Dragonball GT:
Chapter 1
A Determined Child
It's been eight years since the adventure into outer space in search of the Dark Star Dragonballs. Now everyone is at rest and back to normal. Vegeta continued his training, Bulma made more inventions, Bra was away at collage, Gohan and Videl continued their daily routine and Goten was hitting the books just like Gohan did. But one thing we didn't mention was that Pan and Trunks had settled in and have their own place and family. That's right. Pan and Trunks are now married and are very happy I may add. Trunks is still the president of Capsule Corp. and Pan is a house wife. Plain and simple. Let's just say that the two of them have dropped fighting and lived a normal life like other people.
"SASAMI?! SASAMI!" Pan yelled. "Where is she?" Pan walked around the house searching through each room, nook and cranny. "Trunks have you seen Sasami anywhere?"
"No. Last place I saw her was in her room." Trunks said reading the newspaper.
"I checked her room. She's not there. How long ago was it?"
"Great. That girl is beginning to become a real pain."
"Chill out Pan. She's just a kid. She doesn't know better. Besides I bet she's just playing around."
"That's what I'm afraid of. Do you know how many things she can get into? She can cause a lot of trouble."
"If that happens I'll take the blame."
"Just help me find her."
"Fine."
As Trunks and Pan searched through the house, deep in the woods near their house a shadow figure was whizzing through the trees.
"GOT YOU! NOW HAND OVER MY COIN YOU LITTLE THIEF!" Sasami said holding a raccoon in her hands. Sasami is Pan and Trunks' five year old daughter. She loved to get into stuff and have fun. Another thing she loved to do was fight. People said that she got that from Pan's side. Along with that Trunks' side comes from the appearance. With the lavender hair and blue eyes it's not mistakable. "NO ONE CAN GET PASSED ME WITHOUT A FIGHT!" she laughed out loud.
"There you are." Pan said.
"Huh? Oh hi mom." Sasami said.
"Don't do that. I thought I told you to tell me where you are going and what you are doing. Don't you listen?"
"Nope."
"Well I think it's about time."
Pan and Sasami head back home when they hear gun shots in the distance.
"A ROBBERY!" Sasami yelled and ran toward the sounds of yelling and shooting.
"SASAMI COME BACK HERE!" Pan yelled, but Sasami didn't hear her. In a panic she runs back home to get Trunks.
"OH BOY!" Sasami yelled.
"TRUNKS!" Pan yelled. Pan finally got home where Trunks was at the doorway.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
"SASAMI HAS GONE TO THE SITE WHERE A ROBBERY IS TAKEN PLACE!"
"WHAT?!" Immediately Trunks flies to the site where Sasami is watching in excitement.
"This is so cool." She said to herself.
"YOU CAN'T STOP US!" yelled one of the robbers.
"He's right, we can't stop them. They have more weapons than we do. We have to do something or the people near this place is going to get hurt. Not to mention the money is going to be gone from the bank." said one of the policemen. And with that Sasami charged at the robbers without thinking.
"WHAT?! WHAT IS THIS?! IS THIS A JOKE?!" asked one of the robbers.
"WHAT IS THAT KID DOING IN THERE?!" asked one of the policemen.
"I'LL STOP YOU! YOU BETTER LEAVE NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET POUNDED!" Sasami demanded.
"You have got to be kidding me." said the robber. With a few minutes of silence, the robbers start to laugh making fun of the brave kid. Sasami was outraged and didn't like to be pushed around. While this was going on, Trunks lands to the ground so he doesn't cause a commotion. This makes it even tougher because lots of people are crowding the site.
"STOP LAUGHING!" Sasami demanded. But it didn't work. The robber kept laughing and soon the whole crowd was laughing as well. Now this made Sasami even more mad. Full of rage, Sasami powers up. As soon as she does everyone stops laughing and stares at Sasami in shock.
"WHAT THE?!" the robber asked.
"You know, I don't like it when people laugh at me...."
