CHAPTER SIXTEEN:

Kiyone tapped her hands restlessly against her thighs as the message from her commander danced around in her head. How was this possible? The Jurai Royal Family was actually coming down to earth? Tsunami! What a mess! This mission was turning out to be a complete and total waste of time. Sighing deeply, she placed her intercom into the pocket of her jacket and made her way towards the Brief household.

~ Better to tell them about it now, so that they can at least get ready. ~

"Mihoshi, I am going in."

"Uh…yeah…right, Kiyone. I will go to sleep now too."

"Baka! We are going to tell the princesses about their parents visit! Come on!"

"But I am tired, Kiyone. Can't we tell them tomorrow? I bet they have gone to bed as well…I can't feel my feet anymore."

"Grr…Mihoshi…."

"Pleeeeeeeeeaaaaase! We can tell them tomorrow, can't we?"

The teal-haired haired woman was just about to go off into another tirade, when a gruff voice interrupted her.

"What message do you wish to give to the princesses?"

On autopilot, Kiyone whipped out her gun and pointed it towards the direction the voice had come from. "Who are you?" She asked sharply. "Show yourself or you will be shot!"

She found herself stepping backwards as the looming figure of the green-skinned man stepped out from the shadows. Mihoshi had now pressed herself against her back in fear, and it was taking all of her strength not to kick her aside.

The green-skinned man spoke again. "I stay at the Capsule Corporation and I think it would be wise to take your friend's advice. The princesses are asleep and will not be disturbed tonight, so if there is any news that you have to give to them, make it known to me and I will be sure to give it to them later on."

Kiyone shook her head, her lips tightening into a thin line. "I don't think so. I don't know who you are and I have no intentions of leaving some confidential news with you."

The Namekian grunted and nodded curtly. "As you wish, but you will not be going into the building tonight. It is best you wait until morning."

"What are you?! A bodyguard or something?! I am a Galaxy Police officer and I can have you arrested for obstruction!!"

Piccolo arched a brow and had to restrain himself from laughing. "I don't think so. Do us all a favor and give it a rest for tonight. Good bye."

And not waiting for the indignant woman's reaction, he took off into the air back towards the compound. Kiyone and her partner could only gape after him in slight fear and confusion. What kind of a place was Earth if they had such beings on it? Lowering her arms, she resignedly put her gun back into its holster and ran weary fingers through her hair.

"Alright, Mihoshi. I guess we will have to come back tomorrow. I don't think I could deal with any more weird things tonight."

The blonde-haired woman could only nod in agreement, as they both made their way back towards their apartment.

Rose-colored orbs stared at their reflection in the large mirror before them. Long flowing, dark purple locks were meticulously brushed over and over again as the figure stared unseeingly at the reflection. She was trembling. Nervous tremors wracked her body as the mere thought of what waited for her behind the closed door, sending another furious blush upon her cheeks. She dropped the brush and held her hands daintily upon her lap, the light see-through negligee she wore barely concealing the naked skin underneath.

She had to seduce him. Had to claim him before…before…

~ Before it became too late. ~

She could almost hear the cries of disapproval from her family ringing around her head. A Saiyan?! She dared to sleep with one of the most hated race in the entire universe?! The horror! The disgrace!! The dishonor!!

~ The feeling within me. A feeling that cannot be controlled. The feeling of love that will probably kill me, if I do not do it now. It is a risk, I am willing to take. ~

And taking a deep breath, she got off the chair and made her way towards her waiting prince.

Vegeta was a Saiyan that had lived most of his life in the shadow of a tyrant. An inbred hate and disgust for anyone that threatened to control or have power over him, growing with each passing year. What was the concept of love for him? What did it feel like to have someone that could care for you? Worry about your well being? Be willing to give up his or her life for you?

He had always believed that he had no concept of the petty emotion. No concept…until the day he had met her. He should have left her there and then his life would have been less complicated. He should be cursing the day that spaceship had landed on that planet. Oh, what fate had in store for them. What were the odds of Ayeka crashing on the very same planet as he? The odds that he, a Saiyan, the last…well, apart from Kakkarrot, of his kind, would end up losing his heart to the very race that despised him. To lose his heart and, quite possibly, his sanity to the only woman that could make him weak with just a look.

