Entry 3 - The Worst of Days
By: Lord Archive
The concept of Digimon, Digimon Tamers and most of the characters in this work of fiction belongs to Toei Animation, Akiyoshi Hongo, and Chiaki Konaka.
This series includes sex between fictional characters, who are not based on real people. The characters involved may be stated as being under the age of consent of where you live and perform acts of illegal sexual practices, but they are fictional and do not have any real age or ability to commit real crime. Descriptions of digimon mating and may be considered by some to be bestiality, but they are fictional creations and not real animals. It should be noted that in Japan the age of consent is 13 and that all human characters in detailed sex scenes are at least that age or older, so even if the characters did exist, they can legally consent to have sex.
Strict use of Japanese:
Matsuda Takato = Takato Matsuki
Makino Ruki = Rika Nonaka, Makino Rumiko = Makino Nonaka
Lee 'Jen' Jenrya = Henry Wong, Lee Shuichon = Suzie Wong
Juri = Jeri
Hirokazu = Kazu
Mako is the nickname for Makoto.
Growmon = Growlmon, Megalo Growmon = War Growlmon, Dukemon = Gallantmon
Galgomon = Gargomon, Saint Galgomon = Mega Gargomon
ADR-01 a.k.a. Juri clone a.k.a. J-Reaper
Reika = Riley
This is an alternate universe, so not everything is the same as the television series, but it is very close to it.
------------------------------------------------
"Not only did Takato spend two minutes fighting an opponent that he could've easily killed in seconds, it looks like he raped Juri!" Kai said in disbelief. "What is up with my cousin? Is he really a psychopath? If that's having a good time at a party, I'll take school any day."
------------------------------------------------
Du kemon tenderly held Sakuyamon's hand, looking softly into her eyes. "Ruki... I love you."
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" screamed a woman's voice.
Sakuyamon clenched her fist, wanting to punch him. "You idiot!"
Dukemon stood up and his shoulders sagged. "Sorry."
Sakuyamon reached up to her neck and pulled off her mask, revealing that she wasn't the digimon but Ruki dressed like her. "Why are you having so much trouble with this stupid scene?!"
Dukemon scuffed the dirt floor of the studio they were in. "Because I really do like you, Ruki."
Ruki closed her eyes. "Sorry, but I'm not interested."
"Genji-san, try calling her Sakuyamon instead of Izumi!" yelled the female director.
Genji, the actor dressed as Dukemon, laughed nervously. "It should be easier as that's how she's dressed."
Ruki sighed as she put her mask back on.
"Episode two-hundred, scene twelve, take eighty-seven," someone called out followed by a loud 'clack.'
Dukemon tenderly held Sakuyamon's hand, looking softly into her eyes. "Sakuyamon... I love you."
Sakuyamon looked shyly away. "Why, Takuya... I... I love you too."
"Really?" Dukemon questioned as if on the top of the world.
"Cut!"
"Now what?!" Ruki yelled.
"If he called you Sakuyamon, you should call him Dukemon," the director commented.
Ruki screamed.
------------------------------------------------
A storm raged against the mighty tree, pounding on it relentlessly to send it crashing to the floor. But the tree bent and twisted with the torrents, refusing to fall. Then the storm's eye appeared and the tree struck back.
"Ow!" Juri cried out, falling to the floor. She then hopped back to her feet with her shoulder-length hair fluttering wildly, giving a brief impression the girl had a lion's mane. She then stood with a strange calm.
Jenrya was eerily reminded of ADR-01 as Juri glared at him. His years spent learning Tai Chi seemed pointless when compared to what Juri had picked up in the past several months. She was already his equal. These practice sessions no longer held a guaranteed victor. He had feared that would soon change, with him certain to lose almost every time.
Juri leapt into action. Each of her punches flowed like a wave, trying to hammer away at Jenrya's defenses and yet not leave her open. However, he did find an opening and turned the power of Juri's punches against her as she once again went flying onto the mat.
Jenrya let out a small smile. He didn't fear Juri surpassing him now. Her rapid increase in skill may have had much to do with him being her sparring partner. That his skill had rubbed off on her. Now, with her being nearly his equal, he was starting to learn from her and improving as well. His longer experience should keep him one step ahead of her.
Once again Juri went on the offensive as she tried to knock Jenrya to the mat. But she met with failure and the floor.
"That is enough," their sensei called out calmly.
Jenrya and Juri immediately sat down before their teacher, his pride and her anger showing clearly.
"Lee, why do you feel you did so well against Juri today?" the sensei asked.
"My skill has improved," Jenrya replied.
"Oh, really? Stand up."
Jenrya did as he was told.
"Boot to the head," the sensei said passively.
And Jenrya crashed to the floor from the kick. He shakily got back to his feet. "I wasn't ready yet."
"Oh? Boot to the head."
Jenrya held his head as he groaned on the floor.
"If you had truly improved, you might have dodged or blocked," the teacher said with a frown. "Fighting with arrogance is almost as bad as fighting with anger. Had you paid attention to Katou's expressions, you would know that she was not thinking with a clear head, but one clouded in anger. Reading your opponent's feelings will aid you in predicting how they will fight you. Meditate on that."
The sensei then turned to Juri. "Now, may I ask what is troubling you?"
"No," Juri snapped.
The teacher's frown deepened. "If you wish to talk about it, I will listen. But remember, anger is a weapon only to one's opponent."
------------------------------------------------
"Anger is like a knife, boy. You must first learn how to yield it, before it can aid in you a fight," Lieutenant Commander Brigton growled. The six-foot, blond haired, blue eyed, giant-of-a-man had been assigned to watch Wild as it operated under the United Nation's military operations, more specifically the air force section. Brigton thought it was rather ironic he was teaching the American military variant of Ninjitsu to a Japanese boy.
"Whatever you say, sir," Takato spat out, shakily getting to his feet. Taking martial arts hadn't really been his idea, but Brigton's. Several months ago, the UN overseer was bored and had selected him to be his punching bag. Takato didn't know why he continued at this. Especially at the moment with his head ringing from that last blow he took. He still moved to a ready stance to begin sparring again.
The combatants jerked as they looked toward the opening door.
Yamaki stepped into the room. "Sorry to interrupt. However, I need to debrief Takato about last week."
Brigton blinked. "I thought we already had one about the Giga Dramon."
"Yes, but this concerns the party Takato was at the evening before," Yamaki replied.
Takato paled, wondering how much Yamaki and the others knew about what he done.
------------------------------------------------
"C an't we play a video game?" Makoto whined.
