Hey, I'm back! Sorry that this took so long to get out, but I had a family vacation in Williamsburg, Virginia during August 1 through August 4 and couldn't do any stories. But I'm back, rest and relaxed from a fun vacation, and ready to write! Now, time for the show! I don't own Digimon, any of the other stories, or anything/anyone else that comes from the other stories that end up in this fanfiction! Warning: This chapter contains violence, blood, possible gore, mild to explicit bad language, mild to explicit suggestive themes, and finally, NC-17 nudity, lemon(s), and other adult themes/situations!

 

Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame

 

Recap: When Pegasus gave duelists of his tournament a `day off', our heroes and heroines were joined by Yuna, Tidus, Rikku, Wakka, and Lulu from Spira as well as Yugi and his friends, to enjoy sometime in the Japanese mountain countryside where Takato got his `butt handed to him' by not his girlfriend, Rika Nonaka, as you would expect, but Serena and Kari, who's `late teen rebellion phase' is gaining mixed emotions from their friends and allies. Soon after, Takato and Rika as well as Serena and Hotaru reveal the `origins' of how they became Interdimensional Warriors as well as a few `adventures' that they had during their world-crossing journeys. Later, our heroes and heroines went to a swimming hole to have some fun in the sand and water, but then Serena, Kari, and Hotaru came in and our three girls were looking hot in sexy bikinis. While Hotaru is relaxing beside of our Digidestined of Hope, blushing at our Sailor Soldier of Darkness, Death, and Rebirth's new look, Kari and Serena had a Pokemon battle where they revealed their `Guardian Pokemon' a Suicune and Articuno and both Interdimensional trainers and their Pokemon are evenly matched causing the Pokemon match to end in a draw. However, DD, Sailor Darkmoon, and Queen Beryl came in with the Chiseler and her new power to create whole army of bad living art monsters, but our ten warriors took care of the Chiseler and her excuses for art `creatures' without much trouble. When the villains took off, the gang decided to `pack it up' and head back into the city. However, there are questions still in mind: One, what about the `mysterious DNA' in our Interdimensional Warriors and the story about the `Ancients' told about? Who were these `Ancients' and the first Interdimensional Warriors? How will this new information going to affect the scope and outcome of the battles to save all worlds? Chapter 18: Orichalcos Madness

 

(Somewhere within Odaiba; Early the Next Morning)

 

Well, we find Dren and lion-woman drum-player Predasite that he had created with one of his `special Infusers' and the `spirit crystal' that he took from a tradition Japanese drum-player woman like one you would find in traditional Japanese festivals fighting against newly `upgraded' Mew-Mews. All of our heroes and heroines heard about Dren's early morning attack, but the Mew-Mews said that they could handle it without our warriors because they had to prepare for the next round of dueling and Elliott and Wesley need all ten warriors to stay for a few tissue samples for testing for the `mysterious DNA' which could be `Ancient DNA', our warriors' ancestors that Sailor Comet told them about.

 

Dren tells the five Mew-Mews, in his usual tone, “Nice new look girls, especially you my little kitty cat.”

 

Mew Zoey yells at Dren, angrily, “Why don't you can it, Dren?!”

 

Dren then replies, in his dark taunting tone, “I don't know how to `can it', my kitty cat, but my friend here knows how to `can can'.” Dren then commands, “Give them a show that they will never forget!” The drum-player lion-woman Predasite gives a loud roar and beats her drums, hard, creating head-splitting sounds that shatter all the windows around them. All five girls cover their ears, human or animal-like, and call out in pain and agony.

 

Mew Bridget then asks, in pain, “That's sound is terrible!”

 

Mew Corina calls out, “My head is splitting!”

 

Mew Kiki then tells her fellow Mew-Mews, “Allow me to handle this!” Mew Kiki then summons two silver and gold tamarinds into her hands and yells out, “Tamarin Quake!” Mew Kiki then spins around three times and slams her two `weapons' into the ground, creating a huge quake that shakes the ground and knocks the Predasite off her feet. Mew Kiki then calls out, “And now, time for Tamarin Trap!” Mew Kiki then throws her two rings at the Predasite, one going above her and the other below, they expands to encompasses the Predasite, and then stalagmite bars then come up from the ground and creates a stone cage with Mew Kiki's rings, thus entrapping the Predasite as well as creating a sound barrier, drowning out her sound from coming out.

 

Mew Bridget tells Mew Kiki, happily, “Great work, Kiki!”

 

Mew Zoey nods her head in agreement and states, excitedly, “Yeah, now, allow me!” Mew Zoey then forms her new Strawberry Bell and calls out, “Strawberry Bell Ribbon Surprise!” Mew Zoey then fires ribbons of pure energy from her new Strawberry Bell and de-fuse the Predasite, turning into the spirit crystal from the innocent victim and the Infusers, which are properly `taken care of' by Mini-Mew.

 

Dren growls in anger and says, annoyed tone in his voice, “Luck. Pure luck, Mew-Mews, but don't think that you will be just as lucky next time.” Dren then teleports away as Mew Zoey takes the `spirit crystal' into her hand.

 

Mew Corina then says, in her usual tone, “Now that's over, let's get this back to whoever Dren took it from and restore her back to normal.”

 

Mew Bridget nods her head in agreement and states, “Yeah, Elliott and Wesley might be done with the tests on Serena and the other warriors' DNA.”

 

Mew Zoey states, seriously, “Right.” All five Mew-Mews then head off as a mysterious shadow watches them head off to find the person that Dren took the spirit crystal from.

 

The shadow says to itself, in a human voice, “Warriors? Could they be talking about the descendants of the Ancients? I had better watch this world a lot more closely.” The shadow then teleports away and vanishes into thin air, so to speak.

 

(Meanwhile; In the Starlight Worlds Cyber-Café)

 

We find the rest of our heroes and heroines with Yugi and his friends waiting inside for the return of the Tokyo Mew-Mews and for the results of the DNA testing of Elliott and Wesley. Meanwhile, Zoe is talking to JP because Takuya and Zoe knew that JP had a `thing' for Zoe as well as knew his reaction to when he saw Takuya and Zoe engaged in a passionate kiss. Now, Zoe is trying to `patch things up' with JP so he wouldn't be mad at either of them or both of them.

 

Zoe tells JP, “JP, I knew that you had `a thing' for me back in the Digital World, but by the time that we were in Ophanimon's castle, I had gained `certain feelings' for Takuya. And being with him for fifty years across worlds, even though only five years passed back home, those `feelings' really grew into full blown. . . you know. I hope that you aren't mad with Takuya and me.”

 

JP smiles and shakes his head, telling Zoe, in a nice tone, “No, I'm not, Zoe. Personally, I can understand why you fell for Takuya and those fifty years with just him by your side can also make your feelings grow.”

 

Zoe smiles and asks, “We are still friends then?”

 

JP gives a wide grin and tells Zoe, “Yeah! We're still friends, Zoe! Don't worry about it, okay?! But you and Takuya better treat each other right, you got me?!”

 

Zoe giggles at JP and says, “Thanks, JP!” Zoe then goes off to Takuya and tells him the good news about JP's and her `discussion'.

 

JP thinks, “To be honest, I knew that Takuya and Zoe had feelings for each other, but I didn't admit before. As long as those two are happy, together, I don't mine at all. And besides, like they say: `There are always more fish in the sea'. I know the right girl is out there for me back at home or in any world!” JP then looks to see Takuya and Zoe engaged in another passionate kiss and JP smile grows real wild. JP then thinks, “Takuya, I hope that you and Zoe are happy, together. You know, I've got a strange feeling that their love is going to do something big to save all worlds, but it is just one weird feeling.” JP shrugs his shoulders, sits down, and relaxes for the time being. On the meanwhile, we find Serena, Hotaru, Davis, BlackGatomon, Veemon, and Gatomon with Kari while she shows them a card with the picture of Bahamut on it and called the Light of Bahamut.

 

Serena then says, “Wow, Kari, you got an Aeon card, too?”

 

Kari nods her head and states, “Yeah, Serena, just last night, I had `dreamed' that I was back in Spira and in the temple at Bevelle. I got through the Cloyster of Trials without much problem since I knew how the trials `worked', I entered the Chamber of the Fayth, the Fayth of Bahamut gave me this card, Light of Bahamut, and when I woke up, I found the card in my deck.”

 

Davis then asks, “What does your Aeon card do Kari?”

 

Kari responds with, “The Fayth of Bahamut told me that his Aeon card merges with other trap cards on the field, like the Fang of Critias, or in the graveyard as well to create new monsters.”

 

Serena then says, “Merge with trap cards on the field or in the graveyard with this Aeon card, I've got to admit, that's not bad.”

 

Wesley's voice then calls out, “Everyone!” When everyone looks to the source of Wesley's voice, he and Elliott are walking up to our group of heroes and heroines.

 

Rika then yells out, in her usual tone, “Okay, don't keep us in suspense! Tell us what you did find!”

 

Wesley then states, “Well, without any other Ancient DNA, we can be 100 percent sure, but after examining all ten of the Interdimensional Warriors, we do know that they have similar mysterious DNA in their DNA chains.”

 

Elliott then adds to Wesley's statements with, “Plus, we had found that the mysterious DNA is part of 50 percent of your own individual DNA chains.”

 

Takuya then exclaims, shocked like the other warriors, “What?! You mean that we are 50 percent Ancient?! But how is that possible?! Our Ancient ancestors must be millennia upon millennia old and the Ancient DNA should have diluted with many generations of `intermarriage' with `regular' humans.”

 

Elliott then states, “Most likely, it is possible that all of you are possibly 50 percent Ancient through atavism. It is possible that the Ancient genes, especially the powerful royal Ancients, can transfer the `critical' part of these genes to future generations, their descendants, through atavism and when the powers of the royal Ancients are needed again, they find worthy generation that exceed their ancestors.”

 

Davis then says, “I remember something similar to that. In one world, there was this `street fighter' kid with one nasty attitude named Yusuke Urameshi and he lived in a world where demons from their own world cause problems, but one day, in an accident, he was killed and the ruler of the Spirit World actually resurrected him and Yusuke gain the ability to use the power of the aura that surrounds the human body, spirit energy, and becomes a Spirit Detective, saving the human race from evil villains that wanted to destroy it. However, what Yusuke didn't know is that he was part demon himself thanks to an ancient ancestor, Razen of the Ma-zoku demons, `mating' with a human and through atavism, the demon gene made Yusuke into a hanyou, part-human and part-demon.”

 

Kari then nods her head in agreement and states, “Yeah, the Ancient gene must work in a similar fashion, they must `transfer' through the generation through atavism until they find a generation `worthy' of handling the power that must come through the gene.”

 

Wesley nods his head in agreement and states, “That sounds like a perfect theory Davis and Kari, but we need more time to research the DNA samples that you gave us. However, we did find something. Serena's earlier DNA sample shows that her `Ancient' DNA wasn't active at the time when she and Kari was with the Tokyo Mew-Mews, but the newest `sample' shows that Serena's `Ancient' DNA is now active, but not fully.”

 

Serena then asks, “What do you mean by that, Wesley?”

 

Elliott replies, in his usual tone, “It means that you haven't tapped fully into the power that comes with your Ancient DNA and your bodies haven't transform fully based on your Ancient DNA.”

 

Wesley then states, “However, Elliott and I will continue research on the DNA and hopefully, we will have unlocked all of the secrets in a short amount of time.”

 

Takato then tells Wesley and Elliott, “Well, thank you for your help in these `difficult times'.”

 

Elliott then states, in his usual tone, “Don't worry about it. Now, we've got to get back to work.” Elliott and Wesley then head back to the laboratory to continue the research on the mysterious `Ancient' DNA within our Interdimensional Warriors.

 

A minute soon after, Zoey's voice calls out, “Hey, everyone, we're back!” All of our heroes and heroines then look to see Zoey and the other Mew-Mews, in their civilian forms, enter the café and walk up to all of them.

