Chapter Three: FIGHT!!!!!!

Aukai and Seshin squared off in the fighting area of the Lookout. Aukai threw off his sleeveless trench coat. Seshin just ran his hand through his hair. Aukai increased his power level but Seshin kept his lowered. Vegeta tugged at Goku's arm and motioned for them to step aside. Goku followed.

"I have my money on the new one." Vegeta said.

"I dunno," Goku argued. "Aukai has a lot of heart, he's fighting for Marron."

"Kakarot!" Vegeta growled. "Fighting for your mate's honor is fine, but the fish boy blew things out of proportion. Also, see how calm and calculating the new guy is? Aukai doesn't realize what he's getting into." Vegeta said.

"You're calm and calculating." Goku pointed out. "I beat you."

Vegeta glared at him. "You have good fighting sense. You fake it, but I can see it in those eyes when we fight. I can see the Saiyan in you."

Goku grinned. "Well, I still bet on Aukai."

Vegeta thought for a moment. Finally he spoke. "Even if he wins, he will lose."

Goku got one of those genuine Goku confused looks. "Wha?"

Vegeta pinched the bridge of his nose and shook his head. "In order to beat him, Aukai will have to lose some of his pride. Pride, is one thing a Saiyan values above all else."

"Quiet!" Piccolo said. He had heard the whole conversation with his Namekian ears. "They're starting."

"Are you sure you're ready?" Aukai asked. "You can back out now if you want."

"Me!?" Seshin said. "You're the one who won't shutup and fight!"

With that, Aukai flew at Seshin and attacked with a ferocious head-on barrage of kicks and punches. Seshin blocked these quite easily and only attacked back a little.

`Ah! A defensive fighter!' Aukai thought.

Just then, Seshin uppercutted Aukai in the jaw. Aukai flew up, but before he hit the ground, Seshin kept him in the air with a well timed combo of kicks and punches before he shoved his elbow into Aukai's face, slamming the young fisherman into the ground. Aukai got up and wiped off a small trickle of blood that ran down his lip. Seshin smiled.

"You got to admit you left yourself open for that attack!" Seshin growled.

"You got lucky." Aukai said.

"Luck!?" Seshin said. "Fate is determined by choice, not chance."

Seshin fired an energy blast at Aukai. Aukai easily batted it away and gritted his teeth.

`He's toying with me!!!' Aukai thought angrily.

Aukai powered up and punched Seshin in the stomach. Seshin leaned forward from the blow and Aukai kicked Seshin in the face. Seshin's body shook and it took Aukai a minute to figure out he was laughing. Aukai realized that Seshin let him hit him.

`Well, the next time I hit him, he won't be laughing!' Aukai thought.

Aukai raised his power level all the way up, and began to power up an attack. Seshin just stood there and watched him.

"Hi…Chi…" Aukai chanted. "HA!!!"

Seshin put up his hand and tried to hold the blast back. As he was pushed back, Seshin yelled out, "Tao-Ken!!!" and Aukai's blast fired back at him. Aukai dodged the beam fairly easily, but was shocked to see his own attack reflected back at him.

"How'd you do that!?" Aukai asked.

Seshin shrugged. "You learn many things if you just listen."

Seshin ran at Aukai and kicked at Aukai's face. Aukai blocked it and punched at Seshin's face. Seshin saw the opening Aukai had created and buried his fist in Aukai's stomach. Aukai flew back and performed a backflip and landed on his feet and fired several energy blasts at Seshin. Seshin flew up into the air and the energy blasts hit the ground where he was. Aukai flew into the air to intercept Seshin, and Seshin fired an energy blast at Aukai. Aukai dodged it barely, and was surprised at how fast it moved. Aukai turned and found that Seshin was in his face and nearly got punched again. Angry, Aukai focused and kicked at Seshin. His foot went through Seshin's face, and the image disappeared like smoke.

`After Image!' Aukai thought. `How'd he…'

Aukai's thought was interrupted by Seshin's boot hitting him in the back. Aukai turned around quickly to find no one there. He was kicked in the back again. Seshin laughed.

"You're good, but you keep getting distracted by many things. All I have to do is use After Image and go to your right. I hit you in the back with a concentrated energy blast and you turn around to face me. I kick you again and you are confused." Seshin informed.

Aukai flew towards Seshin but was hit by an energy blast in the side. Aukai was thrown to the Lookout's floor by the explosion. Seshin laughed again.

"I TOLD you I fired an energy blast." Seshin said. "If it didn't explode when it hit you the first time, it is still intact and thus for it is still a threat."

Aukai stood up and dusted off. "Now, enough warm up!"

Aukai's hair flew up, and a strong aura surronded him as the Lookout's floor cracked. With a scream, Aukai's hair and aura turned golden, and his eyes turned jade. Seshin landed and faced Aukai. He was smiling.

"This is where it gets interesting." Vegeta whispered.

Goku's face was clouded with a confused look as Seshin's hair flew up. "Maybe more than we know."

With a scream, Seshin's hair turned golden and stood up, putting a strain on his bandana. His eyes turned a jade green.

Bulma, Bra, Marron, ChiChi, Piccolo, Mr. Popo, Aukai, Trunks, Goten, Gohan, Videl, Pan, Korin, Oolong, Puar, Yamcha, Tien, Chao-zu, Hercule, Yajirobe, Master Roshi, Krillin, Android #18, Dr. Briefs, Mrs. Briefs, Ox King, and Android #17 all yelled in unison, "SUPER SAIYAN!"