"I have a better idea," Shuichon said with a grin that sent a cold shiver down Lopmon's spine.
"I'll second the video games!" Lopmon voiced. He hated it when he was left as the babysitter, as Shuichon and the twins saw him as a friend and not an authority figure. If they were to get into any kind of mischief, he'd have a hard time trying to stop it.
"But making a play is a LOT more fun!" Shuichon cheered. "And I have the perfect role for you, Mako-chan."
Ai didn't seem that infused with Shuichon's idea but suddenly brightened. "Oh, you want to do THAT play?" she questioned.
Shuichon nodded devilishly. She then went up to Makoto and took his hands into hers. "You'll be the star of my play, won't you?"
Makoto stammered for some reason. "Ah, um... okay."
Lopmon frowned for more reasons than being suddenly out voted.
------------------------------------------------
R uki ran out of Fuji television station and went straight to the Odaiba Convention Center. It may be 'next door,' but that was only because there were no buildings between them. They were still over a kilometer apart. There wasn't suppose to be any filming today, but she had been called in to retake the scene of 'Takuya and Izumi's declaration of love' because of some unnamed problem with the first take they had done earlier in the week. Even then it shouldn't have been a problem making it to the Digi-Battle tournament at the convention center at two o'clock as they started to film at eight o'clock. She should've had a couple hours honing her new deck. Now it was a couple minutes after two and all she could hope was that the tournament would fail to start on time.
Makino was winded when she made it to the registration desk. "I'm here for the tournament. I'm pre-registered under Makino Ruki."
"You're a little late," the pimple-faced geek at the table replied as he began looking for something. "Hey, Hitoshi, what did you do with the pre-registration?"
Hitoshi pointed at a trash can. "I pitched them. The tournament started five minutes ago."
Ruki screamed in frustration. "I'm going to kill Genji!"
Hitoshi fell out of his seat. "Makino-sama?!"
Ruki groaned at the 'sama.'
The geek blinked. "Why'd you call her 'sama?'"
"You twit. She plays Izumi-sama on the Digimon show AND she's one of the two greatest players of Digi-Battle!!" Hitoshi nearly creamed his shorts in his excitement. "I'm going to see the head judge. We've got to get her into the tournament!"
Ruki sighed as Hitoshi ran off, wondering how her day could possibly get worse.
"Um, Izumi-sama, can I have your autograph?" the geek questioned.
Ruki glared at him.
------------------------------------------------
Jur i tied her shoulder-length hair into a ponytail and frowned. She wondered when her hair had become so hard to make it look good. She guessed it was because her hair wasn't short enough for the more tomboyish looks, but wasn't long enough to be properly worn in long-haired fashion. She shook her head, wondering why she should be bothered with her looks.
Juri left the bathroom and found Jenrya waiting for her. "Why are you still here?" she asked.
"Sorry about not noticing you were upset," Jenrya sheepishly apologize.
"Don't worry about it. It's not your fault," Juri replied.
"Why are you upset?" Jenrya asked.
"It's none of your business," Juri replied shortly before stomping off.
------------------------------------------------
"It 's none of your business," Takato said flatly.
"Lieutenant Matsuda, with the Digital World's regeneration nearly complete, the potential threat from that world has increased. Especially with the recent Dramon attacks. One of you Tamers may be called to become the recognized field commander. If you're the one to be selected the field commander, it would be your responsibility to see your team acts with unity. However, there seems to be some sort of discord between you and Lieutenant Katou," Yamaki stated in straight manner. "What happened at the party that has caused both of you to stop talking to each other?"
Takato continued glare, as he had already been told this a few times before. "What happened is a private matter between us."
"You cannot allow private matters to interfere with your job," Brigton commented. "You must see to rectify the situation, even if Lieutenant Katou is not an active Tamer."
"I will do whatever I can to fix it, but I don't know how yet," Takato replied.
"If you tell us the problem, perhaps we can help," Yamaki offered.
"I doubt it," Takato replied angrily before leaving the room.
"What should we do?" Brigton questioned.
"Bring Guilmon in and see if he knows anything," Yamaki replied.
------------------------------------------------
"No! No! Absolutely NOT!" Lopmon protested.
"You know that's Jen-nichan's shirt, and not a dress," Shuichon tried to calm down her digimon partner, referring to the black T-shirt her partner was wearing.
"It's not this 'dress' or me playing the wicked witch that I won't allow!" Lopmon returned.
"Then what is it?" Shuichon asked while pulling off Makoto's shirt.
Lopmon pointed at them. "THAT is what you should not do!"
Shuichon blinked in confusion. "What is?"
"You shall not undress him!" Lopmon ordered.
"But he'll need help getting into the dress," Shuichon replied.
Makoto stood there with a clueless expression on his face.
"I shall help the lad. Thou shall sally forth and prepare thine own costume!" Lopmon insisted.
"Fine." Shuichon sighed. She didn't know what Lopmon was all upset over. It's not like Makoto had anything she hadn't seen since becoming his friend years ago. What's the difference of seeing him in his underpants now when she had seen him naked when they were six?
Makoto pouted as Shuichon left.
Lopmon glared at him. "Lady Shuichon shall not be thine mate."
"Huh?" Makoto blinked, not understanding a word as Lopmon had said that using an older form of Japanese.
------------------------------------------------
"Thought you were going to be a no show," Ryo commented.
"Almost was. Genji kept flubbing his line. We finally got it on take ninety-six," Ruki replied. "I mean, how hard is it to say, 'I love you, Izumi.'" She then frowned as obviously a few people had been eaves dropping and were immediately spreading the word of Takuya's love confession.
Ryo laughed. "That's going to piss off the Junpei fans."
"You should see the 'fan-mail' I get from those nut cases. I can't tell you how many 'marry Junpei or die' ones I got," Ruki joked.
"Are you in the tournament?" Ryo questioned.
"Yes. They're letting me in with a bye since I did win it last year," Ruki replied. "How are you doing?"
Ryo shrugged. "Once the kid found out who I was, he was ready to quit."
Ruki shook her head. Before she could say anything, the announcement for the start second round echoed loudly from the speakers.
"Good luck," Ruki and Ryo said at the same time as they went to find their opponents.
Ruki found her spot and began to shuffle her deck. Soon her opponent sat down across from her. She analyzed the kid. He was maybe twelve-years-old and dressed in torn jeans and T-shirt. He looked like a punk.
"Well, well. If it isn't the great 'Digimon Queen.' I hear you used your 'royal' influence to get into the tournament. Well, let's see how you deal with a real man," the punk sneered.
