La Soldier
It was two years ago this day that I defeated Sailor Galaxia. How strange I feel now: looking back on the friends, the battles, and all of life when I was normal. You see, a few months ago, life changed drastically. It is a long story that starts with the Dimension Gates collapsing, worlds changing and disappearing and people being shoved into my dimension. My Senshi and I tried to get the gates back up but it was useless. We weren't strong enough by ourselves. I suppose now that I have told you this much. I must tell you the rest. I do not mind though for it is a long task that I have been meaning to undertake.
Well, back then I wasn't called the Soldier of Light or the White Sailor. I was called Tsukino Usagi and I was Sailor Moon. I was The Princess of the Moon and High Princess of the Sol System. I first learned of the Dimensional Gates a year and a half after the downfall of Chaos.
Chapter 1
~We Believe You ~
*
It's all right now, We Believe you.
We'll all fight now, We Believe you.
For what's right now, We Believe you.
We all believe in you.
*
I was walking along the crowded streets of Tokyo to school. I was chatting with my friends, Hino Rei, Kino Makoto, Mizuno Ami and Aino Minako when Meiou Setsuna walked out of the shop in front of us. She looked straight at us and I gasped. There were big dark circles under her eyes and she looked at me desperately.
"Can I talk to you, Usagi-hime?" I nodded numbly and pulled her into a nearby alley. The other Senshi looked back when they realized I was missing, walked back and stood in front of the alley, blocking us from view.
"Princess, We have a serious problem. The Doorways to other dimensions are collapsing. This means all of the evil in those dimensions can get out and flood this world and other worlds throughout the dimensions. We really need to close them but that's impossible. I've been trying to keep the evil back but that's not working either. We need a lot help if we're going to seal them back up."
" What about the Silver Crystal?" I reached for her brooch but Setsuna stopped me.
"It won't help. We would need the combined energy of 15 Silver Crystals to seal them." A loud noise was heard then a rumble shook the ground.
"One of them got through! I have to go, my Princess!" She bowed, turned into Sailor Pluto and disappeared. I took my brooch in my hand and raised above my head.
"Moon Eternal Power Makeup!" As the feathers twirled around me, I saw my other Senshi transform. Once the transformation was complete, I opened my communicator.
"Senshi, I need you to transform and go to. . . ." I looked up at Mercury who mouthed 'Juuban Park' to me, "Juuban Park. There's a youma there. I'll explain later!" I closed it before any return messages got through and ran to the park.
"Hurry Sailor Mars, It's plant-based, so burn it!" Sailor Mercury shouted from behind me and I turned to Sailor Mars who was already aiming her attack at the large brown vine youma. It picked up a rock and threw at her. The ground rumbled as it landed a foot away from her and it sent us off balance.
"Ah! Mars Flame Sniper!" She quickly sent the attack rushing toward him and dodged another rock. It roared and I could see its bright yellow eyes widen in fear as the fire soared nearer. I watched it as it burned and took out my Eternal Moon Tier reluctantly.
"What are you waiting for?! Hurry and finish it!" I looked back as Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Saturn ran up. I looked back at the sad thing, branches flailing and as I watched it my heart twisted. I had spent years killing things and not thinking anything of it. It had to stop; this mindless killing was just wrong. My Tier changed in a flash of silver light and the wings on my back also changed to real angel wings.
"What just happened?" I was hovering a few feet off the ground, a long white rod held in front of me. There was a large golden crescent moon with the tips pointing to the sky and miniature wings on the sides of the moon. It was simple and pure but it puzzled me. Why did it change?
"Just kill it, Sailor Moon!" I looked at the rod and grasped it firmly.
"No." Everyone stared at me, even the creature before me who had now put the fire out.
"Why not?" The deadly cold voice of Sailor Neptune made me turn around. Her eyes stared back at mine, each pair was equally cold. I backed up a step in midair. It had been so long since her eyes had stared at mine that way. I could almost hear the words in her mind, 'I can't believe that she's doing this. She's our princess and it's her job to protect the people of Earth. She can't quit now.'
