Rating: I'm going with R for violence (Oh… the VIOLENCE *shudders in excitement*)

Pairings: Gt x T, Gh x P, Special Guest 1 x Special Guest 2

Warnings: Doors having wicked sense of humor, special appearances (not gunna say who), Vegeta going back to his old ways for a scene *shrill cry of joy*

Disclaimer: *From inside DBZ Exec. Office* Can I PLEASE just borrow Vegeta? I promise not to break him! He might come back with a few knicks, scrapes- some bruising… worn muscles… sore around the pelvis area… No? AWE, COM'ON!!… Oh… all right. *Door opens and Lissa walks out. Suddenly Vegeta passes by her to walk down the hallway. Her eyes widen as she watches him take a few more steps. Then an evil smirk appears on her face and she rubs her hands together devilishly. She then reaches off the side to magically grab a long piece of special rope that drains ki power. She then gives a war cry that sounds like an Amazon Warrior jacked up on caffeine and charges after Vegeta off screen. There is a loud crash followed by very explicit curses from a gruff, male voice with lots of struggling and clothes ripping. A brief second later, there's a sound of something being dragged against carpet. Then Lissa appears with one end of the rope over her right shoulder. She sings "Zip-a-dee Do Da" to herself and pulls the rope behind her. A weight is dragged, and then white booted feet appear with the rope wrapped numerous times around the ankles. Legs gradually reveal to show rope spiraling around them to keep together. The rope is wrapped in many knots around the muscular torso with wrists bound in the front. The torso is halfway turned as the hands pry against the carpet to resist the tugging. Shoulders appear along with the neck. Finally Vegeta's face is shown and he looks a bit trashed with frazzled hair and ripped clothing. He spits curses at her while digging his fingers into the carpet. That results in making ten long rips down it as she drags him along…*

*Sigh* I can dream, can't I? (Translation- That wasn't real, and no, I don't own DBZ… YET!) Oh, that day will come. Oh yes! It WILL come!

Chapter 7- Why is Every Door Picking on Me?

It's a bright and early morning. The sun peeks through the window to shine on a bed with a half-naked sleeping couple. They are wearing boxers, to be exact. One has handsome features and lavender hair, the other angelic with raven black. The purple-haired struggles against waking up. His eyes flutter open to find two sleeping forms on the couch that was dragged from the livingroom last night. Goku snores contentedly on his back in just his gi pants with a silent Luna wearing a huge green tee and white panties, sleeping on his chest while all curled up. He cracks a smile at the sweet picture.

Goten slowly gains consciousness, signaling Trunks to roll over. He is met with sleepy onyx eyes.

"Oi, Chibi," Trunks whispers. Goten smiles.

"Oi." And the raven-haired teen leans over to press a sweet kiss to his lover's lips. Trunks responds back with wrapping his arms around the sleek but muscular body in front of him. The kiss intensifies for a few seconds and Trunks suddenly breaks away to talk.

"Look over my shoulder," he whispers. He watches Goten do so and a goofy grin appears on the Demi-Saiyan. Goten looks back at Trunks.

"That's a Kodak moment," Goten whispers.

"Oh yeah," Trunks heartily agrees then closes his eyes to proceed on kissing his Chibi into oblivion.

But a knock on the door rudely interrupts them. Goku snorts awake as Luna lifts the top half of her body up by using her arms.

"Hey, you guys! Breakfast is ready!" It's Videl.

"Be down in a sec!" Goten calls out. There is the sound of fading footsteps and both Demi-Saiyans sigh in relief. Goten sits up to see Luna standing up and stretching with a yawn. She stretches so awkwardly she reminds him of a content cat stretching under the warm sun's rays.

A loud grunt is heard from Goku stretching also.

"Mornin', dad," he calls to the older man. Goku looks up quickly to find that Goten has said that to him. He smiles.

"Morn. Man, I haven't slept like that in ages," he groans out while stretching his arms straight in the air. There is the sound of his shoulders popping.

"Uncomfortable?" Luna asks.

