Episode 8: Yolei and Davis

Matt was driving down the highway and it was getting dark. The couples were in the back seat leaning on each other and just being couples.

Matt:Hey I got a song for all you lovers in the back

He put in a cd and put it on track 2. It was a sweet mellow romantic rock ballad.

Come on baby, cause there's no name for

Give it up and I got what I came for

Universally Speaking

Take it back and you make me nervous
Nothing better then love and service

Matt stoped as he neared the hotel.

Matt:Meranda, Good choice

Yolei:Really

Matt:Oh yeah, hey you guys have to check out the indoor pool on the 52nd floor. Awe man at night it looks.... so... Man I can't even discribe it.

Kari:They let you swim at night?

Matt:Well No, Tell em' your friends with Matt, and the password is.

He looked around to ensure there was nobody listening.

Matt(quitely):The Brother's Cup

Yolei:The Brother's Cup?

Matt:Yeah, well I gotta go.

Everyone got out of the car and headed inside the hotel. Once they got inside they were stunned. This place was huge, it had everything, stores, theaters, restraunts. It was like Tokyo in a building. A man came up and got their bags. The carpet was a dark red with gold lining.

Yolei: I better go get our keys.

Davis:Wait, I have an idea.

Ken:Uh-Oh

Davis Approached to the Lobby Desk.

Davis:We're friends with "Matt"

Deskman(quietly):Whats the password?

Davis(quietly):The Brother's Cup

Deskman:Ok let me get you card

Davis:Card?

The Deskman reached down, got a card and gave it to Davis. It was a gold card that had the letters V.I.P. on it. Davis walked back over to the group.

Davis:Act normal until we get to the room.

The card said ,Rm. 999 on it. Davis showed it to the group as they got in the elevator.

Ken:VIP?

TK:How did you?

Kari:999!

Yolei:I ordered room 31.

Davis:We got the big VIP!

TK:Oh Yeah!

Kari:Your great

Kari thru her arms around him, and squeezed as hard as she could.

Elevator Attendant:The Meranda is a 100 floor, 5star hotel. With 10 rooms a floor it is one of the leading hotels in America. Will you be attending the Ball tonight?

Yolei:What time?

Elevator Attendant:From 8 to 10.

Kari:Sure

Yolei:I dont know...

Ken put his arms around her.

Ken:Come on it'l be fun.

Elevator Attendant:Do you have anything to wear?

Davis flashed the VIP card.

Elevator Attendant:I'll will send someone to take you measurements.

Ken:How far are we going to ride this gravy train?

Davis:All the way to the station!

Once they reached the top floor the attendant took them to their suite. Davis took the card and slided it across the scanner, and the door opened. The main room had a dark red carpet like the lobby ,three couches, two refridgerators, and a big screen plasma tv with all of the channels. The attendant left, and Kari looked around and noticed five doors. She checked the first, it was a bathroom and the one next to that was a room.

Kari:Hey I want this room.

Yolei:Wait, wait, wait. There are five doors, two are bathrooms, the other three are rooms.

Kari:So?

Ken:we only have 3 beds.

Davis and Kari looked at each other.

Yolei:Get serious. Are you gonna sleep with Davis.

Davis:I'll sleep on one of the couches, Kari.

Kari:You should'nt have to.

TK:We'll decide that stuff later, after the Ball.

Kari:Yeah.

Yolei:Ok

Then three people came in. A guy with blonde streaked black hair, a girl with bright red hair, and a skinny guy with glasses. The skinny guy stepped out first and started measering everyone, once he completed the other guy spoked up.

Marco:Ok Ladies I am Marco, and I'm going to make you look so fabulous, arent you excited!?

Kari(sarcasticly):yeah

Marco:Ok then follow me

The girls followed Marco out of the room. Then the woman looked at the guys, she was a busty woman, probably about 25 years old.

Tiffany:Hi I'm Tiffany and I will be getting you ready for the ball.

With that she took them out of the room and down the hall. The girls were in Marco's salon like makeover room, sitting in chairs having their hair done, the chairs faced each other so they could talk and wouldnt get bored.

Yolei:So whats with you and Davis?

Kari:I think I'm in love with him.

Yolei:Oh My God!, Really?!

Kari:Yeah. I know he loves me.

Yolei:Well....Ok Kari I'm going to tell you something I haven't even told Ken.

Kari:What is it

Yolei:Well I've known Davis for awhile, we lived in the same neighborhood.

Kari:Oh

Yolei:Well about a year before we met you.....

Kari:What is it?

Yolei:It's hard to say.

Kari:Just say it.

Yolei:Davis and I were dating.

Kari:For how long?

Yolei:About a year.

Kari:Wait, you dumped him right

Yolei:Yeah. He told you

Kari:Well he did'nt use your name, but he did tell me this girl harshly dumped him.

Yolei:Harshly?!, as if.

Kari:hehe

Yolei:He was nice though, real nice(and a good kisser)

Kari:Earth to Yolei!

Yolei:Oh!, I was thinking, where were we

Kari:No your hairs done!

Yolei:What! I drifted off that long?!

Kari:Yeah, are you sure your over Davis?

Yolei:Of course.