"I'm not quitting Sailor Neptune. I just don't want to continue this mindless killing. It's a creature with feelings that has been dropped off in a world and a dimension it doesn't know. It's only defending itself." Neptune's eyes softened slightly.
"I suppose that's true. But what do we do with it?" I turned back to the creature and raised my rod.
"Moonlit Dimensional Passport!" The tips of the moon were pointed toward it and rays of pink light joined them. I felt my energy level triple and my Silver Crystal started to shine silver light. The pink light shot out and hit the creature. It disappeared and I straightened back up. I turned back to the group with a smile and promptly fainted.
"Is she ok Mercury?"
"She seems to have gathered a lot of energy to use from everything around her and used it, along with her own energy, to send the creature back to its dimension. She's all right now though."
Slowly I opened my eyes. I was still in my sailors' fuku, I could tell by the feel of my gloves rubbing against my eyes. From the brightness of the light, I guessed it was after 12 o'clock. It was probably around 2:00. I was being carried by Uranus and the rest of the Senshi were gathered around me. Neptune was hovering nearby with a slightly guilty look on her face. I smiled at her and her face brightened. I still remembered the cold awful look in her eyes but she was only doing what all Senshi must do. A Senshi, who doesn't question wrong from right just because their leader says so, is no better than a mindless robot.
"I'm fine Neptune-san. I'm just a little tired." She smiled back and looked relieved. I put my hand on Uranus' arm, silently asking her to let me down. I folded the wings on my back and looked at the others.
"Is this going to happen every time you try to send something back?" I shrugged and Mars, Neptune, Uranus and Saturn looked at me funnily.
"I hope not." Mercury looked troubled.
" Sailor Moon, If you plan to seal the gates, it would take all of your power plus the power of a couple thousand other relatively strong magical people." I frowned but refused to give in to my feelings of despair.
"What gates?" Saturn asked tentatively. I looked over at the small girl who was barely a teenager and tears formed in my eyes.
"Someone tell Saturn. I just realized that I'm more tired than I first thought." I had untransformed and walked away quickly. Why should a person so young be forced to do such things? A soldier of death and rebirth that was 13 by two days. I remembered her huge birthday party, with cake, ice cream and a ton of presents. One so young and full of life shouldn't have to do this. But life is cruel to us and we can do nothing about it. She's stuck in her duties for all of time, no matter how hard I tried to deny to it.
"Usako. I've missed you. Why haven't you come to see me lately?" I turned around and smiled sarcastically at Mamoru.
"Why don't you come to see me or come to the battle today? You used to show up right on time." He looked at me guiltily and frowned slightly.
"I'm sorry. I've been really busy. I didn't even know there was an enemy." I looked up at him solemnly.
"It didn't used to matter. You came through thick and thin. What happened? What happened to us? I miss what we used to be Mamoru. I love you, Mamoru but I'm not sure you love me back anymore." He stared at me for a second then shook his head.
"That's why I don't love you anymore Usagi." My heart broke. I had hoped that he would insist he still loved me and that I was imaging it all.
"What do you mean?" I was looking down and the inquiry came out as a soft whisper.
"You're different. You're quieter and more predictable and-"
"More mature? Yes. I suppose I am." He looked at me sadly and I returned his gaze.
"I'm sorry Usagi. I wish things could have turned out differently." I closed my eyes and tried not to cry.
"What about Chibi-Usa? I know you don't love me but what about her? She's your daughter." He once again looked guilty.
"I don't know." I frowned and thought of the pink-haired spore.
"I'll be back. I'll be back with Chibi-Usa." My eyes narrowed with determination and I teleported myself to the Gates and Doorways. As I went, I transformed to my princess form with the angel wings.