~ Kami, Vegeta…you couldn't have picked a worse time to do this, now could you? ~

His thoughts were soon cut off as he heard the sound of the bathroom door finally opening up. Not turning around from his position looking outside the windows, he crossed his arms in front of his bare chest and put on a look of nonchalance, although his heart thudded quite heavily against his chest. He had waited long enough, but he wasn't going to rush her. She could take her time and he would be waiting for her.

Her footsteps were light, almost like she was floating on air. He was trying very hard to control himself from throwing her unto the bed and ravishing her, but he knew that it would scare her and he wasn't sure he wanted Ayeka to become afraid of him because of his barbaric instincts. He snorted inwardly. Since when did he start caring about what anyone thought about his habits?

She was behind him now, the soft whisper of her clothing brushing against his bare skin. He tightened his hands into fists as she placed tentative fingers upon his bare shoulders. A low groan escaped him as the coolness and warmth sent tiny shivers of delight down his being. Closing his eyes, he bit his lower lip, as the fingers got even bolder. They now traced his broad shoulders, kneading the solid flesh with gentle pressure, working their way down his spine and down to his lower back. Those pesky little fingers, reached forward to trace the now clenching muscles of his torso, a light bead of sweat breaking out on his now heated skin as the fingers hovered along the waistband of the sweatpants he wore. He almost lost it, as he felt the light kiss on his shoulder blades. His breath coming out in short pants now, he squeezed his eyes even tighter as a tongue flickered out to lick the skin on his neck, his jaw…

"Oh, Kami, Ayeka…"

He spun around quickly and seized her lips in an almost brutal kiss, a bit surprised that she didn't balk at the fierceness of it. If anything, Ayeka seemed more than welcome to his brutality and she arched sensuously into his body as his hands reached quickly to rip away the flimsy nightgown from her body. A gasp of desire from both of them as porcelain skin pressed against the slightly darkened one of the Saiyan prince, sent them toppling to the bed, their lips never leaving each other as they didn't feel like letting the other go. Ayeka's desperate hand, albeit clumsy, fought with the sweatpants that separated their naked bodies completely and with a little help from Vegeta, the piece of cloth was finally pulled off. Ayeka blushed furiously as she felt the nudge of his erection press against her stomach and, trying hard to hide her now reddened face, her chin was gently raised as shining obsidian depths gazed at her with need.

"Don't be shy, Ayeka. You are beautiful…"

Her lips were claimed again as she was laid unto her back amongst the silken sheets. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she arched into him as Vegeta tore his lips away and began the slow torture of worshipping the rest of her body. She bucked lightly as his teeth grazed against her nipples, his fingers dancing over her thighs and leaving fleeting touches around her most vulnerable area.

"Oh, please…," she begged helplessly, "Touch me…"

He needed no second prodding as his fingers explored the hidden secrets that shielded her womanhood. She dug her fingers into his back, her breaths and moans becoming louder and harsher as the fingers became bolder in their movements. Her eyes squeezed shut as the feeling of euphoria threatened to snap her sanity. Just as she felt she couldn't take it anymore, she screamed in delight as the warmth of a talented tongue replaced the roving fingers. In mere seconds, she came violently, her body spasming with barely controlled orgasmic bliss. She lay upon the bed limply, trying hard to get her breath back. A shy smile came unto her face as Vegeta leaned over her with a teasing smirk on his visage. Kissing her again, Ayeka could taste herself upon his lips and she wrapped her legs around his waist, as the silent plea from him was granted. The slight nudge against her entrance made her tense a bit and Vegeta paused in his movements.

"Do you…," he began softly, "I don't want to hurt you…that much…"

Ayeka swallowed tightly and nodded. "Yes…go on. Just be a bit…gentle."

