Chapter 1: The Mysterious Vistor

By: Namoi and Kakabrat

"David, land the ship near Capsule Corporation." A raven-haired woman barked at her small five-year-old son. His nearly lifeless green eyes gleamed the lights of the control panel of the spacecraft they had traveled in for months. The woman, Kirie, was not in one of her good moods.

"Okay Mother," replied David in a small voice. He knew of his mother's mood, and nearly trembled as he did as he was told. He was terrified of his mother, and knew better than to cross her. If he did not do as she said, then a punishment would be in order, and his mother was particularly skilled when it came to punishments.

Kirie glanced out a circular window, glancing upon the Earth. If she did not find her brother soon and get back to Vejiitasei, everything she cared about would be doomed. Frieza had already destroyed half of what would soon be her empire. She had come to Earth in search of her brother and anyone else who would aid her. Kirie was in need of help, and she knew that her brother more than likely be willing to come and help.

Kirie had been… keeping touch… with Vegeta for some time now. She knew of some of his family. She also knew of his 'companion' Kakarot. Kirie continued to stare out the window, coming ever closer to the blue orb.

Meanwhile, on Earth, Trunks and Goten were too busy locked in one of their daily spar sessions in the backyard of Capsule Corporation to notice the oncoming ki's. Goten was gaining the uperhand. Luckily for him, Trunks had been lacking in his training ever since Bulma had started preparing Trunks to take over as the President of Capsule Corporation.

"Trunks!" yelled Bra at the top of her lungs, trying to catch the attention of the sparring Saiyans.

"Be quiet Squirt, wait till I'm done." Trunks yelled back as he dodged Goten's Kamehameha Wave. They always ignored the young girl when she tried to interrupt their sparring sessions, as she would often do.

"But Tru-unks!" Bra whined. The ki's were coming closer. This time neither Trunks nor Goten responded. "Trunks! Trunks! Trunks! Trunks! Trunks!" Bra continued to shout, trying to regain their attention.

They came to a stop, and Trunks shouted. "What?"

"They're he-re," Bra whispered as she pointed to the spaceship that was landing. The door hissed as it opened, and out came a woman and small boy. The woman and child walked up to Trunks, Goten, and Bra quickly.

"Who are you and why are you here?" Trunks asked as he stared at the woman, looking her over. It was then that he noticed her tail, that could only mean one thing…

"I am Kirie, Princess of all Saiyans. I am here to collect Vegeta." She stated as she pushed her black hair from her face in frustration.

"Princess of all Saiyans? But that would mean…" Trunks stared at who, if she was who she had said she was, is his aunt.

It was during this realization that five people suddenly appeared next to them. The Sons had arrived.

"Dad!" Goten yelled, "Why would you bring Mom, Videl, and Pan here?" Goku and Gohan both sighed as if defeated.

"I didn't want to Goten," Goku said in his own defense, " they made me bring them."

"They made you?" Goten questioned.

"To make a long story short," Gohan said, interrupting so that he could save some time, "Mom threatened to bang Dad with her fryingpan, Videl said she would never cook again, and we couldn't just leave Pan at home by herself."

It was then that Goku really noticed the female standing only a few feet away from him. "Hey, who's that?"

Kirie nearly growled in annoyance. "I am Kirie, Princess of all Saiyans."

"Wait," Goku said in a shocked tone, "Princess of all Saiyans? That would mean you Vegeta's sister!"

Kirie smirked as she nodded ever so slightly. The reaction from this man amused her. "Yes, I am."

"Who's that?" Bra asked as she pointed to the small boy hiding behind Kirie's legs.

"My son." Kirie stated, masking her annoyance at her son's cowardice. At times he didn't even have a backbone, it was both disappointing and embarrassing. It was then that Kirie noticed an approaching ki, a vaguely familiar one.

It was mere moments later that Vegeta came into view. "What the hell is going- Kirie?!" Vegeta's rant came to a stop as he stared at Kirie. The utterly lost and confused look on the prince's face was utterly priceless.

