A/N: I like Mirai Trunks and Marron, I don't like Trunks and Marron, I like Trunks and Pan, but not Mirai Trunks and Pan go figure that one out.

I don't want complaints from T/M fans about the apparant T/P in this, I have paired Marron up with one of the Trunks', so everyone should be happy. Please don't ask me to break up Pan and Trunks, I will not do it. The couples will stay as MT/M T/P and G/B through out the fic. I also don't want complaints from T/P fans for me pairing up Marron with Mirai Trunks, I just like it that way.

Ages:

Mirai Trunks: 36 ( I have made him older then GT trunks, cause if you think about it, if Mirai, meaning future is coming to GT and he is younger then GT trunks, wouldn't he technically becoming from the past, even though he is from another dimension he is still coming from the past, into the others dimensions future think about that one.

Marron: 27

Summary: Trunks and Pan are getting married. Marron is the only one who isn't happy, She prays that Trunks will see that he doesn't love Pan, but her. However when something tragic happens to Pan, Marron sees how much Trunks truly loves her. She realizes that there is no hope in them ever being together, she tries to commit suicide, but is stopped by another certain Lavender Haired Saiyan Prince.

Warning to T/M fans: If the mere mention of T/P sickens you, I suggest you don't read any of the first three chapters. These chapters focus on T/P, I'm not going to have Mirai show up until at least the fourth chapter so please be patient. You have been warned.

This was it. The day that Marron told Trunks how she truly felt for him. "Come in Marron." Trunks said from his desk in his Capsule Corp office. "What can I do for you?" He smiled.

"Well, Trunks I have come to tell you something." Marron said shyly.

"What is it?"

Marron took a deep breath. "We've known eachother for a long time right?"

Trunks nodded. "Yeah, we have."

"We are bestfriends in away."

"You are one of my dearest friends, what are you getting at?"

Marron closed her eyes and with every bit of courage she had in her she blurted out the words. "I love you."

"What?" Trunks didn't think he heard right. "You love me?"

'She loves me?' Damn, Krillin was right, I hate to do this to her, but I don't love her.

Marron smiled. "Yes, I love you."

Trunks stood there dumbfounded. "Marron, I..uh. I don't know what to say."

"Does that mean you love me also."

Trunks opened his mouth to say something, when his secretary interrupted them. "Mr. Briefs."

"What is it, Amy?" He said a little peeved of the interuption.

"Pan is here."

"Send her in."

'Why would Pan be here?' Marron thought as she watched Pan enter Trunks office. Not noticing Marron was in the office. Pan went up to Trunks and gave him a passionate kiss.

"You ready?" She asked.

"Yeah, I just have to clear things up with Marron here." Pan turned to see Marron standing there.

"Hello, Marron I didn't see you there."

Marron looked shock. "What's going on here."

"Marron I like you to meet my Fiance."

"Fiance?, I don't understand." Marron said in an almost whisper as tears started flowing from her eyes .

"I'm sorry, Marron, we were planning on announcing it at the capsule ball on friday, I'm truly sorry." Trunks appologized.

Marron didn't say a word instead she just turned around a left.

"I am sorry Marron." Was the last thing she heard Trunks say before she was out of earshot.

Pan turned to her Fiance. "What was Marron so Upset for."

"She told me she loved me." Trunks replied.

Pan was shocked. "She loves you?"

"Yeah, I was completely thrown as well."

"Didn't she know, about us?" Pan asked she felt sorry for her friend. She knew what it was like to love someone and not have them not love you back. "I feel sorry for her, I mean I know how she feels."

"What do you mean?"

"I loved you when you were dating Mya, You told me you didn't love me."

"yeah, The only difference between you and Marron is I fell in love with you."

"Trunks would you have fallen for her, if she got to you before me."

Trunks smiled. "I don't know, but does it matter now."

"Trunks, I don't want to marry someone who isn't sure about our relationship."

Trunks cupped Pan's face with his hands. "Pan chan, I'm sure of it, I was sure enough to ask you to marry me wasn't I?" He asked as he brought her lips to his to meet in a kiss.

Pan blushed. "Yeah, however, It just makes me wonder if you could love her more."

Trunks laughed at his fiance's insecurities. "Pan, I love you, I don't love Marron. Do you want to know the truth?"

Pan nodded.

"I love Marron, I won't deny it-"

"Aha-" Pan interrupted.

"-However, I'm not in love with her. I love her more as a dear friend or a sister, I'm madly in love with you."

"Really?"

"Would I lie, To you?" He asked smiling.

"You have before."

"When have I lied to you?" He was shocked at the apparent accusations.

"Well there was that time, you lied to me on my sixteenth birthday,and-"

"-I was planning on surprise sweet sixteen birthday party for my favorite girl." He smiled as he brought her into another kiss.

"Alright,what about the time you told me you couldn't come sparring with me, cause you and Goten were busy."

"I was out buying you an anniversary present for our three year anniversary." He said as she took a hold of the 5 carat diamond that dangled from Pan's neck."

Trunks all the sudden started laughing. Pan looked at him confused. "What is so funny?"

"How the hell did we get off the subject from Marron loving me to me lying to you."

Pan giggled a bit, "I don't know."

"So what are you going to do about Marron?"

"I don't know, you know the weird thing is Krillin had told me she loved me."

"He did, what did you tell him."

"I told him, I didn't love her, because I was in love wth you."

"Marron what's wrong?" Krillin Tried to approach his daughter to see what was bothering her.

"Nothing, Papa." She lied.

"You can't lie to me."

