Pan stopped her training when she felt an evil ki just outside her GR door. She slowly turned and growled when she saw the tall red demon that she had been told about. She believed his name was Debora and he worked for Babidi. Pan kept her mind clear as she tried to reach Vegeta. She knew that he could help her.
“What do you want?” Pan snapped as she slid into her fighting stance. She only needed a couple of minutes to before Vegeta and the rest were here.
Debora smirked as he crossed his arms and blocked the entrance way. “You of course. Babidi told me that since there was another pure soul who was more powerful that I should retrieve it before the tournament. He would rather not have any more people involved than needed. Plus with your power we wont need any others. With yours Buu will be awaken from his sleep.”
Pan narrowed her eyes as she looked down at his side. There was a device that was just floating there, surrounded in his ki. “Really and how do you know that I would be alone?” Pan tried to buy time since she was able to get through to Vegeta. The fighters were coming and all she had to do was kept this red freak occupied until her mate arrived.
“I believed I would have to wait longer yet when you left the others you gave me an opportune time.” Debora smiled as he came further into the room. “Now which way will it be? The easy way? Or the hard way?”
Pan backed up a little further from him. She really didn’t want to fight this guy because she could feel his power level and it was above hers at the time being. Debora was now all the way in the room and the door shut and locked. Pan swallowed as she tried to read the situation. She really hoped that Vegeta or Gohan, or both, would show up and open the door.
Pan then realized something that got her out of the fight with Cell. Her grandfathers Instant Transmission technique. In her panic she completely forgot about it. Grinning she put her index and middle finger to her forehead. Before Debora could blink Pan was on the outside looking in through the window in the door.
Debora turned and snarled when he noticed that the girl was no longer in the gravity room but outside. Powering up he rushed the door and blew it off its hinges as he slammed into it. Pan was thrown back from the explosion. She could feel that the others were finally on their way however she knew that if her father showed up then Debora would just take his energy then hers.
Slowly and painfully she got to her feet and readied herself for an attack. Pan let her mind wander to find Debora’s ki signature but when she found it, Pan started to shake. Suddenly she was kicked in the back which sent her crashing into the ground in front of her. Pan hissed in pain as she powered up and stood up facing the monster.
“I am not as hopeless as you might think.” Pan sneered as she vanished from view.
When Pan did appear Debora had anticipated where she would appear however he hit through the after image. As soon as he turned around he was hit with a fist to the jaw. Debora’s head snapped to the side then he turned it back towards Pan with an evil smirk on his face. Pan knew that this creature had something up his sleeves.
“You fell right into my trap.” With that Pan was restrained by two guys. One was shorter than the other but they both had a ‘M’ on their forehead. Pan instantly knew who they were.
“I’LL KILL YOU!” Pan yelled as she powered up with the last amount she had which blew the two thugs away from her.
Debora grinned and rushed her. Both of their fist and feet were a blur as they fought. He could tell that Pan was getting tired because of her ki level weakening. Before she could recover Debora nailed a hit in her stomach sending her falling unconscious towards the ground.
Debora flew down to where Pan landed. Snapping his fingers the energy absorber device appeared be him. He quickly stuck the pointed tip into Pan’s side. Even though Pan was unconscious she screamed in pain from when the device started to absorb her pure energy.
>Vegeta & Gohan<
Vegeta felt a sharp pain in his side and he instantly knew that something was wrong with Pan. He snarled as he flew faster to where his mate was. He promised her that he would take care of her. Vegeta looked over and noticed that the bot was flying right beside him. He could tell that Kakarot’s son felt something for Pan.
“Let’s hurry.” Vegeta looked back forward.
Gohan nodded. “Pan is losing ki fast.” He sped up. Gohan didn’t understand but he felt as though Pan needed him to protect her. He had asked Bra and she said that from the time they came from he was her protector but that was all she would say.
Both of the sayains were flying as fast as they could when they felt another ki signature that they had not felt in a long time. Vegeta almost slowed down when he felt Kakarot’s ki. Gohan wasn’t any better. He already had tears forming in his eyes as he flew towards Pan and his father.
>Debora & his two lackeys<
Debora withdrew the machine as soon as it was full. He straightened up and turned towards the others that Babidi had sent with him. The taller of the two, Spopovich, caught the device with ease. The shorter of the two, Yamu, stepped forward.