"Pluto." She turned to me with surprise, looking at my large snowy white wings with the Silver Crystal floating between my hands.
"Princess? What business have you here in the Hall of Dimensions?" The surrounding area could have been a hall if it were not for the black space that made up the walls. Starry lights dotted the black and doorways of various shapes, sizes, colors and styles were in a vast square hall with walls that were clearly outlined, yet invisible.
"I wish to travel forward in time to get Chibi-Usa. I fear that soon she will vanish from existence, just as my relationship with Mamoru has. She deserves the chance to live. Is it possible to bring her forward in time without her fading?" Pluto looked at me with weary eyes and for the first time I noticed the stream of black power before her that she held off with her staff. It was almost invisible before the black walls.
"I'll hold off the black power if you could possibly save her. I know she means as much to you as she does to me." Pluto stared at me for a second then looked back at the power. It was growing and pushed it back slightly and turned to me.
"Don't overextend yourself. I can handle this. Don't try to seal it. You'll only kill yourself. I'll be back soon." I stepped up behind her and as soon as she disappeared, I spun power out of the Crystal and me and kept the flow at bay. It must have been hours before Pluto reappeared, a 14-year-old girl at her side. I looked back, keeping my crystal flourished at the power. Chibi-Usa watched me with wide eyes and I smiled widely.
"Let me do that now, Princess." Pluto walked up and switched places with me. I looked down at the silvery-pink haired girl before me and crouched down to hug her. She hugged me back and slowly tears wound their way down my face.
"Chibi-Usa. You've grown so much. Are you ok?" Chibi-Usa was crying softly while she looked at me.
"Yes. I'm ok. I just missed you. You look like Mom now. I just can't really believe I'm seeing you. Mom said I'd probably never see you again, Usagi. Wait until I tell Mom and Dad!" I stared at her and frowned.
"I'm afraid you can't go back to the future now, Chibi-Usa. Your future doesn't exist. You are the only remaining thing from that time line and I am the one who made it so you even existed. I couldn't stand the thought of you dying." Chibi-Usa stared at me disbelievingly. Her eyes became shiny and wet with unshed tears and she burst into quiet sobs. I hugged her as she cried, until her tears were all shed.
"Chibi-Usa. Are you ok now?" She nodded and wiped her eyes. I smiled at her and she smiled back reluctantly.
"It'll be ok Chibi-Usa. You want to go to Tokyo now?"
"Yes, Usagi. I would." I blinked at the politeness. It wasn't like Chibi-Usa to be so polite to me of all people.
"All right then." I took Chibi-Usa's hand and teleported us to the forested area of Juuban Park. I led her out to the sidewalk where Mamoru stood a few feet away, looking at his watch. I noticed to the redness of the light and guessed it was close to 5:00 now. I had been gone three hours.
"Mamoru!" Chibi-Usa ran forward to hug him and I stayed a yard or two away. He hugged, commenting on how she had grown and how she looked more like a lady with each day.
"Dad says I look like Mom at her age." Mamoru looked at her then at me and nodded.
"You do. You're growing up into a beautiful girl. How old are you?"
"I'm 14." He smiled at her, yet he seemed sad. I knew his feeling though. He had missed so much of her life and he would never be able to see it.
"I see. Did Usagi already tell you about the future and us?"
"She told me about the future. What about you two?"
"We spilt up. That's why the future you're from won't exist." Chibi-Usa backed up a step and looked at him confused.
"If I won't exist, then why am I here?" He shook his head and I moved forward.
"Because I asked Pluto to bring you forward. I gave her permission to break the laws of Time and Space for you. She agreed, bringing you forward. You mean a lot to us and we couldn't just let you die."
"Oh. I see. You're her Princess and it's your word that goes." I smiled at my daughter's logic.
"Not always. Only if I am in my Princess form will my orders to break the law be taken seriously."
"Why?" Chibi-Usa's eyes watched me.
