“What’s wrong?” Bulma asked after yet another grunt from Vegeta.
“Nothing,” he mumbled.
“You’ve been moping around for a week. Something’s bothering you.”
“Nothing.”
Bulma sighed. “If you’re not going to tell me, at least stop making that noise.” “Nothing.” “What do you mean?”
When Vegeta didn’t answer, Bulma thought back to when his current foul mood began. He had been almost happy up until last Wednesday. So what happened Tuesday?
The answer hit Bulma like a ki blast to the forehead. It seemed farfetched, yet somehow completely understandable.
“Are you upset you didn’t get any chocolate on Valentine’s Day?”