“We’ll take this directly to Babidi.” Yamu then turned to Spopovich. “Let’s go.”
Spopovich nodded as they both took to the sky. However they were stopped with a large ki blast that was sent towards them. Yamu could see that the blast was aimed at Spopovich so he quickly moved behind him and took the blunt of the blast. He was instantly killed. Spopovich turned but was stopped when Debora told him to get the energy to Babidi. He reluctant to leave but he followed his orders.
Debora turned slowly to look over his shoulder to where the blast came from. He was shocked to see a man standing looking down at the onna laying lifeless at his feet. Debora smirked when he saw the man bend down and brush the onna’s hair out of her face. The mans face harden as he pressed his hand to the onna’s chest.
Debora knew what the man was doing and was surprised. He had not thought that anyone was able to transfer energy between people. Debora filed the tid bit of information back for later. He looked the new comer up and down. The man was about 6’1” with a dark blue shirt along with a orange gi. His hair was black and unruly.
“What are you doing here?” Debora walked over to the tall man that was still bent next to the girl.
Goku clenched his teeth as he looked down at the granddaughter that he would have had if her and Bra would not of come back. He could understand why the girls did what they did but they knew the rules of time travel. Closing his eyes he tried to ignore the vile creature as he gave Pan her energy back.
“I asked you a question you imbecile.” Debora walked closer to the man that was ignoring him.
He was about to send the idiot to the grave when he felt two other ki’s closing in. Debora snorted as he turned his back on the man that seemed to be unable to speak so he turned to face the new threats to his masters plan. Debora could tell that Spopovich had delivered the power to Babidi and Buu would be awake soon.
Goku opened his eyes when he felt Pan breath a little better. He smiled when he saw that she opened her eyes and smiled up at him. Goku took her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. He bent down and placed a kiss on her forehead.
“Rest my little shadow.” Goku whispered.
Pan’s breathe caught when she heard him use her nickname. She knew that this Goku was not her grandfather so how did he know. “G-Grandpa?” Pan whimpered as she felt tears falling from her eyes.
Goku grinned. “We’ll talk later. You need to rest now Pan.” Goku let go of her hand and rose to his feet.
Debora had heard the girl wake up so he turned to watch the display between the girl and the man. He could also tell that the other two fighters were almost there. He let his gaze wander over the woman that was now laying behind the man that had given her energy back.
>Gohan & Vegeta<
Gohan was the first to see that his father was standing in front of Pan. Vegeta wasted no time as he landed beside his mate. Neither of them payed any attention to Debora as Gohan walked up to his father. Vegeta gathered Pan in his arms then turned to Kakarot.
“She needs to rest.” Vegeta stated as he looked from father to son.
Goku nodded as he glanced from Gohan to Debora. “Gohan and I will take this monster on while you take Pan back to C.C.”
Gohan nodded as he turned to the monster that was staring at them with hate in his eyes. He felt a shudder from the intensity of his gaze. Gohan could tell that Vegeta had powered up and flew off when Debora took a step towards them. Goku quickly moved blocking his path.
“Let them leave.” Goku narrowed his gaze. “Your fight is with me.” He fell back into his fighting stance.
Debora grinned as he cut his gaze over to Gohan. “Too bad that I don’t have the device with me. I could of also used your sons power.” Debora shrugged. “Oh well, I will take both of you on.”
Gohan growled as he powered up along with his father. They both knew each others fighting moves so they worked together with out much thought. As soon as both of the sayains powered up til the point where the transform. Goku and Gohan both rushed Debora hoping to catch him off guard.
>Vegeta & Pan<
Vegeta was far away from the fighting however he could still feel the mass amount of power that both of the Son men had. He looked down at the woman in his arms. Pan was breathing however it was slower than normal.
“Onna if you can hear me.” Vegeta took a breathe. “I l-love you and need you to wake up.” Vegeta nuzzled her cheek as he felt something wet on his face.
Sighing he picked up speed. He knew he was crying however there was no one around other than his mate. Tightening his grip on her he flew faster than he had in a long time. Vegeta vowed to both Pan and himself that he would do everything in his power to keep her safe.
