and learned so much about each other. You risked your life for me and brought me back from the darkness. You mean too much to me and I can't lose you. And every world needs you, please win, for all of us. . .” Kari then falls into a state of unconsciousness.

 

DD then laughs at this `situation' and declares, in a taunting tone, “How sweet and quite pathetic! The Princess protects her precious prince! Shows how pathetic you and your friends really are! Protecting each other, ha! If Kari had let you die, she would live!” DD then continues to laugh in an evil and confident tone and this begins to enrage Davis. He couldn't. . . no, he CAN'T let DD get away with hurting anyone else, innocent and especially anyone he cares about, anymore! Davis had to beat DD, he had to protect all of his friends, family, and his beloved girlfriend, and he had to save all worlds! As Davis' thoughts races, he feels a great and incredible force within him awakened and he begins to pull on this power, tugging and pulling at it.

 

DD continues to laugh in his dark taunt manner when Davis' voice roars, “SHUT UP!” When DD and DK looks at Davis, they gasp in shock and horror on their faces as they see Davis' hair standing on ends and his body cocooned in a bright golden glow, a look of great anger and determination in his eyes.

 

Kazu exclaims, “Whoa! What has happened to him?!”

 

Serena then states, “I don't know what's happening, but Davis has tapped into some kind of dormant power with him.”

 

Hotaru and Veemon gasp at the feeling and Veemon thinks, “This aura! This is similar to when Serena released that ancient power that was dormant within her! Somehow, this power that Davis has `awakened' is very much similar to the one that Serena unleashed!”

 

As DD and DK stood in stunned silence, Davis, in an angered growl, tells them, “I've had enough of you and your sick games, DD! First, you hurt and manipulated innocent people for your sick desires, next, you poisoned Kari's mind and emotions with the Orichalcos, turning her against all that she loved and cared for, then your threatened my family and friends, and now, you hurt the woman that I love! This had gone on long enough, DD! I will not stand for this anyone!” Davis' headband and neck-collar (A/N: Refer to Chapter 5 for that information) then crack and break into dozens of pieces and Davis' crest began to glow with a fierce golden light. Davis then roars with great anger and determination, “I will not stand for this DD! I will never forgive you! I will pay you back for all the evil that you have done and caused!” Davis then gives a huge roar of power as golden aura literally explodes, dancing around like fiery golden flames, and then his aura transforms into a rainbow colored version of Slifer the Sky Dragon with golden wings that gives off a loud dragonic roar.

 

DD then exclaims, awe-struck, “What in the hell?!”

 

Davis' friends were also awe-struck by this `event' and Ken yells out, confused, “What's happening to Davis?!”

 

Veemon then yells out, “This is exactly what happened to Serena before! When her emotions reached the breaking point, Serena unlocked an ancient and powerful force that was once dormant inside of her body!”

 

Patamon then asks Veemon, “You mean that Davis has done the exact same thing!”

 

Veemon then replies, “More than that Veemon, this `power' is very much similar to the one that Serena unleashed on Sailor Darkmoon!”

 

Serena asks Veemon, “Are you sure?!”

 

Trista, Amarah, and Ray nod their heads and Amarah tells Serena, “Yes. I'm getting nearly the same feeling from Prince Davis as I got from you when you released your dormant power, Serena.”

 

Darien then asks, “But how can Serena and Davis has similar dormant powers?!”

 

