Dragon Ball/Z/GT Fan Fiction ❯ Connected ❯ The Greatest Fan of Your Life ( Chapter 1 )

[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]
This is a 90 chapter story. Each chapter will feature a different song depending on the point of view. The first 4 chapters will be from Chichi's point of view while the next 4 will be from Goku's and the last one is the culminating chapter for both of them. Just remember that by point of view I mean that it is still 3rd person (my primary writing) it is just about how either Goku or Chichi is feeling. There isn't really a plot. Just pent up emotion. A little bit of how I'm feeling currently. I'll put up the name of the song at the beginning of each chapter. Some of the songs will be incorporated to the fic while others will just be background noise. Oh. And there's a lemon or two.Enjoy ^-^------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------
ConnectedChapter 1: The Greatest Fan of Your Life
Sunlight crept into a open window of the Son house; its warmth touching everything and igniting a pleasantness in the air.Chichi opened her eyes slowly, feeling the heat warm her face.Today was going to be one of those days. She could feel it.A day where the whole world would be happy and oblivious to her suffering because, no doubt, she would be hurting.Today would mark the five month anniversary of her husband's death that was, by no means, ordinary. Also, this would make her seven months pregnant. Her form was bulging greatly as the child inside of her grew. She was still tired and wanted to stay in bed, but she had a son to take care of; his son.She turned and looked at the empty space beside her in the bed and sighed, trying to choke back the tears. The door opened hesitantly and her son carefully stepped inside."Mom?" he asked quietly."What is it, Gohan?" she asked, her voice cracked so she cleared her throat."Um...well...I have to be at school in 30 minutes...""Oh...right." She struggled to sit up but eventually managed, "I'm sorry, Gohan. I'll be out in a minute."He nodded and retreated to the kitchen.Mustering her strength, Chichi gave a great effort to stand, but couldn't manage. After the third try, she fell back onto the bed and whimpered, "Everything was so much easier when you were around." she cried quietly to the ceiling. She couldn't stop the tears as they rolled down her face, "Why did you have to leave me?"She could recall the times when she was pregnant with Gohan. How her Goku would always help her and make sure she was comfortable before he left to be with his friends or train. Of course, his training was limited during those times since her hormones were as extreme as Gohan's power level with his emotions. He spent those days keeping her company as the child grew. This time, however, she was all alone. There was no one to rub her aching back and shoulders or the bruises that formed on her belly when the little one kicked restlessly. No one to vent her emotions to. No one to scold for being dense when she knew he was really a genius in disguise. There was no one.Just her and her Gohan and the little one inside her all alone.Wiping her eyes, she tried to stand again and succeeded, though she swore she could feel a little push from behind. Shaking her head, she cleared her throat and regained her composure before donning her robe and walking to the kitchen.Gohan sat patiently at the table, but jumped up when he saw his mother's tear-streaked face."Are you okay?" he asked, worried, "Is it the baby?" he ran over to her."No,no." she placed a hand on his head, "I'm fine."He hesitated for a moment, "Its dad." it was more of a statement than a question. She looked away and he took that for confirmation.“How about I turn on the radio?” he suggested.“That’s a great idea.” She smiled at his attempt to get her mind off of things, “What would you like for breakfast?”He shrugged, “Whatever.” He ran over to the radio on the counter and started playing with the knobs while she rummaged for a pan.He found a station he liked and sat back down at the table.“And now back to today’s hits on 72.3 WXYZ.” The DJ said. And then the most peculiar of things happened.A song, one she knew well, began to play. The pan slipped from her grasp as she was thrown back into blissful memory and tearing heartache.***~~~***The sky was bright blue with a single cloud and all was white and beautiful. She, herself, dressed in a magnificent white dress stood across from another mass of white which she could tell by its sparkling radiance was Goku.He just glowed pure happiness and she couldn’t get enough of him.He pulsed with life and energy and something more…a certain…youthful innocence. He was intoxicating.A song came on. It was time for their first dance.Timidly, she took his hand and led him to the middle of the wedding crowd. He wasn’t a great dancer, but that was okay. Neither was she. They swayed to the rhythm of the song and she looked into his vibrant onyx eyes. The strands in your eyes that color them wonderfulStop me and steal my breathAnd emeralds from mountains that thrust towards the skyNever revealing their depthShe laid her head against his chest and sighed in content. She knew he still found it awkward, but she also knew that he wanted to make her happy. He had told her that, in his own naïve way, earlier. He hadn’t said he loved her, but then, he didn’t have to. She could see it with the way he acted. Besides, he didn’t really know what love was yet. He didn’t understand his feelings. It was all fine to her because one way or another, she knew they were meant for eachother. It wasn’t something she could see or touch for herself. It was something she could feel and sense and for forever, that would be enough for her.Tell me that we belong togetherAnd dress it out with the trappings of loveI’ll