“Can we please call Kokomon, Kokomon?” Willis asked them. “I don't want everyone to call him `the Digimon' ”

 

“Okay,” said Izzy “But we have to get a move on.”

 

“Eh?” Tai asked with his eyebrow raised. “Why?”

 

“Because, remember that roar we heard in the forest?” Izzy asked.

 

“Roar?” Sora asked.

 

“Roar?” Joe asked.

 

“What roar?” Mimi asked.

 

Izzy sighed. He opened his laptop, and typed a few words, and then he turned the laptop so it was facing everyone.

 

“See here?” Izzy told them, pointing his finger at the screen. It showed a picture of Kuwagamon. “That's what roared. He's called Kuwagamon, and he's here on this island.”

 

“Run!” Mimi shrieked.

 

She started to run with Tanemon.

 

“Mimi! Wait!” Joe shouted, and he and everyone ran after her.

 

“I'm getting tired of everyone running away!” T.K panted as he was running.

 

As soon as they caught up with Mimi, they heard a great, loud roar from the forest.

 

“Roar?” Davis asked.

 

“Roar?” Cody asked.

 

“That roar?” Yolei asked.

 

But before they could answer, Kuwagamon came flying from the forest. He was clapping his razor-sharp knives, as if he were going to attack.

 

“Bubble Blow!” Koromon said, jumping in the air, and throwing a bubble out of his mouth. The bubble hit Kuwagamon, and barely damaged him.

 

“Bunny Blast!” Terriermon shouted, flying up next to him, shooting a green ball at his head. Kuwagamon swayed slightly, but then got back up, and threw Terriermon to the ground.

 

Just when all hope seemed lost, everything grew dark, and all the Digimon lined up across from each other.

 

Each Digimon had a cylinder around them, and began to change shape.

 

“Koromon Digivolve to... Agumon!”

 

“Tsunomon Digivolve to... Gabumon!”

 

“Yokomon Digivolve to... Biyomon!”

 

“Motimon Digivolve to... Tentomon!”

 

“Tanemon Digivolve to... Palmon!”

 

“Bukamon Digivolve to... Gomamon!”

 

“Tokomon Digivolve to... Patamon!”

 

“Salamon Digivolve to... Gatomon!”

 

“Demiveemon Digivolve to... Veemon!”

 

“Poromon Digivolve to... Hawkmon!”

 

“Upamon Digivolve to... Armadillomon!”

 

“Minnomon Digivolve to... Wormon!”

 

Terriermon was already in rookie stage. -BG

 

“Whoa!” Tai yelped. “Koromon, umm... you look different.”

 

“Terriermon!” Willis shouted. “Attack!”

 

“Bunny Blast!” Terriermon shouted.

 

“Pepper Breath!” Agumon shouted.

 

“Blue Blaster!” Gabumon shouted.

 

“Super shocker!” Tentomon shouted.

 

“Final Twister!” Biyomon shouted.

 

“Poison Ivy!” Palmon shouted.

 

“Boom Bubble!” Patamon shouted.

 

“Vee headbutt!” Veemon shouted.

 

“Bombs Away!” Armadillomon shouted.

 

“Lightning Scratch!” Gatomon shouted.

 

I don't know what the others' attacks are. -BG

 

Kuwagamon was falling toward the ground. He was falling in the direction of them. They all ran backwards to dodge the dead-and-falling-Kuwagamon. As soon as he fell down, The Digidestinds fell down a cliff, and was falling in the river.

 

“Marching Fishes!” Gomamon shouted, a bunch of fishes bunched up around them, and made a raft, so they wouldn't get wet.

 

“Whoa!” Joe exclaimed. “Cool, Gummimon!”

 

“It's Gomamon, Joe.” He said.

 

The fishes swam them to the shore, a beach.

 

“So,” Willis said, sitting on the sand. “Let's introduce ourselves.”

 

“It's a pleasure to meet all of you. My name's Tai and these are my friends from camp.”

 

“My name's Mimi, and my favourite color is pink!”

 

“This is Matt. Just look at his haircut!”

 

“No autographs, please.” Matt blushed.

 

“This is Sora. She's a lot of fun to hang out with.”

 

“Call me T.K, and I'm not as small as I look.”

 

“This little kid is Izzy.“

 

“I should've gone to computer camp...”

 

“Here's Joe, oh, but remember to not scare him. He might wet his pants!”

 

“I'm Tai's sister, Kari. As you know already...”

 

“Davis. And it's great to meet you.”

 

“I'm Yolei. Isn't my name fantastic?”

 

“Cody's the name, and I'm quite pleased to meet you.”

 

“I'm Ken. Um... yeah, just Ken.”

 

“And everyone knows my name.” said Willis.

 

“So can someone explain the whole different monster thing?” Joe asked, looking at his new Digimon.

 

“It's simple.” said Terriermon. “Each one of you received a Digivice before entering the Digital World.”

 

“Your Digivices help us, your Digimon, Digivolve.” Veemon said.

 

“And Digivolving is...?” Davis asked.

 

“It means change shape, and grow stronger.” Biyomon explained.

 

“There are different stages of Digimon.” Agumon said.

 

“When you first met us, we were in our `In-training' stage.” Hawkmon said.

 

“Now we are in our `Rookie' stage.” Armadillomon said.

 

“The stage after this is called `Champion.' ” Patamon said.

 

“And after that is `Ultimate.' “ Palmon said.

 

“And the last stage is `Mega.' “ Gomamon said.

 

“A Digimon's job is to protect their friend.” Gatomon said.

 

“And that's basically it.” Wormon said.