Rika then points to the battlefield and declares, “I think that we should be watching what's happening now!” When everyone looks back to the battle, Davis then transcends from his regular state and goes all the way into Super Digidestined 3. His `Slifer aura' then condenses over Davis' body and covers our Digidestined of Miracles with `its wings'. And then Davis and Kari are encased in a cocoon of light and a bright light covers the whole area, forcing everyone to shield their eyes. When the light dies down and everyone, villain and hero, are able to look at Davis, awe-struck is a major understatement of what they are feeling and thinking right now! Davis' hair is designed like Goku when he became a Super Saiyan 4, but has turned into a sparkling aqua-blue and sparkling pure golden color, two bright grey large triangle shaped wolf-like ears come out of his scalp, his human ears are gone, his eyebrows are fiery red and gold color as if they are on fire, his eyes are a golden color, the skin on his face has become light chocolate brown color with two rainbow strips on each cheek, a mark that's a golden sun with the Crest of Miracles in the center is on his forehead, a golden tight-fitting royal neck-collar with two huge silver angel wings, one on each side of the neck-collar, are engraved into the neck-collar, the tag containing his Crest of Miracles is also around his neck, his body is covered in a sleeveless dark blue body suit with an armored chest plate covering from his shoulders to his groin area with a picture a rainbow colored version of Slifer the Sky Dragon with golden wings in the center of the armored chest plate encircling a circle with the Crests of Courage, Friendship, Love, Sincerity, Love, Knowledge, Reliability, Hope, Light, Miracles, Life, and two unfamiliar crests symbols encircling another mysterious crest symbol, the rest of the armored chest plate is covered by mysterious and very ancient symbols, all of Davis' two arms are explosion and `tattooed' with two images of Slifer the Sky Dragon and more of the same mysterious and ancient symbols on the chest plate, his hands are covered by two fingerless and flame-designed gloves with the Crest of Miracles, in gold, on them, his legs are not only covered by the dark blue bodysuit, but with golden armored kneecaps, and flame-designed armored boots with the Crests of Courage, Friendship, and Miracles on them, he has a belt attached to the chestplate, containing all of the items on his `other' belt, and finally, one long and grey wolf-like tail is coming out of his tailbone area. As everyone else, villains and hero, looked at the transformed Super Digidestined, his aura covers 10 foot radius around his body and sparks of energy danced around his body.

 

After some moments of stunned silence, Yolei then finally asks, beyond stunned, “Whoa! What happened to Davis this time?!”

 

Henry then asks, perplexed and stunned, “Could have Davis ascended to the next level?”

 

Rika responds, in her usual tone, “No way, genius! Motomiya has gone through some kind of metamorphosis or something!”

 

Hotaru then states, “I don't know how, but Davis has tapped even deeper to his hidden powers than Serena did when she awakened hers, causing this `metamorphosis'!” Meanwhile, unnoticed by the heroes and heroines, Elliott and Wesley just came out and saw Davis' `metamorphosis' and were also beyond awe-struck at his `transformation' and `new form'.

 

DD and DK were still speechless when the `new Davis', still holding Kari in his arms, says, his voice much more deeper, mature, and having a Sovereign-like tone to it, “I will never forgive for this. . . because `creatures' such as yourself. . . forgiveness is never an option. You think you can terrorize and manipulate innocent people and those that love and care for with your sick and twisted games. Well, no more! I'm Daisuke Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles, lord over all Digidestined, and I DRAW THE LINE HERE! IT ENDS HERE!”

 

DD gets over his shock, fear, and amazement, and roars out, in anger, “You think that you can control me and tell me what to do?! Ha! Take this!” DD then fires a powerful dark ki blast at Davis, but Davis just stands there and when the attack gets close, Davis then `sprouts' 12 beautiful rainbow angel wings from his back and his raging golden aura then flares up even more. DD's attack then just bounces off Davis' aura and explodes harmlessly in the air! DD gasps in shock and total disbelief, but then fires more than a dozen dark ki blasts at Davis and Kari, with the same result as the first, they just bounce off of Davis' aura and exploded harmlessly in the air!

 

Serena exclaims, shocked, “Whoa! Those attacks just bounced off of Davis' aura!”

 

Takato then states, “Not only that! Davis' power has taken an astronomical sky-rocket in increased power!” DD and DK stood at their position, stunned, fearful, and unable to move, and Davis' eyes glowed with a bright golden glow, causing DD and DK to scream out as Davis, without touching them, hits them with a powerful shockwave, causing them to bounce on the ground 20 times and go over one mile across the ground!

 

Matt exclaims, in amazed disbelief, “Whoa! Davis didn't even touch them!” Meanwhile, the `transformed Davis' then puts his energy into Kari, causing her to glow gold for a few seconds, and when the glow stops, Kari is fully healed with all of her wounds gone and her energy restored!