"No, it was great! I slept like a baby!" Goku exclaims.

"A loud baby," Trunks comments low.

"I dreamt I had a cat laying against my chest. It purred so loudly and it felt wonderful," Goku adds. Luna begins to blush.

"That was me purring," she admits low, and giggles a bit. Goten and Trunks laugh.

-

The five gather at the long dining table with Videl, Bra, Chichi, and Pan. As Bra and Pan fight over who gets the bathroom first, Chichi and Videl discuss the dreams they had last night and what they might mean. Goten and Trunks stare at each other in silence and Goku gobbles down his breakfast like it's going out of style. Luna watches him while giggling.

-

Gohan and Piccolo sit on their knees at a small table together at Lookout. Gohan chows down as Piccolo sips water. Mr. Popo comes in now and then to give Gohan a new plate once he's finished with the last.

-

Bulma is already at work getting tangled up in calls about her missing the meeting in America and trying to reschedule.

-

And poor Vegeta is still in the `Hallway of Hell'- his new nickname for the never-ending hallway of portals. He leans against a wall, feeling his stomach growling persistently at him.

"Wish I had a big meal before I left," he mumbles low. Then he scowls.

"I'm starting to sound like Kakarott," he mumbles low. His face scrunches up into a tighter scowl as he snorts at the bitter irony. This is the same man he is doing this for. He looks up at the ceiling, not really staring at anything.

"I really miss him," he whispers low, not caring if anyone hears it or not.

Suddenly there's a sound of chipmunk giggles. He lowers his head and low and behold, there's a huge buffet style table full of his favorite dishes, steaming and waiting to be eaten right in front of him. There are even a few pitchers of what smelt like sake. A chair is placed at the table, as if someone knows it's just him. He stands up quickly. Looking around, he can't find any source or clue of where all this came from. But he isn't about to pass it up. Taking his seat, he begins by grabbing bowls and pilling on noodles, chicken egg rolls, white rice, Dim Sum, and other yummy foods.

-

"I miss Tousan," Luna mumbles into Trunks' chest as she sits on his lap under a tree outside. She lays her left side against him. He cradles her to soothe her. His arms are around her, his right hand fingers playing with her hair

"Don't worry. I'm sure he has a good reason to disappear," Trunks mumbles into her hair. He lightly pecks her hair, near her right ear. It twitches a bit.

"Hey, Luna!" says the familiar voice of Pan. Luna and Trunks turn to find Goku walking with the Chibi on his shoulders towards them.

"Grandpa's taking me fishing! Wanna come?" Pan asks hopefully. Luna smiles.

"Sure." She gets up. She turns to Trunks a bit with a hand in his, like she's about to pull him up with her. But as she steps away, he slowly lets go of her hand, watching her leave with a smile on his face saying `have fun'. Then the three take off into the air. As Trunks watches them, he feels a familiar ki coming towards him. The sound of shoes scraping against the grass is what he hears and he doesn't flinch as Goten sits down beside him with his knees drawn up into an `x' against his chest. Goten looks up with Trunks.

There's a few seconds of silence between the two. Then Goten slightly leans over to Trunks.

"In the jungle, the mighty jungle, The Lion sleeps tonight," he hums in an off-key singing voice purposely. Trunks bursts out into laughter and Goten suddenly takes off toward the forest in front of them. Trunks jumps up and chases after his raven-haired beauty while chanting "A-wheema-wep, A-wheema-wep"…

-

Now that his stomach is satisfied, Vegeta wipes his mouth with a napkin. He has cleaned all fifty plates and five jars of sake. He then sits back- to fall onto the floor from the chair vanishing under him.

There's high-pitch chipmunk laughter all around. He jumps up looking very irritated as the table vanishes also.

"I have had enough of your games, whoever the Hell you are!" The laughing stops. "I am the King of Saiyans! A proud race that doesn't tolerate practical jokes from SIMPLE-MINDED DOORS!!" he bellows. There's a beat of silence, then "Sheesh, can't even take a joke," says a chipmunk-like voice.