"Men don't have hairless balls. Just shut up and play," Ruki told him flatly.
"I'll show you my hairy balls when I fuck you after I beat your pathetic deck," the punk boasted.
"Get ready to rumble. Round two begins now. Let the slaughter begin!" bellowed the speakers.
The battle looked to be close at first, but then the punk got the upper hand, succeeding in evolving his digimon to Bo-373 Imperial Dramon. He began to gloat at his 'certain' victory.
"Big deal," Ruki groused as the battle phase began and she played Bo-74T Beelzebumon Blast Mode on top of her Impmon, and obliterating the weak Ultimate dragon. The punk was never able to defeat her digimon, as she played cards to defend it and won her the match easily.
Being a best two out of three, they immediately started again. The punk evolved his digimon to Perfection level and wasn't going to evolve him again, but Ruki pulled out a Bo-640 Beelzebumon card that only needed her opponent to have a Perfection digimon and proceeded to win again.
"Of course anyone could win with an expensive deck like that," the punk growled as he stood up. "And here's your hairy balls." He yanked down his pants.
Ruki was entirely unimpressed. "I've seen bigger and hairier on ten-year-olds." She got up and walked to the judge to record her win.
"Bitch," the punk spat, pulling his pants back up. With the crowded room, only a handful of people actually saw what he did.
"That's 'Queen Bitch' to you," Ruki shot back.
------------------------------------------------
"N ow, Guilmon, do you know what happened between Matsuda and Katou at Shiota's party last weekend?" Yamaki questioned tentatively, purposely choosing easier words for Guilmon to understand.
"Well...," Guilmon trailed off.
"We need to know so we might be able to help Matsuda," Yamaki explained.
"I can't tell you," Guilmon replied.
"Why not?" Yamaki asked.
"'Cause I don't believe Takato did what I think he thinks he did," Guilmon answered.
Yamaki blinked. "Can you explain that?"
Guilmon sighed. "When merged with Takato, we sometimes share thoughts. During the Giga Dramon battle, I tried to find out what was bothering him because he wouldn't tell me. I saw one of his thoughts and saw him doing... something stupid. I think it may be a nightmare and not what really happened. Takato is not... that stupid."
Yamaki frowned. "What was that stupid thing you think he might have done?"
Guilmon shook his head. "No. Takato couldn't have done that."
"Even if he was drunk?" Brigton questioned.
Guilmon drew back. "No," he replied uncertainly. "No, Takato still wouldn't."
"Would that 'stupid thing' upset Lieutenant Katou to the point she would avoid Lieutenant Matsuda?" Brigton asked.
"Maybe, but I don't believe it. I can't be sure if what I saw happened or was just a dream. Telling what I saw might cause trouble for Takato when he might not have done it at all!" Guilmon said angrily, his eyes narrowing.
Brigton opened his mouth, but Yamaki waved at him to be quite.
"You can go now," Yamaki told Guilmon.
The dinosaur nodded and walked out.
After the door shut, Brigton asked, "Why didn't we continue? He was about to crack."
"Snap is more like it," Yamaki noted. "Did you see his eyes?"
"Yes. They were a bit more animalistic than usual," Brigton replied.
"If we had pressed the questioning, he might have attacked us. Guilmon is a berserker when he gets upset," Yamaki explained.
"I've never had a problem with him before," Brigton commented.
Yamaki folded his hand in thought. "Guilmon is usually in control of himself. Whatever happened between Matsuda and Katou has Guilmon on edge."
"So, Guilmon does believe Lieutenant Matsuda did something 'stupid' to Lieutenant Katou," Brigton surmised. "Do you have any idea what it might have been?"
Yamaki just looked at him.
"Right, facts only," Brigton laughed.
------------------------------------------------
"If there's one thing I hate more than anything else, it's interior decorating," Hirokazu bemoaned.
"You said it," Kokuwamon agreed. "First gardening, now helping her rearrange the house. When is our punishment going to be over?"
"And whose fault is it that the floor was burnt?" Hirokazu glared.
Kokuwamon shrank away.
"Hirokazu, Kokuwamon, move my dresser to the far wall," Mrs. Shiota ordered.
"Can't I evolve?" Kokuwamon whined.
"NO!" Mrs. Shiota yelled.
"Can't we at least empty the dresser first?" Hirokazu pleaded.
------------------------------------------------
The young prince bent carefully over the sleeping, and oddly sweating, princess. The prince then whelped in surprise as the wicked witch he had just defeated jumped in the way.
"Lopmon?!" Shuichon cried out, throwing her 'princely' feathered hat at the rabbit. "You're ruining the play!"
"I told you, no kissing scene!" Lopmon protested.
"How else am I suppose to wake the Sleeping Beauty?" Shuichon questioned.
"Shake thine lady's hand," Lopmon replied, slipping back into old Japanese again. "Thou must not kiss!"
"Why do you have a problem with it? I'm not kissing you!" Shuichon countered.
Lopmon folded his arms. "'Tis the principle of the matter."
"What's going on here?" Jenrya questioned, returning home from his Tai Chi practice with Terriermon sitting on his head.
"Lopmon ruined my play!" Shuichon whined. "He won't let me wake Sleeping Beauty!"
Jenrya stared, noticing that 'Sleeping Beauty' was Makoto. "Well, you can wake 'her' up with a hand shake."
"Aw, moumantai, Jen. It's just a little kiss." Terriermon puckered his lips and faked a few kisses.
"Shuichon's too young to kiss someone," Jenrya countered.
Lopmon pointed at Jenrya and nodded. "He doth agree with me."
Ai poked Lopmon. "What language are you speaking?"
"The emperor's language, same as thou," Lopmon grumbled.
Ai blinked. "Huh?"
Jenrya shook his head. "Lopmon, why don't you go somewhere to relax for a little bit. I'll deal with--"
Terriermon interrupted by crying out, "Way to go, Shuichon!"
Lopmon turned and nearly fainted dead away seeing that Shuichon had kissed Makoto while Ai had distracted him.
Jenrya groaned, wondering how his parents would react if he told them about this.
"Hey, you're suppose to wake up, not pass out!" Shuichon said indignantly, pushing the now comatose Makoto off the couch.
"Play's over," Jenrya voiced. "We're all putting everything away before Mom and Dad get back." He decided it would be better not to let his parents know about this, if he could help it, and have a talk with Shuichon, himself.
------------------------------------------------
"Well, this is a surprise," Ryo commented, sitting across from Ruki.