"Hello Vegeta." Kirie said as she contained her laughter, which at the moment had been a very difficult task.

"What are you doing here?" Vegeta demanded to know, being sure to put a serious look on his face.

"You need to come with me, father wishes to speak with you on very important matters."

"Grandpa say that Frieza back," David said in a small voice. Kirie was surprised the boy had actually spoken up, but she was more amused than surprised when she saw Vegeta's wide-eyed expression.

"Wait, how could Frieza be back?" Goku asked curiously.

"We do not yet know how he was revived." Kirie stated. "I was sent here by my father to retrieve warriors to help to defend Vejiitasei. We are short on warriors, and I fear I am not strong enough to beat Frieza."

"Well then," Vegeta stated smugly, taunting her inability to defeat the purple lizard, "I shall come." He smirked at Kirie, and then looked to Goku. "You and your brats should come as well Kakarot."

"Gohan isn't going anywhere," Videl said firmly.

"Goku either!" ChiChi yelled.

"Please, ladies…" Kirie addressed the women in order to hurry things along, "If you'd like, you could come as well.

"No way," Gohan said quickly before anyone could respond, "Mom, Videl, you two aren't going. What are you thinking, this is Frieza we're talking about."

"I can't wait," Pan exclaimed excitedly, "I wanna see Frieza get his butt kicked!"

Gohan shook his head firmly. "No Panny, you aren't going. You're staying here with your mother and Grandmother. It's too dangerous, and you're too young."

"Uh, Gohan?" Goku said cautiously, "Maybe you should just let them go."

"Come on Daddy!" Pan whined. "Pleeease? You were even littler than me when got to fight Frieza, and all I wanna do is watch."

"You don't think there should come!" Gohan all but yelled, ignoring Pan's plea.

"Well…" Goku hesitated, "no. But I do know that if we loose it isn't really going to make much of a difference anyway. You may as well keep yourself out of trouble."

It was then that Goku's point was made, Videl smacked the back of Gohan's head viciously. "I'm going Gohan!" She yelled at him, almost daring him to challenge her.

Gohan rubbed his head, a wounded, yet frightened look on his face. "But Videl, it's too dangerous for you to go."

He had done it, he had challenged her. She smacked him even harder this time. "I'm going! End of story!"

Goku looked to Kirie again. "So will you explain everything about Frieza now?"

Kirie nodded. "He has destroyed half of the Saiyan Empire. He was brought back to life by one of his followers, we do not yet know who."

"Oh…" Goku paused. "Well, how did Vejiitasei get back? Vegeta told us it was blown up."

"My mate Temen wished it back years ago. So, you are all coming?" Kirie was growing tired of this, they were wasting too much time.

"Apparently." Gohan said as he sighed.

"Then follow me." Kirie said flatly as she turned and headed back toward her ship. "We must leave now." Everyone followed her onto the ship, and once everyone was aboard, Kirie went to the control panel to set course for home.

"How far away is it?" Pan asked.

"Really really far." David said quietly. He was always quiet around his mother.

"Ah crud," Pan said, pouting, "what'll we do for fun?"

"Don't worry," David said, "I'll show you what we can do… If it's okay with my mommy…" David trailed off, knowing Kirie had heard him.

"Go ask your father." Kirie stated lamely as she continued to mess with the controls.

"Okay… DADDY!" David yelled as he ran down the hall. Kirie cringed, that boy was going to lean how to be quiet, eventually."

"Hey there sport," it was Temen, he walked into the room carrying David over his head.

"Daddy, can I go play when we take off?" David asked, purposely sounding as innocent as he could.

"Very well, Temen said softly, "but you'll have to train later, okay?"

"Okay Daddy."

"Well, we're about to take off, so go sit down." Temen said as he set David down on the floor.

Kirie stared at Temen warily as everyone sat in a chair and strapped themselves in. It was going to be a very long trip home, she just hoped they would not be too late.