 

When Kari opens her eyes and looks at Davis, she gasps at Davis' new form and asks, amazed, “Davis, is that you?!”

 

Davis nods his head and says, in his new tone of voice, “Yes.” Davis then puts Kari on her feet, she tried to get the words to ask Davis about his `new form, but she can't. However, when they look to see DD and DK comes out of the two new craters that Davis put them in, they draw two swords, and Davis tells Kari, “Don't worry, Kari. I'll get them.” Davis then sees a large and cylindrical boulder, broken from the ground and caused from the shockwave of the battle. He picks up the boulder, energy goes through the boulder, and the boulder then transforms into large sword with the silver blade, the Crest of Miracles engraved into the sword, and then blade is inserted into a dragon-head shaped, pure white hilt.

 

Everyone is shocked at what Davis just did and Hotaru, “Incredible! That has got to be Matter-Material Conversion!”

 

Rini then asks, “What's that Hotaru?!”

 

Serena answers, “An exceptionally ultra-rare power in all worlds! All of us have only heard about until now! It is the ability to convert one material into entirety other material as well as change one form of matter into another form of matter. In this case, Davis turned that stone into a silver-colored metal sword!”

 

Veemon then exclaims, “But Davis never used or even had that power before!”

 

Gatomon then states, “Well, he does now!”

 

DD and DK are also shocked by Davis' new power and DK exclaims, “Where did that bastard gain and learn how to use such an ultra-rare and incredible power in such a masterful way?!” Before they could answer, Davis then charges them with incredible new speed at the two Dark Digidestined and slashes through their sword, cutting them in half, but also slashing their chest, causing huge gashes to form on their lower chest, causing good amount of blood to `spill' out of their chest and onto the ground. DD and DK scream out in pure agony and pain and tried to `zip' away, using their super-speed and flight abilities to hover over around two inches off the ground, however, Davis `transforms' his sword into some kind of energy boomerang and throws at the two of them, causing them to encased in large dome of white energy. They screamed in extreme pain and Davis then takes two more large, cylindrical boulders, `transforms' them into two new swords, and charges the two villains, his speed making him appear as a ball of light. Davis surges into the energy dome of his own creation and, what seemed like time slowed down, Davis turns the two swords into two more energy boomerangs, slams them into his two opponents, and then, for what seems like time speeding back to normal, Davis speeds out of the energy dome as another huge explosion turns it into a column of pure white energy, extending into outer space and shaking the area for miles. When the column of energy is gone and the smoke clears, a 40 yard long, 35 yard wide, and three mile deep crater has been created! But before victory can be celebrate, two dark ki blasts were fired at Davis, but he easily bats them away with his right hand. However, that only proved to be only a distraction as DE and DY goes into the crater and takes out, DD and DK, clothes nearly torn to shreds, barely intact, gashes, cuts, burns, bruises, and black and blues are all over their bodies, and they are barely alive, but they are alive.

 

DE roars angrily at Davis, “Mark my words, Motomiya, you and your friends will pay for this!”

 

Davis then replies, in his `new' tone, “And mark my words: This is the beginning of the end for all of you!”

 

DY angrily yells back, “We will see about that Daisuke Motomiya!” DE and DY then uses Instant Transmission to teleport back to their base and Davis, on the meanwhile, gives off a bright glow, turns back to his `normal' state, and then collapses from pure exhaustion to the ground on his back, falling into a state of unconsciousness.

 

Kari calls out, worriedly, “Davis!” Kari then uses his super-speed to go over to her boyfriend and the other heroes and heroines rush as fast as they can to get. Kari then picks her boyfriend up and puts him in her arms.

 

When all of the others get here, Tai asks Kari, “Kari, how is Davis?”

 

Kari tells Tai, in a relived tone, “Daisuke is just fine. He's just totally exhausted from the battle.”

 

Yolei then asks, “I don't get it! How was Davis able to transform like that and turn those rocks into beautifully crafted metal swords and then to `energy boomerangs' like that?”