"Sure is," Ruki replied. A rather bad one, in her opinion. This was a single elimination tournament and facing Ryo now would knock one of them out of contention, when they could easily claim first and second place if they didn't play against each other until the final round. In the last tournament they competed in, she had knocked him out of winning a prize, and she was intent on repeating that.
The first game, Ruki struggled as Ryo took control with his Monodramon deck. Ruki couldn't play her Beelzebumon Blast Mode cards as Ryo didn't have an Ultimate digimon to play it against. She was able to defeat his digimon a couple times, but he reduced her to zero-percent first.
The second game began as a struggle, but Ruki managed to pull out her Bo-640 Beelzebumon and proceeded to dominate over the game. Ryo managed to defeat Beelzebumon, but the damage had been done. A boosted Bogeymon took out his digimon and won her that match.
The third game began to draw an audience from those who had already finished the round. Ruki drew two Beelzebumon Blast Mode and suspected they were wasted cards against Ryo as he had not played an Ultimate digimon yet, and doubted he would. Both combatants didn't hold back as they battled to win. They concentrated on victory and nothing else. Neither one truly held the upper hand in the fight. It all came down to the final ten-percent. They played every modify card they had to sway the outcome into their favor.
Ruki sagged into the chair after counting the totals for a third time. "You win," she muttered.
"That was a great game, Princess. You almost had me," Ryo said with a smile.
"I'll get you the next time," Ruki retorted.
"I'm sure you will," Ryo agreed.
Having taken so much time with the game, the fourth round would begin soon. Ruki debated sticking around to see Ryo win the tournament or just go home. She decided to stay for a little bit longer at least and check out what the dealer room had to offer.
------------------------------------------------
M egumi plopped down into the chair next to Reika in the break room at Wild headquarters.
"Something wrong?" Reika asked.
"I can't believe Brigton still wants the inventory done by tomorrow!" Megumi complained. "With those Dramon attacks, I didn't have time to work on it. And how am I supposed to list half the shit in Shibumi's lab? Some of it didn't exist last week!"
"You shouldn't have put it off until now," Reika retorted. "You could've done it sooner."
"If I had done it last week, Shibumi's last three inventions wouldn't be on it," Megumi shot back. "It's impossible to do with these mad scientists. At least the others are mostly computer geeks and don't have more than a few thousand CDs."
"They've got more junk than that. It was my responsibility to do thier's," Reika reminded.
"Yeah, but you're married to this job. I like having a life," Megumi bemoaned.
"I'm not married to it yet, just the lover," Reika joked.
"Hah, hah," Megumi dead-panned. "At least you get to know what's going on."
"Hardly. The only times I get any classified information above me is when I clean up the apartment and see what ever files Yamaki left out. Those rarely have anything useful," Reika replied. "I don't know Wild's mission objective any more than you do. At least when this place was Hypnos, we knew what was going on."
"Come on, there must be some perks with sleeping with the boss," Megumi pressed.
Reika smirked. "He's a great lay."
Megumi huffed. "Well, if I want to finish Shibumi's lab tonight, I better get back to--"
An alarm began to blare.
Megumi screamed. "Just fucking great! A digimon attack! Now I'll never get it done!"
"Let's go," Reika ordered, running out of the room.
------------------------------------------------
Ke nta sighed as he walked home. Hirokazu was busy with his punishment and Takato was at Wild, leaving him with no one to go out and have fun with. "I want something to do," he muttered.
Just then a fog rolled in.
Kenta blinked. "Not like this though!"
"You're a friend of the blasphemers. Prepare to die," intoned a giant armored dragon. "Lightning Spear!" a torrent of electricity fired from the dragon's helmet.
Kenta jumped out of the way. He recognized the form to be Maildramon, one of his favorite cards, but the color scheme was wrong. The dragon should be silver and gold, not gun-metal and black. He guessed this was a Black Maildramon. Not a happy concept as the digimon was trying to stomp him into the floor.
"Stay still, you little Gokimon," Maildramon muttered.
Kenta didn't like being referred to as a cockroach digimon, but wasn't about to argue the point.
"Lightning Spear!" Maildramon called out, firing his attack again.
Kenta nearly soiled his pants as the lightning bolt arced toward him. He covered his head and prayed. He heard the crash of thunder around him and blinked. He patted his body. "I'm alive."
"Of course you are, pipi," Marine Angemon said with a strange seriousness despite his sweet voice.
"How did a puny digimon like you stop my attack?" Maildramon demanded.
"Simple, pipi. Great things come in small packages," Marine Angemon said with an unusual smirk. "Now you have to pay for trying to hurt my partner. Pipi!"
The ground started to rumble and waterspouts began to erupt. The water then defied gravity as it slammed into Maildramon. They could hear the sound of the dragon gargling water as he desperately tried to breathe. After a minute, Maildramon drowned to death and his body exploded into data.
Kenta stared. "That was your 'Happy Smile' attack?!"
"Yep! Pipi!" Marine Angemon chirped.
"That was just cruel," Kenta commented.
"Pipi. They have to pay if they try to hurt you," Marine Angemon replied.
------------------------------------------------
A loud crash echoed followed by a bestial scream of frustration.
"Bad day, Genji-kun?" a young boy with short scruffy black hair and brown eyes questioned.
"Touji, do you have any idea how much of a fucking fool I made of myself today?!" Genji cried out, kicking his chair across the room. He looked liked he could be Takato's older brother, being a little taller and skinner than the Tamer.
"I'm sure you'll tell me," Touji replied.
"I finally told Ruki-chan my feelings, and she turned me down!" Genji pounded his head against the wall.
"Come on, Genji-kun, there are millions of women out there. So, what if one turns you down?" Touji picked up a pink letter with lipstick on it from the floor and held it out. "Besides, you know of thousands of girls who'd drop their panties for you if you so much as look at them."
"Ruki-chan is not like other girls!" Genji returned. "She's not some traditional girl who'd fuck me, clean my house, raise my sons, and be some window dressing. She's a REAL woman. She speaks her mind and she sure as hell won't be a homemaker. No one seems to understand that, but I do!"
Touji shook his head. "And what's wrong with marrying a girl who'll fuck me every night and take care of the house while I'm at work?"
"No personality," Genji replied flatly. He then clenched his fist. "Ruki-chan will be mine!"
------------------------------------------------
" You lost," Ruki said in disbelief.
Ryo scratched the back of his head. "The kid out-maneuvered me."
"He screwed with your ability to evolve and then pounded on you with Ultimate digimon," Ruki said flatly. "I would've pasted the brat! Beelzebumon is immune to half his deck! How could you lose to that snot-nosed eight-year-old after beating me?!"