"I am only to be considered their princess in that form. They choose to consider me that outside of those times. However court law decrees that I must be 'in the possession of the holy power' to be considered in my right mind and have to judgment to let someone break a law." Chibi-Usa looked very surprised.
"But what if you lose the crystal and need them to get it back? What if they have to break a law to do it?" I shrugged absently.
"I wouldn't be a very good princess if I lost the crystal, now would I?" She opened her mouth to protest but then closed it.
"Does it make sense now?" She nodded and I smiled at her.
"The only reason the Court rules are still used right now is that Setsuna was around then and still is around now. She refuses to not obey the laws. She only broke them once and it was for a good reason."
"Oh." Chibi-Usa then turned to Mamoru.
"How are you guys in this time?"
"Hmm. We're kind of in the midst of a breakdown of the Doorways between Dimensions. " Chibi-Usa blinked.
"What are the Doorways between Dimensions?" I smiled at her. She looked at me, obviously waiting for an answer.
"They are exactly what they sound like. They are the doorways that lead to various dimensions. Right now they are..well..not working. Their chief purpose is to keep the people, creatures, stars and planets of that dimension out of our dimension. We recently encountered a tree creature. I refused to kill it and almost caused a mutiny. In the end I gained new powers and sent it back to it's own dimension." Chibi-Usa took a couple seconds to absorb that, then looked up at me with a big smile.
"Can I help?" I smiled and hugged her tightly. A tear slid down my cheek as I hugged her.
"Of course. It's inevitable that evil shall come through. We shall have to destroy it. I would be honored to have you fight with me." She looked at me with her eyes shining. I stood back up and she did something I had never expected. She curtsied to me.
"It is I who should have the feeling of honor to fight alongside such a noble queen as you." I stared at her then began to cry softly.
"Thank You Chibi-Usa." She looked at me, slightly bewildered. I smiled at her though my tears.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
"Nothing. You just don't know how much that means to me."
"Oh." I took her hand.
"It's about time we head home Chibi Usa. Did you bring Luna P to hypnotize my parents?" Chibi-Usa grinned and flourished the round black ball.
"Luna P is one of the things I never leave home without. The other is my brooch." She let the Luna P go and dug in her pocket to produce the small pink brooch. She fastened it to her bow on the front of her outfit and smiled up at me.
"Now we match." She said triumphantly and I laughed. We walked away from Mamoru, hand in hand and I was happy that my daughter was here with me now. She did remind me of Mamoru but she also reminded me of myself at her age.
"Okaa-san, will we be able to fix the doorways?" I looked down at her. I was too startled to answer right away. She had called me her mother! When I didn't answer, she looked up at me. I blinked several times before answering.
"Yes my daughter. We'll fix them if it's the last thing we do." She smiled happily and ran ahead of me into the house. I stayed at the door as I heard her hypnotize them. I walked in and waved at my mother, father and brother. They looked back at me, slightly dazed.
"Hi Shingo! Have a nice day?" I giggled at his expression and ran upstairs with Chibi-Usa right behind me. She ran past me to her room and I smiled and walked into my room. Luna looked up at me from my bed. I plopped down on my bed, waiting for Chibi-Usa to come back down.
"Minako told Artemis who told me about your performance today. You did a great job Usagi!" Luna said and I thanked her softly.
"Usagi-san! You kept my room just the same!" Chibi-Usa smiled at me as she opened the door and closed it behind her. I grinned at her.
"Of course! Why wouldn't I? I had always hoped you'd come back." Luna had been staring at her this whole time. She now cleared her throat and Chibi-Usa glanced at her.
"Luna!" she smiled and hugged the black cat very tightly. Well, It was a little too tight. Luna gasped for breath after Chibi-Usa let her go. I laughed and Luna sent me a dirty look. I grinned at her.
"Sorry Luna. I just haven't seen you for so long. You live on a different planet with Diana and Artemis in my time!" She said with a smile. It soon fell and she looked down.
