Time Flies By,No Longer Here

~*Trunks POV*~

I look out the window of a broken down Capsule Corp."About 5 years ago,before he left,Capsule Corp. and most of the cities where plentiful and beautiful.But now,everything is broken down,as are the people.Because 5 years ago,the only man who could save everything and everyone was killed.And this is the story."
~*~*~*FlashBack Begins*~*~*~
I ran outside with Goten,after a hard day at Capsule Corp. me and Goten decieded to go outside for awhile.We ran into Pan and Bra sitting by the river.Me and Goten stopped to talk with them.Meanwhile Gohan and Dad were out talking,not to far from Capsule Corp.A sudden movement of the ground startled me,Goten,Bra,and Pan.Suddenly we heard shouting and I knew it was my father."Dad!"I powered up and flew off closely followed by Goten.Pan and Bra ran to Capsule Corp. to warn my mother and Chi-Chi.

When me and Goten landed a pool of blood wasn't to far off,and someone was lying in it.Me and Goten ran over and knew the person to be Chaozu."What did this?"Goten asked me as he looked at our little friend."I don't know,but we better find the others before someone else ends up like this."Goten nodded and we headed to the closet of a few Ki's.This time when seen Yamcha up against a tree,luckily he was alive."How is Chaozu?"He asked when he seen who we were."He's dead."I said kneeling beside him.A few tears rolled down Yamcha's face.

"You have to find Tien." "Where is he?"I asked to worried to think."He should be the next person you come to." "Okay."I turn to face Goten."Stay here and watch Yamcha."He nodded and gave me a thumbs up.I returned the jesture and took off.I soon came to Tien.He was fighting,something.Tien was down and it was about to attack.I blasted the thing,it was dead.I flew down to Tien."Where's Yamcha and Chaozu?"I looked at him."Yamcha's with Goten,"I looked at the ground,"but Chaozu is dead."Tien hit his hands on the ground and looked back up at me."We better go,these things are after Gohan."I looked up shocked."Gohan?!Why Gohan?!"Tien shook his head."We don't know,but they make that point clear before they beat the crap out of you."I helped Tien up and turned toward the sky when I heard another scream."Dad." "I'll be fine,go to your dad and Gohan.I'm going to go help Goten with Yamcha."I nodded and turned Super Sayain and flew off.

I turn around at a movement in the air."Whoa,calm down its only me."Goten steps out of the shadows and I settle down and look back out the window."You okay?"He asks me."5 years ago,Goten.5 years ago I caused the death of the Great Gohan."Goten put his hand on my shoulder."No you didn't,no one caused Gohan's death."Goten sat down beside me and I looked over at him and smiled."We better get goin if we are gonna meet Yamcha,Tien,and Dende."Goten nodded and stood up.We both powered up and flew off to the now wrecked Lookout.

Author Note:Hey all another one of my sad Dragonball Z/Gt fics.Trunks is twenty eight.Goten is twenty seven.That basically the only ages you need to know.Oh and I don't own Dragonball Z/Gt though I wish I did.Oh and this is dedicaited to the death of a boy I knew.He died one year ago,his name was Justin Morgan.
