The book, Eragon, is about a fifteen- year old boy, called Eragon, that lives in a place called Carvahall, who sets out on the biggest adventure he's ever been on. Eragon first finds a dragon egg in a place called the Spine that hatches into a female dragon that Eragon calls Saphira. One day, these things called the Ra'zac came and killed Eragon's father, Garrow. After that, Eragon swore vengeance on the Ra'zac. Then Eragon teamed up with an old storyteller named Brom( who has many interesting things about him). Then they went to a city called Yazuac and everybody that lived there were dead. Then urgals came out of nowhere and attacked them, but Eragon and Brom killed them. Soon enough, they found this stuff called Sethr oil that could help them find the Ra'zac. The Sethr oil led them to a place called Teirm. Then Eragon, Brom, and Jeod, Brom's old friend, found where the Sethr oil is sold to so that will lead them to the Ra'zac. The city that the Ra'zac were in was Dras- Leona. Eragon and Brom searched the city everywhere but they couldn't find the Ra'zac anywhere. Until, Eragon searched in a place called Helgrind. While he was searching, the Ra'zac came through the doors and started to chase him with great speed. Eragon barely made it out of there and told Brom what had happened. Brom was worried so they left the city. When they were a little bit far from the city, they both got knocked out somehow. When Eragon woke up, the Ra'zac were standing right in front of him( there are only two Ra'zac). They started to ask questions until someone started to attack the Ra'zac. The first Ra'zac took out his knife and threw it at Eragon. Then Brom jumped in front of Eragon and got hit by the knife instead. Then the second Ra'zac ran at Eragon and kicked him really hard in the ribs. Then Eragon blacked out. When he awoke, he saw a man in front of him. The man said that his name was Murtagh. Eragon asked if Brom was o.k. Murtagh said that he wasn't doing so good. When Eragon, Saphira, Brom, and Murtagh went to a cave, Brom died. Saphira dug a grave for him. Now Eragon really wanted to get revenge on the Ra'zac.
