Hopes Under Wraps

By Kelly

Kelly: After seeing today's episode of Digimon "Oikawa's Shame" this poem popped in my mind and I hope you enjoy. It's sad that they are not in the show...they are not that bad.

Arukenimon: Oh yea? Then why do you think I'm a bitch?

Mummymon: What? You called my Arukenimon a what!!! Snake Bandage!!

Kelly: Uh-oh! Anyway's, hope you enjoy the poem. (runs off)

Now, that we are free

from the darkness of hate and grief,

I hope you see my heart,

hope that you can see who I am.

I know that I'm not too bright

and not much to look at

but I have a heart

and it can break.

That's right, shatter and bleed

because you don't see who I am.

I can see you though,

I can see past

those sunglasses

and see nothing but beauty.

You are beautiful

with a frisky misdemeanor

plus an educated mind.

That's what I see,

what more can I say?

What must I do to make you notice me?

I know that you don't have the same feelings

as I do,

but I hope that some day

that you come to realize that I...Mummymon

am your friend and that I have feelings

for you.

Mummymon: I'm glad that someone knows how I feel about, Arukenimon...give a kiss (Mummymon tries to kiss Arukenimon)

Arunkenimon: Yuck! Get a way from me!

Kelly: Um...tell me what you think of the poem.