 

Hotaru then says, “Like Veemon and I saw with Serena, when Davis' emotions reached an extreme peak, he, somehow, tapped into some kind of incredible and ancient power dormant inside of body until now, when they released their powers. What I don't get is that both Serena's dormant powers and Davis' dormant powers were very similar to each other. The only way that Davis was able to do more is because he tapped even deeper into his hidden powers than Serena did with her when she awakened her hidden powers.”

 

Cody then notices something on Davis' exposed back and exclaims, “What's that?!” When everyone looks, they gasp in amazement at what they saw on Davis' back. It look like a picture of the same rainbow colored version of Slifer the Sky Dragon with golden wings on his back wrapped around the symbol of wolf, the sun, and the Crest of Miracles.

 

TK exclaims, “When did Davis get a tattoo?!”

 

Veemon then states, “That's not a tattoo, TK. That's Davis' birthmark.”

 

“DAVIS' BIRTHMARK?!” Davis' girlfriend, friends, and Serena and Hotaru exclaims in stunned surprised from Veemon's second `statement'.

 

Jun's voice then calls out, “Veemon's right. That `dragon tattoo' is Davis' birthmark. It has been my younger bro since Davis was born.” Everyone looks to see Davis' older sister walk to all of them and knee in front of her sleeping brother. Jun then tells everyone, “When Davis was born, doctors were amazed to find that `picture' on that exact same place on Davis' body. They examined it, but found nothing harmful in the sky in area of Davis' birthmark. However, when the doctor that delivered Davis gave him back to my mother, he told her that he `felt' something from that `mark'. The doctor then told my mother that he had a feeling my brother is someone `special' and that he is going do something great in his future. Our dad told us that when he touched Davis' birthmark that he `felt' something powerful and, yet, calming and smoothing about my bro's birthmark and our dad said, on the day that Davis' birth, dad felt that Davis was destined to do something great with his life.”

 

Mimi then says, “Based on what we know now, I think that it is safe to say that Davis' dad's prediction came true. He helped save the world as a Digidestined, he's our High Prince, and he's one of the Interdimensional Warriors out to save all worlds.”

 

Trista then goes to Serena and asks her, “Serena, do you have a mark similar to Prince Motomiya?”

 

When everyone looks at Serena, she takes a deep breath and says, “I used a similar spell to hide my crescent moon mark on my head showing that I'm Princess Serena of the Moon Kingdom on this `other mark'.” Serena then moves her right hand over the left side of her bare chest, her hand then glows, and everyone gasps as a fiery red and gold version of the Winged Dragon of Ra on the left side of Serena's bare sexy and slender chest with rainbow colored wings, the crescent moon symbol in its mouth, a picture of rainbow colored multi-tailed fox and a black colored version of the endanger mountain cat in its right claw, and a mysterious crest symbol on the other.

 

Hotaru then says, “I've got a similar mark as well. Since I used stockings to cover my legs, my birthmark wasn't exposed, but it is there.” Hotaru then lowers the stocking on her right leg, exposing a sapphire colored Asian dragon with the symbol of Saturn in its mouth, one claw having picture of the endangered Grey Wolf and rare and endangered species of rabbit, and another other having two mysterious crests symbols on it.

 

Takato then says, “Same here.” Takato then lifts up his shirt, showing a picture of a golden version of Bahamut with `crown' on Obelisk the Tormentor's head on `this Bahamut's' forehead, sky-blue halo on it's back, and finally, it has two sets of wings, one set is the same as Bahamut's rainbow wings and the other is the same as Obelisk the Tormentor's dark blue wings. `This Bahamut' has Obelisk's claws instead of Bahamut's for its claws. In its right claw is the symbol for the Crest of Life and the other claw had a picture of rainbow colored Asian dragon and a picture of brown colored dog in it.

 

Rika then tells everyone, “Obviously, I've got one mysterious birthmark of my own.” Rika then lifts the pants leg for her left leg and right there, is a picture of a dragon that looks like Critias in his dragon form expect that it has golden eyes, fiery red body, emerald green wings, and silver tail, in its mouth are the symbols for the Crests of Determination and Stubbornness, its left claw are pictures of a golden ten tailed fox and rare and endangered Blue Lorikeet, and a picture of icy snowflake is in the right claw.