 

Zoe then asks, “Are all of you okay?”

 

Bridget nods her head and says, “Yes, we are. Thanks to the new powers that you gave us, we easily beat another of Dren's Predasites that attacked your world.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, happily, “Yeah, we kicked its butt!”

 

Kari smiles and says, “That's great.”

 

Zoey then asks, “I hate to be a party pooper, but don't some of you have a tournament where evil villains are plotting to use to take over all worlds that you need to get to?”

 

Davis exclaims, “Man! She's right! We're going to be late!”

 

Serena states, annoyed tone in her voice, “Damn! I'm trying to get rid of that bad habit! Let's get going!”

 

Hotaru says, in her usual nice tone, “See you later, girls!” Our ten warriors, the Odaiba Digidestined, Digimon Tamers, all of their Digimon partners, Frontier Digidestined, Sailor Scouts, and Darien then head out into the city to continue with the next round of tournament duels.

 

Bridget then says, in her usual worried tone, “Be careful.”

 

(Somewhere in Odaiba; In the middle of the morning)

 

We find Weevil Underwood, Bandit Keith, and Rex Raptor with DD, Sailor Darkmoon, and DM and Weevil, Keith, and Raptor have Chaos Duel Disks and Orichalcos stones. Weevil Underwood has his stone in his pocket, Keith has his attached to his metal spiked leather neck collar, and Raptor has his attached to a metal wristband, like the DinoThunder Power Rangers' `bracelets'.

 

DM then asks, “How does the power of Orichalcos feel?”

 

Raptor then says, in a dark tone, “It feels great. Now, I can finally get revenge on Wheeler and all the times he made me look like a chump.”

 

Keith then says, in even nastier tone than usual, “You've to wait in line shrimp. Wheeler owes me big time for costing me the Duelist Kingdom championship and money and Pegasus, for cheating me out of the Inter-Continental Duel Monsters champion by using that rotten Millennium Eye of his to cheat me out of my prize. Both of them owe in big time.”

 

Weevil then states, “Fine by me! All I want is for revenge against Yugi and his friend, the Pharaoh, and gain the title of King of Games from him!”

 

DD then states, “Hold on! Don't you think that defeating our enemies and gaining the three Egyptian God Cards would be a good idea?!”

 

Keith then says, in his usual tone, “Fine! A deal is a deal! You give us the power to take our revenge and get what we want and you get what you want, revenge against your enemies. Personally, I don't fucking care if you take over the whole world or all the worlds there are, as long as I get my revenge.”

 

Sailor Darkmoon then states, “However, even with the Orichalcos, don't be reckless or underestimate your opponents, all of them are expert duelists, many of them trained by Yugi Moto and the Pharaoh, plus, they have the three Legendary Dragons, Egyptian God Cards, and their Aeon cards are just as powerful as the Legendary Dragon cards. Remember what happened to Bonz when he faced Hotaru's Aeon card, The Pain of Anima?”

 

Raptor then says, “Keep your shirts, pants, or skirts on! Those geeks will have their souls sealed away faster than you can say Orichalcos.”

 

Keith then states, “Plus, you will get your three Egyptian God Cards, but don't expect we won't give them a `test drive' for ourselves.”

 

Sailor Darkmoon declares, in a serious tone, “We don't care as long as you cause chaos and destruction as well as capture us plenty of souls.” Weevil, Keith, and Raptor then leave to find their `targets' and plan their own attacks on them. Just then a young 18 year old woman, with dark red hair that goes to her mid-waist and dark blue eyes with a ice cold look of evil in them. She is wearing black tube-top that covers her bust, which it is only a little bustier than the usual 18 year old woman's bust. The tube-top also goes half-way to her navel, she had a blood red jacket over the top, dark blue skirt that goes to her kneecaps, pitch black stockings that goes up to and covers her kneecaps, dark green platform shoes on her feet, a Orichalcos stone on a bracelet around her right wrist, and a Chaos Duel Disk on her left wrist.

 

DD then states, “What do you think Sharon?”

 

The young woman then replies, in a dark and nasty tone, “I don't damn care what they do as long I get one person and take my revenge on her. I want Hikari Kamiya and shows that alien princess bitch whose boss as well as get revenge for what she took from me. She doesn't even belong on Earth and she, an alien freak, took everything from me, an Earthling! Kamiya is about to get what she deserved!” The young woman, Sharon, then walks off to find her own `target' and attack her.

 

DM then states, with a wide evil grin, “It is so nice to see that there are plenty of people that can and are so willing destroy those assholes without us having to lift a finger.” DM, DD, and Sailor Darkmoon have wide evil grins on their faces as they teleport away to observe the duels that will involve their `interests'.

 

(In another location in Odaiba; Sometime later in the morning)

 

Now, we find Takuya and the Frontier Digidestined walking around one area of the city for Takuya and Zoe to find some duelists for the two Interdimensional Warriors in their ranks and help them win more digivices to get to the second round. All of heroes and heroines had split up to patrol the city, while our ten warriors `fight' in duels to get to the second round of the tournament. Takuya and Zoe went with the Frontier Digidestined, Davis took the younger Digidestined, minus Kari, and Danny, Diana, and their two Digimon, Kari went with the older Odaiba Digidestined, Takato and Rika went with their friends, the Digimon Tamers, and finally, Serena and Hotaru went with the Sailor Scouts and Darien.

 

However, we return to Takuya and the Frontier Digidestined and JP then tell Takuya, “Man! Takuya, I heard about that triple duel you had fought with Davis and Takato. Wow, you used the Legendary Knights to flatten those three copycats!”

 

Takuya smiles and tells JP, “Thanks, JP, but it wasn't me who defeat them! Davis was the one who used the Legend of Heart card to turn his, Takato's, and my Legendary Dragons into the three Legendary Knights of Atlantis!”

 

Zoe then states, with her typical smile, “Well, you and Takato helped Davis out! If it wasn't for your Legendary Dragon cards and assisting monster, magic, and trap cards, Davis wouldn't have been able to use the Legendary Knights of Atlantis to beat those three freaks!”

 

Kouji then states, in his usual tone, “However, the Dark Digidestined, Dark Tamers, and Dark Moon have plenty of duelists out there who are gathering souls to power the return of that Great Leviathan as well as that `Sin' creature with it.”

 

Tommy then tells Kouji, “Come on, Kouji, don't be so negative about it. Zoe and Takuya are very good duelists and I know that they can stop anyone that gets in their way.”

 

Takuya smiles and says, nicely, “Thanks, Tommy.”

 

Just then a dark male voice calls out, “How cute! Looks like a couple of geeks are having a `special team moment'!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see none other than Rex Raptor walk up to all of them.

 

Kouichi then demands, in a serious tone, “Hey, who are you?!”

 

Zoe then states, “I know who that guy is. His name is Rex Raptor, he uses dinosaur monsters in his duels to crush his opponents with pure brute power, but he lost to Joey during the first Duelist Kingdom tournament and it sent him spiraling downwards from top-notch to a third rate chump. He's very dangerous and plain nasty. Once, he joined Dartz and the gang and tried to use the Orichalcos to defeat Joey Wheeler, but Wheeler whipped his butt, for the second time.”

 

Rex Raptor then yells out, angrily, “I was once one of the best duelists and then that ass, Joey Wheeler, took everything away from me!”

 

Takuya then yells at Rex Raptor, “Hey, you lost to Joey, fair and square, Raptor, and you had lost because of your own selfish reasons!”

 

Rex Raptor then displays his Chaos Duel Disk, activates it, and declares, “Well, why don't you duel me then?!”

 

Zoe then tells Raptor, “Rex Raptor, don't be stupid! If you use the Orichalcos, then you will be putting your soul in danger along with our souls!”

 

Rex Raptor then draws five cards from his dueling deck, then draws one more from his deck, grins when he sees the card, and declares, “Well, here's your answer: I DON'T CARE! Now, I activate the Seal of Orichalcos!” Rex Raptor then plays the Seal of Orichalcos in the field magic card slot, the eerie wind fills the field, and the Seal of Orichalcos appears on the ground, expanding until it engulfs Takuya and Rex Raptor, throwing the others out of the dueling field. Rex Raptor then screams as the dark power fills him up and when he's done, the mark of the Orichalcos appears on his forehead and he gains the evil red tint in his eyes. Rex Raptor then says, in a dark tone, “Now, that feels good.”

 

Takuya then calls to the others, worriedly, “Are all of you all right?!”

 

Zoe and others then get to his feet and JP states, groggily, “Other than the wind knocked out of us, we will be okay.”

 

Zoe then tells Takuya, worriedly, “Takuya, please be careful! Raptor just raised the stakes of the duel!”

 

Takuya then activates his duel disk, inserts his dueling deck, draws five cards from his hand, and says, “I know, Zoe. When Takuya looks at Rex Raptor, he declares, “Okay, your move, Raptor!”

 

Starting Scores:

Raptor: 8000

Takuya: 8000

 

Raptor smiles and says, in a dark tone, “Fine!” Raptor then puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “First, I summon my Two-Headed King Rex in attack mode!” Just then a hologram of Two-Headed King Rex (1600/1200) appears on the field in attack mode, then it gains the mark of the Orichalcos on the forehead as well red tint in its eyes, and its stats increase to 2100/1200! Raptor then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and states, “Thanks to the Orichalcos, my King Rex gets a power boost and now, I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

 

Takuya then draws one card from his hand and calls out, “Okay, my move!” Takuya then puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I play my Red-Eyes Black Chick in attack mode!” Just then a baby version of Red-Eyes Black Dragon from a small red egg, Red-Eyes Black Chick (800/500), appears in attack mode!

 

Raptor laughs at Takuya's monster and yells out, “What will that little baby monster do?! It barely has any attack points!”

 

Takuya smiles and says, “Guess you didn't know about my monster's special ability? By sacrificing my face up Red-Eyes Black Chick on my side of the field and this allows me to summon my Red-Eyes Black Dragon from my hand to the field! Plus, I have one Red-Eyes Black Dragon in my hand now!” Takuya then puts his monster card on his duel disk, puts another on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I sacrifice my Red-Eyes Black Chick in order to summon my Red-Eyes Black Dragon in attack mode!” Red-Eyes Black Chick is then encompassed by a bright glow and when the glow disappears, Red-Eyes Black Dragon (2400/2000) replaces Red-Eyes Black Chick in attack mode! Takuya then declares, “Next, I sacrifice my Red-Eyes Black Dragon to summon one of my most powerful dragons!” Takuya then sends his Red-Eyes Black Dragon to the graveyard, puts another card on his duel disk, and yells out, “Come forth, Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon!” Just then Red-Eyes Black Dragon begins to glow, explodes into light, and when the light fades, Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon (2400/2000) is on the field in attack mode, replaces Takuya's Red-Eyes Black Dragon! Takuya then states, “My Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon gains 300 attack points for every dragon monster in my graveyard and since I sent two to the graveyard, my Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon gains 600 more attack points!”

 

Raptor yells out, in disbelief, “Oh no!” Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon's stats rise from 2400/2000 to 3000/2000!

 

Takuya then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and calls out, “Now, I activate the magic card, Stamping Destruction! This card can only be activated when there is a dragon-type monster on my side of the field! This allows me to destroy one magic or trap card on your side of the field! Plus, you lose 500 life-points with the card that I destroy! So, I destroy your face-down card!” Raptor growls in anger as his face-down card is destroyed by Takuya's magic card and Raptor loses 500 life-points. Takuya then commands, “Now, Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon, destroy Raptor's King Rex, now!” Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon then fires a beam of dark fire energy at King Rex, destroying it, and taking 900 of Raptor's life-points with that King Rex.

 

Current Score:

Raptor: 6600

Takuya: 8000

 

Takuya then states, with a grin, “I think that's enough punishment for now, Raptor, so, I end my turn!”