Vegeta replied with another kiss as he thrust into the waiting heat as slowly as he could. Being gentle was not his strong suit, but for her he would make an exception. Ayeka's low hiss of pain stalled him again and he waited patiently for her to adjust to his presence. Her gentle prodding of silent continuation made him move again and with another thrust he buried himself to the hilt inside the tight heat. The dual combination of her inner walls caressing his swollen shaft, along with her murmured words of desire, sent him over the edge and almost forgetting his promise to be gentle, he began a rapid succession of thrusts that sent them into a frenzied rhythm. To his delight, Ayeka seemed not to mind as she thrashed and kept up with his faster pace. Lips met in another bruising kiss, fingers digging and clawing into burning and feverish flesh, as their impending orgasm came to fruition.

Ayeka felt like she was about to fall down into an abyss of pure pleasure. Tearing her lips away from Vegeta's she arched her back, her bare neck exposed to the baring canines of the thrusting Saiyan above her. Her lusty scream came from the dual sensations of being penetrated with one final earth-shattering thrust and the sharp sting of teeth sinking into her neck. Unable to control her self, she raked her fingers down the strong back, the feel of blood staining her fingers as her own ran down her neck, sent her over the edge and finally into the dark regions of satiated bliss. She could barely hear the accompanying cry of completion from her lover as her inner walls were coated with his seed.

The seeds of a Saiyan now buried within her…

Chi-Chi trudged wearily into the kitchen, her eyes barely open as she sought to make something for the no doubt hungry bunch of Saiyans around her.

~ God. They could have at least toned down the screaming last night. ~

Seemed like she wasn't the only one with the problem. Bulma walked in minutes later with a grumpy attitude, reaching automatically for the coffee pot and pouring herself a generous amount.

"Damn those two!" she muttered to herself, "Why can't they keep it down a bit?"

"You mean they are at it again?" Chi-Chi asked incredulously. She knew about Saiyans and their large amounts of energy. After all, she was married to one, but this was ridiculous.

"She must be made of steel." She concluded with a slight shake of her head. "I mean after one session with Goku, I can't walk for rest of the day."

Bulma muttered something unintelligible beneath her breath.

"What did you say?" Chi-Chi asked.

"I said, she is an alien as well. So she will have as much stamina as that barbarian! Good luck to her!"

Chi-Chi snorted and began to beat the batter for the pancakes. "Look, Bulma. You had your chance to snag him and you blew it. Nobody else's fault."

"If she hadn't shown up, I would have had him!"

"Had who?" Goku asked as he walked into the kitchen with Gohan in tow. They had both gone sparring and now they looked…

"To the showers now!" Chi-Chi snapped angrily, "And try to use the soap this time, Goku!"

Twin sighs of resignation accompanied her order as the two Saiyans walked out of the kitchen. They had really been hoping to eat first.

"Oh, hey, Sasami!" Goku greeted chirpily as he noticed the silent princess walk down the hallway towards them.

"Hey Goku, Gohan." the blue-haired girl greeted. Now dressed in a traditional flower printed kimono, she stood uncertainly on her stockinged feet and stared at the two in question. "Have you seen my sister anywhere?"

Goku shook his head. "Nah…haven't seen her yet. Maybe she hasn't woken up."

Sasami frowned and bit her lower lip. "She is usually awake by this time. I should go look for her."

"I wouldn't advise that, kid." Came the voice of Yamcha as he walked up towards them.

"Oh, hey Yamcha. Why is that?" Goku asked in bewilderment.

Yamcha snickered. "Well, let's just say that big sister is pretty occupied with a certain prince at the moment. Come on, Sasami, let's go eat breakfast. Don't worry, she will be down here soon enough."

Sasami stared towards the area that housed her sister with her look of worry growing even deeper. She had had a nagging feeling all morning and the need to speak to her sister was becoming quite overwhelming.

"I must speak to her…as soon as possible!"

The three men were a bit stunned at her vehemence.

"I bet she will be out in a jiff. You don't have to go disturb her…"Goku began, but was quickly stalled by the gasp of pain and the sudden light that flashed upon the young girl's forehead.

A quiet 'What the hell?' was heard from Yamcha as Sasami fell to the ground. Gohan rushed to her side quickly and tried to see if she was okay. "I think she's passed out, Dad." He said worriedly.