"Sorry," Ryo apologized sheepishly.
"That's just fucking perfect." Ruki stormed off.
While Ryo had seen Ruki pissed off plenty of times, there was something off with her being that upset over this. Not to mention how short-fused she had been lately. He chased after her.
Ruki didn't stop until she was a fair distance away from the convention center and plopped down in a small grove of trees.
"Princess, what's the problem?" Ryo questioned as he move to sit down across from her, only a meter away.
Ruki laughed as she curled up into a ball. "I can't begin to tell you what's wrong."
"Why not?" Ryo asked.
"I don't have all weekend to tell you," Ruki replied bitterly.
"Well, you can at least start to tell me now," Ryo coaxed.
"I don't know where to start." Ruki looked away. "It's a lot of different things."
"Well, I can guess part of it is neither of us winning the tournament," Ryo said.
"That's probably the least of it," Ruki returned. "Do you know why Genji kept screwing up his line this morning?"
Ryo shrugged. "Nope."
"Because Genji was professing love to ME. He kept saying, 'I love you, Ruki,' and meaning it," Ruki huffed.
"What do you think about him?" Ryo asked with a slight edge.
"That he's a moron," Ruki replied. "He's an all right guy, but he's got the worst aspects of Takato and Hirokazu."
"So, he's another one of your worshippers," Ryo joked.
Ruki glared. "I've got to work with the guy and I don't like him that way at all."
"What did you tell him?" Ryo asked.
"That I'm not interested," Ruki replied. "Don't know if that'll do anything. He's a bit obsessive." She then mentally cursed as her breath began to shorten and her panties began to get wet. "Not now."
"What's wrong?" Ryo questioned, noting Ruki change.
"It's nothing." Ruki shuddered slightly.
Ryo moved toward her, but Ruki backed away.
"Stay away!" Ruki ordered desperately.
Ryo looked at Ruki in confusion. "You need help."
"No! I need you to stay the fuck away from me right now," Ruki growled.
"Why?" Ryo pressed.
Ruki glared. "Because Renamon is fucking Impmon and I'm getting feedback from her."
Ryo blinked. "So that's why you almost had sex with Terriermon."
Ruki nodded curtly. "Renamon's been making me rather sexually frustrated. And you're not helping."
"How can I help?" Ryo asked.
"By not being someone I want to fuck," Ruki snapped.
Ryo's mouth hung open for a moment. "I don't know if I want to do that."
Ruki glared. "Do me a favor and leave me. Make sure no one enters the grove."
"You're going to... 'relieve yourself?'" Ryo questioned. The look in Ruki's face was all the answer he needed. "Right. I'll just be the guard."
"No peeking," Ruki ordered. She waited a minute trying to reign in her emotions, but with Renamon approaching climax it was proving impossible for Makino to control. Her hands desperately went to her belt as she proceeded to free herself of the constraints that prevented her from pleasuring herself. With her pants and panties around her ankles, Ruki began to explore her own womanhood.
The addictive pleasure her touch generated seemed to be missing. While it felt good to rub her fingers over her pussy, to trace around her opening with her pointer finger, it didn't feel nearly as good as it usually did.
Ruki's feelings of frustration only grew. She knew the reason why this wasn't working. It was because of Ryo. While Ruki had fanaticized about making love to a number of different guys while she pleasured herself, Ryo had dominated those desires. Now he was only a few meters away and could relieve her of the suffering she had been in. She could feel that Renamon had climaxed, that her own horniness was starting to wane, but her desire for Ryo remained.
While Ruki didn't know if she loved Ryo, she did know that she liked him. Also, she wanted to wait until marriage before sex, but Renamon was making that a very difficult prospect. If her frustrations continued to get worse, Makino was certain she would end up having sex with someone-- and not necessarily of her choice as to who that would be.
"Better to lose this to Ryo than Terriermon," she muttered her decision. She pulled off her shoes, socks, pants and panties before moving towards one of the trees. "Ryo... you can come back now," she called out.
"Done already?" Ryo questioned as he entered the grove, but his mouth then crashed to the ground. "Ah, Ruki?!"
"Quick question. Do you love me?" Ruki questioned seductively as she walked toward him.
"Ah. Well, I, ah, I LIKE you... I guess," Ryo stammered while blushing badly and backing away from her.
"Good enough." Ruki pounced, grabbing him by the shirt and kissing him.
Ryo broke free after a second. "Are you sure about this?"
"Well, I 'LIKE' you, too," Ruki replied while hugging him. "And I'd rather have you be my first than Terriermon or Genji."
"Maybe we should wait longer? You know, make sure this is not because of Renamon having just been with Impmon," Ryo offered.
Ruki pushed him to the ground. "Renamon is always with Impmon. You have no idea how frustrated she has made me. I need this. I need you."
"You're sure about this, Princess?" Ryo questioned.
"Would I be doing this if I wasn't?" Ruki returned. "You don't have to be with me if you don't want to be."
Ryo laughed. "Believe me. I want to be with you. I'm just not sure if we should do it." He reached out and touched her red pubic hair. "Is it true that red heads are sex fiends?" he joked nervously, covering his uncertainty about this.
Ruki shuddered in delight. "Well, we're about to find out, aren't we?"
Ryo nodded, he hesitated a brief moment before kicking off his shoes and then removing his pants and boxers, freeing his manhood.
Ruki smirked as she eyed his engorged length. "Someone's already aroused."
"Why wouldn't I be knowing you were touching yourself?" Ryo returned. "Besides, I'm not the only one who's aroused." His finger traced her damp slit for emphasis.
"I've got an excuse," Ruki retorted forcing Ryo to lay flat on the ground. She then carefully began lower herself as he helped guide his mighty rod into her. She bit her lip as the tip of his penis entered her and met her hymen. She let herself drop onto his lap forcing his manhood to break her virgin barrier. While it hurt, the only pain she displayed was closing her eyes tightly for a second. She then sat there for a long moment getting used to his hot member inside her. It felt wonderful and scary at the same time. Here was a boy touching her most intimate place with his, giving and sharing a pleasure she had never quite felt before, and doing something that could very well change their lives forever.
As enjoyable as being in Ruki's pussy was, Ryo wanted more. He grounded his hips to hers, and called out, "Princess...."
Ruki leaned forward. "I think this elevated me to 'Queen,' does it not, my 'King?'" she mocked seductively as she began to raise and lower herself, bouncing lightly on his lap.
"Oh, yes, my Queen!" Ryo cried out as if in worship.