 

Raptor then draws one card from his deck and yells, angrily, “Playtime is over! Now, it is my move, you rotten bastard!”

 

(At the same time; as we join Serena, Darien, and the other scouts)

 

Now, we join Serena, Darien, and the other Sailor Scouts as Serena prepares to begin her duel with Weevil Underwood, who just came up and challenge her to duel, and he displayed his Chaos Duel Disk, showing that he is with the enemy of our Moon Princess and her friends and allies.

 

Serena then tells everyone, “Stay back everyone! Under the powers of the Orichalcos, we don't know what this `dung beetle' is capable of!”

 

Weevil responds with, “Well, you about to find out my pretty! Now, time to fall into my web said the spider to the butterfly! Time to duel!” Weevil and Serena then draw five cards from their decks as they begin their duel.

Weevil then draws one card from his deck, gives an evil grin at it, shows the card to Serena, showing the card to be the Seal of Orichalcos, and asks, in a dark tone, “Does this card look familiar?”

 

Serena then tells Weevil, in a serious tone, “Don't be an idiot, Weevil! Play that card and you are putting your own soul in danger with mine!”

 

Weevil then states, “What's the problem? If I do recall, Serena, you used the Seal of Orichalcos, yourself, and you sealed the souls of some of your good friends you made back in my homeworld as well as attacked your best friends, Daisuke Motomiya, the Prince of Games, and Hotaru Tomoe, your fellow warrior and friend, who idolized you, didn't you?!” Serena growls in anger, but doesn't say a word, knowing that Weevil is right. Weevil then calls out, in a dark tone, “Guess the angel of the moon isn't so perfect after all, is she?! Plus, that outfit tells me all that I need to know about you! The Orichalcos is still a part of you or why would you go into something that's a `darker mood'?!”

 

Serena then exclaims, in an annoyed and taunting tone of voice, “All I see is talking and no actions! Guess the greatest bug duelist can only use insults and `mind games' as a weapon?!”

 

Weevil then roars out, in anger, “Fine! I play the Seal of Orichalcos!” Weevil then puts the card into the field magic slot of his duel disk, causing the evil wind to blow, the Seal of Orichalcos to appear on the field, and it encompasses both Serena and Weevil, who gains the mark of the Orichalcos on his forehead as well as red tint to his eyes. Weevil then states, after that dark power is flowing through him, “Now, that's power, girl.” Weevil then puts one card on his duel disk and exclaims, “Now, I play my Pinchopper!” Just then Pinchopper (1000/1200) appears on the field in attack mode! Weevil then inserts one card into the magic/trap slot and he declares, “Now, I play my Eradicating Aerosol! This allows me to destroy any insect monsters on the field and choose my Pinchopper!” Pinchopper is then destroyed and Weevil calls out, “This allows me to summon any insect monster from my hand! And I choose my Insect Queen!” Weevil puts the card on his duel disk and Insect Queen (2200/2400) appears on the field in attack mode! Weevil then calls out, “Now, time for her crown: The mark of the Orichalcos!” Insect Queen gains the mark of the Orichalcos on its forehead, red tint to its eyes, and its stats increase to 2700/2400! Weevil then states, “Plus, my Insect Queen gains 200 attack points for every insect monster on the field, including herself!” Insect Queen's special ability then increases her stats to 2900/2400! Weevil then puts his final two cards in the magic/trap slots and declares, “Finally, I place two cards face-down and end my turn!”

 

Serena then draws one card from her deck and says, “Okay, Weevil, now, it is my move!” When Serena looks at his hand, she thinks in her own mind, “Okay, knowing Weevil's dueling tactics, those face-down cards are DNA Surgery and Insect Barrier! Weevil is going to use them to turn all my monsters to insects, make it impossible for get through to his monsters, and increase the power of his Insect Queen, thanks to the special ability of his most prized monster! But I've got one large disappointment for him!” Serena then puts one card in her magic/trap slot and calls out, “Sorry to disappoint you, Weevil, but I play my Heavy Storm magic card! This destroys all magic and trap cards on the field, including your two face-down cards!” A huge storm then blows over the field, destroying Weevil's face-down cards, revealed to be a DNA Surgery trap card and Insect Barrier magic card, and Serena says, with a grin, “Just as I thought, you were going to turn my monsters into insects, use them to increase the power of your Insect Queen, and use your Insect Barrier to make it impossible for me to attack your monsters!” Serena then puts one card on her duel disk and declares, “Now, I play Queen's Knight in defense mode!” Queen's Knight (1500/1600) then appears on the field in defense mode, Serena then puts three cards in the magic/trap slots, and yells out, “Finally, I place three cards face-down and I end my turn!”

 

Weevil then draws one card from his deck and exclaims, angrily, “Playtime is over, girl! Now, time for my move!”

 

(On the meanwhile; With Davis' group)

 

Next, we join our Digidestined of Miracles, the younger Odaiba Digidestined, minus Kari, their Digimon partners, minus Gatomon, Danny, Diana, and their two Digimon partners walk down the street and trying to find some duelists for our three warriors in their group to do.

 

Yolei then asks Davis, “Are you sure about Kari going off like that?”

 

Davis replies, “Kari has learned how to take care of herself on her own and plus, she's got Tai and the older kids with them. I've got faith in Kari.”

 

Yolei then tells Davis, “Okay, but it is with Kari learning the truth about her birth, learning about how she felt inside about herself and such, as well as her possession under the Orichalcos and Hawkmon can DNA Digivolve with Gatomon and. . .”

 

Ken then reassures Yolei by saying, “I understand how you're feeling, Yolei. After you and Kari got Hawkmon and Gatomon, you and Kari became best friends and you thought you knew Kari and now, after all that's happened, you feel that you didn't know a thing about Kari at all.”

 

Yolei nods her head and says, in a bit of solemn tone, “Yeah, I thought after that day I got to know Kari better, but after she and Davis got back from all that time across worlds and all this started, I'm not sure I really knew her at all and I'm supposed to be one of her best female friends, after all.”

 

Davis tells Yolei, “Well, Yolei, why don't you talk to Kari about it after we're done with the tournament for today? I can tell Kari about how you are feeling and Ken, Kari, you, and I can have a talk about this. To be honest, Ken and I went through something similar after all of you a bit of my `painful past', but as best friends, we worked it out and I know you and Kari can too. Kari talked to me a lot about her feelings and she might be going through same `feelings' you are.”

 

Yolei nods her head and tells Davis, “Thanks, Davis.”

 

Just a dark male voice, like that of a street gang leader, calls out, “Well, how cute! The geeks are having a `friendship hour'! I'm so choked up I can puke!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see none other than Bandit Keith heading towards them.

 

Davis growls in annoyance and says, in an annoyed tone, “Well, if it isn't Bandit Keith, last time that I heard, you were running like a baby from a mind-controlling Egyptian who wanted to take over the world.”

 

Bandit Keith roars at Davis, angrily, “Why don't you shut it, you little punk?!”

 

Davis tells Keith, not threatened, “Or else what, Keith? Your street punk clothes and nasty profanities don't scare the hell out of me! In fact, I've got plenty of fighting knowledge of all types in me. So, just give me your best shot!”

 

Keith grins evilly and states, in a dark tone, “Why do I have to fight you when I can duel you and take your soul away, punk?!” Keith then displays and activates his own Chaos Duel Disk and points to the Orichalcos stone on his spiked neck collar.

 

Davis tells Keith, seriously, “Don't be a fool, Keith! Those assholes don't care anything about you! They're just using you!”

 

Keith then tells Davis, in a dark tone, “Like I care! As long as I've got the power to take my ultimate revenge on Wheeler and Pegasus, I don't give a damn about the price of the power! Now, it is time for you and me to duel! Once, I'm done with you, I can take my reward with my revenge and plus, I can also take your Egyptian God Card, Slifer the Sky Dragon, for a test drive!”

 

Davis declares, confidently, “I don't think so, Keith!” Davis then activates his own duel disk and puts his dueling deck inside.

 

After both duelist draw their first five cards, they call in unison, “Let's duel!”

Keith then states, as he draws one card from his deck, “As the challenger, I get to go first!” When Keith looks at the card that he had draw, he smiles evilly and says, “Well, I guess that I will activate this card.” Keith then displays the Seal of Orichalcos card and yells out, “Now, I play the Seal of Orichalcos!” Keith then puts the card in the field magic card slot of his duel disk, the Seal of Orichalcos appears on the ground, and evil wind `blows in' as Keith screams from the dark power flowing through him. Soon after, the Seal of Orichalcos then encompasses both duelists on the field and when Keith stops screaming from the power flowing through him, the mark of the Orichalcos is on his forehead and his eyes gain an evil red tint to them. He then says, in his dark tone, “Wow. Now, that's power.” Keith then puts a card into his magic/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play Graceful Charity! I draw three cards from my deck and then discard two from my hand!” Keith then draws three cards from his deck and then discards two more to the graveyard. Keith then puts another card into the magic/trap slots and declares, “Now, I play my Premature Burial magic card! At the cost of 800 of my life-points, I can revive one monster from my graveyard and I choose my mighty Machine King!” Keith's life-points then drop 800 life-points and then Machine King (2200/2000) appears on the field in attack mode! Keith then puts one card on his duel disk and yells out, “Plus, I play Giga Tech Wolf in attack mode!” Just then machine wolf, Giga Tech Wolf (1200/1400), appears beside Machine King in attack mode! Keith then states, “Plus, the Seal of Orichalcos boosts the power of by my monsters by 500 addition attack points!” Just then Machine King and Giga Tech Wolf gain the mark of the Orichalcos on their foreheads, red tints to their machine eyes, and Machine King's stats are now 2700/2000 and Giga Tech Wolf's stats are now 1700/1400! Keith then declares, “And top that off, my Machine King gets 100 attack points for every machine monster on the field and since I have two, my Machine King gain 200 more attack points!” Machine King's special ability raises its stats to 2900/2000, making it the strongest monster on the field, currently! Keith then declares, “That will end my turn!”

Davis then draws one card from his deck, looks at it, smiles, then puts one card in the magic/trap slots, “First, I will play the magic card, Cost Down! This magic card allows me to summon more powerful monsters to the field by lowering their star levels by 2 stars! This allows me to bring my Dark Magician Girl to field!” Davis then puts the monster card on the duel disk and Dark Magician Girl (2000/1700) appears on the field in attack mode! Davis then takes another card from his hand, displaying the Eye of Timaeus, and calls out, “Now, I play my Legendary Dragon, the Eye of Timaeus!” Just then Davis' Legendary Dragon gives off a bright glow and when the glow fades, the Legendary Dragon Timaeus appears on the field with a great dragonic roar. Davis then commands, “Now, Timaeus combine with Dark Magician Girl to form . . .!” Timaeus then fused with Dark Magician Girl to form a monster with Dark Magician Girl in silver armor with a silver sword and shield in her hands and riding on Timaeus' back. “. . . Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight!” In the place of the two monsters, Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight (2600/2100) is on the field where Dark Magician Girl was before she fused with Timaeus.

 

Keith, not threatened, yells out, taunting, “Ha! What's your little girly dragon going to do? My Machine King has 300 more attack points than she does!”

 

Davis then says, “Guess you don't know about my dragon's special ability, do you? Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight is automatically allowed to take out any monsters on the field when she attacks as long as I discard one card from my hand!”

 

Keith, knowing what this means, yells out, “Oh no!”