Goku nodded and lifted her up to take her towards the living room. Placing her upon a couch, he noticed that the funny-looking triangles upon her forehead still flashed brightly.

"What do you think is wrong with her?" Yamcha asked in confusion.

"She did say she needed to speak to her sister," Goku reasoned, "So, maybe she is the one to figure this whole thing out. You call her."

Yamcha paled considerably. "Hell no! I don't want to have my head chopped off by Vegeta."

"Fine, I'll do it. You both stay here and make sure she is alright."

And with that, Goku bounded to his feet and made his way towards Vegeta's room.

Ayeka traced small lazy circles against Vegeta's chest, a small smile of satisfaction lighting up her features. Vegeta's hands stroked the long locks away from her face, his other hand placed behind his head as they lay contentedly on the floor. Their activities had forced them to leave the relatively unsafe bed and to make their way to the floor, which was much better in their opinions anyway.

The warm rays of sunlight floated into the room, casting soft golden hues on their bodies. In a lazy drawl, Ayeka crooned softly. "I am sticky, Vegeta. We need to take a shower…"

"I am just fine the way I am, Ayeka."

The princess snorted and rose up to straddle him with a mock indignant face. "You are one dirty Saiyan!"

Vegeta's smirk widened. "Oh, am I?" And in a sudden move, he bucked her off and twisted them around, so as to be the one straddling her now. "And what are you going to do about it?"

With a responding growl, Ayeka flipped him over and in mere seconds, both royals were engaged in a wrestling match that left them panting in excitement and growing desire. Gaining the upper hand again, Vegeta lay above her and pressed their foreheads together, his breath coming out in harsh gasps, as he slid into her waiting heat again.

"Kami…what are you doing to me, Ayeka?" He muttered out brokenly.

She groaned and thrust back against him, increasing the tempo as their rhythm picked up. "Ah…Vegeta…you are…I…I…Oh, Tsunami!!"

Vegeta buried his face against her neck as his 'barbaric' side took over. He pounded relentlessly into the pliant body, his grunts becoming louder as he sought his completion. Suckling a rosy nipple into his mouth, he teased the other as his thrusts became harder and faster. She kept up with him, something he had come to admire, as her teeth sank into his shoulder. He could have sworn he had finally awoken the sleeping fiery woman within her. With a howl of pleasure, he exploded and sent his essence into her again, finally collapsing limply upon her body with a weak grunt.

They hardly heard the knock on the door as they tried to will their brains to function properly again, but they did hear the sound of someone bursting into the room. Vegeta, automatically, reached over to shield Ayeka as he spun around to face the baka that had dared try to …

"KAKKARROT!! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO KNOCKING?!"

The younger Saiyan didn't know whether to close his eyes or to ogle at the sight before him. "Umm…sorry, Vegeta. It's just that I heard you screaming and …"

"And what?! You came to rescue me?!"

"Well, no…but…"

"I should kill you for this!! You stupid…"

"Vegeta…don't." came Ayeka's soft croon, as she placed a light kiss on his shoulders. Vegeta found his face heating up at the touch and he faltered for a bit before regaining back his anger for the annoying Saiyan.

"What do you want, Kakkarrot?"

Goku seemed to think about it for a minute, before it came back to him. "Ah, yes. I actually came for you, Ayeka."

The princess snapped to attention, her eyes widening in fear. ~ Sasami! ~ "Is it Sasami?!"

"Hai! She fell to the ground…said she had to speak to you, urgently or something."

Ayeka gasped in dismay, before bounding to her feet, not caring that she was naked in front of Goku, as she made her way towards the bathroom to get dressed. Vegeta wasn't sure if to go after her or to blast the dazed and red-faced Saiyan before him. Finally making up his mind, he growled and got to his feet, pushing the gaping Goku out of the room.

"Leave now, before I blow you to bits, Kakkarrot! I think you have seen enough for one morning!!"

He slammed the door shut behind him and walked towards the bathroom. Ayeka was already done wiping her self down and was now getting dressed in one of his shirts and her black pants. Quickly tying her hair into a lose ponytail, she looked like she was about to cry.

