PROM NIGHT (WHEN YOU LIE NEXT TO ME)

ML: We've all been there. That magical, or less-than-magical once a year event known as the senior prom, then it hits me.

How would it be like if you guys were involved?

Takato: I don't know.

Rika: So, this is a prom story.

ML: Yeah. Anyway, the couplings will be Rika/Takato, and Henry/Jeri.

Rika: Smart move. I wouldn't handle it if you paired up Takato with Jeri.

ML: Sure. Anyway, I don't own the Digimon concept or characters. I also don't own the Kellie Coffey Song, "When You

Lie Next To Me." There. Disclaimer said and done, let's get down with the details. The story takes place four years

after the d-reaper saga. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. There is some lemon material…

Takato/Rika: You never told us.

Henry: Yeah. Which couple?

ML: (Pointing to Rika/Takato) Those two.

Rika/Takato: What?!

ML: Anyway, before those guys beat up on me, I might as well say it: ROLL IT.

(Weeks before, at Shinjuku high)

Principal: As you may all know, the prom is in a matter of weeks, and I expect you to be at your best in terms of behavior and

attire.

Takato: Man, Henry, you know who you plan take?

Henry: I should be asking you.

Kazu: You two. Get with the program.

Ryo: Yeah. He's right. Anyway, you've got 3 weeks to worry `bout it.

(Meeting concludes)

(Lunch time, the boys' table)

Takato: So, Kazu, got anyone on the mind?

Kazu: Yeah. I'm planning to take Jenny. What about you, Kenta?

Kenta: I've got a date already. I'm taking Selena. What about you, Ryo?

Ryo: I've got a date as well. I'm taking Robin. Henry?

Henry: Jeri's in my book. Takato?

Takato: I'm planning to take Rika.

Rest of the guys: Ooh. The Digimon Queen.

Takato: Quit it.

Henry: Hey, I'm not saying that she's a bad girl to go with, we're just a little excited.

Takato: Talk about it later. I've got exams to study for.

(Takato gets out from the table, and to the library)

Kazu: What's up with him?

Ryo: I don't know.

(Elsewhere at school, back parking lot)

Takato: (Man, I can't believe those guys. I say I'm going with Rika, and they think it's a dumb move. Maybe I should give

up while I'm still ahead.)

Rika: Hey Goggles.

Takato: Rika. How'd you know I was here?

Rika: Silly Gogglehead. I know you hang out here almost every day.

Takato: It's just some place where I can get all my thoughts down. Anyway, I've been thinking…

Rika: Yeah? (Is he actually going to ask me out to the prom?)

Takato: Would you go to the prom with me?

Rika: Of course! I've been wondering when were you going to ask me that!

(Bell rings)

Takato: Class is back in session. We'll talk?

Rika: Yeah.

(The two lovebirds go to their respective classes)

Takato: YES!

(After school)

(The guys are talking amongst themselves…)

Takato: I still can't believe she said yes!

Henry: I'm feeling the same way, my friend. I got Jeri in the books!

Kazu: I'm booked with Jenny! Talk about a triple score!

Ryo: Still guys, we got 3 weeks to prepare!

(The girls turn)

Jeri: Can you believe I'm Henry's date?

Rika: And I'm Gogglehead's date. Girlfriend, we are going to have the time of our lives!

Jenny: I've got Kazu wrapped around my finger.

Robin: Still, it's 3 weeks. What are we going to do in three weeks?

Rika: Prepare.

(The weekend - Black Tie)

Cashier: Hey young boys. Looking for formal wear for your prom?

Takato: Yeah. We need to rent 5 tuxedos.

Cashier: Sure. You're…

Takato: I'm a medium.

Henry: Medium

Kazu: Large.

Kenta: Medium

Ryo: Medium.

Cashier: 4 mediums and a large. Ok. Wait here. (Gets 5 tuxes) There. That'll be 3250.

Takato: Sure.

(Elsewhere…)

Rika: We need some gowns. I'm a medium.

Jeri: So am I.

Robin: Me three.

Selena: Make it all 5 five of us.

Jenny: Yep.

Cashier: Ok… (Gets dresses.) That'll be $4302.