"Diana. Will she not exist also?" I felt my smile fall into a frown also. I looked at her and I looked at Luna.
"I think she will. Luna and Artemis haven't broken up like me and Mamoru. She might be different but think she will exist." Chibi-Usa nodded and looked around at my room.
"You changed your room." I had changed it to look more like an 18-year-old's room. The room was medium blue. The blanket on my bed was white with gold stars and all my furniture was dark blue with gold accents. The curtains were sheer white with blue stars.
"Do you like it?" She nodded slowly and smiled.
"Can you do up my room like this?" I laughed and nodded. We discussed her room long into the night and finally we went to bed. She was much more fun to be around when she was older, I thought as I drifted off.
It was 5 in the morning. I stared at the clock beside my bed as an insistent beeping filled my ears. It wasn't the clock, I reasoned as I stared at it. I had not programmed the alarm. Suddenly I realized what it was and flipped open my watch.
"What took you so long Usagi?" A mellow voice said. I could hear a scream int the background and I paled.
"Haruka?" I heard cursing in the background and an attack screamed with loud vengeance. It was odd sounding. Something like 'Kamehameha' was shouted and I heard Uranus scream.
"Koneko-chan, get over to the arcade at once. I don't think these new arrivals are friendly!" I flipped it shut and got dressed in record time. I ran to Chibi-Usa's room and woke her up.
"Usagi?" I tapped my brooch and her eyes widened. She got dressed and we ran downstairs.
"Moon Eternal Power, Makeup!" I transformed instantly.
"Moon Crisis Power Makeup!" Chibi-Usa transformed. It was different than the last time I had seen it. It had angel wings like mine and she held a staff too. It had a pink moon on the end.
"We should probably fly there." She said and I nodded. We took to the sky and when I saw other figures in the sky, I stopped just short of one of them. He was glowing golden, with turquoise eyes. He had long hair sticking straight up. He was smirking down at my senshi. I waved at them from behind him and they grinned.
"Who are you people?" The man in front of me spun in place, growling, his eyes narrowed in fury.
"None of your damn business." The rest of those that glowed golden turned toward us. I just matched his glare and gripped my staff.
"It's my business. I am the protector of this planet and the surrounding solar system. I am the senshi of the Moon." I had hoped this would impress him but he just looked slightly confused.
"You're a soldier? I find that hard to believe." He snorted and turned away. I saw Chibi-Usa fly to the ground and land in front of the senshi and they gasped. I saw Hotaru running forward and hugging her tightly.
"You shouldn't. I'm also a princess. I believe you are trespassing in my dimension. Shall I evict you?" He turned back to me and his friends flew over.
"You're a princess?" One of them asked. He had shorter hair than the rest. A girl with black hair flew over to him and gave me a death glare.
"I am princess of the Moon." A man with green skin came over.
"But the Moon was destroyed." I raised an eyebrow and turned my gaze to the sky. They followed my gaze and saw the perfect white orb above our heads.
"But how can that be? Why aren't we transforming?" I looked to see who said that and saw two boys right beside each other. They both had brown tails. I started to ask what they were but one of the other people cut me off.
"You said we were in your dimension. What do you mean? We are in a different dimension?" The man had innocent-looking eyes and a face that looked as if it could become silly and happy in a second. Right now he had a mysterious look to him. I liked him as soon as I saw him.
"Yes. May I welcome you to the Sailor Senshi Dimension," I bowed low and smiled at them, "I am the High Princess of this system and I am the representative of my dimension. I am correct in assuming you are hostile?" The group looked at me slightly bewildered.
"My senshi informed me that you were hostile towards them. I understand the reasoning behind that but . . ." The looks on their faces were slightly angry. I backed up a little before I realized it was not I who was getting the evil glances. It was the man I had first spoken to.
"Vegeta. You were the one who started this?" The short-haired boy said with a soft growl.
