CHAPTER NINE
At the very same time that Bulma and Vegeta were being absorbed in each other’s entrancing hug, Yamcha was pacing the gleaming tiled floors in the Laboratory of the Briefs’ Mansion!“Damn him!” Yamcha cursed as his hands found their way through his thick black hair yet again! How dare he cut him off from communicating with Bulma! What right did he have to do so? Vegeta may have been super speedy but Yamcha had seen the lightning fast movement that the Saiyan had made towards Bulma’s control panel in order to disconnect the conversation from continuing! And right now Yamcha just wanted to punch the Saiyan’s lights out! Regardless of how strong Vegeta was.
When Dr Briefs had said he had made contact with Bulma, Yamcha had at first been furious that her father had not thought to call upon him, immediately. But he wasn’t able to stay angry at the good doctor for long considering that it had been Bulma who had made contact with Earth, completely out of the blue. However seeing his obvious distress, Dr Briefs had started to compose a minor control panel to try and reach out to Bulma again. Yamcha was very grateful that it had worked! Seeing the way Bulma and Vegeta had stood with each other, so completely at ease in one another’s presence, that animal shirtless, had set Yamcha’s teeth on edge!
‘Why wasn’t she afraid of Vegeta?’ In his head, Yamcha had concocted various scenarios concerning a lost and terrified looking Bulma being manhandled into helping Vegeta! Of course in reality he knew that Bulma could take care of herself and that Goku would have never allowed her to stay on in space if he had felt that she had been in serious danger! But that did nothing to stomp Yamcha’s rampaging thoughts and slowly burning hatred for Vegeta! Yet seeing Bulma look as she always did – wholly beautiful and sparkling – had only infuriated him more! He knew he should be incredibly happy that Bulma was unharmed, and he was! Of course he was. However, he was feeling an ominous vibe as well. One that was rooting itself deep within his mind, telling him that things were about to change dramatically. And not for the best!
“You said that the ship Vegeta stole from you had a tracking device on it didn’t you?” Yamcha asked curiously as he turned to look at Dr Briefs.
“Yes it does dear boy.” Dr Briefs replied in his thoughtful tone.
“And the ship that Goku recently came back in, do you think that could be modified so I could use it.”
There was a long pause in which Dr Briefs just stared thoughtfully at Yamcha – while twirling the ends of his lavender colored mustache with his fingers – before he spoke again. “I would really enjoy working on a space pod again. Yes I could do that for you.”
“Perfect!” Yamcha smiled secretively a plan having formed in his head and his mind already made up. Although he was left in no doubt that Dr Briefs knew exactly why he suddenly needed a space ship! He was going on a little trip! He would search the deepest depths of space and he would return home! With Bulma! Now why did he feel that she needed convincing?

“I want you to upgrade the gravity machine immediately. I have some training to do!” It was those words that played over and over again in Bulma’s head as she sighed disheartened-ly for what felt like the millionth time now! She lay sprawled on the double bed, her hands playing with her silky blue hair that had grown to her waist since her last cut on Earth. ‘I should definitely get this cut!’She had felt so lost in Vegeta’s intimate embrace that time and reality had seemed furthest from her brilliant mind in that single moment. Nothing but Vegeta and she had ceased to exist in the little world she had created while securely held in his energy embrace! Not to Vegeta though. He had, after what felt like a lifetime – a very pleasurable lifetime to Bulma – broken that, that … oh there were no words to explain the way she felt in his arms. Well not literally in his arms, but being enveloped in his energy. And then he had to ruin the moment by running of to train. After which he hadn’t been as he was without his energy. Marginally less arrogant and annoying that was!
It wasn’t that he was avoiding her, but rather that he spent so much time in the control room fighting invisible opponents in four hundred times gravity that Bulma hardly ever got the chance to speak to him. And whenever he did stop for a relatively short break, to refuel, he was snippy with her and often tried to bite of her head! Confrontation was the last thing she wanted with the moody Saiyan. Not that she was afraid of him but rather because she was extremely hurt by his lustful determination to become a Super Saiyan. Everything else, including herself, paled in comparison to his need to reach that legendary transformation. And that made her feel awfully neglected! Silly, she knew, but still she couldn’t help the way she felt about Vegeta.
