Chapter I: The Ring

Pan's POV

It is eight in the morning and I haven't slept yet. I am so happy to finally be able to return home after seven years. I still can't help but to think about my friends and family, oh boy I miss them. Trunks my childhood crush… I wonder does he love me so. I never got a chance to tell him my feelings because he was to busy dating girls he hardly knew.

While I was in collage I dated a few guys, but I didn't love them the way I loved Trunks. Most of them were trying to dip their fingers into the honey jar if you know what I mean, so I just broke it off. Well now I think I am going to get some rest now before I land in about two hours.

When I first saw you

My life was just beginning

It was the most perfect day

You look like a star that has fallen from the sky

Trunk's POV

It's been three days since my mother told me that Pan is returning. I couldn't believe it, she is finally back. Those seven years ago when she left I felt as if a piece of my heart ripped inside of me. I did have deep feelings for Pan. We use to do mostly everything together, but now that I'm married life has been easy on me and I just hope that we can be closer friends since she is now coming home. I just can't wait to pick her up at the airport later on; it is going to be a pleasant moment.

And you try to find your way, no matter how high

Even though you're not up there shinning

You glow so brightly down here, and I wonder why

Why do I find it so hard to talk to you?

Maybe it's because I don't glow too

It has been close to three hours and my plane is finally about to land. I can't believe it, I am finally back where I should be, home.

When I finally got off the plane and walked inside I saw the guy that I missed those long seven years…Trunks!

“Pan what you standing there for? Give me a hug!” He smirked.

Pan ran over to Trunk's open arms and gave him tight hug, “Trunks I missed you so much.” Tears gathered up in her eyes.

“I missed you too Panny. It's a good feeling to be near you again.”

She finally let him go and he observed her. She had a tight black shirt on with a denim jean skirt that showed off her curves. She had gone from tomboy to dressing sexy, and he liked that. He just hoped she had still been training.

“So Pan, are you still training?” He asked her while picking up her suitcases

“Yeah...a lot.” she smiled.

“That's good. So did you meet any guys while in America?”

“Yeah, but they weren't my type, still looking for that special somebody.”

“Oooh, you will find him, and when you do don't let him go.” Trunks felt a bit happy, but did he love her or not?

Pan looked down and noticed that Trunks had a ring on his finger …a wedding ring.

“So you're married?”

“Yeah… I guess you saw the ring.”

“So who is the lucky lady?”

“Marron.” He didn't know why he felt guilt running all through his body.

“Congrats, I wish the best for you two.” She gave a fake smile, took some of the suitcases, and put it inside the car.

Trunks also put some of her luggage inside the car. After that was done he drove Pan back to her house.

When they arrived at her house they took the luggage out the car and Pan was finally rejoined with her parents after seven years. It was indeed a good feeling.

“I'm so glad you had a safe trip home.” Videl and Gohan gave their daughter a hug.

“Me too… I am so glad to see you Mom and Dad.”

“Thank you Trunks for bringing me home.” She winked.

“No problem… I guess I should be leaving now.”

“Okay, see you tomorrow Trunks, bye-bye.”

“Bye Videl, Gohan, and Pan.”

He went out the door and drove off, “I wonder… does he love me so?” She frowned.

I wonder how a guy can be so gorgeous

Then I remember you're the son of a goddess

I know that one day we will be friends

And that my crush on you will never end

The next day

Pan yawned and rubbed her eyes. She took the covers off of her and went to freshen up for the long day ahead. While she was in the shower she was thinking about the conversation between her and Trunks. She just couldn't believe Trunks and Marron were married. The bitch knew she was in love with Trunks.

After she was done taking her shower she put on a pair of sexy London jeans and baby phat shirt on. She picked up her cell phone and called Bra. On the fourth ring she finally picked up the phone.

“Hello... Bra speaking.”

“Hey it's Pan.”

“Pan I am so glad that you are finally back… hey you want to go shopping with me, Marron, Trunks, and Goten?

“Yeah, if it's not a problem.”

“Okay we will come around 1 o' clock. Sound good?”

“Yeah… I'll be ready.”

“Okay then Pan, c-ya then girl!”

“Alright, bye Bra!”