"Yes, I was. They were just sitting there staring at me. You'd think they had never seen a Saiyan before." I narrowed my eyes at him.
"They haven't. If you continue to cause trouble, I will be forced to eliminate you and I don't mean sending you home." I blinked at my own daring and bit my lip. I wasn't the type to threaten the enemy, especially if I wasn't sure they were the enemy. What was getting into me?
"Oh? How do you plan to do that little girl?" I was slowly getting frustrated.
"I'm not in the mood today. I've had a very long day and I had to wake up in the middle of the night to go see a bunch of guys and a girl that fly around without wings and threaten the peace of my world. Stand back and I'll send you home." I was ready to go back to bed and I knew I would need a good sleep after this. Sailor Chibi Moon flew up to me and flourished her staff beside mine.
"No wait! Do you need help with enemies? We have peace in our world, but we're trained to fight. If you could tell us what's going on we'd be glad to help. My name is Gohan by the way." He flew to the front of the group.
"Well . . . I could use some help. If you could contribute energy to me when I send people back then I wouldn't faint. But the whole subject of what's going on could be a little complicated. I won't expect you to believe me. You see that there are doorways between the dimensions. What I mean to say, is that to get to your dimension from the Hall of Doorways, you have to go through a door. The doorways aren't doing their job now. They are collapsing and the people are spilling through into my dimension. A sailor senshi is keeping all of it from spilling through but she can't do it forever. For now, all we can do is send those who've been caught here back to their own dimension. If you don't want to help now, I understand. It's a no-win situation if you stay. You can go back home and live normal lives or use your energy on a battle that is not your own." The group looked uneasy for a minute and I readied my staff.
"No! We believe you! We'll fight. This is what's right and we know it. That's what's in our blood. We were born to do this." I blinked and looked around the group. Each face was determined, even Vegeta's. I smiled and shook his hand.
"It's good to see that there are people who still have hearts. I'm glad to welcome you as my allies. What is your name?" He grinned and I could see he was really a light-hearted person, though he seemed serious in battle. I grinned back.
"I am Goku. You know Vegeta. The boys are Goten and Trunks. The older boy is Gohan and his girlfriend is Videl. The green guy is Piccolo and the short one with no hair is Krillin." Krillin looked at Goku sullenly and I giggled.
"This is my future daughter, Chibi-Usa. She is the princess of the Moon also." Goku looked t her then at me.
"She's from the future? Vegeta had a son from the future. He came back to save me from a heart disease so I could fight in a battle." I watched him for a moment.
"Oh? Sailor Pluto must have seen fit to let him go back in time then. I wonder why though. Well it isn't really my concern. Wait a second! The time gate! Who's watching it?" I panicked and disappeared to the Hall of Doors.
"Princess?" Sailor Pluto turned to me once more. I had once again turned into my princess form and I'm sure I must have looked very anxious because she looked extremely worried.
"Who's guarding the Time Gate?" Pluto froze in place and slowly turned back to the Doorways.
"No one. Oh goddess, I can't be in two places at once!" I watched her and was extremely surprised to see a tear wind down her face. Was this the strong and infallible soldier of time? What had this done to us? Setsuna was crying and I was threatening people.
"I'm going back and seeing if any of our new friends can help."
"New friends? What are their names?" She looked back at me.
"Goku, Vegeta. Gohan . . . um..There are others." She thought it over in her mind.
"Oh! Those people are the ones from the Dragonball Dimension! They can hold back this. Get Goku and Vegeta to come. They can hold this back."
"Ok. Pluto, I'll be right back. Just hold out for this little while. I can't lose you." I meant every word I said. She was more than a senshi to me. She was my friend. I watched her, determined as ever, as I disappeared from her view.
"Goku! Vegeta!" I appeared behind them ans I soon had two ki balls spinning toward me. I flew up and looked down at them. Goku looked sheepish and Vegeta looked annoyed at missing me.