 

Kari then admits, “Like everyone else, I've got a mysterious birthmark and Tai knows about, but he didn't think it held any significance . . . to this anyway.” Kari moves her body to show everyone that she had a picture of a version of Gatomon's dragon Mega form, Magnadramon, expect that this `Magnadramon' has silver body, fiery red eyes, twelve rainbow angel wings on its back, and this `Magnadramon' is curled into a ball that has a symbol of the Crest of Light with a picture of grey version of the endangered mountain cat and aqua-blue version of the endangered porpoise as well.

 

Terriermon exclaims, “Whoa! Everyone that's an Interdimensional Warrior have those `funky' dragon birthmarks on them.”

 

Rika then tells Terriermon, “Obviously, Terriermon.”

 

Renamon then says, “I can `senses' similar ancient auras coming from all of them, which means that somehow, even though they come from three different dimensions, all six of our warriors, here, have some kind of mysterious `connection' with each other.”

 

Joe then exclaims, “How's that possible?! How can six people from three different worlds have any type of connection with each other?!”

 

Izzy then answers, “And there in lies the question, Joe.”

 

Gatomon then states, “But Renamon has an excellent point. These similar `dragon birthmarks' and similar `mysterious ancient powers' that Davis and Serena displayed can only concluded that Davis, Serena, and the other Interdimensional Warrior have some kind of `connection' to each other.”

 

Tai then says, “Well, we can figure that out later. Let's get our `heroic prince' back inside and to the infirmary for a `check up' and for rest.”

 

Jun then states, “Well, I'm not surprised that the squirt had turned into such a great hero and helped saved two worlds.”

 

Mimi then asks Jun, “Why is that Jun?”

 

Jun tells Mimi, “It's in Davis' blood. Both sides of my brother's and my family come from a long line of heroes and heroines in Japanese history.”

 

Matt exclaims, shocked, “Whoa! Jun, are you serious?”

 

Jun tells everyone, “If you and everyone else help me, I will show you.” The other Digidestined nod their heads in agreement and with Jun and Kari carrying Davis on their shoulders, every one of the heroes and heroines head back into Ophanimon's palace.

 

(Returning to Ophanimon's Palace Infirmary; A short time later)

 

We find our Digidestined of Miracles, sleeping peacefully on an infirmary-type bed, while a high-tech scanner examines him, with Elliott and Wesley examining him, and Kari is sitting down on chair near his bed. Meanwhile, with the help of Izzy's, Ami's, and Yolei's help, Jun tapped into the Real World recorded and displayed the Motomiya family tree to everyone on a big holographic screen and they are amazed at what they saw.

 

Tai exclaims, “Whoa! Jun, you weren't kidding! Nearly every single member from both sides of your family had at least one hero or heroine in the family.”

 

Jun tells everyone, “Would I kid about my family tree? Anyway, the earliest members from my mother's side and my father's side, the Motomiya side, of my family, were great warriors, one of the earliest members of the samurai. Throughout the centuries, the Motomiyas had fought not for money, power, or anything else materialist, they had fought for honor, but most of all, for what's right. At one time, the Motomiya family held the daimyo position under the Tokugawa shoguns, but were appealed at how corrupt the Tokugawa shoguns had become, so, just before the `transition' of power from the Tokugawa shoguns had been returned to the emperor, there was a short and today, little known civil war in Japan, that helped begin the Meiji government, the Motomiya daimyo and all members of the family lent their support to the emperor, one member of my mother's side fought on Guadalcanal and defended his position fiercely in order for his comrades to regroup and died bravely, my grandfather from my father's side, Shuyin Motomiya, fought on Okinawa and fought to defend his position, the emperor, secondary, but for the people of Japan. My grandfather didn't like what he saw in what the Japanese are doing, but he supported the `will of the people' just the same and he only fought to defend the people. However, unlike the other defenders of Okinawa, any wounded American soldiers, he didn't kill, actually, at the risk of his fellow officers and soldiers to discover him, brand him a traitor, and execute him, he helped the wounded soldiers, tended to their wounds as best he could, and made sure that they got back to their lines. My grandfather believed in Bushido code, but he believed that killing an injured man is dishonored and inhuman. My grandfather, unlike other Japanese, had gotten education in American and was wise to propaganda, which he believed is nonsense. But he still defended his position frantically, however, he, soon, got seriously wounded by an American grenade and was unable to fight. When the American soldiers came for him, he threw his hands up onto the sides of the wall, closes his eyes, and told them, in English, that if they want to kill him then he is ready to die, knowing about what happened in other battles and had a feeling the American Marines about taking Japanese prisoners. However, my grandfather's `humanity' saved his life. They were ready to shoot him, not wanting to take any chances, but those wounded soldiers that came back to the front lines that my grandfather willing saved, vouched for him, and took him prisoner instead. My grandfather also believed that suicide is honorable alterative to surrender, but dishonorable to use any `underhanded tactics' to take others with him.” Jun then types on the keyboard showing a news report from 1970s.