"Uh....."
"And now..... YOU'LL SEE WHY YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME!" she yelled.
"Uh...... we didn't mean to....." said one of the robbers in a shaky voice.
"TOO LATE FOR THAT!" Sasami yelled as she powered up even more. With that, all the people that were crowded around the area all ran screaming. Only the police and the robbers were left. That gave Trunks a chance to see what was going on.
"Oh no. SASAMI DON'T!" Trunks yelled. But it didn't work. Sasami was concentrating on powering up that she didn't hear Trunks calling out to her. "I've got to stop her."
"Now you'll pay." Sasami said and flew up into the air than put her hands in front of her. "YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAA!" A huge energy ball formed in the palms of her hands and headed toward the robbers along with the police.
"HEAD FOR THE HILLS!" yelled the police. At that time Trunks appeared in front of the blast and pushed it up that made it soar into the air and into outer space.
"Wha-what just happened?" asked one of the robbers.
"I'm not sure." said another.
"We were saved." said the head policeman.
"DAD WHY DID YOU DO THAT?! I ALMOST HAD THEM!" shouted Sasami.
"SASAMI WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Trunks yelled.
"BUT WHY NOT?! I WAS ONLY HELPING!"
"I'LL EXPLAIN IT WHEN WE GET HOME!"
"Fine." Sasami lands and walks up to the policemen. "I'm sorry I scared you like that. You can take it from here."
"Uh...... thanks."
"Okay young lady let's go." Trunks said.
"Bye."
"See....ya." the policemen said waving their arms weakly.
* * * * * * * * * *
"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DID THAT!" Pan yelled. "I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO STUFF LIKE THAT!"
"Sorry. I wanted to help. The police said that they couldn't do anything so I just went in." Sasami said with her head down.
"Well that was their problem. You weren't supposed to be there in the first place." Trunks said, arms crossed and leaning against the wall.
"I'm sorry to say this Sasami, but your grounded for a week. No playing outside and no tv." Pan said.
"WHAT?! NO!" Sasami yelled.
"That's what happens when you don't follow the rules Sasami." Trunks said.
"YOUR MEAN!" Sasami ran upstairs and slammed her bedroom door.
"She has to learn." Pan said and went back to what she was doing.
"It's not fair. I was only helping. What's wrong with that?" Sasami asked herself. She than looked at the window and smiled.
"PAN TIME FOR DINNER!" Pan yelled from the bottom of the stairs. There was only silence. "PAN?!" But no one answered. "PAN I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! ANSWER ME!" Pan walked up the steps and stopped at her bedroom door. "Pan what are you doing in there?" When Pan opened the door she found no one. "Where is she?" And with a sudden gasp, she saw the opened window.
"Now this is more like it." Sasami said flying through the air. "No one to push me around anymore." An hour went by and the sun was going down. "It's getting late. I better find a place to stay for the night." Sasami said landing. "I can't stay at grandma ChiChi's. Or at Grandpa Gohan's house. I know." She took to the air once again and headed south.
"What do you mean she wasn't in her room?" Trunks asked.
"I'm telling you she wasn't. Her window was open and no one was in the room." Pan explained.
"She does know how to fly......." Before Trunks could finish his sentence, the two raced out the door.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
"Hello?" Bulma asked answering the door. "Sasami?"
"Grandma Bulma can I stay with you for the night?" Sasami asked.
"Um...... sure, but where's your parents?"
"I ran away."
"RAN AWAY?!"
"Shhhhhhh. I ran away because they punished me for helping others."
"That's not like Trunks to do something like that."
"I know. So can I stay for the night?"
"Sure."
"Oh and I don't want my mom and dad to know where I am."
"Got it."
"Who was it?" Vegeta asked walking into the room with a towel around his neck all sweaty from training.
"Sasami." Bulma said.
"What? What is she doing here? And where's Trunks and that girl he's with?" Vegeta asked.