"Sorry..Um . . .Sailor Moon." Goku called up and I laughed. I floated down between them.
"That's perfectly fine Goku. I get it all the time from enemies. I need your help though. Sailor Pluto needs you two to hold back the people from the other dimensions until we can seal it." The pair nodded.
"I knew you weak onnas would need my help. Can't even defend your own planet." I just stared at him for a minute. How could he act so arrogant? Couldn't Vegeta see that this isn't a game and even he isn't strong enough?
"I suggest you stop acting so cocky. The force behind this is 20 times stronger than I. You can't defeat it and neither can I. Not even all of you using your combined strength could seal it. You have no understanding of the shear force. I've held it back but even I let things through. Sailor Pluto did and you will too. I'm sure this won't be sealed for a long time. I'm fighting a losing battle here. I'd a…ÐÓßPOST http://shttp.msg.yahoo.com/notify/ HTTP/1.0

I woke to the quiet pleas of Chibi-Usa. She was sitting beside my bed and was watching I. The group from the other dimension was scattered about my room.
"Chibi-Usa. I'm awake." Her head jerked up and she smiled at me.
"Good! Now if you're not too tired, can you help me to create them a house?" I nodded slowly and got up. I reached for my brooch and was surprised not to find on my bow or at my side.
My brooch! Where is it? Oh my god! Who took it! Tell me!" I got up and whirled in place in search for the golden brooch. I scanned the room and my eyes rested on the two small boys. One looked up at me innocently and the other had a slightly malicious grin. I stared at him until he felt my gaze and looked up.
"Can I please have my brooch back? It's very important." The boy stared at me. I crouched in front of him and a big grin split his face.
"No. I want to know what it is first!" I bit back a scream of frustration and stared deep into his eyes.
"It contains a crystal of immense power. I and my daughter are the only ones who can use this. Can you please give it back to me?" He reached inside his gi and pulled out the brooch. He put it into my outstretched hand.
"Trunks! I can't believe you stole that!" Gohan exclaimed and Trunks looked slightly guilty. I smiled at him and reassured him that it would be ok.
"Ok. Now that I got it back . . ." I raised my brooch to the sky and let its power course through me. I felt the pure white dress form around my body and I could feel the pleasant burning of my crescent mark as it appeared. I opened my eyes and looked at my daughter. She too was transformed. It had been a long time since I had let myself take so long to transform. I was usually battling a youma and needing every minute I had.
"Wow." I heard behind me and I turned to the group, a serene smile on my face.
"Thanks. I think. I'm thinking we should make a house in a different dimension. We never know how many visitors we'll get and how many will fight. I'll put a door in that lets you get to our dimension, or particularly the park, with ease. Is that suitable?" Gohan's girlfriend nodded and I noticed with some regret that she was the only girl in the group.
I turned back to Chibi-Usa and asked her to imagine a house more immense in size than Crystal Tokyo. Her eyes widened then closed. I too closed my eyes also. The twin crystals glowed silver and pink and I felt a new dimension appear. I cut it off from the Hall of Doors mentally and set the door in a sparsely used, heavily wooded area of the park. When I had done that I opened my eyes. I felt the dress form back into my pajamas and I fell to my knees once more. Chibi-Usa ran forward and caught me, still in her white dress.
"Usagi! If you weren't strong enough, you could have waited!" She held me up as my eyes started to close. Before I drifted off once more, I remembered uttering a few words.
"I am not that important in the grand scheme of things. They are more important." I was wrong. They were vital to me, but I was as vital to them. I wish I had not taken such great risks. Maybe I could have prevented what would happen in the six months that followed.

Okaa-san: Mother
Koneko-chan: Kitten; Haruka's name for Usagi
SC: Please review. I'm hoping you will like this. I'm planning on doing a side story to this, and that will come out in due time. If you have any criticisms, I will gladly listen! Au Revoir!
