Pan's Support

Ii-Shenron was laughing intensively. He couldn't believe it. He finally did it. He defeated the Saiya-jin! Doped on his own triumph, the killer beast flew around the skies, yelling out his success.

At the Lookout, everyone waited impatiently for Kaioshin to return. With the boys, or without them was the intolerance they felt. The air quickly shimmered a little as Kaioshin appeared holding the two boys. Although everyone was relieved that both were okay, it wasn't what the two were experiencing. Vegeta pushed away Kaioshin's grip on him and crossed his arms in fury.
"I can't believe you Gokou!"
Gokou tilted his head, and his eyes began to water. Kaioshin wasn't aware what has happening and lowered him to the ground. Everyone looked at one another, hoping one of them had an explanation.
"What's the matter? Why are you yelling at Gokou?" Kaioshin asked.
"Because he's a coward!" Vegeta yelled, "Kujiita ran off because he was scared of Ii. It was Gokou's fault. He's afraid of anything that moves! A true Saiya-jin will face the music no matter how big the challenge!"
From behind, G watched Gokou take the verbal punishment from his cousin. He really felt terrible. He knows how it is arguing with Vegeta, and it ain't a pretty sight.
"Go easy on him Vegeta. I'm sure that-"
"Pipe down G!"
"Shut up!"
"Boys, please!" Dende tried to calm them down. Dende's intervention didn't do much, and resulted in G and Vegeta arguing more, and Nion shutting her ears. Pan felt Gokou's pain, and as everyone listened to the argument, she took her grandson aside.
"Come with me Gokou."

Pan led him inside the building and sat him on her lap. She watched as Gokou sniffled and his eyes burned red.
"Gokou-kun-"
"Grandma, it was my fault." He butted in. Pan felt terrible. She didn't like to see him blame himself, and understood his agony. This battle was a big step for him. He use to have trouble even catching a baseball.
"Don't say that Gokou."
Pan held him close.
"Explain to your Grandma what's the problem."
"I'm scared. I got scared when *sniff* Ii threatened to kill us."
*sniff* *sniff*
"But how come?"
Gokou turned to his grandmother. How come?
"What do you mean Grandma?"
"Don't you remember the battle you fought against Semi a few months ago? You weren't afraid were you?"
"No I wasn't"
"Then why now?"
"Because he killed Gokun-kun and the others."
Pan stroked his head, and placed her chin upon his hair.
"Use that reason to fight for."
Gokou immediately stopped crying and looked straight into Pan's eyes. He knew she was right, but it was easier said than done.
"I'm sure Gokun would've done the same for you." Pan finished.
Gokou smiled and hugged her hard.
"I love you Grandma Pan."
"I love you too."

Outside the argument continued until Elder Kai had enough.
"That's enough! If Gokou didn't leave, you would've stayed behind and got yourself killed!"
Vegeta looked away, still annoyed. There was a slight silence before G asked a question.
"How's Aunt Bobulla going? Does she know what's going on?"
"Yeah. Pastri and I filled everyone in with the details." Linni answered.
"Where is my mum?" Nion asked.
"She's at Capsule Corporation working on making Hazell's ancestor stronger." Pastri said.
"What?!"
"My ancestor is half robotic G. It makes her real powerful, and your Aunt decided to make her stronger to help us fight against Ii-Shenron, that creep!" Hazell told G.
"I wonder how its coming along then."

Bobulla was surrounded with devices, and some of her top professional AI specialists.
She stood over the unconscious body of Android 18, holding tools. She wiped the sweat off her forehead.
Almost done, she thought, When 18's finished, she's going to be unstoppable!

Elder Kai, Dende and Kaioshin were talking among themselves what they should do next. It was Popo who struck the idea of using the Room of Time and Spirit. They explained to everyone what it was. Linni, Pastri and Hazell told them that they used it to train too, but the limitations of the room is that a person cannot be in the room longer than 48 hours, with the maximum of two people, or they'll get stuck in there forever.
The plan was for Gokou and Vegeta to enter the room, but of course the proud boy objected, and refused to be stuck in a time room for a year with a coward. Pan had brought Gokou out by this time, and liked the idea, but saw that her grandson was still a little uneasy around Vegeta. What strife!