 

Davis then commands, after he discards one card from his hand to the graveyard, “Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight, destroy Machine King with Dark Energy Burst!” Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight then fires a rainbow colored beam of energy from Dark Magician Girl's sword and Timaeus' mouth that automatically destroys Keith's Machine King. Davis then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and declares, “I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

 

Keith then draws one card from his deck and states, “Lucky shot, punk! But now, your luck ends here!” Keith then looks at the card that he drew, smiles, and shows the card to Davis, displaying a magic card with the picture of two large batteries with lightning bolts surrounding them. Keith then says, “Now, I play my Super Charged magic card! After I give up 1000 life-points, this card doubles the attack and defense points of any machine monster on the field and I choose my Giga Tech Wolf!” Keith then puts the card in the magic/trap slots, his life-points go down by 1000, and Giga Tech Wolf's stats then go from 1700/1400 to 3400/2800!

 

Danny then says, seeing this move, “Oh damn! Now, Keith's monster is stronger than Davis' dragon!”

 

Keith then commands, “Now, Giga Tech Wolf, destroy Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight!” Giga Tech Wolf then rushes in, swipes Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight with his metal claws, destroys Davis' dragon, and lowering Davis' life-points by 800 points. Keith then puts one card on his deck disk and calls out, “Now, I play Ground Attack Bugroth in attack mode!” Soon after, Ground Attack Bugroth (1500/1000) appears on the field in attack mode beside Giga Tech Wolf, gains the mark of the Orichalcos on the `cockpit', and its stats go up to 2000/1000! Keith then states, “So much for your great and all mighty dragon and with these two powerful monsters on the field, you're finished!”

Davis tells Keith, in a confident tone, “We'll see about that! My move, Bandit Keith, and I will turn this duel around!” Davis then draws one card from his deck as he prepares to make his move against Keith through the odds doesn't look in his favor.

 

(Going Kari and the older Odaiba Digidestined; during that very same time)

 

Now, we find Kari walking around Odaiba and looking around with her adopted older brother and the older Digidestined. Even though Kari has been back in her homeworld for some weeks with Davis and others, Kari never had time to look around her hometown during her `second life' since she was fighting with the other warriors, heroes, and heroines, including her boyfriend, Serena, and Hotaru.

 

Matt then asks Kari, “Kari, are you sure that you are going to be okay without Davis with you? It's not that I'm insulting your ability to take care of yourself, Kari, it is just that you and Davis are really. . .”

 

Kari tells Matt, in a nice tone, “Matt, I understand what you are saying and I would really like to be with the man that I love, but Davis and I also understand there are times when we want to have our own `personal time', time to ourselves.”

 

Sora then asks Kari, “Kari, you have really grown up in the past five years since we've seen you. However, I've still got to ask: Are you sure that you are going to be all right? With learning of your true heritage, your real mother and father, and what happened to your `birth home'?”

 

Kari shrugs her shoulders and tells Sora, “Thanks for asking, Sora, but I'm just fine. For a long time, I've always felt a bit `out of place' with Tai and adopted family for some reason and now, I know why. Now, I feel at peace knowing that I'm not just Hikari Timaeus, Princess of the Sun Kingdom, but also Hikari Kamiya of Earth, Digidestined of Light, one of the Odaiba Digidestined, and Tai's younger sister.”

 

Just then a female voice calls out, “Well, if it isn't Kari Kamiya, it has been so long since I've seen you!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see the young woman named Sharon walk to all of them with a wide grin on her face.

 

Kari looks at Sharon and states, “Oh, hey, Sharon, it has been a long time!”

 

Tai then asks Kari, “Kari, do you know this young woman?”

 

Kari tells Tai, “Oh, sure, Tai, her name is Sharon. She was one of my classmates before I left with Daisuke around five years ago.” Kari then tells Sharon, “Sharon, I almost didn't recognize you! You've really changed since the last time that I saw you!”

 

Sharon then calls out, still with her wide grin, “Plus, I've seen that you've changed! I had never thought that a girl like you would go from `street punk' girl look. Guess being exposed to your dark side by the Orichalcos really made you look at yourself.”

 

Kari and the others gasp when Sharon gives her last statement and Kari asks, shocked, “How did you know that?”

 

Sharon then displays a Chaos Duel Disk on her left wrist, a Orichalcos stone on her right wrist attached to her bracelet, and states, “Let just say that I got some `inside info' from some `old friends' of yours.”

 

Kari then steps towards Sharon and exclaims, “Sharon, you don't know what you are doing! Why would you join up with them, Sharon, and use that evil power?!”

 

Sharon then points at Kari and yells at her, angrily, “To give me the power to take back all that you took from me!”

 

Kari then asks Sharon, in a serious tone, “What?! What do you mean, Sharon?! What did I do to you?!”

 

Sharon then growls, angrily, “You were brought into this world by your world-traveling friend, Kamiya, you alien freak! You don't deserve to live on this planet!”

 

Kari then tells Sharon, in a serious tone, “Why not?! Just because I wasn't born on this planet doesn't mean I don't belong on Earth!”

 

Sharon roars at Kari, angrily, “Earth belongs to living beings on Earth, earth animals and humans born on this planet, and not to super-powered alien freaks that come from outer space and take what belongs to Earthlings. Now, it is time for you to pay, Kamiya!” Sharon then activates her Chaos Duel Disk, inserts her dueling deck, and calls out, “And you're going to pay by losing your soul!”

 

Kari tells Sharon, in a serious tone, “Sharon, I don't want to fight you! You are being brainwashed! Used by our enemies for their own sick purposes and gains! Don't you understand, Sharon?!”

 

Sharon roars at Kari, angrily, “I don't care! As long as I get what I want, they can take over my home for all I care! All I want is my revenge on you, Kamiya! Now, if you don't duel, then your older step-brother and friends might have some `unfortunate accidents'.”

 

Kari roars at Sharon, demandingly, “Leave Tai and the rest of my friends out of this, Sharon!”

 

Sharon then states, “If you don't duel, then there are no guarantees Kamiya!”

 

Kari then activates her duel disk, inserts her dueling deck, and says, in a serious tone, “If I got no choice, then you have your duel!”

 

Mimi then tells Kari, worriedly, “Please be careful, Kari!” Both female duelists then draw five cards as they began their duel.

Sharon then draws one card from her deck and exclaims, “Since I challenged you, I get to go first!” Sharon then draws one card from her deck, looks at it, gives a wide evil grin, and says, in a slip-song tone, “Well, this duel is about to end sooner than I expected.” Sharon then holds the card into the air, showing it to be the Seal of Orichalcos, and calls out, “Now, I play the Seal of Orichalcos!”

 

Kari calls out, in horror, “No, Sharon! Don't do it!”

 

Sharon then yells out, as she inserts the card into the field magic card slot of her duel disk, “Too late, Kamiya! Your fate is now sealed!” When the card is inserted, the top of her duel disk gives off an eerie glow, the Seal of Orichalcos then appears in the air, and when it descends to the ground, it traps Kari and Sharon inside, as well as Sharon gaining the mark of the Orichalcos on her forehead and the evil red tint in her eyes. Sharon then says, in a dark tone, “Now, both of us are trapped in the seal and only one of us is getting out!”

 

Kari then states, in a plain tone, “I know how the seal works, Sharon.”

 

Sharon then states, with an evil grin and taunting tone, “That's because you used the Seal of Orichalcos, right, Kamiya? You gave in to your own inner darkness, didn't you?” Kari just stays totally silent at Sharon and then she says, in a dark taunting tone, “From what I'm told, you even tried to seal your own boyfriend's soul and became a real bad ass bitch! Guess Davis' perfect angel isn't so perfect after all, huh, Kamiya?”

 

Kari then says, in a serious tone, “Are you here to play mind games or Duel Monsters, Sharon?”

 

Sharon then puts one card on her duel disk and yells out, annoyed tone, “Fine! I play Dunames Dark Witch in attack mode!” Just then Dunames Dark Witch (1800/1050) in attack mode, gains the mark of the Orichalcos on its forehead, evil red tint to her eyes, and her wings turn from white to pitch black, as well as her stats go up to 2300/1050! Sharon then declares, “That will end my turn!”

 

Kari then draws one card from her deck and calls out, “Okay, then Sharon, it is my move!” Kari then looks at her hand, puts one card in the magic/trap slot, and declares, “Now, I play my Graceful Charity! This allows me to draw three more cards from my deck as long as I discard two from my hand!” Kari then draws three more cards from her deck, looks at her hand, place two cards into the graveyard, and then Kari states, “Now, I remove my Aqua Matador from my graveyard and remove it from the game!” Just then an Aqua Matador (1200/2000) comes out of Kari's graveyard, Kari puts it in the `out of play' slot of her duel disk, Kari puts one card on her duel disk, and calls out, “This allows me to play my Aqua Spirit!” Just then female humanoid monster with aqua-blue dress, dark blue gloves on her hands, dark blue hair, green skin, and fin-like ears appears on Kari's side of the field and Aqua Spirit (1600/1200) is in attack mode! Kari then calls out, “Next, I will sacrifice my Aqua Spirit to call Des Volstgalph to the field!” Aqua Spirit then disappears in a stream of light, as Kari puts the card into the graveyard, Kari then puts another card on her duel disk, and red and black dragon, Des Volstgalph (2200/1700), appears on Aqua Spirit's place in attack mode. Kari then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and with a wide grin, says, “I place one card face-down and end my turn.”

 

Sharon become suspicious of Kari's wide grin and thinks, “What in the world is that alien freak up to?! She had summoned a monster that's weaker than mine in attack mode and exposing her to attack! Well, if she wants to be attack then I would be glad to! But I had better than care of that face-down card, first! Kamiya has obvious set-up a trap to destroy my Dark Witch and boy, she's going to get a surprise since I'm not falling for it!” Sharon then draws one card from her deck, puts one card in the magic/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play Harpie's Feather Duster! This magic card destroys all the magic and trap cards on your side of the field!” Just then a giant wind with a lot of feathers `blows in' and destroys Kari's face-down card, which proves to be a Mirror Force trap card. Sharon then states, “Nice try! Trying to destroy my attacking monsters with that Mirror Force trap card of yours, but it wasn't good enough, Kamiya!”

 

Kari then tells Sharon, in a serious tone, “It was worth a try!”

 

Sharon then puts one card on her duel disk and calls out, “Well, you are going have to try harder than that to beat me! Now, I summon Elemental Hero Burstinatrix in attack mode!” Besides Dunames Dark Witch, Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (1200/800) appears on the field in attack mode, the mark of the Orichalcos appears on her forehead, red tint appears in her eyes, and her stats increase to 1700/800! Sharon then commands, “Now, my Dark Witch, destroy Kamiya's Des Volstgalph with Spellbinding Flux!” Dunames Dark Witch then fires beam of dark energy at Kari's Des Volstgalph and prepares to destroy it.

 

Kari widely smiles at Sharon and says, “Thank you, Sharon. You have just fallen into my real trap!”

 

Sharon asks, confused, “What do you mean by that?!”

 

Kari then tells Sharon, “Obviously, you didn't know about my Des Volstgalph's special ability! When you used your magic card to destroy my trap card, you had increased my monster's attack points by 200 and making my dragon stronger than your Dark Witch!” Sharon then gasps in shock and Des Volstgalph's stats have increased to 2400/1700! Kari then commands, “Des Volstgalph, counter-attack and destroy her Dark Witch!” Kari's monster then fires a blue beam of energy from its mouth that stops Sharon's Dark Witch and destroys it, taking 50 of her life-points with the monster. Kari then states, “Plus, my monster has another special ability, Sharon, when it takes out one of your monster, you lose 500 life-points!” Sharon's life-points then drop by another 500 points, thanks to Des Volstgalph's special ability.

 

Sharon then states, angrily, “Fine! I end my turn!”

Kari then draws one card from her deck, puts one card in the magic/trap slot, and calls out, “Okay, I place one card face-down!” Kari then commands, “Now, Des Volstgalph, attack her Elemental Hero Burstinatrix, now!” Kari's monster then fires another burst of blue flames from his mouth, destroy Sharon's monster, taking 500 life-points from Sharon's `score', and then Des Volstgalph's special ability takes 500 more points from Sharon's life-points. Kari then declares, “That will end my turn!”

