Disclaimer: Same as before, I don't own digimon. Please don't sue me. All you'll get is three dollars.^_^
The Battle
"Joana, I need to rest!" Apumon complained. I face faltered.
"Ara shizuka Apumon," I told the guinea pig like digimon. Apumon got a puzzled look. "Let me translate that. Oh shut up Apumon."
"Hey! don't tell me to shut up!" Apumon complained. I took out a digi-volution card.
"Digi-modify! Digi-volution activate!" I yelled, scanning the card through my D-Power.
"Apumon digivolve to Samomon!" Apumon emerged as a digimon resembling Shurymon only with different colored robes.
I then reached into my pocket and pulled out a card. Before I scanned it, the Knightmon attacked with his berserk sword. I then grabbed a random card and looked at it.
"This better work. Digi-modify! Cyberdramon Erase Claw activate!" Samomon's hands turned into claws and she attacked Knightmon. A light blasted and Knightmon began to break into data. Before he was gone, the data began to pull back together. I reached frantically into my pocket for another card when I heard a voice behind me.
"Pyro Blaster!" the voice yelled. A disk of fire flew past and to Knightmon. It immediately broke into data. I turned around to see the boy from the bread store and a huge, red dinosaur with a grayish white cowlick going up the back of it's neck.
"Nani?" I asked. The dinosaur began to shrink and when it was finished, it looked the same only much smaller, with no cowlick, and a few face details were different. Samomon landed on the ground and began to shrink back into Apumon. Once she was back to Apumon, I immediately ran off.
"Can't we stay?" Apumon asked.
"Iie," I answered.
"Why not?" Apumon asked.
"Shizuka, shizuka, shizuka!" I yelled, covering my ears. I finally un-covered them and I was sweating.
"What's the matter Joana?" Apumon asked. I then began saying basically nothing in japanese. "Are you sure you're okay?"
"Hai, shizuka (shizuka can also mean quiet)," I told Apumon. I then shook my head.
"I'm fine. I think I just got a head ache. Let's go home," I picked up Apumon and began heading home.
That night
I stood at the bathroom sink brushing my teeth. Apumon came walking into the room.
"You okay now?" Apumon asked. I nodded. "You sure?"
"Oyasuminasai Apumon," I said putting my tooth brush away.
"I'll oyasuminasai you," Apumon grumbled.
"Oyasuminasai is good night," I told Apumon.
"It's Friday night, you're not going to bed are you? I still haven't seen all of the episodes of digimon yet," Apumon complained. I shook my head.
"Iie," I answered. I then picked up Apumon and walked into the living room. I turned on the t.v but it turned right back off. I tried again but it didn't do anything.
"Seki," I complained.
"Great? What do you mean great?" Apumon asked.
"I was being sarcastic Apumon," I answered. I finally gave up and I headed to my bed room with Apumon following me.
"Oyasuminasai Mom," I called down the stairs before I went to bed.
The next day
"Ohioguzimus," I said to Apumon as I got out of my bed. I walked into my closet and when I came back out, I was dressed in a pair of blue jeans, a white t-shirt and a pair of white sneakers with purple bottoms. I also had a card holder attached to the left pocket. I walked out of my room with Apumon following me. I said sayonara to my mom and left out the door.
I arrived in the park and sat down. I then took out my digimon cards and looked at them. I then noticed a boy walk up to me.
"You have digimon cards? Why don't we battle?!" the boy asked.
"Hoe? (pronounced hoa with a long a)" I asked. The boy sweat dropped.
"You, me, digimon card battle," the boy said loudly, slowly pronouncing every syllable.
"You don't need to yell!" I said, mimicking the boy.
"Well, do you want to battle cards or not?" the boy asked. I thought about it. I then quickly took out my C.D. player and began singing along with it.
"Somebody once told me the world is gonna role me; I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed," I went along with the C.D. player. It then all of a sudden stopped.
"Nani sono?" I asked. I then tried to start it again but it wouldn't.
"What's the matter?" the boy asked.
"My C.D. player stopped and the thing that showed if the battery was low didn't even blink," I answered. It started to get foggy all of a sudden.
"Uh-oh," I said. I then pushed the boy away and put down my pink tinted sunglasses. A little while later, it cleared up.
"Something is definitely wrong here," I said as I pushed the sunglasses back on top of my head.

Well, that didn't really explain anything but, it leads up to the main problem at least. *Notices that I'm still wearing the pink tinted sunglasses. I throw them off and there's a crash followed by a loud cat screech.* Okay, well, I don't know where the cat came from but, oh well.