 

Izzy reads, “This says `Japanese World War Surviving Veteran Honored Today' The article says: `Today, the Prime Minster of our fare country honors one of the few Japanese soldiers that survived the horrors of World War II, Shuyin Motomiya, for his heroism by defending his position with great bravery and his humanities efforts by helping enemy wounded soldiers in the face of being discovered by his superior officers, convicted for treason, and executed for treason against his country.' Prodigious, Jun. We never knew that you and Davis had such an amazing family history.”

 

Jun nods her head and says, “Davis' and my family, both sides of our family, have been a long line of warriors, heroes, and honorable rulers. Helping and caring about others has been our calling in life. However, after our grandfather's, Shuyin Motomiya's, generation, the family line has been quite until we found about Davis and about saving the world with the Digidestined.”

 

TK then looks at Davis and says, “And you think that you know a person and now, we find out that Davis comes from a long line of warriors and heroes.”

 

Tai then states, “Yeah, we know that fighting and being a hero runs in Davis' family.”

 

When Elliott and Wesley are done with their examination of Davis, they gasp and Wesley exclaims, “Incredible! I can barely believe my eyes!” All of the other heroes and heroines come over to Elliott and Wesley and the examination screen is showing a DNA code.

 

Zoey then asks, “What's happening Elliott?”

 

Wesley then says, “We are done with Davis' examination and we found `something' in his DNA code. Joe Kido, I heard that you are studying to be a doctor. How well are you doing in the study of DNA?”

 

Joe responds, “I'm not an expert on DNA, but I'm pretty knowledgeable in it.”

 

Wesley then points to the computer screen and tell Joe, “Well, take a look at this.” When Joe looks at the screen, his eyes become wide with amazement.

 

Joe exclaims, “That's Davis' DNA code?!”

 

Elliott states, “Well, a certain part of it, anyway.”

 

Ken then asks, “What's going on?”

 

Wesley explains, “We have found a mysterious DNA chain in Davis' DNA code. There seems to be more to your friend than meets the eye. In Davis' DNA code, we had found a code that's human, but it is more advanced that the DNA of modern-day humans in our homeworld or yours, however, here's the catch: This DNA code is very ancient, possibly thousands of years old.” All of the heroes and heroines gasp in shock and surprise from Wesley's statements.

 

Kazu exclaims, “Whoa! No way!”

 

Joe then tells everyone, “I've got to admit: Wesley's right. I'm no expert on DNA, but I can tell that DNA code is more advanced that rest of humanity. And he's another thing, I saw Kari's DNA code on the same screen and she has the exact same mysterious code in her own DNA!” Everyone eyes become real wide when Joe told everyone his statement.

 

Elliott then says, in his cool tone, “When Serena, Hotaru, Rika, and Kari came to our world and gain the powers of the Mew-Mews, we `inspected' their DNA codes and found that their DNA codes are slightly different and more advanced from the rest of humanity which allowed to incorporate the powers from other worlds into their bodies. But now, after scanning your friend's, Davis Motomiya's, DNA, we not only found that, but we found that Serena, Hotaru, Rika, and Kari have exact same or very similar mysterious DNA codes in their DNA as Davis does.”

