The Plan

Tai and the gang were at his house preparing a plan to get the six digidestined.

"I have to get close to her!" Tai shouted at Izzy.

"Yes, but only until we found out if she is a digidestined or not," Izzy told Tai, "Now, here is more information I found on her. Saoko loves soccer, soft ball, basketball, horses, computers, music, swimming, and skateboarding."

"First of all why can't the rest of you do this?" Tai asked everyone in the room.

"Well Tai. It is very obvious. You're the only one who has her in every single class besides that new boy Eamon," Izzy explained to him.

"Great! I have to get close to a girl for the sake of the digital world," Tai said.

The next day…

Saoko woke up to the sun shining in her room. She put on her school uniform and ran down the stairs to make breakfast. Her father smiled at her as she gave him some bacon and eggs as he rushed out the door.

"Gizaburo! Wake Up Now!" she yelled up the long stairway.

"Alright I am ready to go sis," Gizaburo told her as he came down the stairs.

She threw him a lunch and they started walking to school. They walked to the train station and waited for the next train. As they waited for the train their friends Brian, Mikey, Eamon, and Bridget. They waved for them to come on over. They ran over a right as the train came. The jumped on the train.

"Alright everyone we meet behind the school so we can go to the digital world," Mikey whispered to them as they schemed.

"Yup!" Bridget shouted while every other person on the train stared at us.

Soon the train came to a halt and they all jumped off. They soon were at school but they had to say goodbye as they left for separate classes.

"Well I guess it's just us for now," Saoko said gloomily.

"Yes, I guess so. Well let's look forward to another day of school," Eamon told them all.

"At least I can look forward to soccer!" Saoko said excitedly.

Later at Lunch…

Saoko sat alone at table her brother and friends were at the library studying for their first tests while she wasn't worried because she already knew all three thousand Japanese characters. Tai looked up at her as he gulped.

"Go on Tai. Talk to her and remember you must get her to tell you," Sora told Tai.

Gee. Look what I got stuck with to do. I have to get close to a girl I already like. Tai thought as walked up to Saoko as she ate lunch.

"Do you mind if I join you?" Tai asked Saoko as he sat down.

"No, I don't really mind," she told him.

"I heard you going on the boy's soccer team. Is it true?" he asked her.

"Yes, that is very true. I will be on the boy's soccer team. I might even play basketball and softball," she replied to him.

"Wow that is pretty amazing! So you'll be playing on my team!" Tai said happily.

"Yup. I'll be on your team," she said sarcastically.

Then suddenly a bell rang. She sighed as she picked up her books and left. Then Tai suddenly out of nowhere grabbed Saoko's hand. She blushed as he let go.

"Can I walk to class since we are in the same class?" Tai asked her.

She looked at the clock and said, "I guess it is okay."

He looked at her as she walked down the hallway. They walked to their next class, which happened to be science, they stood outside the classroom as Saoko waited for Eamon and Gizaburo. When the two arrived she walked into the classroom. Tai sat in his assigned seat which was right behind Saoko.

"Good morning class!" her teacher, Ms. Myzaki, said happily, "Now girls and boys your desk and get out a sheet of paper and prepare for a pop quiz!"

Eamon moaned and said, "Ah man! A pop quiz today!"

"Well you should have reread the entire section that we read yesterday, Eamon," Saoko told him.

Ms. Myzaki put a piece of paper on Saoko's desk and said, "No talking, Ms. Daishi."