Sharon then yells out, as she draws one card from her deck, “Playtime is over, Kamiya!” Sharon then looks at the card in her hand, puts it into the magic/trap slot, and calls out, “Now, I play Pot of Greed! This allows me to draw two cards from my deck!” Sharon then draws two cards from her deck, looks at them, puts another card into the magic/trap slot, and declares, “Now, I play the magic card Toon Table of Contents! This magic card allows me to draw any card in my deck with the name `Toon' in the title!” Sharon then draws one card from her deck, reshuffles her deck, and declares, “Now, I play my Toon World magic card!” When Sharon puts the card in her magic/trap slots, the pop-up book hologram that's Toon World appears on the field. Sharon then puts in another card in her duel disk and calls out, “Now, I play the magic card Cost Down! This allows me to summon my more powerful monsters easier by lowering their star levels by two!” Sharon then puts a card on her duel disk and calls out, “Meet Toon Dark Magician Girl!” Just then out of Toon World, a Toon version of Dark Magician Girl appears on Sharon's side of the field, and then Toon Dark Magician Girl (2000/1700) gains the mark of the Orichalcos on her forehead as well as red tint in her eyes, raising her stats to 2500/1700!

 

Kari then declares, “Since you played three magic cards, my Des Volstgalph gains 600 more attack for this turn!” Des Volstgalph's stats then rise from 2200/1700 to 2800/1700!

 

Sharon then yells out, in a nasty tone, “Who cares?! Your monster's power will be reduced when your turn starts and adds to this fact: Who said that I was going to attack your monster?!” Sharon then commands, “Now, I give up 500 of my life-points to have my monster attack your life-points directly! Toon Dark Magician Girl, attack that alien's life-points directly!” After Sharon's life-points go down by 500, Toon Dark Magician Girl then fires an orb of energy at Kari's directly, who crosses his arms to shield her physical form from the attack, which lowers her life-points by 2500 points.

Sharon then puts one card in the magic/trap slots and yells out, “Finally, I place one card face-down and I end my turn!”

 

Kari then draws one card from her deck and says, in a serious tone, “Okay, Sharon, it is my move!”

 

Sharon then tells Kari, “Remember, my Toon Monsters are totally indestructible unless my Toon World magic card is destroyed!”

 

Kari then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and declares, “That's why I play my Heavy Storm to destroy all magic and trap card on the field!”

 

Sharon then yells out, “Wrong! Now, I play my Magic Jammer trap card!” Sharon's face-down card is revealed to be the Magic Jammer Trap card, she puts one card into her graveyard, and Kari's Heavy Storm magic card is negated.

 

Kari then switches her monster card from attack to defense position and declares, “I switch my Des Volstgalph to defense mode and end my turn!” Des Volstgalph then switches from attack to defense mode!

 

Sharon then draws one card, looks at it, puts it into the magic/trap slots, and exclaims, “Now, I play my Card of Demise! This allows me to draw until I have five cards in my hard as long as I discard my entire hand in five turns!” Sharon then draws five cards from her deck, looks at her new hand, puts one card on her duel disk, and yells out, “Now, I summon my Spear Dragon in attack mode!” Besides Toon Dark Magician Girl, Spear Dragon (1900/0) appears on the field in attack mode, gains the mark of the Orichalcos on its forehead, red tint in its eyes, and its stats rise up to 2400/0! Sharon then declares, “Now, Spear Dragon, eliminate her Des Volstgalph with Cyclone Blast!” Spear Dragon then fires a tornado from its beak-like mouth, destroying Kari's Des Volstgalph, and thanks to Spear Dragon's special ability, Kari loses 700 life-points even through her monster was in defense mode. Sharon then commands, “Now, I give 500 more of my life-points to allow my Toon Dark Magician Girl to attack your life-points, again! Attack now with Toon Dark Burning Attack!” Toon Dark Magician Girl then fires another orb of energy at Kari, directly, and weakening her life-points by another 2500 points. Sharon then states, “Well, since it looks like the end for you, I end my turn and my Spear Dragon automatically goes into defense mode!” Sharon's Spear Dragon then switches from attack into defense mode at the end of Sharon's turn.

Sharon then states, in a taunting and angered tone, “What's the matter, Kamiya? Guess you are so guilty about what you have done, you can't see my soul get sealed away by the Orichalcos, huh? Well, too bad for you that I don't have any sympathy for you! You took away everything from me! In school, at one time, I was the popular girl in school and then you came along with your `miss perfect' look and took everything away from me! Including the friends that I had, they left me once I lost my popularity! Every day, I resented you and when you left with Motomiya, you were still idolized! When I learned the truth, it only enraged me that an alien bitch took my friends and my popularity away, your enemies gave me the chance for revenge! And then I learned when you were a bad assed bitch under the Orichalcos! Now, for what I can see, you can't have another soul taken away!”

 

Kari then tells Sharon, in a serious tone, “Sharon, there is a day that I don't regret for the mistake I made using the Seal of Orichalcos and have my heart possessed by darkness as well as all the evil deeds that I done under the influence of the Orichalcos, but I made a promise that I will get their souls back! Even though, I do feel sorry for you, Sharon, but I'm not reasonable for what happened to you! We choose our own fates and destiny and you have made yours and even though I don't want your soul to be taken away, I'm not going, in heaven or hell, to lose this fight and put billions upon billions of innocent living beings in danger just because of your useless grudge against me!” Kari then draws one card from her deck, looks at it, holds into the air, and yells out, “Now, I play this card! The Light of Bahamut!” Kari's Aeon card then gives off a bright glow and from the sky, the rainbow winged dragon Aeon, Bahamut, appears on the center of the field!”

 

Sharon then calls out, in confusion, “What in the world is that card?!”

 

Kari then declares, “Now, I reveal my face-down card! Tyrant Wing trap card!” Kari's face-down card is revealed to be the Tyrant Wing trap card and Kari yells out, “Now, I fuse my Bahamut with my Tyrant Wing trap card!” Kari's Tyrant Wing trap card then fires a beam of light as it starts to fuse with Bahamut.

 

Sharon yells out, in disbelief, “No way! You can't fuse a trap card with a monster!”

 

Kari then says, with a wide grin, “Looks like I just did exactly what you said is impossible! One lesson from my boyfriend: When you put your heart into something, nothing is impossible!” Kari then calls out, “Now, rise up my mighty Tyrant King Bahamut!” Just then a creature that looks like Bahamut, but with his rainbow wings are replaced with same wings on the Tyrant Wing trap card, he has a blue jewel on his forehead, and the halo on his backside has turned from gold into a bright shining silver color. This new monster, Tyrant King Bahamut, has stats of 3500/3000!

 

Sharon then states, in an annoyed tone, “So, what if you have a new monster not seen in Duel Monsters before, Kamiya? It won't help you!”

 

Kari then declares, in a serious tone, “Wrong, Sharon! My Bahamut has several special abilities! First, by sacrificing 1000 of my life-points, my Bahamut automatically destroys every magic and trap card on your side of the field! That means your Toon World and your Toon Dark Magician Girl are finished!”

 

Sharon then gasps in shock and exclaims, in disbelief, “You can't!”

 

Kari then yells out, “I just did! Now, Bahamut, destroy her Toon World with Impulse!” When Kari's life-points go down by 1000, Bahamut then gathers four black spheres of magic in front of itself, soon after, launches them at Sharon's Toon World, destroy it, and Sharon's Toon Dark Magician Girl.

 

Sharon then yells out, angrily, “Oh, yeah, I've still got the Orichalcos and my Spear Dragon to protect my life-points!”

 

Kari then tells Sharon, seriously, “Sorry, Sharon, but I'm going to have to disagree. My Bahamut has the ability to take life-points away from you even if your monster is in defense mode by taking the difference of my monster's attack points with your monster's defense and finally, after I discard my entire hand to the graveyard, Bahamut is allowed to attack twice in one turn!”

 

Sharon then calls out, knowing what this means, “Since my monster has zero defense points and once he's gone, that means, you will deplete the rest of my life-points!”

 

Kari then says, in a serious and yet, solemn, “That's exactly what it means, Sharon. I'm sorry about this, but you have chosen your own fate. But don't worry about a thing, Sharon. I'll get your soul back with all the others.” Kari then discards her hand to the graveyard and commands, “Now, Bahamut, destroy her Spear Dragon and attack her life-points directly! Finish her off with Tyrant Wing Mega Flare!” Bahamut roars as he gets onto all fours, his halo on his back spinning, and wings on his back giving off a bright golden glow. Bahamut then fires his attack at Spear Dragon first, taking out 3500 of Sharon's life-points, and then Bahamut fires the same attack at Sharon directly and she screams as the attack hits her, taking the rest of her life-points with it.

After the duel is over, the hologram vanish as the Seal of Orichalcos compresses until it surrounds Sharon and she yells out, in agony as her soul is taken, “NO! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! HEEELLPPP MMMEEEE . . .!!” Just then Seal of Orichalcos vanishes from the ground and Sharon's soulless body goes onto the pavement, face-first. Kari, with her head low, goes over to Sharon's soulless body and without saying a word, vaporizes the Orichalcos stone with a small energy beam, removes Sharon's deck from the Chaos Duel Disk, takes the Chaos Duel Disk from Sharon's wrist, places it on the ground, and then crushes it with her right foot, shocking and slightly scaring the other Digidestined. Kari, still silent, takes Sharon's soulless body, lays it down on the sidewalk by a building, then takes two tournament digivices from Sharon's pocket, looks them over carefully, and then puts them with her other two tournament digivices.

 

Tai goes over to his adopted sister and asks her, “Kari, are you going to be all right?”

 

Kari sighs and tells Tai, in a plain tone, “Yeah, I thought that I would get use to this by now, but I never did. After Davis helped conquer and control the darkness within me, every day it is a struggle to try to express myself better so what happened would never happen again, but also to control my emotions to keep them in balance. However, it gets harder with every other Orichalcos duelist that I fight and now, they used a classmate's anger and resent to me against me. Personally, I do feel a little responsible for what happened to Sharon, but I know, like Davis taught, everyone choose their own fate and destiny and Sharon choose hers, at the cost of her soul. However, I promised to help Davis stop this madness, get all the innocent souls back, including the ones I captured, and now, I will get her soul back as well.” Kari then says, in a plain tone, “But don't worry, I will be just fine. However, I do need a bit of something to drink.”

 

Tai tells Kari, “Well, I'm buying Kari.”

 

Kari looks at Tai, smiles, and says, “Thanks, Tai.”

 

When Sora, Biyomon, Agumon, and Gatomon come over to them, Matt tells them, “The six of you go on ahead. We will call for an ambulance for Sharon, which is the only thing that we can do for her, now, and we'll catch up.”

 

Tai tells Matt, “Thanks, Matt.” Tai, Kari, Sora, and their three Digimon partners then walk off to find Kari someplace to get a drink while the others stay behind to get an ambulance, through they know a hospital won't be able to help her.

 

(Returning to Takuya's duel; during the same time)

 

When Rex Raptor takes a look at the card he had draw, he puts it in the magic/trap slot, and calls out, “Now, I play Pot of Greed! This allows me to draw two more cards from my deck!” Raptor then draws two more cards from his deck, he grins widely, and then puts one card on his duel disk, calling out, “Now, I summon Des Feral Imp in attack mode!” Just then Des Feral Imp (1300/1400) appears on the field in attack mode, gains the mark of the Orichalcos on its forehead, as well as the red tint in its eyes and finally, Des Feral Imp's stats rise from 1300/1400 to 1800/1400!

 

Takuya then states, “You are getting sloppy, Raptor! Your monster is no match for my dragon!”