Suddenly a door opens a few yards down the hall. There's light shining from inside where the door opens. Vegeta peers down at the opened door with an expressionless face, but his body language clearly shows uneasy.

"Well? What're you waiting for, an invitation?" says a higher sounding voice. Vegeta looks around at the doors, which appear harmless. He looks back up at the shining light. He steps to it, feeling the familiar warmth of the sun coming from the doorway. As he steps in front of the opening he peers in to see what looks to be a landscape full of flowers, field grass, and trees. Chirping can be heard and a couple of butterflies pass by the opening.

He turns back to the doors.

"Thank you," he says low.

"Anytime!" a cheery chorus of chipmunks exclaims. He gives a small smirk, then steps through the doorway onto grass. He peers around in a sort of awe-like state. The air smells like fresh flowers. The sky looks pink as butterflies flutter around and birds chirp happily from the huge tree branches of a very large oak tree to the right of him. Suddenly he hears a slam behind him and he turns to find that the doorway has disappeared and he's looking at the other side of the vast field with a river cutting right through it.

"Vegeta?" a familiar, but deepened voice asks. He whips around to find-

"Kakarott?" Vegeta nearly chokes out. It indeed is him, but he looks different. He looks about the same height, but he let his hair grow out past his knees then wrap it back into a braid. His skin has darkened. His face looks a bit older, and he has a deep-rooted scar curving up the left side of his chin. He's wearing tan-colored loose fitting pants, with a soft blue gi top that can open in the front. A white sash wraps around his slim waist many times and navy blue boots with gold trim encase his feet. What strikes Vegeta are Goku's eyes. They have aged, almost a decade older, as if he has witnessed so much.

"Yeah, I was told you were looking for me," the future Goku says with a carefree chuckle. His voice even deepened from its high-pitch cheeriness to brash and battle-worn. Vegeta gives a shake to his head while squeezing his eyes shut then opens them, trying to keep himself from falling into that sexy voice. Then he looks up to find future Goku smirking at him.

"What?" Vegeta asks.

"After all these centuries, I've forgotten how good you look in spandex." Goku replies with eyes looking a bit hungry as they travel up Vegeta's muscular frame. Then there's a small lick on the top lip. Vegeta chokes a bit and crosses his arms in a serious posture, though he's quivering inside.

"Who told you I was coming?" he asks as to change the subject.

"The Doors of Time. Man, they sure were mean to you!" the man laughs a bit. "But they didn't mean any harm. It's not like there are people waltzing into there everyday," he adds. Vegeta nods absently.

"Is Luna alright?"

Vegeta looks up to see very concerned eyes looking at him.

"Hai, she is." Vegeta answers and a heavy sigh of relief is heard from the future Goku.

"She's beautiful isn't she?" The taller Saiyan asks with a smirk and Vegeta smirks also with a nod.

"You'll be the one who names her." Future Goku blurts out. Vegeta's eyes widen at him with shock.

"I what?"

"You name her. Launkta Fina Son Vegeta. Launkta meaning `full moon' in Saiyango and Fina meaning `hope' in Kitasoran," Goku answers.

"Is that what breed she is? Kitasoran?" Vegeta asks while trying to pronounce the name foreign to him.

"Yeah, they're just as strong as us at level four," Goku chuckles out.

"There's a level four?" Vegeta asks in shock.

"Oh yeah, all the way up to ten!"

"Level ten?!" Vegeta bellows and Goku laughs heartily. Vegeta can't get use to that this is the Future Goku.

/Never stops training, the baka./ He quickly composes himself, setting on a serious face. /Remember why you're here in the first place!/

"Kakarott, I need to ask a favor from you," Vegeta says in a serious tone.

"Go ahead," Goku says while crossing his arms, showing his attention is fully on the smaller Saiyan.

"I need to know everything. Where these Androids came from, who created them, and how much destruction did they cause."

"Let's take a walk," Goku begins, leading Vegeta through the grass. The smaller Saiyan follows.