(Takato's Place - Same night)

Henry: I still can't believe we got the tuxes early.

Takato: Man, if we'd got them later, they'd be sold out. Hey, you ever considered going "all the way" with Jeri?

Henry: Takato, that's WAY below the belt. I should be asking you that question.

Takato: Yeah, but I'm not sure.

Henry: That reminds me. I got something for you. (Goes into his bag and gets out a box of condoms)

Takato: Hello! Rika and me aren't officially dating, so why did you give me those?

Henry: Man, ever since the d-reaper incident, you were hanging out with Rika as much as you hang out with Jeri. So, you two

are unofficially dating. Need I say more?

Takato: You're right. Thanks, Henry.

Henry: You got it.

(Rika's place)

Rika: Talk about beating the rush!

Jeri: Right back at ya, sis!

Rika: Hey, Jeri, have you ever wanted to do the deed with Henry?

Jeri: Don't go there. If you want to, then do it with some protection.

Rika: Thanks.

Jeri: (Grins)

(Thursday, at Shinjuku high…)

Kazu: Got to tell the guys!

(Cafeteria, where the guys are sitting at one of the tables…)

Takato: Kazu! The way you're running, you must think the d-reaper's after you.

Kazu: You got to see this, man.

(The guys go to the main bulletin board in the main foyer.)

Takato: Oh my god! I'm nominated for prom king, and Rika's nominated for prom queen!

Henry: So am I, and so is Jeri! I don't care who wins, Takato, but I hope it's one of us!

Takato: I'm with you, bro.

Rika: Isn't it great? I'm nominated for prom queen!

Takato: I seen your name. Wouldn't it be great if we won?

Rika: Yep.

(Fast forward to Friday. Takato's. He's getting his tux on.)

Takato: (whistling to himself) Man, you're looking good. (Looks at his watch.) Right on schedule. (Grabs his car keys and

goes to his car.)

(Henry's place)

Henry: Great. Boy, I hope to see the gang. (Checks his watch.) On time. Now I got to get Jeri.

(Rika's)

Rika: Still can't believe I'm wearing a dress. Oh well, it's for gogglehead, after all. (Doorbell rings) All right. He's there.

Don't come unglued, girl.

(She opens the door. Sure enough, he's there, wearing a freshly cut tux.)

Rika: Gogglehead. You're looking sharp.

Takato: It's for you, and only you. Ready to go?

Rika: Yeah. Anyway, you actually like me in a dress?

Takato: Yeah. What do you expect?

Rika: I expect you to laugh at me.

Takato: I'll never do that, anyway, ready to go?

Rika: Yeah.

(The two take off.)

(Jeri's)

Jeri: I sure hope Henry will look good. (Doorbell) He's here!

(Sure enough, he's there.)

Henry: Hey Jeri. (He notices that she is staring at him) you can stop staring at me now.

Jeri: (Goes back down to reality) Oh yeah. Let's go.

(They take off)

(Shinjuku high school. Kazu/Jenny, Ryo/Robin, and Kenta/Selena are waiting for the others. They come up)

Kazu: Right on time, guys.

Kenta: Now here's something you never do, Takato: Be on time.

Takato: Hey, give me some credit. I wouldn't miss this. Anyway, let's do it.

(After a 5 fast tempos, and 4 slow dances, the principal comes out. He gets ready to announce the prom king/prom queen)

Principal: I'm sure you're all wondering who this year's prom king and queen are. Well, wonder no more. I hold the two

names in this envelope (Opens envelope) This year's prom king is, Takato Matsuki!

(Everyone applauds)

Principal: As for the prom queen, that lucky person is…

Rika: Come on, come on…

Principal: Rika Nonaka!

(Everyone applauds.)

Principal: They will have the last dance of the evening.

(They go to the center of the dance floor and the song hits. It's "Endless Love")

Henry: Now here's a good song for a great couple.

Jeri: Yep. That song describes an everlasting love, and that's what describes their love. Endless.

Henry: Yeah. Perfecto. (AN: did anyone expect me to use Yolei's signature saying? Tell me in a review!)

Jeri: Anyway, we're going to get together soon. You know a good restaurant?