 

Rex Raptor then declares, as he puts another card into the magic/trap slots, “Expect that I don't plan to attack with that wimpy monster! Now, I play my Ultra Evolution Pill magic card! This card allows me to sacrifice one Reptile monster on my side of the field and replace it with any dinosaur type monster in my hand! And since my Des Feral Imp is a reptile monster, I can sacrifice it to summon one of my most powerful monsters!” Raptor's Des Feral Imp then disappears as it is send to the graveyard, Raptor puts another card on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I summon my Black Tyranno to the field in attack mode!” Just then the huge black tyrannosaur monster, Black Tyranno (2600/1800), appears on the field in attack mode, just then its gains the mark of the Orichalcos on its forehead, the evil red tint in his eyes, and the monster's stats increase to 3100/1800! Rex Raptor then puts one more card in the magic/trap slot and yells out, “Now, I play Block Attack! This switches your Red-Eyes from attack to defense mode!” Takuya's Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon then switches from attack to defense mode.

 

Takuya tells Raptor, “Not too bright thinking Rex! I might lose my monster, but I won't lose life-points!”

 

Raptor then states, “However, my Black Tyranno's special ability allows him to attack your life-point if you only have defensive monsters on your side of the field! Since, your defensive Red-Eyes is the only card on the field, I can take a chunk out of your life-points!” Raptor then commands, “Black Tyranno, by-pass his Red-Eyes and attack his life-points directly!” Takuya's hold up his arms in defense as Raptor's monster by-passes Takuya's Red-Eyes and attacks our Digidestined of Judgement directly, taking 3100 of Takuya's life-points with the attack.

Raptor then states, “That will end my turn, kid! But then on my next turn, I'm going to take you down!”

 

Takuya then draws one card from his deck, looks at it, puts it in the magic/trap slot, and declares, “That's what you think! I play my Card of Sanctity! This forces both of us to draw until we have six cards in our hands!” Both duelists then draw from their decks until they had six cards in their hands. Takuya then puts one card in the duel disk and calls out, “Now, I activate my Black Luster Ritual!” Just then the hologram of the Black Luster Ritual picture appears on the field, Takuya then puts one card in the graveyard, and Takuya declares, “Now, I sacrifice my Dark Magician of Chaos in order to summon my Black Luster Soldier!” The hologram of Dark Magician of Chaos (2800/2600) goes into the Black Luster Ritual hologram, causing a column of blue light appears, as Takuya puts the card on his duel disk, and then Black Luster Soldier (3000/2500) appears on the field by Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon in attack mode! Takuya then takes one card from his hand, holds it into the air, and calls out, “Now, I play the Claw of Hermos!” The card that Takuya was hold gave off a bright glow and the Legendary Dragon Hermos appears on the field. Takuya then calls out, “Now, Hermos and Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon combine to form. . . Red-Eyes Darkness Excalibur!” Hermos and Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon then combine to form a sword with pitch black blade with Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon's wings on the hilt and Black Luster Soldier takes the sword into his hands. Takuya then states, “My sword increases my soldier's attack points by the attack points of all Dark monsters in my graveyard! Since my Red-Eyes Black Chick, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, and Dark Magician of Chaos are all Dark monsters, their attack points are added to my Black Luster Soldier's and giving him by 6000 addition attack points!” Black Luster Soldier's stats then increase 3000/2500 to 9000/2500!

 

Raptor yells out, in disbelief, “No, your monster is now much stronger than mine!”

 

Takuya then adds, “My sword also destroys all non-Dark monsters on the field, but they have to equal the star level or less of the monster that carrying, but since your Black Tyranno is both, my sword automatically sends him to the graveyard!” The Red-Eyes Darkness Excalibur then glows and Raptor's Black Tyranno is then sent to the graveyard!

 

Raptor calls out, in shock and horror, “No, that means I'm vulnerable to a direct attack!”

 

Takuya then states, in a serious tone, “That's exactly what it means! I don't want to do this, but I have no choice!” Takuya then commands, “Black Luster Soldier, wipe out the rest of his life-points with Darkness Sword Blast!” Black Luster Soldier then swings his new sword, causing an energy wave to slam into Rex Raptor, and he screams as the attack hits him and taking out the rest of his life-points!

After the remaining holograms vanish from the field, the Seal of Orichalcos `shrinks' and as the Orichalcos takes Raptor's soul, he screams, in fear, “NO! NOT AGAIN! SOMEONE HELP MMEEE . . .!” After the Seal of Orichalcos leaves the ground, Rex Raptor's soulless body falls to the ground, backwards, and lands on his back. Takuya then goes over to Rex Raptor's soulless body, takes the wristband containing the Orichalcos stone off Raptor's wrist, throws it into the air, and fires a ki blast that vaporizes the stone and the wristband. Zoe then goes over, takes two tournament digivices out of Rex Raptor's pocket, checks them over to make sure they weren't fakes or tampered with, and then she gives them to Takuya.

 

Zoe then says, in a plain tone, “Here, Takuya-chan, since he isn't going anyway, much less the finals, you should take both his digivices.”

 

Takuya nods his head and says, “Thanks, Izumi-chan, you are right.”

 

JP then asks, “What are you going to do with short and soulless?”

 

Takuya then puts Raptor's soulless body on his right shoulder and says, “We had better take him to a hospital. They can't help him, but at least his body will be safe until we get his soul back.”

 

Kouji then says, in his usual tone, “Yeah, no kidding.” All of the Frontier Digidestined then walks off with Raptor's soulless body on Takuya's shoulder as they take him to a hospital.

 

Tommy then says, “I hope the others are okay.”

 

Zoe then states, “I've got a bad feeling about Serena and the others.”

 

Takuya then states, “Yeah, Zoe, I've got the same bad feeling. Let's try to get this done as quickly as possible.” As Takuya and the Frontier Digidestined head off to the hospital with Raptor's soulless physical form, they don't know how right Takuya and Zoe are.

 

(Back to Weevil, Serena, Darien, and the other scouts; during this very same time)

 

Returning to Orichalcos duel between Weevil and Serena, with Darien and the other scouts only able to watch, Weevil has just draw his one card and signaled the start of his turn.

 

Weevil then puts the card in the magic/trap slot and yells out, “Now, I play Card of Sanctity! This little number forces both of us to draw from our decks until both of us have six cards!” Weevil and Serena then draw from their decks until both of them have six cards and when Weevil looks at his hand, he gives off his usual creepy giggles, and then exclaims, “Time for your insect obliteration, my dear! First, I will take out the `Queen of Games' and the `King of Games' is mine!” Weevil then puts one card in the magic/trap slots and declares, “First, I place one card face-down on the field! Weevil then puts another card in his magic/trap slot and yells out, “Now, I play the magic card, Thirst for Compensation! This allows me to summon two monsters from my hand directly to the field in either attack or defense mode!” Weevil then takes two cards from his hand, puts them on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I play Cockroach Knight and Leghul!” Just then Cockroach Knight (800/900) and Leghul (300/350) appears on the field in attack mode, with the mark of the Orichalcos and evil red tint in their eyes, and Cockroach Knight's stats increase to 1300/900 as well as Leghul's stats increase to 800/350! Weevil then yells out, “This increase my Insect Queen's attack points by 400 points!” Insect Queen's power then increases from 2900/2400 to 3300/2400! Weevil then commands, “Now, I will sacrifice my Cockroach Knight in order for my Insect Queen to attack!” Insect Queen then goes over and `eats' Cockroach Knight and decreasing her power by 200 down to 3100/2400!

 

Mina then yells out, disgusted, “Gross!”

 

Rei nods her head in agreement and states, “No kidding, Mina! That guy is just plain disgusting!”

 

Weevil then commands, “Now, my Queen, destroy her Queen's Knight and her only defense!” Weevil's Insect Queen then attacks Serena's Queen's Knight with a beam of green energy.

 

Serena then calls out, “Not so fast! Reveal face-down card! Mirror Force!” Serena's face-down is revealed to be the Mirror Force trap card.

 

Weevil then grins and exclaims, “I don't think so, Tsukino! Reveal my trap card! The trap card known as Insect Cocoon Barrier!” Just then Weevil's face-down card is revealed to be a trap card with a caterpillar creating a cocoon barrier around some creatures and then Serena's Mirror Force is then negated and sent to the graveyard.

 

Serena then yells out, in surprise, “My Mirror Force trap card!”

 

Weevil then calls out, with a dark grin, “My trap card negates a trap card used against insect monsters as long it remains on the field! So, your Mirror Force is totally useless against my creatures!” Weevil's Insect Queen then destroys Serena's Queen's Knight, but since it is defense mode, Serena didn't lose any life-points.

 

Serena then declares, “I may not be able to use trap cards against your monster, but who said that they can't be used to help me? Reveal the face-down card! Soul Rope!” Serena's next face-down card is revealed to be the trap card known as Soul Rope. Serena then yells out, “For the price of 1000 life-points, this trap card allows me to summon any four-star monster from my deck directly to the field whenever one of my monsters is destroyed!” Serena then goes through her deck, takes one card, reshuffles her deck, puts her deck back, puts one card on her duel disk, and calls out, “And I choose my King's Knight!” Just then King's Knight (1600/1400) appears on the field in defense mode in place of Queen's Knight.

 

Weevil then yells out, “That won't help you much my dear! Leghul, sick her!” Leghul then by-passes Serena's monster and `pinches' Serena's left arm, taking 800 life-points away from her `score'. Weevil then states, “If you know my dueling strategy, then you should remember that Leghul can by-pass your monsters and attack you directly. This will end my turn!”

Serena then draws one card from her deck and states, “No kidding, Weevil. My move!” Serena then looks at her cards, takes one from her hand, and thinks, “This is going to be a long shot and if I don't draw the right cards that I need, I will be in trouble, but I know I can do this!” Serena then puts the card she took from her hand, puts in the magic/trap slot, and calls out, “Now, I play Card Destruction! Now, both of us will have to discard our entire hands and redraw a new hand with same number of cards that we threw out!” Serena and Weevil put their hands into the graveyard and drew the cards from their decks that they threw into the graveyard.

 

Weevil then states, in a taunting tone, “What a desperate move! Getting a new hand won't help you!”

 

Serena then says, with a wide grin, “Guess again, Weevil! My move allowed me to draw the card that I needed!” Serena then shows one of the cards in her new hand and yells out, “Now, I play a card that you had never seen before! The Winds of Valefor!” Just then Serena's card glows and the Aeon of skies, Valefor, appear on the field.

 

Weevil then yells out, “Oh no! That's one of the Aeon cards that I heard about!”

 

Serena then states, “No kidding, Weevil! This card allows me to combine my Valefor with any monster in my graveyard and I choose my Dark Magician Girl!” Dark Magician Girl (2000/1700) comes back from the graveyard and begins to merge with Valefor. Serena then yells out, “Together, they form. . . Dark Amulet Valefor!” When the vortex that's merging Valefor and Dark Magician Girl faded, a monster that looks like Dark Magician Girl in a dark violet version of her clothing on Valefor's back with the mystic symbols of Spira and ancient Egypt covering Valefor's body appears in place of Valefor and Dark Magician Girl. This new monster, Dark Amulet Valefor, has stats of 3000/2500! Serena then declares, “Now, my monster has two special abilities! First, my new monster gains 500 attack points for every trap card in my graveyard! Thanks to use of two of them with my Card Destruction, I have four trap cards in my graveyard and this gives my Dark Amulet Valefor an addition 2000 attack points!” Dark Amulet Valefor's power then increases from 3000/2500 to 5000/2500!

 

Weevil then states, in disbelief, “Oh no! Your monster is stronger than either of mine!”

 

Serena then declares, “That's not all Weevil, my monster also decreases your monsters' attack points by 500 times the number of trap cards on the field and in your graveyard!” Weevil's two monsters, Insect Queen and Leghul, loses 500 attack points, each, with their stats at Insect Queen's 3100/2400 going down to 2600/2400 and Leghul's 800/350 go down back down to 300/350! Serena then commands, “Now, Dark Amulet Valefor, destroy his Insect Queen with Dark Aurora Energy Ray!” Dark Amulet Valefor then fires an aurora colored energy beam from Dark Magician Girl's staff and Valefor's mouth that destroys Weevil's Insect Queen, taking 2400 of Weevil's life-points with the monster. Serena then states, “I think that's enough punishment for now! I end my turn!”

