Drabble # 1 of One “Told”
Author’s notes: This is how I think Gero told the Androids what their mission was. And their reaction.
Seventeen sighed. Shaking his head, he gave the nearby old man a dirty glare.
"Why? I don't understand-why him?"
"What do you mean you don't understand? Seventeen, you and your sister are my revenge. If you kill him, you get your freedom."
"Oh, is that all?" Eighteen's dry voice caused Seventeen to growl. "And how does that 'freedom' come?"
beasts. Does that matter?"
"Yes."
"No." Seventeen spoke with Eighteen. "Once we're free, we can do what we like. How we become free is no one else's business."
Eighteen snorted. "If you insist."
Gero grinned. "Good. Now that's settled..."
Drabble # 2 of One."The End"
Author’s Notes: Again, my version on what the anime/manga didn’t go into detail about.
"And this...this is where you'll be staying. Any questions?"
the rent?"
"Rent?" The landlady's voice was increadouls. "You'll save my daughter's life. I can't charge you! Besides, what would I do with more money?"
"...I hate to disappoint you, but you do realize I didn't save her life? In fact, I distinctly remember trying to end it."
be silly, Vegeta. Just because you haven't saved Bulma's life yet doesn't mean you won't."
"What make you think I'll save it? After all, you barely know me. And she doesn't trust me."
"She will. You will. The end."
Drabble # 3 of One"That's Simple."
Author’s notes: This one is something that never happened in the manga/Anime, but popped into my head. It deals with a former boy/boy relationship, so if you don’t like reading about those, you might want to avoid this. (It’s just a talk, though.)
"Get away, Trunks. Don't you understand? I want to be left alone."
"I don't care. We need to talk."
"Talk? About what? You've made your feeling abundantly clear." Goten's gaze fell downward, then up. "As have I."
I didn't come here to argue."
"Then why? Why do this, Trunks? My wife and I are trying to live our lives."
"Because...I...Goten...I miss you."
"We're not lovers anymore. I won't hurt my wife that way."
"Why did you marry her? What can she do that I can't?"
"She loves me more than the world."