Ruki tried to think of some kind of retort, but pleasure began to build up in her in a way that idled her thoughts. The most coherent words to come out of her mouth while riding Ryo's balloony pony was, "Oh, yes!"
Ryo's mind wasn't on continuing their jibes either. He couldn't take his eyes off her sopping wet pussy as it devoured and sucked on him. He watched as his cock slid out of her and then disappeared with a wet smack as their hips collided. He had never felt something so intoxicatingly pleasurable in all the dimensions he had traveled over the years.
Ruki moaned as she drove his dick into herself over and over again. Her insides twisted with the ache of desire for release. Her body protested, but her cunt pleaded for more. Finally all her frustrations left her in one moment of pure euphoria inside of an orgasm with an intensity beyond anything she had ever felt before. It felt like she was drowning in pleasure as she milked his now-erupting penis.
It was not the shock of Ruki orgasming that caused Ryo to lose control and cum into her, but that Ruki emitted the cutest squeal he had ever heard. It sounded so unlike her.
Ruki panted as she regained control of her body. She smiled tiredly. "Thanks... I needed that."
"Anytime," Ryo replied.
------------------------------------------------
Renamon sat curled up in a ball, feeling very horny at the moment. At first she thought she just wanted seconds from Impmon and was about to wake him up, but the intensity kept getting worse. When she realized where the sensation was coming from, she wanted to kill herself. If this was how Ruki felt after one of her sexual encounters with Impmon, the level of sexual frustration her partner had been feeling must be insane. It was a wonder that Ruki had held off this long.
Renamon mentally probed her connection to Ruki to see if she could get some idea who her partner was with. There was a playful edge to the desire, so she guessed Ruki was with Ryo. Not exactly who Renamon hoped her partner would end up with, but he was the one Ruki had desired the most.
Renamon frowned deeply feeling Ruki's orgasm over their bond. It was her fault her partner had been with Ryo. If she had kept things platonic with Impmon, this would've never happened. While the intense horniness had passed, she could feel that some of it remained even after several minutes.
A sudden chill shot through Renamon as Ruki became very afraid of something. She immediately kicked Impmon.
"Wha? I don't think I can do it again," Impmon groused.
"Ruki is in danger. We need to get to her NOW!" Renamon ordered.
"You don't mean...?" Impmon frowned. "If this isn't anything major, Yamaki will have our hides."
"I pray it isn't," Renamon retorted flatly.
"Right," Impmon replied before he evolved into Beelzebumon. He then picked up Renamon. "Where?"
"That way!" Renamon pointed.
------------------------------------------------
"You know I could've left this dimension a long time ago," Ryo commented as he laid next to Ruki, both still naked from the waist down.
"Oh? Why haven't you?" Ruki questioned, looking into his eyes.
"Well, I don't think I knew until now. I wasn't even born in this dimension, but I didn't have the best of homes where I came from. Getting Cyber Dramon as my partner didn't help since he has a hard enough time controlling himself. I think the D-Reaper actually helped make him more sane," Ryo laughed.
Ruki smirked. "At the cost of Juri's sanity for a while. How did you get Cyber Dramon for a partner, anyway?"
Ryo laughed. "It's a long story, but the short of it is that my first series of adventures was against Millenniumon. No matter how many times I defeated him, he came back. Then when I was flung back to the beginning of ALL Digital Worlds, Millenniumon revealed why he can't die. Because I'm his true partner and that he'll just get reborn every time as long as I live. The temporary partner I had at the time, Monodramon, wasn't about to let Millenniumon replace him. Their similar desires to be my partner and their connection to me caused them to fuse. The resulting egg became Cyber Dramon. And because he's half-Millenniumon, there are times he's impossible to control."
Ruki stared at him in absolute disbelief. "I've played 'Brave Tamer.' You don't have to give me that line of bull."
Ryo shook his head. "Ruki, what happened in 'Brave Tamers' DID happen. Just a few years later and I don't have amnesia. Where do you think they got the idea for those games from?"
"I suppose you know where to find the Adventures dimension," Ruki intoned harshly.
"A few different 'Adventures' dimensions, actually. I was born in one of them. I could even take you to meet a REAL Orimoto Izumi if you'd like. I can access ENIAC and have him send us to any dimension at any time after its creation," Ryo told her seriously.
"So, why haven't you popped 'home' and come back at the same time you left?" Ruki questioned seriously.
Ryo blinked. "Well, I guess I could've tried that, but I don't want to abuse ENIAC's power. I seriously doubt it's limitless."
Ruki sighed. "Why haven't you gone home?"
"I could've gone to see my real parents. But, I guess, I wanted to stay because of you," Ryo said fondly.
Ruki tapped his face with the back of her hand. "Don't you dare get mushy on me."
Ryo grinned sheepishly. "Sorry."
Ruki then began to kiss him, but was interrupted as a shock wave hurled the young lovers against some tree trunks. She looked up in a daze to see that half of the grove no longer existed and in place of those trees was a large crater with an enormous digimon standing over it who vaguely looked like Mugen Dramon but with energy crackling all over it's body. It was the second energy head hovering over the physical one that identified it for the Tamer.
"Millenniumon," Ryo groaned as he got to his feet.
"Ryo," the digimon returned.
"What do you think you're doing?" Ryo demanded.
"I should be asking you that," Millenniumon retorted.
"What do you mean?" Ryo asked.
"You are MINE, Akiyama Ryo," Millenniumon sneered. "Body and soul. How dare you have an affair with that bitch?"
Ryo looked at the enormous digimon like the mad god had said the stupidest thing he had ever heard. "How do you figure that?"
"Because, you are truly a Chosen Child, not a Tamer. Our bond as partners is not the same as theirs. Since I love you, you must also love me, for we are one in the same," Millenniumon explained. "I know you don't love her, for I care nothing for Renamon."
"H-he's lying," the energy head squeaked in Monodramon's voice. "He admires her and is jealous of Impmon."
"Don't confuse your feelings for mine," Millenniumon barked.
"I-I'm not," the energy head retorted.
Ryo rubbed his forehead. "You're forgetting I'm the Yin and you're the Yang. Your feelings for me are the darker aspects of love and lust. My love for you is the platonic, friendship type. I don't and can't love you like that."
Millenniumon growled. "That girl has corrupted you. I shall purify you so that you may love me the way you were meant to."
"Ryo, RUN!" the energy head screamed. "I c-can't s-stop him!"
The giant digimon reared back a claw and smashed Ryo into the ground.
Ruki screamed in horror as thick stands of blood and meat dripped to the ground from Millenniumon's claw.