 

Ray exclaims, “Hold on! What are you trying to say?!”

 

Wesley then says, “Elliott and I may think that this mysterious DNA code with their DNA might be clue on why they became Interdimensional Warriors as well as figure out their `mysterious connection'.” Wesley then looks at Takato and asks him, “However, we need a sample of Takato's DNA to prove that our theory is correct.”

 

Takato nods his head in agreement and says, “Sure, I would be glad to help.”

 

Wesley nods his head, smiles, and tells Takato, “Thank you, Takato Matsuki.”

 

Yolei then states, “Just when you think we have all of this `Interdimensional stuff' figured out, a new mystery `pops up' confuse all of us even more.”

 

Wesley then asks, “Also, I would like to ask Izzy Izumi, Yolei Inoue, Ken Ichijouji, Henry Wong, and Ami to help me in this `project' since they are the intellectuals of your team.”

 

Izzy then says, “Sure, we would be happy to help.” Yolei, Ken, Henry, and Ami nod their heads in agreement.

 

Tai then says, “Okay, I think that all of us need some rest from today.”

 

Kari then tells everyone, “The rest of you go on without me, I'm going to stay here with Daisuke until he wakes up.”

 

Matt tells his best friend, “Best not to argue with your sister, Tai.”

 

Tai smiles at his best friend, then looks at Kari, and tells her, “Okay, Kari, please don't stay up too late.”

 

Kari smiles and tells Tai, “I won't.”

 

As all of the heroes leave the infirmary, Tai smiles and thinks to himself, “I'm glad that you are finally back with us, Kari. Now, I can be absolutely sure that you will be safe!” Kari then moves her chair by Davis' infirmary, lays her head down on Davis' chest, and then surprises Elliott, Wesley, Veemon, Gatomon, Kari, and Tai, who is still watching, Davis' right hand to moves to Kari's head and rests on it. Kari and Tai then smile at what happened, Tai then leaves with his Digimon partner, and Kari then closes her eyes and takes a nap by Davis' side.

 

Next time in Chapter 11: A `Raging' City Battle: As Elliott, Wesley, Izzy, Yolei, Ken, Henry, and Ami continue to work on the mystery of the `dragon birthmarks' and mysterious DNA codes within our six Interdimensional Warriors, our enemies continue to attack our heroes and heroines with more `troubles'. DM, one of the few `leaders' of the alliance of villains still on his feet, currently, attacks Davis, Kari, Darien, Serena, Takato, Rika, and the five Mew-Mews as Davis and Kari give them a tour of the city with possessed Duel Monsters and their newest addition, Goa'uld Anubis Super Soldiers! After that `mess' is taken care of, Davis, Kari, and Serena go into the world of Stargate and talk with General Jack O' Neil and Stargate command that Anubis might have returned. When they get back, however, they find the city under attack from a whole army of Anubis' Super Soldiers and when all of our heroes come out to face it, another surprise comes into play, as a resurrected Darth Sideous come in to battle our warriors. But Davis and Takato use their Jedi skills to show that the `Dark Side' is no match for the power of light, however, DD, DK, DM, DR, Sailor Darkmoon, and Sailor Nega-Jupiter come in and display the abilities of a Sith Lord, learned by none other by Darth Sideous. As the six one-on-one Lightsaber duels rage, emotions and powers clash in an incredible battle for fate of Odaiba and possibly, the Digital and Real Worlds of Davis' homeworld! Experience all of the passion, emotion, and intense battling next time on Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame!

 

Sorry that it took so long to get this chapter out, but I'm going to be in summer school during June 6 to July 6 and it will be harder to get out chapter, however, I will try my best to get out my stories' chapters as fast as I can. Plus, I want to settle about Davis' new form, right away. Davis' new form isn't like a hanyou (half-demon), but if you watch 4kids TV on Saturdays at 8:00 A.M., you will see the show Mew-Mew Power. The five heroines can transform into human/animal hybrids, so, Davis' new form is more like that, but all of you will have to read and wait.
