Prologue
A new beggining! A new student! The Gift of Stars opens up a portal!
Sixteen year-old Yagami Merodi looked out her window as she put her hair in her traditional two ponytails. April 1st, the first day of school. Merodi was finnaly in high school, being one of the highest scorers of the High School entrance exams. She and all her friends were able to get into Odaiba High. The uniforms were different, more "colorful" as Meroi put it. It was like Juuban High's, except the shoulder flap and skirt was a light blue and the bow was dark blue.
"First day of high school!" Merodi exclaimed excitedly after she finished her hair. She brushed her bangs back. "Finnaly I can do some part-time work! Including club activities, evan have the chance to audition to become a star!" She walked out. She saw Hikari wearing Odaiba Junior high uniform.
"Hikari-chan, are you excited?" asked Merodi.
"Un! I can't beleive I'm in Middle School already!" replied Hikari.
"And I can't beleive we're in high school already!" replied another voice. Merodi turned her head slightly an saw Taichi, all dressed and ready for school.
"Oh my gosh! Yagami Taichi up early and ready for school!?" gasped Merodi teasinling.
"Shut up" Merodi cooked the breakfast and they all ate.
"Saa, let's good!" Hikari and Taichi nodded.
"Itekimasu!" They all walked out an headed towards school. They got to a fork in the road and hikari had to leave there for Odaiba Middle School.
"This is where I have to leave, ja ne!" Hikari turned and left. Merodi and Taichi walked alone towards the High School.
"You were lucky you were able to get in this high school Taichi" said Merodi.
"You're just saying that because you were one of the top-scorers!"
"Mou, Taichi, it's not my fault I'm smarter then you!" replied Merodi. A vein popped up on Taichi's head.
"What was that?!"
"Nothing, nothing!" Taichi glared at her. The high-school soon came into veiw. Cherry trees were placed evreywhere and a carpet of cherry-blossem petals lined the front part and stairs leading to the front doors.
"Merodi-chan!" Merodi looked and saw Ishida Yamato near one of the cherry blossem trees.
"Yama-chan!" exclaimed Merodi happily. (Think of the expression that Sakura used in freeze card episode in CCS when she finds out that Yukito is there and says "YUKITO-SAN!") She ran over and grabbed his arm, making him almost lose balance. Yamato sweatdropped.
"Hai Hai, Merodi, you see Yamato evrey day and you still act like a fangirl!" replied Taichi.
"Ah! You're so mean Taichi!" replied Merodi. Yamato sighed.
"Merodi-chan, can you PLEASE let go?! MY arm's falling asleep!" Merodi quickly let go.
"Go-Gomensai Yama-chan" The bell rang and they went in for the "start of term" assembly.
"Hikari-chan! We have all of out classes together!" exclaimed Daisuke happily. Hikari sighed.
"Yeah yeah Daisuke" replied Ken. Ken moved to Odiaba, therfore allowing him to go to Odiaba Middle School.
"One more year and then High school!" exclaimed a very-energetic Miyako. Ken sighed. Things were gonna get very, interesting.
"We have PE now, so we better get going. I hear the gym teacher doesn't like late comers!" said Takeru. The others nodded and they went towards gym. They went into their locker rooms and changed.
Hikari took her shirt off when she heard another voice. "Yo" she turned around and saw a tall girl with black hair going to her waist. She had brown eyes and was already in the PE uniform.
"Who are you?" asked Hikari.
"Rei, Hoshino Rei" Hikari though for a moment.
"Gift of Stars.... Well, you must be new, I'm Yagami Hikari!" She replied happily. She put out her and and Rei shook it.
"Nice to meet you Yagami-san. Call me Rei, Rei-san, ar Rei-chan"
"Call me Hikari, Hikari-san, or Hikari-chan"
They heard the gym teacher shout that they had to be out in one minute. Hikari was about to walk out before Rei said "Arn't you forgetting something?" Hikari looked down and realised she only had her bra on. She blushed and quickly put her shirt on.
"Thanks" thanked Hikari as they walked out. Gym was pretty easy, except for Ken and Daisuke competing on who was the best. Ken won him out easily.
"No fair!" complained Daisuke.
"I probably won because I'm a better soccor player than you" replied Ken.
"What'd you say?!" Rei chuckled.
'The CouragexFriendship child never changed.... evan after being reborn' Thought Rei.
A girl sat in a throne typing away at the computer. She was surrounded with machines and other computer stuff (think of Yamaki's lab).
"The Hoshi no Hairiguchi is ready, stand by" the girl said. She turned towards a cat-like creature. "Galaxiamon, you ready?" The cat like creature nodded and sprang up in the air, going through a stargate.
'We need you Tamers, before it's too late....' She turned towards a computer screen. "Evreything is ready, Gennai-sama"
Merodi: Next time! We noticed some strange happenings....
Koushirou: A portal opened!
Merodi: That's not all, they have digimon and call themselves Tamers!
Koushirou: What does Gennai-sama want? The D-Reaper? What's that?! and Pasari mon and Devilmon...
Merodi: Mou, what next?! Next time on Shattered Dreams! The portal is opened! The Tamers arrive! There are more surpises on the road.... Until next time!