"How could I have been so stupid? I wasn't there for her."

Vegeta ignored the small stab of hurt that seared through him. It looked like Ayeka was trying to make him feel guilty and it sure as hell was working. "Look, we were both caught up in the heat of things, you couldn't have known…"

"But it was my job to know!" Ayeka said desperately as she brushed past him. "She could be dying and…and…"

"She isn't, Ayeka." Vegeta snapped coldly. "Now stop overdramatizing everything!"

She froze and blinked at him. "How like a Saiyan." She finally spat out in an icy tone. "Uncaring, unfeeling, selfish…"

"Yeah, well you never said any of those things when I was fucking your brains out!"

Ayeka gasped and balled her hands into fists. "You bastard!! That's all it was to you, wasn't it?! Just one big…big….sex act!!"

"IT WAS MORE THAN THAT AND YOU KNOW IT!!"

"WELL, YOU HAVE A FUNNY WAY OF SHOWING IT!!" She screamed back in frustration. "See you later!!"

And with a huff, she stormed out of the room leaving a clearly shaken Saiyan prince behind.

~&~&~&~&~&~

Everyone scurried back to their places as Ayeka's angry footsteps came down the hallway. The argument between her and Vegeta had carried quite loudly and curious eyes and ears had stuck around to listen and watch. As soon as she made her way into the room, everyone had gone back to their normal positions, each trying very hard not to give their earlier activities away.

"Oh, Sasami," she gushed in worry as she made her way towards the lying girl, "I am so sorry. I should have been there for you."

Sasami opened up her eyes slowly. "It's okay. Tsunami said you were doing fine."

~ Not anymore. ~ Ayeka thought miserably. "What did you want to see me for?"

Sasami sat up and stared at her for a moment. Lowering her gaze, she spoke quietly. "Tsunami spoke to me last night. She said that…that …father and mother will be coming here soon."

"What?!"

Sasami nodded sadly. "They should be here by tomorrow and they will take us back home…"

Ayeka shook her head to clear out her muddled thoughts. She couldn't leave. She was…she loved Vegeta…and she couldn't leave… not without…

"You can't." Sasami said quietly. How could she tell Ayeka the other news that Tsunami had so happily dished out to her?

"And why not?" Ayeka asked sharply. "I could always refuse you know."

Sasami shook her head solemnly. "You can't because…because…"

"Because of what?!"

"Because Yosho is still alive!" Sasami finally burst out with tears. "And once he is here, Father will want you to marry him!"

This time the audience was completely stunned at the turn of events. Ayeka got to her feet slowly, her face draining of color as her mind whirled with the news.

"No…no…he can't be…," she whispered harshly. "He's dead! Ryoko killed him!!"

Sasami sobbed even harder. "No…No, she didn't! Yosho lives here on Earth and you will marry him, like you were supposed to!!"

"No!! No, I won't!!" Ayeka screamed hysterically, as she grabbed the younger girl's shoulder and began to shake them desperately. "Tell her that I will not!! I can't marry him!!"

"And you can't marry a Saiyan either." The calm voice spoke out softly. Ayeka stopped shaking Sasami to stare into the pink-colored orbs. The serene figure of the goddess filled it now as she continued. "It is the way the Fates have seen it fit."

"But…but it's not fair…" Ayeka sobbed quietly, as she sank to the floor in defeat.

"I know, my child, but it cannot be helped. Although…"

Ayeka raised hopeful eyes to her.

Tsunami smiled softly. "You have a little Saiyan prince growing within you right now."

Ayeka's eyes widened in dawning comprehension. "Our…our son…Vegeta and I…"

"Yes, Ayeka…you will conceive one of royal blood. One that will be denied by your race and embraced by another. One that will be stronger and even more powerful than the powers of Jurai and Vegetasei combined. He will be of pure heart but capable of malice and hate for a people that will deny him."

The goddess seemed to loom above the shaky princess, her kind eyes now filled with concern and love.

"Be very careful, my dear Ayeka." She said quietly.

"The tides are about to change. For a Saiyan prince will rule over Jurai…one day…"