"As far back as I can remember those Androids were created by a descendant of Dr. Gero. I think it was a woman by the name of Lucy. Not much to look at, but what do I know about women?" Goku jokes. Vegeta has to smirk.

"Do you remember when they came?"

"Yeah," Goku says and stops suddenly, having Vegeta stop abruptly.

"It was the night of Luna's prom." Goku's eyes glaze over in memory as he looks off in the distance ahead of him. "She looked so beautiful in her ruby dress. Just like a Princess." Vegeta gives the man a few seconds fondling over the memory.

"You mean, Luna had a normal Ningen life before they came?" Vegeta asks to get the taller man out of his thoughts. Goku then starts walking again and Vegeta follows.

"They came out've nowhere that night, destroying anything and everything out of sight. They took no mercy on the weak or frail." he says in a much harsher tone.

"Were they stronger than the ones during Cell?" Vegeta asks.

"No, but they were much deadlier. They could watch me fight and copy my exact moves, using them against me," the brash man answers. "There was no way we could've known how smart they were until it was too late."

"Now I need to know about the time machine," Vegeta says suddenly.

"It's like the one Mirai Trunks used way back during the reign of Cell, but a newer model. You type in coordinates and it takes you to the destination," Goku responds.

"I need to know how to fix it and set it back before the Androids are even created." Vegeta says suddenly. Goku stops in his tracks, with Vegeta ahead of him. He then turns to the smaller Saiyan.

"You're going to stop them? How?" he asks.

"I'll travel to the future, your past, and kill that little bitch before she even thinks about creating those monsters. Luna doesn't deserve to loose us again," Vegeta explains with some gritting of anger.

A smile graces Goku's face.

"Even in the afterlife I never regretted that first night we had together," he says low. Vegeta gives a slight blush.

-

It's getting dark in the real world. The sun creates a palette of purples, pinks, and oranges in the sky. Luna walks down the hall to find the door to Goku's room ajar. She lightly places her hand on the knob. Slowly she pushes the door open. Goku sits on the bay window, staring out to the setting sun. He's dressed in just loose-fitting jeans and a white tank the curves over the muscles along his chest, abdomen, and back. His left leg is brought up to his chest as the right hangs just inches from the floor. His chin is on his left knee as hands weave together against the shin.

"Papa?" she asks low. He slowly turns to her. His face is sunk with sorrow and angst. His eyes are damp.

"I shouldn't have left him in that hallway," he whispers low.

She steps to him and wraps her arms around his shoulders and neck. His large arms wrap around her slim waist. She can hear him sobbing into her.

"It's been nearly a whole day and I still can't feel his ki. It's like he disappeared off the face of Chikyuu." Her fingers lightly play with his tangled spikes. She looks up to see the last of the rays disappear behind the horizon. Suddenly she hears light footsteps getting louder and stop in the doorway. She turns her head to find Gohan with his glasses on. He looks concerned. She just looks down at the sobbing mass hugging her.

-

Vegeta walks with the future Goku.

"I remember hearing an explosion and being thrown back. Then I wake up to find you holding me with a concerned face. They destroyed the entire auditorium of Luna's school. The first thing that came to mind was the children. But it was too late, everyone except Gohan, Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks are dead. Luna was nowhere in sight. We searched under rubble and bodies, but we couldn't find her. Suddenly I felt an increase of her energy nearly a mile away. Then there came a burst of blinding white light. Seconds later an explosion and you can feel the ground shaking violently. We fly over instantly to find her battling it out with two female Androids. They both took a toll on her before we found them. They would've easily killed her if we didn't intervene. In one night the entire city is wiped off the face of Chikyuu. In a few days the entire population of Chikyuu." Goku's voice falters as he says the last part. "There was nothing we could've done to save them all. The other planets came as fast as they could, but they were easily outnumbered." Goku recollects. He suddenly stops to face Vegeta.

"We had no choice but to gather the Dragonballs and bring forth Sheelong. We wished for Luna to become Immortal, like us." Vegeta looks in shock.

"Immortal?" he asks. Goku nods.