Weevil then growls out in anger, “You will pay for destroying my queen! Now, watch out, it's my move!” Weevil then draws one card from his deck, grins a wide evil grin, puts one card on his duel disk, and yells out, “Remember, Cockroach Knight, his special ability allows to move to the top of my deck whenever he is sent to the graveyard! Now, he's back!” Just then Cockroach Knight is back on the field with mark of the Orichalcos and red tint in the eyes appearing and his stats go up to 1300/900, but go back down to 800/900, thanks to Dark Amulet Valefor's special ability. Weevil then yells out, “Now, I play Monster Reborn to bring my Insect Queen!” Weevil then plays the card in the magic/trap slots and Weevil's Insect Queen comes back to the field in attack mode with the mark of the Orichalcos on the forehead, evil red tint eyes, and the stats, thanks to the Orichalcos and Insect Queen's special ability, of 3300/2400, but gets reduced down to 2800/2400 by Dark Amulet Valefor's special ability.

 

Serena then asks, not threatened, “What's that card going to do? My monster destroyed the last time!”

 

Weevil then puts his last card on his hand in the magic/trap slot and yells out, “But this time I play Riryoku, which cuts your monster's power for one turn and adds that power to my Insect Queen for one turn!”

 

Serena then yells out, knowing what this means, “Oh no!” Serena's Dark Amulet Valefor's power then get cut in half to 2500/2500 and Insect Queen's power increases to 5300/2400!

 

Weevil then calls out, “Now, I sacrifice my Cockroach Knight, again, to allow my Queen to attack!” Insect Queen then `eats' Cockroach Knight, again, its power drops to 5100/2400, and Insect Queen destroys Dark Amulet Valefor, taking 2600 more of Serena's life-points with her monster. Weevil then states, “With your monster gone, its special is also gone as well! Now, there's nothing you can do!” Weevil then gives a dark cackle, thinking that he has this duel won, and his monster's stats return to this: Insect Queen with 3100/2400 and Leghul with 800/350. Weevil then commands, “Now, for good measure. . . Leghul, by-pass her King's Knight and attack Serena's life-points directly!” Leghul then attacks Serena's life-points, again, by rolling into a ball and bashing into her, causing her to lose 800 more life-points. Weevil then declares, “Since I've got no cards in my hand, I've got to end my turn, but on my next turn, my Queen and Leghul will make sure you're bug food and your soul sealed away forever!”

Serena then draws one card into her hand, smiles when she sees it, and says, “Well, I'm going to have to disappoint you, Weevil. The card I just drew will win me the duel.”

 

Weevil then exclaims, angrily and disbelief, “No way! There is no way you can turn this around with one card!”

 

Serena then states, “My plan was to use my Valefor as a distraction to keep your attention away from my King's Knight, so, I can be assured my strategy would work!” Serena then puts one card in the magic/trap slot and yells out, “Now, I play my own Monster Reborn and bring back my Queen's Knight!” Just then Queen's Knight (1500/1600) returns to the field in attack mode! Serena then declares, “When these two Knights are on the field at the same time, I can summon my Jack's Knight from deck directly to the field!” Serena then takes the card from her deck, reshuffles her deck, puts her deck back in her duel disk, puts the card on the duel disk, and Jack's Knight (1900/1000) appears in between King's and Queen's Knights already on the field. Serena then yells out, “Now, I reveal my trap card! Solar Ray!” Serena's final face-down card is revealed to be the Solar Ray trap card and Serena declares, “This trap card allows me to increase the power of all Light monsters on the field by 500 attack points and since all three of my monsters are Light monsters, their powers increase by 500 attack points!” King's Knight current stats go up to 2100/1400, Queen's Knight stats increase to 2000/1600, and Jack's Knight stats `power up' to 2400/1000!

 

Weevil then states, tauntingly, “That's going to help you, how? Your pathetic Knights are no match for my Insect Queen!”

 

Serena then states, “Who said I was going to use them to attack your Queen? I need them to give power to this card!” Serena then holds one card from her hand into the air, storm clouds then form in the air, and Serena calls out, “Now, I sacrifice King's, Queen's, and Jack's Knights to summon my most powerful beast in my deck! Now, be gone my monsters!” All three of Serena's Knights then vanish from the field in streams of lights, Serena puts the card she had in her hand on her duel disk, causing it to wildly spark, and Serena then declares, “Now, I summon my Egyptian God Card, the Winged Dragon of Ra!” Serena's duel disk then sends a beam of flame energy into the air from the card and Weevil screams in panic. Just then the orb of light that contains the Winged Dragon of Ra floats down from the clouds and onto the field.

 

Weevil then says, calming down, “Ha! What do I have to worry about? You have to say an ancient Egyptian chant to bring out that God Card!”

 

Serena then states, “You mean this chant? Great beast of the sky, please hear my cry, transform thyself from orb of light and bring me victory in this fight, envelop the deserts with your glow, and cast your rage upon my foe! Unlock your powers from deep within so that together we may win, appear in this shadow game as I call your name. . . Winged Dragon of Ra!” Just then the Winged Dragon of Ra (6500/4000) unlocks itself from the orb and appears on the field in attack mode!

 

Rei then calls out, happily, “All right! It's about time that Serena brought out the big guns on this worm!”

 

Lita then states, “Now, Serena, squash this bug!”

 

Serena then declares, “Now, I activate the Winged Dragon of Ra's point to point transfer special ability! This allows me to transfer my life-points to the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack and defense points! Now, I transfer 2700 of my life-points to the Winged Dragon of Ra and giving him 9,200 attack points!” Serena's life-points then decrease 2700 and the Winged Dragon of Ra's stats increase to 9200/6700!

 

Weevil then exclaims, in total shock and disbelief, “Oh no! That's enough to take out my Queen and my life-points!”

 

Serena then commands, “That's exactly what it means, you little dung beetle! Time to end this duel! Winged Dragon of Ra, finish off that worm's, Weevil's, Insect Queen and the rest of his life-points! Finish this Almighty Blaze Cannon!” The Winged Dragon of Ra then fires an orb of sun-energy at Weevil's Insect Queen, destroying it in a powerful blast, and Weevil screams out in fear and agony as the rest of his life-points go with it.

Weevil: 0

 

After the final hologram `leave' the field, the Seal of Orichalcos shrinks until it encompasses Weevil and he screams out as his soul is taken, “NO! NO, SOMEONE, HELP ME!” Just then his soulless body `faints' on his knees and his head slumps forward after the Seal of Orichalcos vanishes off the ground.

 

Rini then holds Trista and says, pretty frightened, “Scary. I don't think I could ever get use to that.”

 

Hotaru then tells Rini, “Serena and I NEVER got use to it, Rini. No matter if we win or lose, our enemies still win since they get a soul to use for their purposes.” Serena then goes over to Weevil's body and notices the Orichalcos stone fallen out of Weevil's pocket. Hotaru then calls to Serena, worriedly, “Serena, don't pick the Orichalcos stone up . . .!”

 

Serena then tells Hotaru, “Don't worry, Hotaru, I won't ever get tempted by the Orichalcos ever again.” Serena then uses a small energy beam from her right index and middle fingers to vaporize the Orichalcos stone. Serena then goes into Weevil's pockets, takes two tournament digivices out of them, inspect them, and puts them with the other two that she already had. Serena then turns to Hotaru and asks her, “Hotaru, could you do me a favor and take Weevil's body to hospital?”

 

Ami then tells Serena, “Serena, I don't think that taking his soulless body to the hospital can help get his soul back.”

 

Amara then says, “No, but his body will be safe until we can get his soul back.”

 

Michelle then says, “That's a good idea, Serena.”

 

Serena then says, in a solemn tone, “Actually, it is the only thing we can do when a duelist loses their soul.”

 

Hotaru then takes out her sailor transformation wand, looks to see if anyone was around, and then calls out, “Saturn Ethereal Planet Power!” Hotaru's wand then transforms her to Sailor Ethereal Saturn. Sailor Saturn then spreads her wings out, puts Weevil into her arms, and then flies off to take Weevil's soulless body to the hospital.

 

Darien then comes up to Serena and asks her, “Serena, are you going to be okay?”

 

Serena looks at Darien and tells him, with a smile, “It's all right, Darien-chan. Weevil chose his own fate by taking up the Orichalcos and it is hard, sometimes. When I used the Orichalcos, it unleashed all the darkness I kept buried within my heart and ever since Davis and Hotaru freed me, it has been a struggle to express my `true self' better and to keep my emotions in check, but I know that as long as you and my friends are with me, I know that I will pull through.” Darien widely smiles at his girlfriend and both of them engaged in a passionate kiss.

 

Mina then says, happily, “That's so beautiful.” Soon after, Serena, Darien, and the other scouts then head out to find the others and hope for the best for all of them.

 

(Now heading back to our last Orichalcos duel; on the meanwhile)

 

Finally, we return to the Orichalcos duel between our Digidestined of Miracles and Bandit Keith with Davis having just drawn his card from his deck.

 

Davis then puts the card in the magic/trap slot and yells out, “Now, I play Pot of Greed! This allows me to draw two cards from my deck!” Davis then draws two cards from his deck and put them into his hand. Davis then declares, “Now, I reveal my face-down card! Dark Magic Certain!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be the Dark Magic Certain magic card and Davis calls out, “By sacrificing half of my life-points, I can summon one of my most powerful monsters from my deck to the field!” Davis' life-points get cut in half as Davis goes through his deck, reshuffles his deck when gets the card he needs from it, and puts the card on his duel disk. Davis then yells out, “Now, I summon my Dark Magician to the field!” Just then Dark Magician (2500/2100) appears on the field in attack mode! Davis then puts another card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I play my Alter of Restoration! By discarding two cards from my deck, I can return a card from my graveyard to my hand!” Davis then discards the top two cards from the top of his deck into his graveyard, another card comes out of the graveyard, and Davis declares, “Now, I play the card I have just got back! Eye of Timaeus!” Davis then plays the card and the Legendary Dragon Timaeus returns to the field! Davis then commands, “Now, Dark Magician combine with Timaeus to form . . .!” Dark Magician and Timaeus then go into a swirling vortex as they fuse together and Davis then calls out, “. . . Amulet Dragon!” After the vortex vanishes, the fusion of Dark Magician and Timaeus, Amulet Dragon (2900/2400), appears on the field in attack mode! Davis then tells Keith, “Now, my new dragon gains 300 attack points for every magic card in my graveyard and thanks to four magic cards I used and two that I discarded from my deck, thanks to Alter of Restoration, that makes six magic cards. This gives my Amulet Dragon an additional 1800 attack points!” Amulet Dragon's stats then increase from 2900/2400 to 4700/2400!

 

Keith then declares, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Davis then commands, “Now, Amulet Dragon, destroy his Giga Tech Wolf!” Amulet Dragon roars as it fires a beam from Timaeus' mouth that destroy Keith's Giga Tech Wolf and 1400 of Keith's life-points are taken with that monster.

 

Davis then states, as he puts two cards in the magic/trap slots, “Okay, I place two cards face-down and end my turn!”