"First of all, that girl's name is Pan and second of all they don't know that Sasami is with us. She's run away."
"What?"
"I ran away because they punished me for helping others." Sasami said with her arms crossed.
"And?" Vegeta asked.
"And I'm staying with you. And you better not tell my parents." Sasami said.
Vegeta laughed. "Just like saiyan. Demanding and tough."
"Oh brother." Bulma said. "I'll set up a bed for you." Bulma walked off, leaving Sasami and Vegeta by themselves.
"Okay grandma." Sasami said.
"So has that son of mine been training at all?" Vegeta asked.
"Huh? No, not that I know of." Sasami said.
"What a waste of time. He should be training like his dad. Not going on stupid business trips."
"I have been training alone though. In the woods near our house."
"Training? You?"
"Yes grandpa, training. My father told me stories about our race when I was young. He said that we are a powerful race and that we are unstoppable. We have the ability to transform into Super Saiyans and into giant apes when the full moon is out and you still have your tail."
"I see."
"So I want to become a Super Saiyan and become strong just like the stories my father told me."
"Than you came to the right place. You want to train fine, but you need a more better place to train than in some stinky woods full of disgusting animals."
"Huh?"
"Come with me." Vegeta and Sasami walked down the hall and stopped at a door that was made of steal.
"What's this?"
"I'll show you." Vegeta opened the door and Sasami couldn't believe her eyes. A room full of training equipment and controls.
"WOW! What is this place grandpa?"
"It's called the gravity room. This is where I spend my training days getting stronger everyday."
"Cool. I want to train in here too. Can I?"
"This is only for adults. Your still a child. A toddler for that matter."
"I'M NO TODDLER! I MAY BE FIVE YEARS OLD, BUT I'M TOUGH AND MATURE TO HANDLE ANYTHING!"
"Well we'll just see about that. Tomorrow morning at five in the morning we'll start our training."
"Five in the morning?"
"Yes five in the morning. That doesn't bother you, does it?"
"No of coarse not."
"Fine. I'll see you tomorrow bright and early." Vegeta walked away smiling leaving Sasami staring into the empty room.
"This place is huge and it looks much difficult. But I can handle anything. I'll show grandpa that I'm not toddler and that I'm capable to do anything."
"Sasami?" Bulma asked. "What are you doing?"
"HUH?! Nothing." Sasami said.
"Vegeta said that you and him are going to be training tomorrow."
"Yep. I want to become a Super Saiyan."
"Well, than you'll need your rest."
"Right."
"Your bed is in the room to the right first door."
"Okay. See you in the morning grandma." Sasami ran off.
"I better call Pan and Trunks to let them know." Bulma said to herself. Just as Bulma was about to dial a knock was coming from the door. "Coming." Bulma walked to the door and opened it. "Pan. Trunks. What are you doing here?"
"Sorry to bother you mother, but has Sasami stopped by here?" Trunks asked.
Bulma let out a sigh. "Come in you two and I'll explain." The both looked at each other and walked in. After Bulma finished the story, Bulma's head dropped.
"So that's why. But Bulma, Sasami was going to blast the entire police force along with the robbers." Pan explained.
"I see." Bulma said. "But please don't tell Sasami that I told you. She'll won't forgive me."
"Don't worry. I guess she's going to be staying here for a while." Trunks said.
"Yeah. Oh and before you go, I have to tell you something."
"Yes?" Trunks asked.
"Vegeta is going to train Sasami."
"What?" Pan asked.
"Sasami said that she wants to become a Super Saiyan. So he said that he'll help her."
"I see." Pan said.
"Sasami's a tough girl. I'm sure she can handle it. Besides I was training at a young age." Trunks smiled.
"Yeah, so did my father." Pan said.
"It must run in the family." Bulma said.
"Take care of our little girl." Pan said walking out the door.
"Right. I'll call you from time to time." Bulma said.
"See you." Trunks said and flew off with Pan.