If he would let her she would have helped him reach his goal! However seeing first hand how much this meant to him Bulma hadn’t found the courage to tell him that she could give him what he wanted. And she wasn’t just talking about mind blowing sex – although she had no doubt that if they did engage in wild, carnal sex it would be just that – but rather his deepest desires!
Kami, how ruled by a man she had become! She had always thought that she would never ever let a man be the sole concern of her existence and yet here she was, doing exactly that! It rankled! ‘But it’s not like I have anything better to do here.’ Bulma tried to defend herself from her sometimes omniscient mind! She was supposed to be a grown woman with some experience, enough to be able to keep her head in any situation. And yet here she was, lusting, drooling, fantasizing about a man whose number one priority was not her. She was like a love sick teenager dreaming of happily ever after’s while Vegeta was only concerned about his own needs! What did that say about her?
And if she was really being honest with herself, what kind of daughter, friend, lover was she – considering how engrossed she was in everything that was Vegeta – that thoughts of her own family and friends back home were far and few in between Vegeta to say the least. She did miss them! Just not as much as she thought she would have. It was like Vegeta had taken her previous self and turned her into a woman whose only concern was him. And he had done so with the minimalist of efforts. Her minor obsession with the Saiyan Prince had sprung like a small shoot while she met him on Namek and then later rooted itself within her while she spent much time with him in the lonely depths of space. But had they been anywhere else, had they been two completely different people, Bulma was certain that she would have still found him irresistibly intriguing!
How could she – how could any woman – not find him so irresistible! He was gorgeous, strong, arrogant, haughty, proud and mouthwateringly sexy. But he was also the perfect example of a real man hiding his vulnerable self behind a proud and cold exterior. And there was nothing more tempting than a man with hidden scars and layers of complexities. At least not to Bulma there was!
He had not encouraged her to lust after him – except for that one dizzying kiss – he had not encouraged her to become emotionally involved in him and he had certainly not asked her to stay. He had not given her back her capsule and she had not asked for it either. For he could have simply just have forgotten. Part of her however, wanted to think it was because he wanted her to stay. Although at the time she had found his energy embrace so contradicting to his behavior towards her. But she had refused to read too much into it! In all honesty he had only shown her nothing but cold indifference. Yes, he obviously wanted her but that did not mean he cared about her. She wasn’t even all that sure if he was capable of that emotion yet. Of caring! But that did not mean he couldn’t learn not to. He could – if he had someone worth caring about!
But he had saved her. Thrice! He didn’t have to do so the last time they had met, and even if he had done so for his own selfish reasons the first two times, that still lead her back to why he had saved her the third time? She was definitely not trying to romanticize the thought of Vegeta saving her! She was not trying to paint him as a white night in shining armor – for to do that would be insanely foolish on her part, right? – but he didn’t have to save her on Planet Yardrat, and yet he had. She couldn’t figure out why and she couldn’t ask Vegeta for the fear of sounding dreamy and star stuck and more so for hearing his reasoning. She was afraid that saving her that third time had nothing to with her but rather just instinct! And maybe a part of her didn’t want that confirmed by the man she was so hopelessly infatuated with now. Maybe part of her just wanted to go on relishing the tasty fact that he had rescued her like her Prince Charming would have done had she been in distress! ‘Kami! And here I thought I was finally done with this fairytale hope of meeting my Prince.’
“Urgh!” Bulma groaned in frustration. He was such a contradicting character that she was having difficulty figuring out his actions. And yet, through it all it seemed, she had grown to care about him. Even like him. It was laughable she knew – but she did. She liked his dry sense of humor, his warped sense of honor, his proud haughtiness, his sharp wit and most of all his kisses. Oh how she liked that!
And now, where did that leave her? She was a very philosophical woman, the type of person who really didn’t believe that much in coincidences. Never really had when it came to momentous happenings in her life. And could she call her meetings with Vegeta momentous? Of course she could! She would be silly not to think of it as anything but! And look at how it had impacted her life. She had grown up more in the space of five months than she had in her entire two decades of life!
