The Final Fight: Part 1
"Miss Isaji said that there was a news report about some citizens blood being drained almost completely from their bodies," Takato told me. I got a worried look.
"I had a feeling that Myotismon would be sent here," I said. Takato blinked.
"How do you know it's Myotismon?" he asked as we started walking away from the school. I shrugged.
"I've seen too much of Digimon, Takato," I answered. "I've seen every single episode of the first and second season, and out of all of that, it's taught me two things; one: Davis is stupid, but more importantly: Myotismon is next to invincible." Takato shrugged.
"You saw how easily we defeated him last week," he stated. "How could it be any different?" I sighed.
"Well, since Melissa became a Tamer, we do have more help, but I'm still worried," I answered. "I mean, Biyomon, Melissa's digimon, is powerful, and so are all our digimon, but I have a feeling he'll still put up a good fight."

Heather grinned as our juke box was finally set up. We stood in our living room, the other Tamers sitting on the carpet as Heather and I set up. For some reason, Heather thought that it would be cool for us to sing a battle song before we went out to 'kick some digital butt', and I convinced her to get 'Ai no Senshi', one of my favorites. Wasn't one of the best, but it was better than some of the songs she suggested. The music finally started and I grabbed the microphone from Heather.
Kami ga sora ni moeagaru
Karada honou no you ou
Yada wa nande kou naru no
Honto ni mou okocchau kara
Koi wo shite setsunai mama
Amai yume wo mitetai no ni
Yurusenai AITSU-ra no sei yo
Heather and I both crowded around the microphone and we both sung.
Yapari watashi yarukkyanai ne
Tataki-tsubushite yaru wa kono te de aku wo
Sou yo sore made ganabaranakuccha
Mezame-nasai aoi no senshi yo
Heather grabbed the microphone from me, and waited for the cue to start singing.
Donna warui hito datte
Suke nara shinjite miru no
Sore wo riyou suru nante
Sonno no yaccha-ikenai no yo
Itsudatte mamoritai no
Anata no tame tonde yuku wa
Ai dake ga kagirinai ENAJI-
I grabbed onto one side of the microphone as the chorus started playing and we both sung together.
Nee watashi-tachi yarukkyanai ne
Onna no ko no junjou misete yaru no yo
Nani ga nandemo ganbaranakucha
Mune ni chikau ai no senshi yo
Nee watashi-tachi yarukkyanai ne
Tataki-tsubushite yaru wa kono te de aku wo
Sou yo sore made ganabaranakuccha
Mezame-nesai ai no senshi yo
The Tamers started at us as the music stopped.
"What?" I asked. Jeri laughed nervously.
"I guess none of us have heard either of you sing," she replied. I ignored this remark as I helped Heather put the juke box away. Just as we did so, the lights went out, and I knew that it wasn't because of the weather.
"Looks like it's time to go into battle," Heather said for all of us.

"But if Myotismon is here, how are we going to defeat him?" Heather asked of me as we raced along on our bikes through the night.
"I have a feeling that if I'm able to bio-merge with Apumon into Faithmon, we'll be able to combine our power into one huge blast," I answered. Jeri peddled up to me.
"But how are you going to do that?" she asked. I took one hand off a handle bar and put it to my chin.
"That's the question," I said more to myself than anyone else. My bike started to wobble and I screamed as I fell off, landing right onto Jeri.
"We're doomed," Heather muttered. I glared at her, and she smiled sheepishly. "I was kidding, I was kidding!" I muttered something about dumb blondes as I mounted back onto my bike and we started off again.
"Uh, say Joana?" Takato asked. I turned my head to him.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Just what time is it?" he asked. I looked down at my watch, and I immediately went into panic mode.
"It's 6:06!" I shrieked. Melissa finally piped up.
"Is that bad?" she asked. None of us got to answer, as a building not to far from us exploded, revealing Venommyotismon. I un-mounted my bike.
"If I may quote you, Heather," I began. "Let's go kick some digital butt!"

Heavenmon, Wargrowlmon, and the rest of the ultimates hit the ground with a swipe of Venommyotismon's hand. Heavenmon went right back up, though. Venommyotismon reached out to grab the digimon, but instead got Jeri. Venommyotismon simply flicked her aside.
"Jeri!" I exclaimed as Jeri came spiraling to the ground, unconscious. I looked up at Malomyotismon, contempt clear in my eyes.

"Jeri, you shouldn't move!" Joana exclaimed as she ran over to Jeri.
"Joana, you're the only one with a digimon that can still fight!" Jeri said weakly. "You can defeat, him, I know you can!" Joana shook my head.

"Bio-merge activate!" Joana yelled. She held the D-Power to her heart and a light brought Apumon in the air.
"Apumon bio-merge to…" Apumon glowed even brighter as she merged into Joana. She grew about twenty times her size and lost her fur. She looked like a woman, only much bigger, of coarse. A white kimono-style robe with pink cherry blossoms on it surrounded her and tied in the front. White angle wings sprouted from her back and a light ran up her legs, creating pink spaghetti-strapped high heels. Long blond hair grew from her head and went up, tying into a tight bun. She opened her eyes as she spun around, long gloves being put onto her hands and the symbol for the Crest of Faith appeared behind her on a white background. A wind carried cherry blossom petals in the background as the digimon stopped spinning. "Faithmon!"

"Is it over?" Jeri asked. Joana nodded.
"Yes, Jeri," she answered. "It's over, and I'm pretty sure we won."
