Taichi slowly opened his eyes wondering what hit him. How on earth did he get here? The last thing he remembered was a Digimon and then white ... He slowly turned his head to see an unknown worried face. He had big brown eyes tan skin yellow shirt ... bulky hat with goggles too. Except they where a different shape.

"Are you okay dude?"

"Yea. Yea ... I think so." Taichi responded.

"That's good. Because this little Digimon said that you might be dead."

Taichi couldn't help but smile at his Digimon partner, thankful that he was all right.

"Can you digi-vole?"

"I wish I could Taichi," Agumon responded, "but I'm so hungry!"

"You're always hungry ..."

"I can fix that," the other goggled boy said, "follow me. I know where there's some barriers to eat."

Taichi got to his feet wincing a little noticing that his was sprained ... or at least felt like it.

"Hey. Are you coming. Our do I have to carry you. Not that I don't want to."

"No, I can walk ..."

"Good ..."

The started to walk and Taichi noticed that this kid didn't have a Digimon partner ...

"Mind I ask you something."

"Yea. What's that."

"Where is you Digimon partner?"

"I don't need one ... besides I'm a legendary warrior ... my friends and I ..."

He paused ... he hasn't seen much of the others after they saved it but got back to the Digital world again ... and he was trying to chase down Kouji and apologize for what he said ...

*Flash Back*

"I don't understand why you're the lone wolf all the time!"

"Maybe I want to be!"

"I swear! Some times I wonder if that bandana of yours is too tight on your thick head!"

"What are you implying?" Kouji snapped getting into Takuya's face ...

"Hello ..."

"Huh?" The other goggle head blinked for one moment, "I must have doused off there ... now let's get some barriers."

Hmm. something happened ... the Digital-world is off kilter ... again ... and I've got to find Yamato ... ah ... who needs him anyways .... it was a lie though ... he wanted Yamato to be there with him ... but not since there last fight ... now this ...

"Uh ... Taichi ... are you okay?" Agumon asked.

"Yea. Just thinking why I'm the only one here the others are not ..."

"I was thinking the same ... anyways ... I'm Takuya ... and you are ..."

"Taichi ... leader of the Digidestend --- well ... not anymore ..."

"What happened?" Takuya asked his mouth full of food.

"We saved the Digital-world ..." Taichi said looking at a Barrie.

"Yea, I know what you mean ..." Takuya said reading Taichi's face.

He reminds me a lot like me ... that's scary, Taichi thought watching the other goggle head stuffing his face with food.

"Yama, do you think he'll be okay?" Gabumon asked.

"That remains to be seen ... the thing that puzzles me is why he would he not have a Digimon partner?"

"Maybe he has not found his yet."

"Oh ...."

They both turned their head to see Kouji slowly opening his eyes and sat up rubbing his head ...

"Are you all right? You had a nasty fall." Gabumon informed.

"I'm fine." Kouji said getting up and started to walk.

Yamato blinked several times; why is this like looking at a mirror.

"Why don't I give you a ride on Garurumon's back." Yamato offered.

Kouji stopped slightly turned his head with a slight smile on his face ...

"Sure. Why not."

"GABUMON DIGI-VOLE TOOO ... GARURUMON!"

The wolf like Digimon bent down allowing the two loner boys on and he was off with a great burst of speed.