So was it fate? Was Vegeta in her life for an ultimate reason? And right now, she just couldn’t imagine her destined path being complete without meeting Vegeta along the way! As if she had conjured up his dark presence from her imaginative thoughts Vegeta appeared before her in all his sweaty, masculine, muscled glory and Bulma unconsciously licked her lips.
Vegeta watched as Bulma’s deep blue eyes clashed with his. Her eyes were so full of longing that it instantly made his chest constrict. How the hell did she do that to him? She was lying on her back, her long tresses sprawled out like the sea around her, one bare leg bent at the knee and her hands lost in her soft hair! Did she know how appealing she looked like that? Did she know how exotically seductive she was being? Somehow he doubted that. She was just being herself. And naturally she was a very provocative woman! With her astounding beauty, exotically colored hair and alluring curves, she could seduce any man in the Universe into doing her bidding! He wanted to dispense of his boots, training suit and gloves and then go to her, ripping of what little clothes she had on before sinking into her lush body – but now was not the time. And so he steeled his resolve against her and his uncontrollable lust for her, jaw tightening and fists clenched, so he could speak to her. However, she beat him to it!
“You still haven’t reached it have you?”
He didn’t need to answer her rhetorical question and yet it burned his pride to admit that he still had not reached the Legendary! He should have been angry that she took such a liberty to ask him such questions so candidly, but he was not! Because that was just the way Bulma was. She never minced words and always said what was on her mind. Even if she shouldn’t! However, the time in her company had made him glad that she was so honest with him. After all of the time he spent always trying to establish who was lying and who wasn’t, it was a refreshing change not to have to do so anymore!
After a week of intense training all he had managed to do, besides increasing his strength, was master four hundred times gravity. A truly magnificent feat in itself but not one he could be proud of while the illustrious transformation to Super Saiyan still eluded him! His lack of success was like a poisonous disease, spreading through his entire being, acidic-ally wasting away his iron clad determination, his tenacity to keep trying and slowly his sanity! And all the while he kept seeing Kakarot’s goofy face flashing before his eyes, taunting him into working harder. And while his nemesis kept him alive and kicking everyday, spurring him on to reach his goal, his hatred for the other Saiyan grew tenfold.
“I will reach it soon. I can feel the power with in me … sometimes.” Vegeta muttered the last word with reluctant incoherency. However it was the truth! Another reason that kept him fighting so determinedly. There were moments, brief though it was, when he could literally feel the magnetic pull of an energy untapped into, at his fingertips. And yet when he tried to pull at it, hold on to it, claim it as his own it vanished like the small spark it proved to be! It frustrated him to no end!
“Of course the power is with in you Vegeta, you have the potential to become a Super Saiyan, you just aren’t doing it right!” Bulma huffed, irritation setting in. This was not the way she had planned to tell Vegeta, however it somehow felt right. Like it was now or never time!
“And what makes you such and expert on this woman?” Vegeta obviously didn’t know that Bulma had become some sort of expert on the topic from her recent activities.
“I don’t claim to be an expert, but unlike you I have listened to Goku …”
“That clown knows nothing about being a true Saiyan.” Vegeta scoffed indignantly! That was the truth, Kakarot probably knew more about being an Earthling than he ever did about being a Saiyan. Understandable, considering he had a head injury and then spent his life growing up on Earth with no recollection of who he was whatsoever. However, Vegeta did not feel understanding towards the other Saiyan!
But he was still in a complicated dilemma right now! Ren had contacted him to confirm that King Cold was indeed on Planet Saivic. Vegeta was not yet ready to face the Lizard King and yet what choice did he have? He could run away but that would place an end to all his plans and he was not a coward. But what had truly kept him spurred on for so long was the woman who was now sitting up and staring at him intently. She would know they were stopping in three short days and although she hadn’t confirmed whether she would be staying or leaving him Vegeta felt himself unnaturally concerned about her. King Cold would use any advantage he could to rub a defeat or ensure a victory against Vegeta. And if he found Bulma … Vegeta’s mind refused to think about the consequences of that faith. He needed to keep cool. ‘A warrior must always remain detached.’
