Trunks' story

 

 

Trunks: okay I'll tell you everything, first I look older but I am really only 20 years old. Second I come from a planet called earth. Most of my family and friends are dead.

 

Tyler: what killed them?

Trunks: androids 17 and 18.

Tyler: androids?

Trunks: yes, a man by the name of Dr. Gero made the androids. These androids killed the fighters of my planet one by one and the strongest fighter named Goku died of a rare heart disease and left his pregnant wife and son the great warrior Gohan. The androids continued to destroy the world and finally Gohan accepted me being his apprentice and he too lost his life trying to save the world. The people left on the planet are in hiding mostly underground but they can't hide forever. My mother tried to build a time machine so I could give a cure to Goku but, the androids tracked me by my power level and destroyed the machine luckily my mother and I survived and she built a ship that can travel great distances in a matter of days so that why I'm here.

Tyler: so what do you want us for?

Trunks: with my super computer I have examined many solar systems and found the strongest fighters of two galaxies you're the Terra galaxy and the Orion galaxy.

Tyler: Orion, that's the name of the star closest to our planet besides the one giving us light.

 

Trunks picks up Lances head and force feeds him a bean and Lance quickly opens his eyes and knocks Trunks off him.

 

Lance: alright you freak you got lucky last time your mine.

Trunks: wait listen to me.

 

Trunks tells Lance the same story Tyler heard and Trunks left them with a question.

 

Trunks: so will you come with me?

Lance: (looks at Trunks with the eyes of a confused boy instead of a saiyan warrior) ……

Tyler: uh, so we aren't human, I thought I was just gifted with this power.

Trunks: all of the people here can do what you can if they trained hard.

Lance: so it's the power we have that convinced you to come here.

Trunks: basically.

Lance: then have it!

Tyler: ….

Trunks: what?

Lance: take my power make me human I don't want this power if I have to leave my life.

Trunks: I see you have a-

Lance: shut up!

Trunks: with your power I still couldn't beet those androids.

Tyler: so even if you take our power it wouldn't make that big of a difference?

Trunks: sorry.

Lance: so why did you come here to tell us if you die and they come here to just give up!

Trunks: no you can get better training in my world than here.

Tyler: fine, I'll go I have nothing to hold onto here anyway.

Trunks: well Lance, are you gonna let Tyler get stronger than you.

Lance: I'll go but, I wanna-

Trunks: you got twenty minutes.

Lance: I only need five.

 

(A home in the country side of the city)

 

Lance knocks on the door and waits.

 

Girl: yes, oh hi Lance.

Lance: hey how are you is Stephanie here.

Girl: ya, I'll get her.

 

A girl with long dark brown hair meets Lance outside. She sees Lance sitting on the top pole of a swing set. She walks over to him and looks up at him he has his back turned to her and is looking at the sky.

 

Stephanie: Lance?

Lance: oh, hi Stephanie (does a back flip of the pole to the ground)

Stephanie: you should stop doing risky moves like that!

Lance: (smiles) sure.

Stephanie: so you wanted to see me?

Lance: ya, um I'm going away for maybe a long time.

Stephanie: what do you mean maybe?

Lance: I'm going to new world to help save it.

Stephanie: stop lying do you have a new girlfriend or something.

Lance: no you're my one and only I swear!

Stephanie: then why the lie?

Lance: it isn't a lie, Tyler's going too.

Stephanie: Tyler, the Tyler you're always fighting I thought you hated him.

Lance: come with me

 

Lance picks Stephanie up and uses a lot of his power to fly fast to the spot where the ship is.

 

Lance: that man needs our help.

Trunks: hello, what ever he may have told you it is true.

Tyler: the engine screen thingy says ready Trunks.

Stephanie: no, NO I know you're different but you can't leave

 

Lance hugs her and she cries into his chest and starts to hit him saying “you can't”

 

Trunks: Lance, reach into the pocket of the jacket I put on you.

 

Lance pulls out a capsule, and Trunks presses the top and puts it on the ground and in a puff of smoke strange looking items appeared.

 

Trunks: okay I though I might need to bring this stuff. (Gives half the stuff to Lance) these are phone pieces and camera pieces they work together.

Stephanie: a phone and camera?

Trunks: yes the phone will allow you to see the person talking to you.

Lance: and the camera?

Trunks: the phone also has a computer operation you can send pictures to each other no matter where you are you can communicate.

 

After twenty minutes Lance got onto the ship and waved good bye to Stephanie and Trunks smiled and said, “Told you it would take twenty minutes.” As they left for Earth
