Chapter One

Many children have come to this world. This was all by fate, not by choice. The Digital World is just made up of a data mirror of the human world. For a while both worlds lived in peace and harmony. However, when trouble started there was always someone to answer the call. First there was the Digidestined, who had defeated the darkness of Myotismon and Apocalymon. Then there was Tamers who took out the D-Reaper. There were plenty of other Humans and Digimon that have defeated evil but how can heroes stop an evil that has always been their friend? In a distant area in the Digital World, there was a small temple filled with warriors in white robes awaiting the orders from a very familiar old man in a similar robe only in black...

"Good day students." The old man said with a smile on his face. "We have a new Disciple who wants to learn the way of the Hunter. I am proud to introduce, Tora Shintaro.” The boy was no bigger than 5' 5” but he had a look in his dark blues that screamed discomfort. His build was average yet a little on the chubby side. His clothes were flashy, almost as if he came from Japan. His hair was long, straight and black like the night sky.

“I am honored to join your ranks.” Tora said bowing his head to his senpai's of the temple. “I hope we can all be friends and work for the same goal.” The other warriors clapped in unison and in returned bowed to Tora. It was good start for the beginner. “Very good, I will have one of the students show you to your room.” The old man said with the same smile on his face.” Tora bowed and picked up his belongings. “Thank you Genai-sama.” With that, a robed student led Tora down the halls of temple to his room.

“So, you're the new blade everyone is talking about?” The robed student asked walking calmly through the halls.

Tora looked at his senpai. “Umm, I am not sure I know what you're talking about.” Needless to say Tora was confused and started to feel uneasy.

“Oh, that is what we call new students.” The student took of his robe to reveal another boy with ruby spiked up hair, his eyes were green as fresh cut emeralds and he was about 6'. Tora honestly couldn't tell what gender his senpai was but he blushed at seeing the other boy appearance. “My name is Blaze Xero.”

“It is a pleasure to meet you Blaze-senpai.” Tora bowed and instantly made the other boy blush.

“Are all Japanese people this polite?” Blaze asked rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.

“Oh, I am sorry.” Tora looked away. “It is just that my mom has always taught me to be polite to my elders and to my senpai's.”

“Senpai means older student, right?” Blaze asked still rubbing his head.

“Yes, I see you know a little Japanese.” Tora smiled and came closer the taller boy.

“Well, so does your mom know you're in the Digital World or did you just skip town and rang away?” Blaze gave a smile but Tora stopped walking beside him. “I'm sorry is that to personal?”

“No, it is just that…” Tora hesitated for a second. “My mom died when I was twelve and I have been on moved from orphanage to orphanage.”

Blaze looked at the younger student and patted him on the shoulder. “I am so sorry little guy, I should have done some serious thinking before getting personal like that.”

“It's ok; if it wasn't for Genai-sama I would still be lost and forgotten.” Tora smiled at Blaze and continued walking down the halls. “I am just happy I have a new home and a new friend.” That said Blaze turned full shade of red almost identical to his hair.

“Heh thanks Tora.” They finally got to a room and Blaze smirked. “Well, seeing as there isn't much room in the temple; you'll get to share a room with me.”

Tora found that he would have to make blushing permanent if people made him feel dirty or embarrassed. “Umm, I see well… No big.” He put his stuff down on the floor of the room and began to unpack. “I'll just sleep on the floor.

“That is utter nonsense!” Blaze yelled with a huge grin. “You and I can sleep in the bed together. There's plenty of room.”

The two boys stared at each other. Tora looked at the taller boy and looked down at his feet. “I sleep naked… I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable.” He said in a shy voice.

Blaze smiled showing the white of his teeth. “I do too. That is the only way I can sleep with ease.” Blaze looked at Tora who was beat red. Blaze moved closer to the shorter boy. “I sleep even better when there is someone else with me.”

Tora was in shock and had trouble speaking. He thought of the words to say to make things less tense and sexual. “I am only sixteen. I am not very good at yaoi relationships.” He looked up at Blaze who was still giving his devilish smile. “I like guys, don't get me wrong but I think I am too young for you.”

Blaze looked liked he had just been stabbed with knife to his heart. “My, you are quick to judge on looks.” The pain of Tora's words slowly dissipated and he smiled again. “I'm seventeen, so that makes you fair game.” Blaze's smile went to a devilish smirk as he pulled Tora closer to him.

Tora put his head close to Blaze's chest. “If I be so bold, maybe you and I should take it slow. We just met Blaze.”

The taller boy was impressed with Tora's intelligent and responsible words. “Tora, I like the way you think. Alright then,” Blaze pulled out a sleeping bag from under the bed. “I'll sleep on the floor until we get to know each other better.”

“Arigatou.” Tora took a sigh of relief. He took off his clothes and went to bed. “Well, good night Blaze.”

“Good night Tora. Tomorrow, your training as a Hunter begins.”

Tora didn't know what a Hunter really was although he was sure it was something adventurous and amazing. He couldn't wait to start his training but most of all; he couldn't wait to get closer to Blaze.