“And what about the woman My Lord?” Ren had asked in a slightly jealous undertone that had made Vegeta roll his eyes.
“What about her?” Vegeta asked gruffly.
“Well I assume that she is still with you. Do you think it wise that she accompany you on this little trip?”
Vegeta had known that Ren was more concerned about the role she would play if Bulma was currently in his life. The other woman obviously was still very much interested in warming the Prince’s bed. However the thought of Ren left Vegeta stone cold! In no way did she affect him anymore. Certainly not as Bulma did now or even before!
“Do not assume to tell me what to do!” Vegeta growled warningly and cut off any further protests that Ren had tried to make.
“Fine! Don’t listen to Goku, but I think you should at least listen to me.” Bulma demanded, bringing Vegeta back to the present and out from his thoughts. She swung her legs over the edge of the bed and sat up straight.
“Fine.” Vegeta muttered unconcernedly as he leaned casually against the door frame, his hands crossed against his chest.
“Good!” Bulma tried to conceal the excitement she felt at his singular word. Not wanting him to change his mind she continued on hurriedly. “Goku showed me the transformation. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Even someone like me, who can’t sense power levels, could tell how powerful he was. But I noticed that his hair changed color, and so did his eyes. And so I started studying your DNA.” Bulma explained as if it all made sense. And of course in her head it did!
At this Vegeta’s ears pricked up. “I found a unique power inside of you Vegeta. Buried deep, lying dormant, waiting to be unleashed. Of course all your genes are made more superior than any other race so you could be warrior and fight …”
“For longer periods of time.” Vegeta finished and Bulma gave him an encouraging smile as if he were catching on.
“Yes. Like you age at a slower rate or heal faster … It’s what makes you such fierce opponents and gives you such remarkable strength. But the power I saw inside of you reminded me of immune cells. They only really act when faced with a disease. And that’s when I truly understood what Goku was saying when he felt something just snap inside of him because he was so angry with Frieza for killing Krillin. And he needed more power to win!”
“Are you telling me that Kakarot really did become a Super Saiyan because of his feelings?” Vegeta asked in disbelief. He couldn’t say that what Bulma was saying did not have any credit to it! In fact it made a lot of sense. But Kakarot reaching the Legendary because of his feelings?, that was something he didn’t think he could ever accept as true.
Bulma rolled her eyes at Vegeta’s bewilderment however it made complete sense that he would not accept that part of her theory as true. “Well, the power is something that is pure, untainted. It comes from the deepest depths of yourself and that’s why I believe the transformation to Super Saiyan is so rare amongst your people.” She left it there, allowing him to come to his own conclusions. But she knew he would hear her hidden words clearly. ‘Saiyans lack the ability to feel emotions like mercy, empathy and love, that’s why the Transformation eludes them. That’s why a Super Saiyan only emerges once every couple centuries!’
“So what are you suggesting woman, that I start developing feelings to turn into the Legendary?” Vegeta mocked.
“That would take you an eternity – maybe two – to achieve.” Bulma smiled when Vegeta growled at her mockery.
“Look, the power is something that is harnessed during the years. As you train it grows. However it only truly unlocks when there is a great need for it.”
“But I needed to beat Frieza! How is it that I died at his hands?” Vegeta sounded like a petulant little boy then.
Bulma shook her head as if denying a little child a sweet treat. “No! I don’t believe that. I think the harder you tried to get stronger than Frieza the more defeated you became when you did not become a Super Saiyan. You were under Frieza’s control for a very long time Vegeta. You were always helpless, powerless to stop him and I think you believed that you would be the one to kill him. If not then you would surely die by his hands and his hands only. You resigned yourself to the fact that Frieza would be the one to kill you.”
Vegeta could only stare at Bulma. How did she do it? See through his every barrier as if it were as transparent as glass? How did she read the truth behind all of his necessary lies? And how the hell was she brave enough to call him like she saw him?
“You’re strong Vegeta. Very strong! I’ve been tracking your training after you regained your energy using my Scouter. Your determination is so strong I know you’re catching glimpses of your true power. But until you let go of all the anger and hatred, all the pride and shame the small sparks of energy you ignite will die a bitter death.”