Ii-Shenron sat on a cliff face, examining the landscapes of Earth.
"Too bad its all going to be gone."
Ii flew up into the sky, and was happy that he killed the Saiya-jin and the Earth all in one day. He outstretched his hand and a palm of energy was suspended.
"Say goodbye to the Earth Saiya-jin!" Ii turned around saying it at the bodies of Vegeta and Gokou, but to his surprise they weren't there.
"Where are they?!" he demanded. The tyrant looked around and felt their energy signal faintly in the sky.
"What the?" the beast questioned, "I can also feel many other ki also coming from there."
He smiled devishly and began flying up.
"When will they ever learn that they can't escape me?!"

As they all continued to talk about their plans of action, G became alarmed at the strange energy signal coming towards the Lookout.
"It's Ii-Shenron! He knows that were here!"
All alert, Dende and Popo signaled them all to follow them inside, but it was too late. Ii had arrived. As they ran inside, G paused and turned around and went back.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Vegeta demanded.
"You and Gokou need to become stronger. Hurry and get inside the Room of Time and Spirit and train! I'll stall him as long as I can!"
"Are you insane G? You know you're not strong enough!"
"I know Vegeta, but you know as much as I do that we can't run. We have to carry this plan out even if it claims my life, just as it claimed Gokun's, Sage, Rue and Thyme."
Vegeta stared at his cousin. He was serious, and he was doing it for him and the Earth.
"G...I want to tell-"
"Don't worry about it cousin. Just remember to do what you and Gokou have to do."
Vegeta grabbed G's hand and nodded. He turned around and sprinted off with the others.
"Be careful then!" Vegeta called to him just as he disappeared into the depths of the rooms.

G stepped outside and looked straight at Ii's stupid face. He was tired of the face of evil.
"Another Saiya-jin?" Ii asked.
G nodded.
"You're pretty brave. Trying to fool me with his act of bravery? Trying to help the others? You know you can't run anymore."
"What makes you think its just an act?" G asked.
He leapt at Ii, who hit him away. As he fell, G regained control and turned himself into a Super Saiya-jin. He powered up and went back for some more. He had to stall Ii as long as he could.

When everyone was led to the Room of Time and Spirit, they realized that G wasn't with them, but after a speech about honor, Pan held Gokou's shoulders.
"You'll be okay. Do this is me."
Pastri smiled.
"I believe in your power Gokou."
Mr. Popo opened the door.
"Please hurry!" he urged them.
Gokou stepped in the room and hugged Pastri and Pan. Vegeta was about to step in when a large blast emulated in the sky. They all shielded themselves, and then out of the smoke, G fell onto the ground, lifeless.
"No, G!" Hazell yelled.
Vegeta became alert, and began running to his cousin's side, when Nion grabbed him.
"Vegeta, you have to go inside. Don't worry about G, he will come back soon...and don't worry about me."
Vegeta paused, and looked at his young sister. He knew the chances of living were limited now, and Nion was only a little girl. He didn't want to show it, but he was real worried for her safety.
"What do you mean Nion-chan?"
"The Dragonballs will revive those who have fallen." Dende told him. Vegeta nodded and hugged Nion.
"I'll see you soon then Nion."
He was about to enter the room, watching Kaioshin holding her hand to support her. He smiled as she waved goodbye to him.
"Beat Ii okay?"
"Sure."
All of a sudden, a large blast was sent at the Lookout by Ii-Shenron.
"DIE!" he yelled.
The Lookout disintegrated as the energy ball ate it up. Everything began to shine bright, and Vegeta looked on in stun horror. Popo grabbed his wrist, bringing him back to Earth.
"Remember its a time dimension. You must know how to break it! Use your power!"
And with a shove, he threw Vegeta inside the room and shut the door.

Bobulla was about to install another component when one of the other workers notified her about Android 18's rise in heart beat.
Sure enough, it was beating like a jackhammer. Suddenly, 18 woke up in horror, scaring everyone around her.
"Hazell! Sage!"

The energy ball totally disintegrated the Lookout and everything else in its path. There was an extreme explosion, and after the smoke disappeared, Ii looked at the debris floating around him.
"Done."