 

Current Score:

Davis: 3600

Keith: 4800

 

Keith then draws one card from his deck and states, angrily, “Okay, kid, playtime is over!” Keith then looks at the card that he had just drawn. Soon after, he puts in the magic/trap slot and calls out, “Now, I play my Card of Sanctity! This allows both of us to draw until we each have six cards in our hands!” Davis and Keith then draw until both of them have six cards in their hands. Keith then displays another card, which looks like a magic card with a picture of machine monster coming out of recycling bin, and calls out, “Now, I play my Recycling Bin magic card! This card allows me to bring as many machine monsters as I want from my graveyard, provided that I give up 500 life-points per machine monster that I bring back, and those monsters can't attack until my next turn! Now, I give up 1000 of my life-points to bring back my Machine King and Giga Tech Wolf!” Just then Keith's Machine King and Giga Tech Wolf appear back on Keith's side of the field and Machine King's stats go up to 2900/2000, thanks to its special ability and the Orichalcos, and Giga Tech Wolf's go up to 1700/800, thanks to the Orichalcos, as Keith's life-points drop by 1000 points. Keith then puts then displays another magic card, it had the picture of machine monsters working on another machine, and yells out, “Now, I play my Finished Product magic card! As long as I've got one or more machine monsters on my side of the field, I can summon any machine monster from my hand, provided that I give up half of my life-points, first!” Keith's life-points then get cut in half, he takes one card from his hand, puts on his duel disk, and exclaims, “Now, I summon my Perfect Machine King in attack mode!” Just then Perfect Machine King (2700/2200) appears on the field in attack mode! Keith then declares, “Thanks to the powers of the Orichalcos, my Perfect Machine King gains 500 attack points!” Just then mark of the Orichalcos appears on the forehead of the monster and his machine eyes glow red and his stats increase to 3200/2200! Keith then declares, “Now, my monster's special ability allows 500 more attack points for every machine monster on my side of the field. Since I've got 4 machine monsters, my Perfect Machine King gains 2000 addition attack points!” Perfect Machine King's stats then increase to 5200/2200, making it stronger than Davis' dragon! Keith then puts one more card in his duel disk and states, “Now, I play Mystical Space Typhoon! I don't trust your face-down cards, so, I will destroy one of them!” A whirlwind then destroys one of Davis' face-down cards, which proved to be a Negate Attack trap card.

 

Ken then says, worriedly, “Oh no! Davis' monster is now defenseless!”

 

Keith then commands, “Perfect Machine King, destroy Motomiya's dragon, now!” Perfect Machine King then fires a missile barrage that destroys Davis' dragon and taking 500 life-points with Davis' dragon. Keith then commands, “Now, Ground Attack Bugroth, attack his life-points directly!” Ground Attack Bugroth then fires two blasts from its cannon and Davis holds his arms in defense as the attack hits and taking 2000 more of his life-points. Keith then declares, “Now, I move my Giga Tech Wolf to the rear defenses and I will end my turn!” Giga Tech Wolf then moves from the front row into the back row.

Davis: 1100

Keith: 1900

 

Davis looks at the monsters and their stats: Perfect Machine King with 5200/2200, Machine King with 3000/2000, Ground Attack Bugroth with 2000/1000, and Giga Tech Wolf, in the back row, with 1700/800.

 

Davis then draws one card from his dueling deck into his hand, puts one card in the magic/trap slot, and calls out, “Now, I play Graceful Charity! This allows me to draw three cards from my deck as long as I discard two from my hand!” Davis then draws three cards into his hand, puts two cards from his hand into his graveyard, and then declares, “Now, I remove my Magician of Faith and Dark Magician from the game!” A Magician of Faith (300/400) and Dark Magician (2500/2100) monster cards come out of his graveyard, Davis puts them in the `out of play' area, puts another card on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I play Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning in attack mode!” Just then Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning appears on the field in attack mode!

 

Keith then says, “You must be getting desperate! That monster can't stand an all-out onslaught from my four monsters!”

 

Davis tells Keith, with a wide smile, “Not alone, anyway! Now, I reveal my face-down card! Feather of a Phoenix!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be the Feather of a Phoenix magic card and Davis tells Keith, “After I discard one card from my hand, I can return one card from my graveyard to my hand! Guess which card I'm picking?”

 

Keith, knowing what card Davis talking about, yells out, annoyed, “Oh no! Not again!”

 

After Davis discards one card to his graveyard, takes the card he desired out of the graveyard, he shows it to Keith, and declares, “Yes, that's right! I pick Eye of Timaeus!” The card gives off a bright glow and the Legendary Dragon Timaeus reappears on the field! Davis then commands, “Timaeus combine with my Black Luster Soldier!” Timaeus and Black Luster Soldier then go into a swirling vortex as the two of them combine together and then Davis tells Keith, “Now, meet my Black Luster Dragon Paladin!” Out of the swirling vortex comes a monster that looks like Black Luster Soldier in white and silver armor and Timaeus' body is covered in black and gold colored `pictures' of coats of arms. This new monster, Black Luster Dragon Paladin, has stats of 4000/4000! Davis then tells Keith, “My new monster has two special abilities! One, it can remove one monster from the field and adds its attack points to its attack points until the end of my turn!”

 

Keith, knowing what Davis is going to do, exclaim, in disbelief, “No way!”

 

Davis then commands, “Oh, yes, it is, Keith! Now, Black Luster Dragon Paladin, remove Perfect Machine King from the game!” With a wave of his sword, Black Luster Dragon Paladin removes Perfect Machine King from the game and increases its own power to 9200/4000, as well as decreasing Machine King's power to 2900/2000! Davis then tells Keith, “Plus, I'm also allowed to destroy every card on your side of the field, monster, magic, or trap, and every card in your hand for the price of 1000 life-points and I discard every trap and magic card that I have in my deck to the graveyard!” Davis then goes through his deck, removes his remaining trap and magic cards in his deck, puts them into the graveyard, and after his life-points drop by 1000, every card that Keith had in his hand or on the field is automatically sent to the graveyard by lightning bolts produced by Timaeus' mouth.

 

Keith then panics and yells out, “No, without anything to defend myself, I'm finished!”

 

Davis then commands, “That's exactly what it means Keith! Black Luster Dragon Paladin, attack Keith directly and wipe out the rest of his life-points! End this duel with Chaos Dragon Flare!” Timaeus fires a beam of golden flames from his mouth and Black Luster Soldier fires a red beam of energy from his sword that combines into one huge attack of reddish-gold flames and energy that slam into Keith and takes the rest of his life-points.

 

Final Score:

Davis: 100

Keith: 0

 

After the final hologram fades from the field, the Seal of Orichalcos begins to slowly encompass Keith, but he yells out, “No, I will put the stone on you and the seal will take your soul instead!”

 

But before Keith could even move to Davis, he calls out, “Thundaga!” Bandit Keith is then shocked and stunned by a powerful lightning bolt of electricity and stopped in his tracks! Davis tells Keith, in a serious tone, “Your own actions dictated your own fate, Keith! By choosing the Orichalcos, you have `sealed' your own destiny! Now, live with the consequence of your own actions!”

 

When the Seal of Orichalcos encircles Keith, he screams out, “NO! PLEASE HELP ME! DON'T LET THE SEAL TAKE MY SSSSOOULLLL . . .!!” When the Seal of Orichalcos vanishes from the ground, Keith's soulless body falls to the pavement on his back.

 

Davis gives out a great sigh and says, “I learned that a person's feeling and actions cause the formation for themselves and possibly others, confirming in my mind, what I had believed in all along, that you form your own destiny. Keith chose his own destiny when he decided to use the Orichalcos, but no one, not even as someone as rotten as Keith, deserved to have their own soul taken away. This insanity has to end.”

 

TK then asks Davis, “But how long do you think it will take Davis?”

 

Davis then says, “I don't care if it takes five minutes, five hours, five days, or even five centuries! One way or another, this will end!”

 

Veemon smiles and tells Davis, “That's right!”

 

Davis then goes over to Keith's soulless body, uses a small energy beam to destroy the Orichalcos stone, but leave Keith's body, unharmed, looks through Keith's pockets, takes two tournament digivices, and then throw them to wall, destroying them, and states, “Those are fakes that Keith created!” Davis then goes to a secret pocket in Keith's jacket, takes two of the real tournament digivices, checks them, and says, “Even if he lost, Keith would make sure that he didn't lose his `prizes'. Greedy to the end. He puts his real tournament digivices in this secret pocket, while leaving fakes for those who tried to claim one of them from him.”

 

Yolei then says, “What a jerk!”

 

Davis pockets the two digivices, puts Keith's soulless body on his back, and says, “Come on, guys, we have to get this jerk to the hospital and then check on the others.”

 

Cody then asks, “Are you sure you can carry him, Davis?”

 

Davis then tells Cody, “Believe me, Cody, compared to other weights that I've carried, Keith is nothing.” Davis, his younger Digidestined team, minus Kari, and their Digimon, minus Gatomon, with Danny, Diana, and their two Digimon carry off Bandit Keith's soulless body to the hospital where it would be safe until his soul can be returned to his body.

 

(At the Dark Digidestined's, Dark Tamers', and Dark Moon's base; A short time soon after)

 

All of the Dark Digidestined, Dark Tamers, and Dark Moon then watch on their screen of all four defeats of their latest `recruits' and their souls begin sent by the Orichalcos.

 

DK then calls out, “Oh, bother! They are just worthless!”

 

DR then states, “Actually, DK, they did something right! They sent us four souls for the Great Leviathan's and Sin's revivals! Their four souls and they are pretty strong souls, I've got to say!”

 

Sailor Darkmoon then states, “Yeah, so, lighten up! Those loser idiots did something all right! Personally, I knew that they wouldn't win! I just wanted them to stress Serena and the Sun Kingdom brat to make them relive their `nightmares' when they were under the Orichalcos!”

 

DD then says, “However, Kari's and Serena's `inner strength' has increase and those `mind games' didn't work. But this day wasn't a total loss.”

 

DE nods his head and says, “Yeah, four more souls to add to the revival of Sin and the Great Leviathan and plus, we've still got two of the Divine Emeralds in our field!”

 

Sailor Nega-Mercury then says, “Yes, our plans continue to move forward and tomorrow is another day.” All three teams of our villains then look on a screen displaying Seymour, who is a version of the ancient temple hall, like Dartz, as he sees four more souls appear on the wall, Raptor's, Weevil's, Keith's, and Sharon's, and his grin becomes even wider, knowing that his greatest desire, Sin's revival, is getting even closer. . .

 

Next time in Chapter 19: Call of the Ancients: As our heroes and heroines wonder what their next plans are, they soon get their answer as the mysterious voice that was calling Serena sends mysterious visions into her mind and then gives out a `call' that our Moon Princess can't ignore. As Sailor Moon heads to the location of the mysterious voice's call, like she is in a trance, the rest our warriors, heroes, and heroines follow her. Our heroes and heroines then find themselves in some kind of pocket dimension where they meet Serena's ancestor, the first queen of the moon, Queen Escaflowne Serenity, who reveals that Serena or Princess Hikari Serenity of the Moon Kingdom being Serena's real moon princess name, got her Ancient genes from her since she's an Ancient and one of the members of the first Interdimensional Warriors team. Queen Escaflowne gives some new `light' in the ancestry of our ten warriors and into the birth of the Moon Kingdom for that matter. However, Queen Escaflowne then reveals about when the Ancients dimension got destroyed that `artifacts' of great power were spread across world and `artifacts' that are vital to the success of the Interdimensional Warriors `mission' that they must retrieve. Plus, Queen Escaflowne Serenity then reveals about the War Rose Knights and their plan to follow the `example' of the Cyniclons in a more extreme way by quickly `damaging' area of the planet where all life on Earth would quickly perish. In order to stop them, Queen Escaflowne tells our heroes and heroines that they must find ten crystals, called the Galaxy Crystals, representing Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Thunder, Lightning, Light, Darkness, Wood, and Energy, one for each warriors, to created powerful `weapons' to heal the damage and destroy any darkness and evil that causes the damage. But just after our heroes and heroines leave, the War Rose Knights then attack them in order to stop them!

The monster that this item is equipped to ATK increased based on the combined ATK of all Dark monsters in the graveyard.
