Journey into the Emerald Island

All the couples are about to embark onto the biggest adventure in their lifetime. They all get into the little jet that is to fly over the exotic landscape. It passes over the green lush forests and the beautiful turquoise bays. It finally lands in the distant tropical paradise known as Emerald Island.

The couples are immediately greeted with flowers but Vegeta blows his up with a blast from his hands. Cloud says that he's sick of flowers as it is and receives a dirty look from Aeris. Squall looks at the flowers hesitantly and throws them to the ground. Rinoa looks at him and laughs. They are then escorted onto horseback to the resort by the host of the show Kero.

Vegeta wanted to fly but with a word from Bulma he changed his mind. They galloped through the forest and then onto the beach and finished the amazing ride up the side of emerald cove, which spills out in front of a local thatched hut overlooking the bay that reflects the sun. It is night time now and the couples start to relax and eat. Vegeta is pigging out to the gourmet food and drinks. Kari and Takeru (TK) are talking about the sudden change that is set to come. Squall is moaning to Rinoa about why they are on this show. Allen is snuggling Hitomi in his arms. Aeris is fighting with Cloud and Usagi is telling Darien how much she loves him and vice versa. Kero welcomes the couples to Temptation Island with the usual champagne toast. Squall is starting to drink a lot of the champagne and is now found hiccupping in the corner with Rinoa also there patting his back to make him feel better.

Squall is then given a lot of water to wash out the alcohol in his system. Cloud meanwhile is vomiting in the corner because he has consumed a lot of alcohol too. Vegeta is still pigging out. The rest of the couples are in sense of anxiety as they try to anticipate the exact moment that they are going to be separated. Kero then announces that the evening is not over and after a few moments they are left confused until out of the utter darkness a mystical procession of robed figures approach in unison. Kero emerges out of the darkness and says that the journey has begun.

To everyone's amazement the tempters and temptresses all disrobe at once, giving the couples a glimpse of what's in store for them. Darien has his jaw wide open watching intensively. TK has a hazy look on his face. Rinoa has a devilish grin. Squall looks puzzled.

Vegeta is still pigging out and has ignored what is happening. Allen is giving the ladies flirty looks and Hitomi is looking shocked. Aeris is looking the other way and then covers Cloud's eyes whose hands are trying to push them off. Usagi looks scared like if she has lost something special to her. Bulma looks interested and Kari is looking worried. The lights then dim and the couples trail off to what might be there last nights together ever.

The next morning, the couples are brought to the women's resort, Tropical Lights. At poolside, Kero sits the couples down to meet all the singles. This allows the chance for the singles to briefly introduce themselves, what they might add to the couple experience and most importantly what they look like in a bathing suit. Allen is giving all the girls grins as they go past.

Cloud is seen drooling and quickly wiping it off before Aeris has a look. TK has become interested in a certain strawberry blonde by the name of Mimi. She winks at him that causes him to blush. Kari looks at her angrily. Allen whispers to TK on his good taste. After all the singles have been met, the couples are immediately faced with the challenge of voting off the one male and one female single. Kero explains to them they should vote of the single that threatens them the most.

The girls consider, Kari is saying that Mimi should go but the others want Millerna or Michelle to go they consider it for a while and decide on Millerna because they have a bad felling about her.

The guys mean while are deciding on who should go. Vegeta wants a person called Kackarott to go but the other men inform him that he is not there. TK thinks that Quatre should go because he looks gay but the others inform him this is good. They then finally decide on Brock because they say if they get dumped at least it won't be to a guy with no job. Brock seems upset but no one seems to care.

In the next phase of the event, the couple must block one single from dating their mate. The couples are each given matching necklaces that are colours co-ordinated. They are now given bracelets that correspond to their colour necklace. These bracelets effectively block the single from spending any time alone with that couple's mate.

Kari blocks Mimi surprisingly and gives her a filthy look. TK looks disappointed. TK then decides to go and block Davis because TK feels that Davis is to keen on Kari. Hitomi (NOTE Hitomi has long Curly hair and not the short one from the series) then decides to block Garnet because she feels that she is the biggest danger to her relationship with Allen.

Allen then decides to block Zechs because he feels that he is the biggest danger and also because he feels that he has seen Zechs somewhere before.

Bulma blocks Michelle because she feels that she is the most professional and Vegeta tries yet again to block Kackarott but is told that there is no Kackarott on the show so then blocks Gohan because he looks like Kackarott. Everyone sweat drops.

Usagi blocks Mina and Darien blocks Matt because he feels that Usagi would be attracted to hi the most. Aeris has a good think about hers and decides to block Garnet too. In an interview with Garnet she does an impression of Aeris's confused stupid face, as Garnet likes to call it. Cloud decides to block Link because he is small and if he is dumped he doesn't want to be dumped for a short guy.

Rinoa then blocks Lita because she feels she's doing Squall a favour seeing that she is the least attractive to him. Squall then ponders and then decides to block Van because he knows how to use a sword.

Later that evening the couple have their final diner together at Mango Mario. Vegeta mumbles about that how Kackarott is not on the show and Bulma informs him that it is due to him being married. Hitomi and Usagi talk about how flirty Allen is.

Aeris tells Cloud that he better behave and Cloud mumbles back why on earth they are on the show if they were meant to behave. Darien is talking to Squall about his concerns for Usagi and Squall feels the same about Rinoa. Kari is talking to Rinoa about how TK will never have a chance with Mimi. Allen is talking to TK about the art of seducing. The girls are then told to lead the guys down to their horses on the beach which will take them to the men's resort Playa des Amos.

Usagi is seen crying as Darien rides off and Hitomi has the most worried expression on her face. This is the first of many nights that the couples will spend apart.

In the next chapter I won't be writing in the style above but in the style of my other fic which is from the character's point of view but with a bit of commentating thing going on.