"Yes. Over a century ago, I made the wish. It was my own decision. It was the only way for us to stay alive and battle any villain that came to Chikyuu and try to take over. But there was a catch- if we are hit through the heart or decapitated, that's it. And you can't be wished back." Vegeta's face sinks a bit.

"So that's what she meant," Vegeta says low while looking away.

"The Android who took us from her is someone we thought of never seeing again." Vegeta looks up at Goku, waiting for the answer.

"A newer and deadlier version of Eighteen."

"WHAT?!" Vegeta shouts out in surprise.

"I know." Goku looks away. "We didn't expect it either." He then looks back at Vegeta.

"We all depend on you destroying this Lucy woman and her work. Anything that has to do with Androids, you wipe off the face of Chikyuu."

Vegeta nods in understanding.

"A Saiyan never fails. They either succeed or die."

"Let's just hope it doesn't result to the latter," Goku says gravely.

"Tell me, Kakarott. Did I ever become stronger than you?" Vegeta asks suddenly, having the man look at him with a slight confused look. It quickly turns into a smile.

"Yes, you did. It took many years but you succeeded in going to level ten, and I never did." Goku answers low. Vegeta almost falls over.

/I finally beat him? But-when-d-HOW?!/ By the look on his face, Goku seems to know what the smaller Saiyan wants to say.

"You were training by yourself one day and it happened. You came to me in the form. The first thing you said to me was `I am strong enough to kill you'. But you didn't."

"Why?" Vegeta says curiously. Goku looks off into the distance.

"Because I had Luna sleeping in my arms. She was only four and a tiny bundle." He looks at Vegeta with a look of recollection. "Up until that moment, you didn't want anything to do with her. I use to always urge you to spend time with her, even spar. But you would revert back to your stubborn arrogant ways. It was like you loathed her." He turns back to Vegeta with warm eyes. "But at that moment, when you saw her curled up into a tiny ball in my arms, something in you snapped. For the first time in decades, I saw you smile again," he steps closer to the smaller Saiyan. "Then, you lifted your hand to touch her. Your hand is only millimeters from her face and a low sound came from her. It startled us both and it took another second to realize she was purring." He gives a laugh. "She knew you wanted to touch her. She knew you finally accepted her." There's a slight smile on his face. "From that day forward, you both became inseparable."

Vegeta looks away, processing what he had just heard. An awkward silence falls over them for a few seconds.

"Luna meant everything to us- All of us. We died saving her life. Do you remember what that is like, Vegeta? To see the light of you life grow up in front of your eyes? To stay up the entire night watching them sleep peacefully, as if you are guarding their dreams?"

"Yes, I do now," Vegeta says low. He looks up into eyes that have seen far too much that even Vegeta can't comprehend it.

/He has matured over the decades./

"Then I wish you luck." Goku lifts a hand and extends it. Vegeta slowly takes it. There is a breif handshake, and hands separate.

"Luna is counting on you. We all are. Even your future self." There is the sound of a door opening behind Vegeta. He turns to find a hole opening up like a door in the scenery. Peering inside, he can see the hole leading to what looked to be a huge factory/lab. He turns to find the Future Goku walking away.

"Kakarott!" the man turns to his name.

"Who taught her to dance?" Vegeta asks suddenly. Future Goku smiles.

"You did." He turns a bit just as a form walks over the horizon towards them. As the form comes closer, Vegeta's eyes widen. It's him! Taller, with the auburn back in his locks, and a scar comes down on the right side of his face.

Future Vegeta stops only yards away, waiting for Goku. The said taller Saiyan looks back to present Vegeta.

"Tell her we'll always love her." Then he turns back and walks to the future Vegeta. He wraps his arms around the slim waist as slender arms do the same back. Goku bends down and steals a kiss. Present Vegeta smirks a bit.

"I will," he says low, then without another glance, he steps through the open portal-

To be in a warehouse. The loud brash sounds of metal clanking against metal, furnaces in overtime, and loud drills make his sensitive ears ring. He can see robotic parts hanging from hooks, as they are lead on a trolley to a huge machine. A small rodent-like creature scurries around with a clipboard, checking the machines. Vegeta stalks over and grabs the rodent by its scrawny neck.

