The New Bodyguard
“Thank you for choosing me as your bodyguard,” Zarbon said, kneeling on the floor with his head pressed firmly to the floor between his hands. “I will do everything in my power to deserve this honor.”
“Get up, Zarbon,” Frieza grunted. “You can’t guard me with your face planted between your knees.”
Zarbon quickly got to his feet and readjusted his new uniform. Tossing his long braid over his shoulder, he waited at attention for his first order.
Frieza smiled down at his new servant from his hovering chair. “I require someone I can trust to watch my back. Someone who will do my bidding without question. I chose you for your cold-blooded ruthlessness and complete loyalty. Now we’re going to pick up your partner.”
“Partner?” Zarbon asked.
“A beast to your beauty,” Frieza said. “Complete opposites. This will ensure every avenue will be watched. A guard for any occasion.