Vegeta’s mind whirled like a fierce tornado with all the words Bulma spoke. ‘Hatred. Anger. Pride. Shame. True power. Sparks of energy. Bitter death.’ It was like a sea of denial instantly wanted to flood from his lips but he could not deny she was right.
Bulma knew she had Vegeta’s complete attention now and she was also perversely enjoying the look of incredulity and irritation on his face. It made her see the person he was. A flesh and blood being. A man who could feel. Even if it were less than complimentary emotions, he felt so strongly, so intensely, so brilliantly. Even his hatred was so strong it could scorch brighter than the nearest rays of sun. The man could bleed yes, so he was not completely without emotions. He was just never given the opportunity to feel anything but what he was shown!
“I can’t ask you to change who you are Vegeta. And I can’t ask you to start showing emotions like mercy in battles. But I have figured out a way to help you become a Super Saiyan without completely compromising what you believe in. A technological way.”
“How?” Vegeta’s eyebrows rose so high they almost touched the mark of his definable widows peak. There was no point in denying her words, she was no fool when it came to him. And he was not quite sure how he really felt about that.
Bulma let a ghost of a smile wander over her lips. “While I was getting the part to complete the reversal of my ED gun I heard some creature talking about a being that was literally brought back from the brink of death. It was unbelievable how he had been managed to be snatched back from the jaws of death. Naturally I was curious and I found that they used a type of forceful waves on him to reawaken the body parts he needed to function. It somehow reminded me of a defibrillator back on Earth and I knew I had to get my hands on this machine.”
“Did you?” Vegeta asked like an impatient child, although he knew the answer he still wanted it to be confirmed.
“Of course.” Bulma gave him a smirk that resembled his own so closely that Vegeta had to hold back his trademark characteristic. “If this force could bring back the dead, figuratively, how would it impact someone with a hidden power? So I modified the force a little and then used the waves on some of your cells that I kept. And presto, the power reacted almost violently to the waves.”
Vegeta could feel the anticipation gathering within him like his energy did when he powered up. Could Bulma be right? Was this the answer to unlocking his power?
“You have to trust me Vegeta. I would never lie to you, nor would I place you in harms way.”
Vegeta was, for the first time, at a loss for words. He had never trusted anyone but his father and the late Saiyan King had given Vegeta away. Of course he now understood what had truly happened back then but knowing that you were betrayed still hurt. His father should have never handed him over to Frieza in the first place. And Vegeta had been weak. Falling to Frieza’s every whim because he wanted to protect the old King. Emotions, feelings and trust made one weak. And from then on, Vegeta refused to be weak!
“I trust no one woman.” Vegeta felt obliged to say. However, the look of utter disappointment and hurt that flashed across Bulma’s beautiful face made him feel like the worse kind of scum on the Universe. Stamping down on his thoughts Vegeta continued, “However, I do trust your scientific abilities.” And that was the truth!
Bulma knew she should not have felt hurt by Vegeta’s blunt honesty and the fact that he did not trust her, but she couldn’t stop herself from feeling immensely disheartened by the cold, hard and callous truth. Kami, how she wished she could be as cold and detached as he was at times. But that was not her. And now he was telling her that he trusted her genius mind. Well that was something wasn’t it? A start?
Without waiting for any further approval from the Saiyan Prince, or even asking if he was ready for her help Bulma pulled out a capsule from her pocket. Besides, Vegeta would never lower himself to ask for help or admit how desperate he truly was. She would have to wait an eternity herself to see him without his pride!
She pressed the top of the blue capsule and threw it away from them, before the end of the bed. And in an instant a glass cubicle, not unlike a simple shower stall, appeared before their eyes.
“What is this? Are you going to wash away my sins in order to bring out my true power?” Vegeta asked with wry amusement.
“No you jerk!” Bulma scolded, it did no good to offend her work! It was a surefire way to rile her up easily. She always took great pleasure and pride in her work. She embraced her ingenuity with full arrogance and a project that meant a lot to her could make her extremely defensive. “I had to create a place that could withstand the force of my extraordinary power so we did not blow up the ship.” Bulma said proudly without any modesty and this time Vegeta did smirk.