"Tell me where Lucy is, or I'll snap your neck like a toothpick!" Vegeta bellows. The creature cowers as a small whimper escapes from his squeezed throat. He points in the air behind him. Vegeta follows the hand to find a control center shown by glass. He drops the rodent without hesitation, then floats himself upward. Peering into the room, he finds similar rodents scurrying around with mass loads of paper or folders. The stacks are so high that once in a while two will bump into each other and as a result, paper goes everywhere. Others push buttons, knobs, or pull levers. Out of the mess a human woman stands out in a white labcoat and long purple hair pulled back into a tight bun. Kakarott is right; she isn't much to look at.

He smirks.

/And I was expecting something a little more challenging./ He lifts a hand towards the glass and shot a small amount of energy, enough to shatter the glass and send it flying inside the room. Screams rip through the air as shards dissect every rodent in there. He uses enough ki to keep every stray shard away from the woman. She watches in horror as her employees are sliced into sushi. Then her eyes focus onto Vegeta and she cowers back into a corner. Keeping his eyes on her, he floats into the room, stepping lightly on his feet, loving the sound of glass crunching under his boots. She whimpers out with tears running down her face.

He then slowly steps to her, reveling in the sound of her whimpers getting higher at every step he takes. Suddenly she lunges at him with a glass shard. His movements are faster than a heartbeat as he grabs her wrist and digs his thumb on the inner side of it hard enough to make her drop it. Then he swiftly spins her so her back is against his chest. His other hand holds her chin firmly, keeping her head still. She cries in a sob.

"Shh," he coos while lifting the hand from her chin to pet her hair. She struggles to get free but that results in him grabbing her bun and yanking her head back roughly. She cries out in pain as her free hand scratches at his hand, which does nothing to lessen his grip. He leans over to her right ear.

"I will have no Android taking me and my family from my daughter," he says in a calm and soothing voice, full of sexuality and at the same time bone-chilling threat. He yanks on the bun to have her cry out again.

"So, in order to have my plan come into action, I must vanquish the problem." He then spins her around to face him. He lifts a hand to her face. An eerie yellow light emits from the center of his palm, spreading out to cover his entire hand in front of her face. She starts to sob again as more tears streak her face.

"You understand, don't you?" he asks in a soft voice, making it look like she voluntarily sacrifices herself for the greater good.

"Who are you?" she asks low with some hitches. He cocks his head a bit and smirks viciously.

"A king who will do absolutely anything to make his little Oujo (1) happy." With that he clamps his hand to her face and the yellow light surrounds her face. The yellow becomes blinding white, swallowing her entire body and his. Her scream suddenly cuts through the light.

From outside the factory- a vast field, away from people and wildlife surrounds it. Every window is lit up with the sound of vacuumed air being released. As the last one lights up, there is a brief second of silence. Suddenly the walls of the building start to tremble, gradually getting more violent as the muffled sound of an explosion is heard from within the building.

Then all the windows explode at once and her scream is released into the air with the intensifying sound of an explosion. They echo out in a vast field. The light intensifies from the windows and swallows up the factory.

-

Luna sits up screaming in terror. Lights are switched on and Goku grabs her to scream into his chest. He hushes her as she is reduced to sobs. Once again the entire house is woken up and pile into her room.

"Not again," Videl says low as she yawns.

"I'll go make some tea," Chichi suggests and walks back out of the room. Videl and Bulma usher Bra and Pan out of the room.

Slowly Luna pulls away.

"I dreamt about Tousan." she looks up at Goku with wet eyes.

"I was in complete darkness, but I felt him! He was in pain! I couldn't find him and no matter where I went I was held back. I screamed out for you, Papa!" she goes back into a fit of sobs and falls into his chest. He looks up at Goten and Trunks.

Suddenly there's the sound of the front door opening.

"Gohan! Where have you been?!"
