Alright this chapter will follow Bras last minute preps the day before the wedding.

Chapter 14: Last minute preps for Bra
It was 11 am when Bra finally woke up to see that Pan was gone. She turned over to Pans side and saw a note lying on her pillow. She reached for the note and smiled as she read what Pan had written.
Hey gorgeous,
Sorry that I didn't wake you before I left but I had to get an early start today to make sure everything is going according schedule as well as get a haircut and pick up the tuxes. I'll call you a little bit later to check in alright. And I hope you like the ring I got you also. And make sure that you are ready because want to be with you forever as soon as possible. See you tomorrow.

Bra folded up the note up and placed it in her dresser as she reached in and grabbed some clothes before heading into the bathroom. Since she didn't really need to do anything except go and grab Pans ring and get her hair done also Bra could goof off for a few hours.
After the shower Bra headed to the kitchen and made herself some food and then headed off towards the living room to watch some TV. And as luck would have it one of her favorite movies was on and she immediately threw the remote to the other chair since she knew she wasn't going to be getting up to change the channel.
Two hours later Bra was getting ready to head out and meet her mother at the salon when the phone rang. It was her luck that she was in the middle of going to the bathroom when it rang.
"Shit. Why can't I pee in peace." Bra did her best to finish quickly and she answered when it reached the fifth ring. "Hello?" was all she said and was glad to hear Pan on the other end. "Hey it's me."
Bra giggled a little at the sound of her mates voice and replied. Hey you. Why didn't you wake me up before you left?" She heard Pan sigh and answer her "Because you were sleeping so well that I didn't want to wake you. And I'm calling for two reason."
"Which are?" Bra asked. "Number one is I'm just checking in. And the second is did you find the note?" "Yes and it was very sweet." Bra replied happily. "I'm glad you liked it and I'll call you later. Alright?"
Bra sighed and said "Okay. I love you." "I love you too." came Pans voice and she hung up.
Bra set the receiver down and then headed out the door to meet her mother.
When she got to the salon it was almost 2 and she knew that her mother was probably already sitting in the shop waiting for her. And sure enough as soon as she entered her mothers voice went. "Where have you been?"
Bra turned to see her mothers stern face looking her directly in the eye. "Hey mom." was all she could say which seemed to somewhat fan Bulmas anger. "Don't you 'Hey, mom' me. Now where were you?" Bra gulped and then said "Pan called me and that was what made me late." The anger immediately left Bulmas face as she heard her daughters excuse.
"Oh. Well okay now get in the chair." Bra followed her mothers instruction exactly and let the stylist do whatever Bra wanted her to do. When Bra had told her that she wanted her hair to look like one she saw in one of the catalogs the lady immediately began to make the necessary changes. A snip here a cut there, even the bangs. And after about a half hour Bras hair was looking very sharp. I don't want to think of a design so imagine your own.
With that done the lady spun her around for Bulma to see and Bra smirked as she saw her mom do a sort of hand to the mouth gasp and then start fanning herself like Mike Meyers S.N.L character Linda from the Coffee Talk bit. "Don't start crying you have to save some tears for tomorrow." Bulma regained her composure and then went to pay the bill.
"Why does she need to save her tears for tomorrow?" the lady asked as she began cleaning the excess hair off the floor. "Because I'm getting married tomorrow." Bra replied and was a little scared as the lady grabbed her hand and said "ongratulations. I hope you and your husband are very happy together." A huge sweat drop formed and Bra shyly replied "UH... Yeah. We will be and thank you very much," and she then gave the lady a hundred zeni bill and then followed Bulma out of the shop. "So what's next mom?" Bra asked before she and Bulma got into their cars.
Bulma scratched her chin as she thought about what they were supposed and then remembered what she planned to have Bra do. "Well we can get you a manicure and pedicure before we grab the bridesmaids dresses."
Bra nodded in agreement and said "Sounds good," before getting into her car and waiting for her mother to back out and head into the street towards the nail parlor.
When they got to the place they were surprised to find that it was basically empty. The two were immediately helped and were done within an hour. I know I was a bit more detailed in the talking of the haircut but I don't get my nails done so I have no idea what they do. But anyway now that they were feeling more beautiful than they normally were. <cough> bullshit <cough>. Sorry
After that Bulma followed Bra to the gown store to grab the bridesmaids outfits and were surprised to see that Mihoshi and Kiyone were there with a couple of clients. Seeing that they were busy the two just waved and received a wave and that stupid pinky and thumb thing about calling them about tomorrow since the store was closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The two nodded and then went to the back to talk about getting the gowns. When they were asked for the party name Bra said "Briefs and Son wedding." the lady checked her list, nodded and then went to grab the dresses. 5 minutes later the lady returned with the 6 dresses that they had ordered. One for Ryoko, Marron, Ukyo, Akane the maid of honor, Shampoo and 18. They thanked her and then put the dresses in the back of Bulmas car and saw that it was already 5 o'clock and decided to head back to Capsule Corp. But not without a stop to the jewelry store to pick up Pans ring.
Now at this store Bra only needed to walk up to the manager who had helped her with choosing the ring and was in and out in 5 minutes. The ring was pretty simple just a gold band with an engraving and a stone set into it. You'll hear about the engraving later. With that over with they headed back to C.C.
When they reached their house Bra noticed that there were a few too many cars in the driveway.
"Mom why are there so many cars here?" Bra asked as she helped Bulma with the dresses. "Well we're having some of the girls stay over so that we can all get to the wedding together." Bra noticed that Bulma was a little to wuick with her answe meaning that she was hiding something but she shrugged it off until she entered the house and heard a loud scream.
"SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!" Bra looked to see that alot of her friends were there and were throwing her a bridal shower.
"Gotcha!" was the only word that came out of Bulmas mouth as she saw Bras mouth drop open. But as she was just about to go and join in on the party the phone rang and Bulma went to answer it. Bra was talking to some people when Bulma came and said "Bra it's Pan." Bra excused herself and got the phone from her mother.
"So did you like your surprise." Pan said as Bra put her ear to the phone. "YOU KNEW?!" Bra asked in surprise. "Knew I helped get it ready. Well just with the inviting part at least." The two talked about the party and what they did that day when Bra said "I got your ring today." Pan asked her what it looked like but all she said was "You'll find out tomorrow." Bra got a little pissed when Pan told her to go to bed but she knew that she didn't mean it. Pan may have needed alot of sleep but Bra didn't so she went back to the party after she got off the phone.
The party didn't end until a quarter of 11. The only reasoned it stopped was because Chi Chi knew that they needed to get some sleep or else they would be running late. So they all went to bed all excited about the next day. But no one was more excited than Bra who didn't fall asleep until well after 1.
There you are chapter 13. I know it might seem a little sketchy but I was in a rush to do this since I won't be able to update or write for a week since i'm going to Jersey and Philly. Next chapter THE WEDDING.! SEE YA'LL IN A WEEK.