He watched as she went over to the glass cabinet, walking around it her fingers caressed the transparent material like a lovers touch. He could see the sparkle in her eyes, the way her chest heaved and the licking of her lips as she examined her work of art. Strangely he wanted to shatter the cubicle into fragments for receiving her seductive ministrations. She walked along all four sides before stopping at the opening. She pulled lightly at the door and her back arched delicately as if she wanted to be the one to step in. As if she wanted to be the one to feel its immense power.
“It’s not really glass.” She said almost breathlessly. Could a woman be turned on by technology? Bulma could! “Its something fascinating called Glystal. It looks and feels like glass but do not be deceived by its outward appearance. It is so much stronger than that. So much more resistant. It can withstand almost any terrain. Even scorching heat.” Bulma said with a rueful smile as she swooned almost into the glass chamber.
“Woman.” Vegeta growled as he gripped her arm to stop her from falling into the chamber, he turned her to face him. His fingers immediately burned at the contact of his skin on her bare arms! But only then did he realize his voice was hoarse with desire. Seeing her act as if she were seducing her little invention had aroused him intensely and he had to swallow before he spoke again. “Are you going to make love to the damn thing or are you going to make me a Super Saiyan?” Vegeta questioned.
She gave him a wry smile before nodding slowly. She then walked past him, her sweet scent brushing against his excited senses, and went over to the little bedside drawer. She pulled out what looked like a mini control panel. “I will control the force of the waves from this little baby.” She said proudly as she waved the device in her hand.
“How did you manage to build all this?” Vegeta asked curiously.
“I did manage to pick up quite a bit from the market at our last stop. But whatever I didn’t have I found a substitute for.” Bulma explained with a casual shrug. He didn’t know that she could create a technological masterpiece with pretty much anything. Possibly even tin cans.
“You didn’t use all my Credits though.”
“I didn’t need to. I had a lot of my own Credits from the Planet Jumanah.”
Vegeta raised an eyebrow but only nodded his head. He should not be surprised, but this woman was just full of exactly that! She was truly an enigma that never failed to impress even him. The heartless, stoic Saiyan Prince. Be it with her exciting temper, her unrivaled intelligence and even her foolish audacity! Here she was, a novice at life in space and yet she had managed to procure enough Credits to purchase an entire new invention of unthinkable abilities. He could just imagine this woman, surrounded by mechanical parts and an idea in her head. She would have certainly sold even her soul just for the opportunity to bring the ideas floating in her mind to life!
“Shut the door will you.” Bulma inclined her head towards the door of her Glystal chamber. To her satisfaction Vegeta did not argue but simply used a minimal force of some of his energy to push the door shut as he remained were he stood. “I call it the Blutz wave.” Bulma said as she typed furiously fast on her mini keypad before looking at Vegeta. “Watch.” Her eyes beckoned him to do so also. And by pressing a large red button the entire Glystal chamber began to hum. A blinding electric blue light flashed within the chamber like endless strikes of lighting, waiting to reach an invisible target. The chamber vibrated as if it would shatter at any moment. However, after a few minutes Vegeta realized it was – like Bulma had said – strong enough to handle any terrain. Even forceful waves.
Bulma pressed the large red button once again and instantly the Blutz waves were stopped. The Glystal chamber hummed to its quite and still stature once again before Vegeta turned to look at Bulma.
“Are you sure this will work?” Vegeta asked.
“There’s only one way to find out.” She wasn’t making any promises but he could tell she was most certain that it would work.
“Fine.” Vegeta muttered as he turned to walk into the chamber.
“Wait.” Bulma’s soft tone pleaded.
“What now woman?” Vegeta huffed as he turned around agitatedly. Couldn’t she tell how wired up he was? One more second of this waiting and he felt like he would surely explode. Without the force of the Blutz waves.
“I think you should take of all your clothes first.”
He almost balked at the request however, the playful glint in her blue eyes convinced him she was being extremely mischievous. She dared try to make a mockery of the Prince of all Saiyans? Well he would show her!
“Fine.” He growled again, only this time it was much more fake!