"Now, girl, it's time for you to die," Millenniumon said calmly.
"No."
"What?" Millenniumon questioned as he turned towards what was left of Akiyama.
Ryo's remains turned into digital information that was first black and turned into a blinding white. Millenniumon backed away as the digital information forced its way into the digimon.
"No!" Millenniumon grabbed his physical head in pain. "I'm doing this for us! Ryo, NO!"
Ruki watched as the energy head lowered into the physical one, then the whole body began to glow and shrink until the digimon achieved a human-like appearance not that much taller than Ruki. Justimon fell to his knees as his human arm tried to keep the weapon arm from moving.
"Ryo?" Ruki called out.
Justimon looked up. "Sorry, but I have to leave."
"We'll leave after we killed her," Cyber Dramon's voice growled from Justimon.
"Are you alive?" Ruki asked.
"I can't die if Millenniumon is alive, and he can't die unless I'm dead," Ryo explained in a strained voice.
"She must die," Cyber Dramon snarled.
Justimon grunted. "Goodbye, my Queen. ENIAC!" Ryo cried out.
A pillar of light erupted around the digimon. When the light vanished, Justimon was gone.
Ruki stared at the spot. "Goodbye... my King."
"Ruki?! Are you all right?" Renamon called out.
Ruki looked up to see Beelzebumon carrying Renamon as they flew straight toward her. She weakly waved at them. "I'm fine."
Beelzebumon landed and set Renamon on the ground. "What the fuck happened here?" he questioned seeing parts of trees strewn about and the large crater. He then blinked his three eyes seeing how Ruki was dressed. "Damn, natural hair coloring."
"Renamon," Ruki said curtly while moving to sit down to obscure her nakedness.
The fox digimon leapt into the air and axe-kicked Beelzebumon's face.
"Ouch." Beelzebumon rubbed his cheek.
Ruki looked around. "Do you see my pants anywhere?"
Beelzebumon picked up something black. "You mean these?"
Ruki groaned seeing her damaged blue jeans.
"You can use Ryo's," Renamon said, tossing those jeans toward her partner.
"Ryo's?" Beelzebumon questioned. "He was here?"
"He's gone now," Ruki replied angrily, muttering a few curses as she slipped Ryo's pants on.
"Just in time," Renamon commented as three black vans arrived.
"I don't think I can deal with this now," Ruki bemoaned seeing Yamaki and Brigton walking toward her.
------------------------------------------------
"I' ve had bad days before, but never THIS bad," Kai commented. "I can't believe Ryo is gone! Will he ever come back? Can things possibly get worse? With this being chapter three, that may be a yes.
"The Tamers join in friendship to deal with matters of love and loss. But can they sort out all of their problems? Coming soon, The Love of Friendship. Until then, grab hold and tame the future."

Author's notes:
There's a lot going on that I haven't been able to show yet, but they will become clearer in time, particularly in regards to Takato and Ruki. There is a reason they're the stars. I will only say that 'Rukato' will not happen in this series.
If I incorrectly portrayed how Ryo activates Eniac's teleportation or any other aspect of 'Brave Tamer,' I declare Alternate Universe as the source of that discrepancy, much like Ryo not having amnesia. The part about Ryo not being able to die unless Millenniumon dies at the same time is actually part of the game. As long as one of them lives, the other is functionally immortal. This is NOT true of most other Chosen Children.
Q&A Time,
I'll start with questions some of you might be wondering right now.
> Is Ryo really gone for good?
This Ryo will appear in one of my ficts, but I won't say as to where or when that'll be.
> Is the Ryo from the Wonderswan games, seen in cameos on Digimon Adventures, and one of the main characters of Digimon Tamers really the same person?
According to the director for Digimon Tamers: yes, they are all the same exact Ryo.
> Then who was the guy who picked up Ryo and Monodramon after they returned from the Digital World?
Considering that Ryo did call him father, he would be an adoptive father at least figuratively, if not legally.
> Isn't that a reference from another anime series?
Probably, there are a few 'Easter Eggs' placed in this chapter. Can you find all the references to other series?
Evangelion - at least 5 different references
Card Captors Sakura - 1
Golden Boy - 1
Golden Boy and a few of the Evangelion ones should be rather easy to spot if you seen/heard anything about them.
There's also a rather blatant reference to Dr. Demento as well, but those of you who know about Dr. Demento's collection of odd songs and comic skits already knew that.
> What about all the references to Digimon Frontiers?
I lost count.
For those that don't know about Digimon Frontiers, the forth digimon series. Izumi, Takuya, Junpei, Kouji and Tomoki are five children who enter the Digital World and evolve into digimon, themselves. Ruki is sort of playing Izumi of Digimon Frontiers. Ruki's show is an odd mix of series. Take the main characters of Digimon Frontiers who evolve into the Tamers Digimon and then start with trying to explain what happened with the D-Reaper (which was not very accurate) and continue on beyond that point into something completely different, including some of the points from Digimon Frontiers.
> Why did Shuichon insist on doing that play?
Simple, she liked that play and wanted to perform it. Plus, she wanted to see if she could get Makoto to wear a dress.
> Why did Shuichon insist on kissing Makoto?
Because it was part of the play. She didn't have any other reason.
> Why did Makoto agree to all of this?
Well, because Impmon's relationship with Renamon IS having an effect on Makoto. He likes Shuichon in ways he has no clue how to express. The result is either Makoto trying to impress her with what he's good at, video games, or by being unable to deny her anything she asks of him.
Really, to put on a dress was a small price that Makoto was willing to pay in order to get a kiss from Shuichon.
Now onto actual questions from reviews:
Beginning with parts from Gray's reviews.
> I really don't agree with the Megidramon evolution equals Takato showing a dark side thing. Taichi did much the same thing only less dramatically and at a lower level. Both were angry at losing a fight, both were horrified when they saw what they had done.
I never said Taichi didn't have a dark side. He does. It's one of the seven deadly sins, pride. It was Taichi's arrogance and pride that caused Skull Greymon to evolve, just as the Kaiser's pride and arrogance led to his return. Takato's dark side is more pronounced because of the scale it had come out. He falls under a different deadly sin, anger.
Everyone has a dark side, some are just darker than others. And as a digimon's evolutions are a reflection of the partner, a dark evolution is literally a physical manifestation of their partner's dark side. Takato will be painted darker than Taichi because the physical result from Matsuda's anger was far greater than what Yagami's pride had produced. Not to mention Taichi learned to not be as prideful after Skull Greymon, but Takato's behavior against D-Reaper showed he had not learned from his mistake.
