Digimon Fan Fiction ❯ A.I. : Takuya ❯ Denying the Truth ( Chapter 11 )
I'm sorry it took so long ... the writers block was trying and I mean trying to take my story ... anyways here is the story and thank all for the great reviews, they mean a lot to me.

"That I am, son."
All four kids turned pail but Takuya who looked as though he was trying to figure things out. His eyes shifted to the right ...
"Then that means ..." The brunette mumbled as his eyes shifted back to the man in front of him, "you must be an android too!"
"He's the one who built you Takuya ..." Tomoki said.
Before the little boy could finish; some of the men made their move. One of the men yanked Tomoki out of Izumi's arms who tried to get the man away but failed as Junpei was knocked to the ground but was picked and tied by another one of Mr. Kanbara's men.
"Hey - leave Z alone ---" Junpei ordered struggled against the ropes, "don't touch her!"
Takuya turned his head after being snapped out of his thought to see that Izumi, Tomoki, and Junpei was tied. The brunette snapped his head back to his father glaring at him.
"What's the meaning of this? Let my friends go!"
"I will as soon as we help you ..."
"Just run - don't worry about us - just run!" Izumi yelled.
"No - I'm not going to leave you guys - your my friends and friends stick together!" Takuya shot back.
Something in the brunette's chest was really getting to him and where was Kouichi? After looking around Kouji sighed as slight anger rose up with in him. If he was going to get out of this one he was going to get answers from him!
"Friends huh? Did your friend behind you teach you that?" Mr. Kanbara asked causing Takuya to scowl.
"You leave him alone and what's it to you what Kouji and I do!"
"You're an android, Takuya - 6-2-6 --- and your Gemine is malfunctioning ---"
"What do you know about the Gemine," Kouji finally spoke up wrapping his arms around the brunette pulling him to the side.
He was not going to let this man take the one thing away from Takuya that ... well .. made him .. for who he was and he was definitely not going to let Mr. Kanbara use Takuya!
"A lot more than you know and how did you know about it?" Mr. Kanbara asked suspiciously.
"Why should I tell you --- your just going to take him and use him ---"
Before Kouji could continue; Shinya pulled out his gun and fired. The dark haired boy pushed his body into the brunette as they went crashing to the ground. The ray of the gun hit the top of Kouji's rubber-band causing his raven black hair to come down his shoulders and front of his face.
"Kouji!" Izumi, Tomoki and Junpei cried with fear in their eyes that he might've gotten hurt.
Shinya took one step up as Takuya turned Kouji over so that he was laying on his side and got up, his face dark with hate ...
"I told you to stay away from Kouji," the brunette said darkly, "and I don't want to hurt anyone ---" he continued slamming his fists into his shoulders in an X-fashion, "switch on - now!" Changing into his robot form his right foot forward his left foot back his right arm out slightly and his other arm inward slightly, "but you leave me no choice ...."
Taking a bound forward; Takuya crossed them again as his wrist glowed. Shinya, who was ready parted his lips as he was starting to whistle causing Takuya's optic sensors to flash. He fell to the ground with a thud his glowing wrists feeling as though some of the energy was drained from his body hearing that high pitch sound causing him feel murder rage coming over him. This caused Kouji to scowl as he got to his feet and was about to take a dash for the brunette but was stopped by Takuya calling out to him.
"Kouji ... don't ... just run ..." he wheezed out hoping that the dark haired boy would listen still trying to fight the murder rage.
With a growl, Kouji took a sprint and lunged for the brunette as they rolled three feet. Getting up, the dark haired pulled the brunette to his feet and they started to run causing Izumi's eyes to fill with hope that they would get away and find help.
This is not going as planed, the figure thought as he saw Kouji and Takuya making there get away. With a sigh, he pressed a button on his watch as he pulled away stood and turned; jumped down and started to run ....
******************
Kouji drug Takuya into the darkness of the ally and waited for a moment; listening very carefully for the men but seamed that they gave up awes back ...
"Damnit, Kouji," Takuya swore, "you could've gotten hurt!"
"You don't get it do you," the dark haired shot back, "that man is the one who wasn't to take over and your the key ---"
This caused the android to flinch getting a squeezing feeling his chest again as words from the little android said haunted his mind: You're an Android. Similar to myself, except you possess a ( thinker like a gemine ) or whatever he called it - - - -the Gemine has really over clouded your judgment - - - - first you disobey orders ... but he was brought back to reality when Kouji continued causing Takuya to freeze ...
"Your Gemine gives you the ability to have human emotions and who knows what would have happened if it is removed ...."
So that's why the little android said all those things about me but why do I have one when it's clear that I'm to destroy the world of love and life, Takuya thought showing nothing but pain in his eyes. This couldn't be the fact could it? No! It couldn't ... he didn't want to hurt humans when they where all ready hurt and needed love ...
"Humans cannot live without love and life ..." he mumble darkly causing Kouji to look at the brunette with (for the first time) sort of sadly at him.
"I know it's like a bad dream," the dark haired boy said putting his hands on the brunette shoulders, "but we have to find the others and find out what's really going on ..."
"Right but I think you should stay behind ... I don't want you to get hurt ..." Takuya said with fear in his eyes moving some of Kouji's long hair that draped form his shoulders.
"You worry to much," Kouji said resting his forehead on the brunette's gently sliding his hands up Takuya's arms that where still around his shoulders, "you know that I can take care of my self."
"I know .... now lets go save our friends."
To be continued ....