The first thing he did was kick of his white boots. Then he lifted a hand to his mouth. Baring his white teeth Vegeta used it grip onto his gloves. Pulling at it he dropped it on the floor. Seconds later his other glove joined its twin in the exact same manner. He tugged of his armor, dropping that too on the floor, slowly, making sure she received a good view of all his muscles molded by the clingy spandex material of his training suit. Then he picked at the ends of his shirt and pulled it oh so slowly over his head, making sure to clench his stomach muscles as he did so. He saw her gulp and take a step back as if she could not handle his closeness anymore and he had to hide a smirk. Never breaking eye contact with her Vegeta put both bare hands to his hips, making to pull his pants down.
“No!” Her protest of his next action was breathless and desperate as she tried to remember to breathe! Bulma knew she sounded like a gauche teenager – stopping her first lover’s hands from opening up the buttons of her top – but she would not be able to endure any more of this slow, sweet torture, especially if he took of his pants right now! She already felt like she was hyperventilating! Struggling for breaths, trying to swallow in a mouth that felt unnaturally dry and begging for a non existent breeze to cool her heated skin! What was she thinking ministering a challenge like that to Vegeta! She had honestly expected him not to listen to her, that was what she was thinking! he certainly saw the playful look in her eyes. And never had she imagined him being so bold. It was very much out of his stoic character but the way he looked now – bare footed, bare chested, with his hands at the top of his pants – he looked anything but stoic.
He looked deliciously male, like a Greek god who had come down on the mortal plane to temptingly taunt her into entering a dark realm of desire and ecstasy.
“I think you can leave the pants on.” Bulma whispered huskily. But he did not listen to her!
“You said to take off all of my clothes woman. Are you afraid that you may not be able to contain yourself if I remove this last piece of my garments?” There was no way he would back out of this battle now. He had come too far. And she would loose!
“No! Of course not.” Bulma denied but even to her own ears she could hear how feeble her attempts sounded!
“Good, because we have work to do.” And without further hesitation he pulled the blue spandex down his hips and immediately his manhood sprung free. It didn’t lay limp but stood up proudly and boldly like its owner. He was aroused! And Bulma didn’t think it was possible for any man to be so well endowed. But then again, he wasn’t a man. He was a Saiyan male!
Vegeta stood before her, naked as the day he was born, proud and haughty. But Bulma found herself thinking that that was ok. He was perfect! His golden body chiseled and ripped! Kami, how she wanted to run her fingers along every hardened muscle, dip into every indent and feel him shudder beneath her torturously slow touch. Her eyes moved lower, devouring his muscled chest and rock hard abs, before she gazed almost adoringly at his erection. Was it her that was causing him to feel aroused? Oh God, that primitive female part of her really, really hoped so. She unconsciously licked her lips.
Vegeta had to contain himself from letting out a fierce growl and the need to go over to her and taking her where she stood. But contain himself he did! But he was becoming even harder by the minute. Her hungry gaze eating away at every inch of his body, making him feel like her gaze had touched him. And then she looked at his erection, licking her lips so alluringly that he almost could feel her wet, warm mouth around him! He immediately turned his back on her burning blue depths and stalked over towards the Glystal chamber giving the already fired up Bulma a view of his perfectly toned butt!
Bulma was the one who groaned in frustration as he walked away from her. She wanted him so badly she swore she was melting on the spot. But now was not the time! She took in a deep breath and tried to calm her frayed nerves. Once Vegeta was inside the Glystal chamber Bulma immediately set to work on the process of activating the Blutz waves.
This was it! The moment he had waited his entire life for! The moment he would reach the ultimate goal of becoming a Super Saiyan. He turned around in the Glystal chamber so he could face Bulma and with a small nod of his proud head he informed her he was ready. Oh he would do it! He could feel it in his bones, in his mind, in every part if his being as he felt the vicious strikes of the Blutz waves lashing at his naked, vibrating body! The Prince of all Saiyan’s would reclaim his right as the most powerful being in the Universe. And it was all because of the woman standing before him!
Authors Note: Well, Vegeta’s ultimate transformation was going to take place here – but I err, got carried away with some err other thoughts! Lol. Hope everyone enjoyed. Happy reading until the next time!
