**************** Ch.2 The Ride Matt's P.O.V. **********************
As Matt and everybody got into the car, he looked over at his brunette best friend. Tai had a certain look about him that made him attrative to everybody, even Matt. The sun made Tai's skin look all the more beautiful than it was. he had the most gorgeous chocolate eyes and his smile made Matt forget all his problems and worries.
Matt snapped out of his daydream and back into reality and started the car. The drive to the park was a peaceful one. Matt would glance at tai every now and then and smile, and there was an ocassional giggle from Kari in the back seat. As they pulled up to the park, Matt turned the car off and Takeru spoke.
"Hey, Matt I need to talk to you real quick." WIth tha Matt and takeru walked away from the group.
"Yea, what is it T.K.?" Matt asked.
"Well me and Kari have been talking about some things and I wanted to ask you something." T.K. said very nervously.
"Well go on spit it out." Matt replied agitated.
"It's about you and tai. Kari thinks that Tai likes you more than a friend, and I think you like Tai more than a friend." T.K. said and blushed. matt was shocked. Did he really come off like that?
"Why would you think that Takeru! I thought you knew me?" Matt yelled, turned around and walked away with the thoughts in his ehad. Did it really show that he liked his best friend like that. He didn't really feel like staying anymore so he walked up to his friends.
"Hey guys, I'm really sorry , but I just don't feel up to this right now. Call me when you guys are done." Matt said as he turned around to leave. Kari looked at T.K. and he shrugged his shoulders.
"Hey Matt do you want me to go woth you?" Tai said concerned for his best friend.
"No just leave me alone Taichi!" Matt yelled. He felt bad for yelling but he just wanted to be left alone so he could think. So he got into his car and left. Tai was left confused.