Oh, and Takato's having the '1000 yard stare' is mostly from episode 48 where he's glaring for the first three minutes straight and not always at anything in particular.
> So basically you have Takato suffering from PTSD in this fic?
Yes, he is suffering from a form of post-traumatic stress disorder. And he's not the only one, but some are better at hiding it than others.
> I still say that the portrayals of Takato took a large change in tone, but if you say that there's a reason for the lack of foreshadowing, I'll just take your word for it and wait and see.
I probably should've done something to show Takato being a disgruntled employee at the end of part one, but there's a reason for his professional nature there. His only other scenes in the first part are of him telling what has happened and a short talk with Ruki, where his 'anger at life' is harder to express. Really, Takato hasn't many scenes to get a full picture of what he's like now. Hopefully, most of your remaining questions about Takato will be answered in the next part.
I don't see where you got Takato being 'happy with life' in part one. True, there's nothing wrong with his life, but can you point out anything he was actually happy about?
The simple fact there was nothing wrong in Takato's life was the problem. Part of him enjoyed the battles and misses it now that it's gone. In battle Takato has no restrictions, he can fly and blow up anything that gets in his way-- outside of it he's a 'normal' teenaged boy with a roommate that's not human.
Then there is what's going on in chapter 2 to account for.
When we first see Takato, he's about to leave for a party when a black van pulls up at his house. Those black vans appearing usually meant there's work to do, and most times that doesn't mean going into battle either. It was logical for Takato to believe that Wild had come to get him and that they were functionally preventing him from going to the party. Which would make anyone upset. When he finds out it's just a bagel run, his mother does a bit of motherly nagging-- which, frankly, still annoys me when my mother does that and I'm twenty-eight. Then when Reika tries talking to him, he was annoyed with her for basically upsetting him with the idea that he might miss the party and was not pleased with his mother telling him the 'obvious.' Reika's overall impression stems from the fact she normally sees him working at the bakery, working at Wild, or just after Brigton beat the shit out of him during a sparring match. She rarely sees him doing normal kid stuff.
As for the party, itself, I spelled it out before. Alcohol plus Takato equals angry drunk. Different people have different reactions to alcohol. Some people, like Juri, can have five times the alcohol count for what is considered drunk and people would think she's sober. Hirokazu will have sex with just about anyone. And in Takato's case, it makes him angry for no apparent reason. Takato's actions were mostly because he was drunk. That doesn't excuse what he did as no one forced him to drink in the first place and he knows how it affects him.
> Maturing against the Devas or the D-Reaper.
I was lumping all of Tamers under 'D-Reaper.' I guess you could say that the Deva arc did most of the maturing. However, the D-Reaper arc added to it, and perhaps over did it. The situation with the Deva made the children grow up, while the D-Reaper did more to drive them insane.
One thing to note about Konaka, the head-writer of Tamers, is that he's a fan of Lovecraft's works. And one of the facets of Lovecraft's stories is the fragile nature of sanity. I will be building on the foundation Konaka already placed in Tamers.
> Is there any point where Takato really learned mercy? I can't recall offhand him letting a defeated foe survive.
No, he doesn't. It's part of his problem managing his anger. The only time he stayed his hand was when Juri yelled at him to not kill Beelzebumon.
> One, roughly how much time did the Tamers spend in the Digital World and battling D-Reaper?
You mean how long did the Tamers series last? The full series lasted somewhere around six to nine months as they started sometime in April and defeated the D-Reaper towards late fall. The epilogue appears to be in early March, just before the end of the school year, as it's shown to be warm weather but Takato and crew are still in fifth grade.
The original trip to the Digital World for the Tamers took about two months, give or take a few weeks. The actual battle against the D-Reaper in the real world only lasted about a week.
> Two, when will we get to see your interpretation of the scene between Jenrya and his father at the end of Tamers?
The plot has no need of that at this time. However, what happened in series is mostly what happened in this dimension as well.
I'm trying to avoid as many changes as possible. So far I've only changed the spelling of 'D-Ark' to 'D-Arc,' de-aged Shuichon to four during Tamers, mangled the initial battle against Makuramon, and removed Ryo's amnesia. That's about it.
Peter Kim's Reviews:
> What ever happened to Culumon in this fic?
He'll appear in the next part, but he's not a main, or even secondary, character. Same goes for Katou Masahiko, Juri's brother.
> Lets see more of Ai, Makoto and Shuichon in this fic since you aren't going to write a non lemon version of the Tamers's lives.
They will become very important during the second story-arc, and the source of more innocent comedy until then.
In case anyone is wondering whether any of them will be in a lemon scene, the disclaimer at the top of this chapter will answer that.
> How does Red D-Arc Diaries tie into Red Digivice and other Diaries series?
So far the link is depicted during the Takaishi Wedding Reception chapters. The native Ryo who appeared in that chapter is the same Ryo that was in this chapter. Just as the visiting Takato during the reception is the same Takato that is in this chapter.
Basically, if a character from Red D-Arc were to go over to a non-specific Adventures world, they'd most likely end up in the Red Digivice/War Diaries world.
> I think Takato should get help.
Help is available for Takato, accepting it is an issue, though.
> Please update or write your fics one a week or so not one or more months or years since that's why you are losing your readers of your fic. KEEP ON WRITING VERY QUICKLY! from Williamkim07 now Peter Kim
Unless you can pay me to write fan-fiction, I need to go to work. And working six days a week kills the amount of free time I get to write. And soon it'll be my family's business, so quitting it for a 'better job' is not an option.
And if you think a few months between chapters is bad, there are fan-fiction authors for other anime series out there who are working on a story that hasn't seen updates in the past five years, and that's the ONLY fanfict they're working on.
Dracotk,
> If Renamon and Impmon are a couple, wouldn't that effect Ruki's feelings for one of Impmon's tamers?
As Millenniumon noted in this chapter, the bonds between a Tamer and his digimon are different than a Chosen and his digimon. There would be a minor influence for Ruki to like Ai and Makoto, but it's not to the degree Mimi and Jyou were drawn together. With the exception of Takato, a Tamer and/or digimon chose their partner. With the Chosen, the digimon, for the most part, were made for the human partner.
Juri = Jeri
Hirokazu = Kazu
Mako is the nickname for Makoto.
Growmon = Growlmon, Megalo Growmon = War Growlmon, Dukemon = Gallantmon
Galgomon = Gargomon, Saint Galgomon = Mega Gargomon
ADR-01 a.k.a. Juri clone a.k.a. J-Reaper
Reika = Riley