"I know, I just don't want to talk about it." Marron replied as she sniffled back a tear.

"Is it Trunks."

"Daddy?"

"Yeah, Sweetness?" Krillin put an arm around his daughters shoulder.

"Did you know?"

"Know what?"

"That he was marrying Pan."

The truth was Krillin had found out from Trunks, That Trunks and Pan were marrying, Krillin had asked Trunks to ask Marron to the Capsule Ball a few nights ago, seeing as Marron didn't have a date. He didn't think Trunks had one either, well according to his mother he didn't. He was surprised Trunks didn't have one considering who he was, any girl would kill to go out with him. He even thought maybe he would have asked Pan, but according to Gohan Pan was going with Uub. Goten was out of the question, since he was dating Bra Briefs. Krillin had also found out that Marron had turned down every possible suitor waiting for Trunks to ask her, the only problem she was waiting to long, the Ball was in three days and she still didn't have a date.

FLASHBACK.

Krillin walked into Capsule offices. "Can I see President Trunks Please?" He asked the receptionist.

"He's in his office, you may go up." The woman said in a monotone voice.

"Thanks." Krillin rushed up to the office.

Krillin Knocked on the door that said *TRUNKS BRIEFS: CEO and PRESIDENT of CAPSULE CORPORATION.

"Come in." He heard Trunks call, he stepped into the rich luxurious office.

"Krillin?" Trunks said surprised to see Marron's father standing before him.

"Hello, Trunks, I came to ask you a favor."

"Yeah, anything."

"I hear your dateless for the annual Capsule Ball."

"Where'd you get that notion."

"your mother."

"Figures."

"Your not dateless."

"Far from it, why."

'Maybe he has already asked Marron out.' He thougth, "I came to see if you would escort Marron, but since you have a date already."

"Tell her I'm sorry."

"Yeah, I will." He said sarcastically.

"Why are you laughing at me."

"You know as well as me, that you don't want to tell me it is Marron who you asked out, you sly dog you."

"Krillin, I didn't ask Marron out."

"You didn't, then who are you going with."

"You want to know the truth."

"Yeah." Krillin looked at him suspiciousl.

"I'm going with Pan."

"Pan? I thought she was with Uub."

"That's just a cover for her father, Me and Pan are announcing are engagement then."

"Engagement?" Krillin was shocked.

"Look, you cannot tell anyone, Me and Pan have been secretly dating for about four years now."

"Four years, Trunks she would have had to been fifteen when you started dating."

"Yeah, but I love her Krillin, I'm sorry."

"Marron loves you."

"I know, however I'm madly in love with Pan, I'm truly sorry."

"Not as sorry as she is." Krillin turned around to leave, however he said "Congratulations." To trunks first.

"Thanks Krillin."

/end of flashback.

"Why daddy? why did he have to ask her to marry her, doesn't he see I love him more?." She was crying full force now.

"I know lullaby, I know." Krillin tried to comfort her, but didn't know how.

"I mean Pan is thirteen years younger then him, how can he love a child."

"I don't know."

"Doesn't he know, she could never love him the way I love him?"

"He's a baka."

"I love him so much Daddy, I wish he could see that he is in love with me."

"I know you do."

'Trunks doesn't love Marron, I was clearly evident in his voice, that he loved Pan, but how do I break it to Marron, who is adament at chasing a dream.' Krillin thought.

"What's wrong? Papa?"

"Nothing, Lullaby, just go to sleep." He told her as she cried into his shoulders as he held her. Juuhachi, Krillin wife and Marron's mother had returned home from shopping, she walked into Marron's room to see her crying.

"What happened?"

"She got rejected by Trunks." Krillin replied.

"Trunks? Rejected her, Why? I thought he was single."

"Apparently not, he and Pan have been dating for quite awhile now, they are announcing their engagement at the capsule ball."

Juuhachi gasped at the revelation of Turnks and Pan's relationship. "He's seeing Pan? He's even engaged to her?"

Krillin nodded. "Yeah, and I don't know what to do about Marron, the girl is so in love with The boy."

Juuhachi shook her head. "Well, maybe he's lying, maybe he doesn't love Pan."

"No he loves her." Krillin exclaimed.

"How can you be so sure." Juuhachi raised her eyebrow.

"I could see it in his eyes, when he said Pan's name, his whole face lit up, it is the same look Goku has when he sees Chi Chi, the same one Gohan gets when he thinks about Videl, even the look Vegeta has for Bulma when he thinks no one is looking and it is the same look I have when I think about you."

Juuhachi took a deep breath and sat down on the bed next to her daughter who was not asleep. "Can't we force him to love her?"

"Would you want someone to tell you who you loved."

"No, but Pan is thirteen years his junior, how can he fall for some one who is younger then he is."

"I did." Krillin stated firmly.

"How so?"

"Juu chan, technically we are about thirteen years apart as well, mentally. "

"Well that's different."

"How is it different."

"Pan is still an immature child."

"I don't believe that, We don't give her the credit she deserves."

"And pray tell what that is?"

"The credit she deserves is she had lived in space with two men, no make that two saiyans for an entire year, she had been through a lot, and she definitely doesn't deserve the bashing some people give her."

"I'm not bashing her."

"Juu chan, we're just going to have to accept that Trunks loves Pan and not our Marron."

"I just... I don't know, wish she could find someone who can love her unconditionally like You love me or Goku loves Chi Chi." She whispered, a single tear escaped her eye.

Krillin went up behind his wife and put his around her. "I love you, she'll get over it."

"I hope so."
