Chapter 8: Deception

 

Chichi woke up to the sounds of yelling and crying. She was disorientated at first, then she remembered who had done this to her. Yamcha! Her head hurt, she closed her eyes to try and ease the pain.

“Don't you ever back talk to me again!” Yamcha shouted at Easma. Chichi looked on in horror as she witnessed him punch her in the face. Easma fell to the floor, tears streaming down her face. Yamcha turned on his feet and left the room. Easma turned to look at Chichi; she used her sleeve to dry away the blood from her mouth.

Chichi felt sorry her, Yamcha was after all pretty strong. She had never seen someone look as miserable as Easma did.

“What are you looking at?” Easma spat at Chichi, Chichi quickly turned away.

“Are you alright?” Chichi asked.

“What do you care?” Easma picked herself up off the floor and stumbled over to Chichi, she plonked herself down in front off Chichi.

“He never used to be like this.” Easma started. “It was only till he went power mad that he changed.”

“Why are you still with him?” It was a simple enough question but Easma couldn't think of an answer. Easma stared at the floor.

“Because I love him.” Was all that came out of her mouth; she was so use to this being her answer.

“I don't believe you” Chichi said.

“What do you know?” Easma said getting up and walking away.

“I know a lot,” Chichi said to herself. For the first time Chichi properly looked at her surroundings. The room was dimly lit and all around her were machines, bleeping with flashing lights.

The doors to the room opened and Chichi saw Yamcha walk up to her. Chichi became angry; she stood up to face him.

“Yamcha you pig, let me out of here now!” She demanded

“I'm sorry Chichi I can't do that. You see I need Goku to come here, once he learns that you are in danger he'll come.”

“He won't though, Goku's being controlled.” It all fell into place in her head then. “By you” She whispered the last part.

“Well done for finally figuring that part out. Yes he's under my control, well nearly under my control, that's why he didn't kill you. But that will all change once he's here.”

“How could you do such a thing Yamcha?” Yamcha's fists clenched at his sides.

“Because he has power, and I don't, stupid saiyin's! If they had never of come here I would have been the strongest guy on this planet and I could have taken over this planet years ago. And Bulma still would have been mine! But `NO' they had to infest this stupid planet. But its not matter a matter once I take complete control of Goku.”

“You Bastard!”

“No need for language Chichi.” Yamcha smiled at her, except his smile didn't reach his eyes.

Easma suddenly burst into the room, she ran up to Yamcha.

“Yes General?”

“Sir we've spotted the saiyin in the area, he's coming in fast.” She said

`How dare he, he just acts as if nothing ever happened' Easma thought.

“Good capture him, use the special bonds to hold him, he won't be able to break out of them.”

`No Goku stay away' Chichi screamed in her mind.
