Chapter 11: Legendary 4

 

Lucy took in a deep breath before she started the story.

 

“It started not to long ago, when everything was still peaceful…”

 

Lucy closed her eyes and remembered the events clearly as she told the DigiDestined the story.

 

Flash back

 

“Nice to see you this morning, Prince Henry!”

“WhiteGatomon, would you like some fish?”

 

A boy wearing cloths that looked identical to Dark's except he had the symbol of hope. WhiteGatomon, who was walking by his side, jumped onto his head messing up his chocolate brown hair. WhiteGatomon leans over his head so she can look at his brown eyes.

 

“Hey, Henry, when are Lucy, Patamon and Tk coming?”

“They're already here! Look!”

 

WhiteGatomon looked to the sky and sees Tk looking for a place to land and Leomon close behind with Lucy on his back.

 

End Flash back

 

“I have a question, Lucy”

“Yes, Tai”

“Why were you there anyway?”

Matt looks at Rose strangely.

 

“How did you know they were meeting?”

“Because each Kingdom had to keep a strong bond with its counterpart. In case the prophecy ever came to pass”

“Counterpart Kingdom?”

 

Dark replied next.

 

“Yeah each Kingdom has a counterpart Kingdom. Hope is to Light”

“Friendship is to Love”

“Courage is to Sincerity”

“And Knowledge is to Reliability”

“Each of these Kingdoms had to keep in touch.”

“So, Lucy and Henry had to keep seeing each other?”

“Yup!” Rose said, happy at the fact that Matt was able to keep up.

“You two as well?”

 

Dark nodded his head.

 

“What about the other Kingdoms?”

“Not sure, but they had to since it was a direct order from the Legendary 4”

“Legendary 4? Who're they”

“The Legendary 4 is made up of four digimon that protect one of the 4 Worlds.” Lucy said

“The 4 Worlds are the Digital World, the Real World, the Shadow World, and the World of Beginning.”

“We're in the Digital World, we're from the Real World, and Kari's been to the Shadow World, but we've never heard of the World of Beginning.”

 

Garudamon answered this time.

 

“The World of Beginning is a place that all life begins.”

“So it's like a place of peace?” Mimi asked

“Yes”

“Another question. Who make up the Legendary 4?”

“The Legendary 4 are made up of Ebonwumon, the Protector of the World of Beginning”

“Belphemon, the Protector of the Shadow World.”

“Azulongmon, the Protector of the Digital World”

“And Sleipmon, the Protector of the Real World” (F.Y.I. they're all real digimon so you can look online to see what they look like)

 

Reppamon started jumping up and down excitedly.

 

“That's my Mega form!”

“What!”

 

Matt stares at the grinning fox as it kept jumping happily.

“So each of these digimon protected each world?”

 

Hornmon nodded his head.

 

“That's right, but the Legendary 4 didn't protect it alone.”

“Really?” Cody wondered, “Who helped them?”

“We did!”

 

Each Guardian stood proud and tall.

 

“Each Guardian from the Kingdom was also a Protector.”

“But we can't tell you for it is a secret!”

“Anyway” Davis said, “Why don't we continue with the story?”

“Right!”

 

Kari looks to the sky.

 

“I wonder if the others are ok?”

“Lillymon!”

“Lillymon can you hear us!”

“Where are you Lillymon”

 

Three voices were shouting out in a forest. The three voices belonged to Patamon, Gatomon, and WhiteGatomon.

 

“Lillymon!”

“Yes?”

 

The three turned around to see a Lillymon up in a tree.

 

“You called me?”

“Lillymon! It's good to see you again!”

“Same here, Patamon, WhiteGatomon, and oh… an unfamiliar face.”

“My name is Gatomon!”

“Pleasure to meet you!”

“Lillymon there's something we need to ask you.”

“Is it about the tree?”

“Yes, tell us, what can it do again?”

“Aquamon! Are you here? Answer me!”

 

Tk was currently flying over a lake.

 

“Aquamon!”

 

Suddenly there was a noise below Tk. He looks down to se bubbles on the surface. He flies a few meters away knowing Aquamon was about to surface. As soon as Tk stopped retreating water shot out like a fountain from where Tk was once. When the water cleared Tk saw a blue sea dragon. It was as long as Dracomon, on its chest was the symbol of Reliability. Aquamon's eyes were as blue as the sea itself; its scales were a blue-green, if it wasn't for the black streaks on its scales you might've thought that the water was still sprouting upwards.

 

“Tk? It's been awhile since I last saw you. How've you been? ”

“Good, but I didn't come here to for a visit.”

“It's about the underwater carven, correct?”

“Yes…refresh my memory, Aquamon. How did you find it again?”
