Hey this is my first DBZ and Angst fic! It has my favorite pairing though you can really only see two, well anyway I hope it enjoy I put a lot of work into it, oh yeah for those who want to know the songs called 'All I have to give' by J-Lo and LL cool J, also when the sentence has a //word\\ are the song lyrics hope you got that, R&R ja!

"Trunks you did it again, where were you!" Marron yelled with hurt and anger in her eyes, Trunks avoided her gaze, "I'm sorry after work I went to have a drink with a few guys and lost track of time" he said, well it wasn't the truth but it wasn't a complete lie he had gone drinking but got a little too drunk and spent some time with a stripper that was working at the bar. "I can't this anymore why do you keep doing this to me?" she asked keeping her tears at bay, "don't you love me anymore" she thought, "I-" he couldn't say anything, there was nothing to say, "Trunks" she said firmly and Trunks feared her next words "I can't stand it anymore, I have to get out of here you hurt me too much". Trunks felt like he got hit by a truck "wha-what?! Marron no!" he almost said pleadingly.

// Jlo: Its such a shame but I'm leaving cant take the way you mistreated me And its crazy, but oh baby it dont matter whatever dont phase me \\

// LL cool j: I dont believe you wanna leave like this I dont believe i just had my last real kiss i do believe we'll laugh and reminise wait a minute, dont bounce Baby lets talk about this, miss \\

Marron rushed into their room, reached into the closet and pulled out a suitcase "I gave you countless chances and you keep doing the same damn thing" she said pulling her clothes from the dresser draws "your going to make me go crazy!", "Marron, it'll work out you can't do this after all we've been through" Trunks said gaining his calm, Marron hesitated but shook her head tears flying "No" she said continuing her packing "it seems you don't need or want me at times"

//Jlo: Well I'm bouncin and i'm out son I gotta leave you alone Cause i'm good, i'm holdin down my spot and i'm good, rep'n the gurlz on the block and I'm good, i got this thing on lock So without me you'll be fine, right? \\

Trunks was starting to sweat though he kept his cool posture, "Marron" he whispered crossing his arms and leaning in the door frame "I lost everything, at first you were great what happen Trunks, soon I had nothing left only my pride" Marron stated going into the connecting bathroom. "who needs pride when we're together" Trunks mumbled, he was sure she could live without him and move on but he wasn't sure he could say the same for him.

"what is all about for real Marron this was just the one time I was late" he called out, he heard her laugh sarcastially "sure Trunks, do you know how many nites I wait for yet you never come through that door, sometimes I suspect your cheating on me" she said then lowered her voice "what am I not good enough for The Trunks Vegeta Briefs, Uub is sometimes better company than you", Trunks felt anger raise in him "you had Uub in here! and you suspect me of cheating in you!" he yelled, Marron glared at him " Uub is just a friend besides Bra and I play matchmaker to get him and Pan together you think I would do that to one of my best friends?" she said. Trunks calmed down, that was true "hey Marron I'm sorry" he said looking out the window towards the nightsky, a star reminded him of the ring in the velvet case in his pocket, sure he wanted to Marry Marron but he had never had this deep of a relationship most of the times he only had a girlfriend for a week then dump her. Then he meet Marron again and she was a challenge that he enjoyed eventually falling in love with her. So actually it was the other way around, Trunks didn't think he was too good for Marron, Marron was too good for him

// LL cool j: it makes a cat nervous: the thought of settling down especially me, i was creepin all over town thought my tender touch could lock ya down i knew i had you, as cocky as it sounds the way you used to giggle right before i put it down its better when you angry, come here i'll prove it now \\

Trunks walked up behind Marron and placed his hands on her shoulder kissing her neck and cheek "don't go make choices when your mad Marron" he whispered into her ear making her shiver. Marron melted into his arms but stiffened "No" she told her self firmly she wouldn't fall for this again, " I made this choice long before" she said outloud shrugging her shoulders from his grasp

// jlo: stop playing, you gamin, i gotta leave you alone cause i'm good holdin down my spot and i'm good, rep'n the gurlz on the block and i'm good, i got this thing on lock so without me you'll be fine, right? (here we go) \\

"I'll see you around" Marron said slowly putting on her coat looking at him with sorrow, Trunks stared at her "are you sure about this?" he asked trying on more time "Yeah I really have nothing keeping me here" she mumbled looking away from his piercing gaze and felt a tear slip down her check, he reached out a wiped it "Marron Ai Shiteru always" he whispered holding her cheek and stroking it with his thumb, she held his hand and kissed his finger "me too, good-bye Trunks maybe later in life" and with that she was gone leaving him in the the house no longer filled with the warmth of love but the coldness of sorrow. Trunks fingered the velvet box in his pocket and smiled sadly "well she said maybe later in life which means I still have a chance" he thought.

// jlo: aint nothing you can say to me that can change my mind i gotta let you go now and nothing will ever be the same so just be on your way go ahead and do your thing now and there's no more to explain to me you know i know you came on and feelin whatcha do (and i'm good) and i'm bouncin, i'm out son (and i'm good) i gotta leave you alone \\

Marron walked up to Pan's house and knocked "Trunks..." she thought before putting on a fake smile while greeting the 1/4 saiyan and her boyfriend, "so how'd it go" Pan asked hanging up Marron's coat, Marron sat down on the couch and looked into the fire that burned there "It hurts but its for the best right now" she said.