Henry: I know this French one. Very intimate.

Jeri: Great.

(The song ends, and Rika is getting close, very ready to kiss Takato)

Jeri: Hey, Henry. I think Rika's going to kiss Takato.

(Takato's pals are going, "C'mon…" It happens, and the kiss lasts for only 10 seconds before Robin takes a picture with

her camera [AN: know which digidestined that's similar to?]

Robin: Now that's going into my personal album!

(Takato looks very embarrassed, and Rika's looking at Robin with a Heero Yuy-like glare.)

Takato: Well, Rika, you surely are my queen, and not only when it comes to digimon. Ready to go?

Rika: I am, my king.

(Takato helps Rika into his car, and in the front seat nonetheless.)

Rika (Just ask him.)

Takato: (Lucky I brought one of these.) (Pats the condoms that are in his jacket pocket).

Rika: So, you want to come over? My mom and grandmother are out of town for a couple of weeks.

Takato: Sure.

(The two reach Rika's in a few minutes)

Rika: You know, Gogglehead, it's been four years since we first met.

Takato: I know. Where as the time gone?

Rika: I don't know. Anyway, two years ago, we started dating, and when we heard "Endless Love" for the first time, I knew

it was a special song. A song that we could call our own.

Takato: Yeah, and we did.

Rika: It brought back memories when we were dancing to it. Still, I've got another song that we can consider our own, in

addition to "Endless Love." (Puts on a CD. It's Kellie Coffey.)

Takato: I know this song. I've heard it. May I have this dance, my queen?

Rika: As you wish, my king.

(The two dance, and the lyrics fill the room. As they dance, Rika sings the song to Takato, whispering it.)

(Takato joins Rika for the chorus)

(Takato then kisses Rika. Rika is very shocked, but she kisses him. In the heat of the passion, she takes off his tuxedo jacket, and slips off his bow-tie. Takato then unzips her dress, and slides it off. Rika, taking that as an invitation, slips off Takato's shirt, and slowly unzips his pants. The two are in their undergarments, and they are still dancing…)

(Takato unhooks Rika's bra, and Rika smiles at him, as if to say, "It's ok, Takato. You can do it." He rubs Rika's young breasts, and kisses both of them, Rika moans a bit, and she lowers Takato's boxers, revealing his shaft. She kneels down and caresses it, and it's Takato's turn to moan. Rika then smiles devilishly, and pops the thing into her mouth, and begins sucking.)

Takato: I… never thought… you… could do this… Rika…

(Rika keeps sucking him, and then he comes. Rika swallows his load, and smiles at him, and whispers, "You taste sweet, Takato. Now its your turn to do the same to me." He obliges, and lowers Rika's panties. He then brings his face to Rika's womanhood, and he slips a finger inside. He slips it in and out, and Rika's moaning becomes a little more louder. But he stops, and then decides to let the tongue do the talking. He began to lick at Rika's moist flower.)

Rika: Ah!!

(Her moans still go louder, and she immediately surrenders to his sweet assault. He then goes to where his tuxedo jacket is, pulls out a condom, and rips open the package.)

Rika: You were prepared from the start.

Takato: Hey, you could never be too careful.

Rika: Shut up and take me now, Gogglehead.

(Rika kisses him passionately, and as she kisses him, she takes the condom from Takato and applies it for him. Her touch stiffens Takato's manhood, and Takato immediately goes on top. Rika immediately yelps in pain.)

(Takato nods, and he moves slowly. Rika grunts in pain, but in minutes, the pain subsides, and she immediately sighs in pleasure. Rika's moans become louder with every thrust, and Takato's breathing becomes more erratic. The two caress each other's bodies as if there's no tomorrow, as if it was their last night to see each other, and as they come within each other, Takato and Rika kiss. Takato pulls out of Rika, and throws away the condom. He then goes back to Rika, and carries her to her bedroom, where he parts the covers, and helps Rika in. He then lies next to Rika, and tucks himself in. She then kisses him on the lips, long and hard. After that, Takato kisses Rika on the forehead.)

Takato: Sweet dreams, my queen.

Rika: And to you, my sweet king.

(The two sleep, together as two hearts merged into one that night.)