be captivated; I’ll hang from your lipsInstead of the gallows of heartache that hang from aboveShe couldn’t believe how lucky she was. Her friend from childhood was now her lifetime companion. Though naïve and young, he was strong and willful and more determined than any other suitor she observed. He wasn’t, by any means, perfect, but he didn’t have to be. Perfection made life boring, especially to a perfectionist like herself. The beauty of this was the fact that they were going to grow and mature together in every way. Perhaps even become parents. She could tell that this man in front of her had the power to overcome any obstacle with a fluidity that even she lacked. He would be in her life forever. He had to be.She couldn’t see a future without him; not a bright one, at least.I’ll be your crying shoulderI’ll be love suicideI’ll be better when I’m olderI’ll be the greatest fan of your lifeLater in their new home, they fumbled with eachother nervously. She hadn't thought he's be naive in this after being with Roshi for so long, but she had to teach him something she, herself, wasn't quite sure of.But once he learned...she shuddered.Once he learned, he was incredible. She stared up at him, mesmerized by the way his body moved with hers. His throat would expand as he swallowed in nervousness. The expression on his face mirrored her own in it's ecstasy.Within her body, fires were rising, the Earth was shaking, and he was all she could see. Her toes curled with the delectable pleasure of him inside her. Waves of bliss crashed over her, causing her to moan and scream his name with wild abandon. Every movement he made; every sound he expelled built up the raging inferno within her as he touched places inside that left her breathless and-- oh!He sent her flying over the edge and she didn't care. She knew he'd be there to catch her at the bottom. She cried at the intensity and passion and watched as he struggled o hang on just a little longer. He lost the fight and came with a wild cry inside her. His body convulsed over hers and she could've swore she saw his hair flash golden. He collapsed on top of her, shaking and whimpering; the beauty of the first time not lost on him.She placed her lips on his forehead and ran her fingers through his large, unruly hair to calm him.He looked into her eyes in that moment and the depths of his own were lost to her. It was as if a door opened within his mind and matured him. He stared at her adoringly."I love you." He said for the first time. It sounded as if he had just realized it.Well...better late than never, she figured.Rain falls angry on the tin roofAs we lie awake in my bedAnd you're my survival, you're my living proofMy love is alive and not deadShe beamed at him, thinking over the last moments as their bodies calmed. She was definitely pleased. Their bodies fit together perfectly. It solidified her theory that they were meant to be together."I love you too." she whispered to him, bringing his head down to hers and capturing his lips with her own.Tell me that we belong togetherDress it up with the trappings of loveI'll be captivated, I'll hang from your lipsInstead of the gallows of heartache that hang from aboveThe kiss was smoldering. It was passion and realization and all heat. She felt his body hardening again; felt him springing to life as she relit the fire within him.His shaking intensified and he moaned into the heat of her mouth. She swallowed the sound greedily. He pulled back, seeking her permission."Again." She agreed, kissing his face, "Again." his forehead, "Again." his mouth."Again" he whispered back as his hands found hers and he began to move. Her body arched into his as he fulfilled her demands.I'll be your crying shoulderI'll be love suicideI'll be better when I'm olderI'll be the greatest fan of your lifeThis time, she used her body to roll him over and become the dominant entity. Throbbing and aching and rising together; they pulsed like thunder on a stormy night. The angle hit her body just right causing her to scream. They were sweating and panting as he lifted his hips to meet her thrusts. His head thrashed from side to side like he was possessed and, again, she swore she saw his hair change color. But it was gone before the pleasure filled her mind again.I've dropped out, I've burned upI've fought my way back from the deadI've tuned in, I've turned onRemembered the things that you saidLeaning down, she kissed his chest, delighting in the whimpering sounds he made. Her nails dug into his abdomen as she tried to raise herself higher and impale herself more fully with him. This time, he came before her; his eyes flashing open and his body aching from the bed before slamming back down again. The sight of him like that had her joining him.She collapsed on his chest as he breathed heavily.I'll be your crying shoulderI'll be love suicideI'll be better when I'm olderI'll be the greatest fan of your lifeExhausted, she found she couldn't move.Carefully, he rolled them onto their sides and pulled out of her before wrapping his arms tightly around her. He nuzzled her neck affectionately and kissed her shoulder before she fell deeply under into a blissful sleep, feeling content and protected. The greatest fan of your life***~~~***"Mom?" Gohan's voice shook her out of the memory, "Mom?"She shook her head and inhaled a little shakily, "I'm sorry, Gohan." she said, her voice thick with pent up emotion and tears. She'd be lucky if she didn't break down before he left, "I'm just a little out of it today."He nodded in understanding, "I'll just take a bagel or something."She tried to smile at him in appreciation but failed. There wasn't any was she was going to make it without him seeing.----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------Well that's the first chapter.
