Review:
“Goku speak to her.” Bra whispered. “She needs something to keep her mind focused or she will lose herself.” There was tears pricking the back of her eyes. Gohan went over to her and wrapped his arms around her.
Goku looked at Vegeta. “Should I or do you want to?” He knew that they were mates. He couldn’t interfere unless Vegeta said it was fine.
Vegeta was shocked but didn’t show it. Nodded he turned his gaze back to his mate. Her power level surpassed anything he could imagine. He shivered at the sheer force behind her. Pan could take out the world in little under two hours. Vegeta watched as Kakarot flew up in front of Pans face and tried to reason with her.

>Goku<
Goku flew up in front of Pan’s face. He could tell that her eyes were red as the animal was taking over. ‘Its now or never.’ Goku thought as he locked eyes with the giant ape.
“Panny its me.” Goku called to her.
Pan looked at Goku and narrowed her eyes. “Gr-Grandpa Go-Goku?” Goku could see that she was trying to control her mind but was slowly losing. He knew that he had to do something and quick.
“Pan come on. You have to calm down.” Goku flew up closer to the giant ape and took the mussel in his hands. “Focus, my little sayain shadow.” He didn’t know where the nickname came from but he knew it fit her.
“Grandpa Goku.”
Goku nodded. “I’m here, my little sayain shadow. You can do this.”
The giant ape flew backwards and grabbed the side of its head. The eyes were shut tight as if trying to fight something. Goku landed not to far from where Pan was returning to her humanoid form. He was rather impressed that she was able to transform into this. Pan looked as though she had red makeup around her eyes. The pupil was teal while the rest white. Her skin was covered in red fur except her chest and stomach. Her tank top showed them that much.
>The others<
Vegeta had to hold Bra back that way she would not run over to Pan. He also had to keep himself away. As soon as Pan returned to her humanoid form he let her go and she flew over to where Kakarot was standing. The others followed more slowly.
Vegeta however made his way over to his mate. Pan was extremely powerful in this form. He kept his eyes away from the ‘moon’. He was unable to find the words that did her justice. Vegeta had never seen anything as beautiful as his mate in SS4. Unknown to him a low rumble escaped him.
Pan smirked when she noticed that her power was not the only thing that became stronger. Her instincts were also at the forefront of her mind. When she heard her mate growl low to her it made her skin break out in goose bumps. She cut her eyes over to his and let the heat show through. Pan saw him shiver from his head to his toes as she cut her eyes back to the others standing in front of her.
“Are you ok, Pan?” Bra walked up to her friend. She was worried about her. The last time Pan had transformed into the giant ape she lost her mind and demolished half of West Metro City.
Pan nodded. “I’m fine Bra.” She gave her friend a smile. “No need to worry. I have control now.”
Bra felt a weight lifted off her shoulder. “Good.” She gave Pan a hug then went back to Gohan.
“You look so cool!” Trunks came running up to her.
“Can I be a super sayain too?” Goten asked as he appeared right beside Trunks.
Everyone laughed at the boys. Pan grinned and knelt down. “If you train hard then you can level up too. Hows that?”
“Yeah!” Both the boys yelled and went over and started to spar.
Bulma crossed her arms and grinned as she watched her son spar with his friend. Chi-Chi also had a smile on her face however her arms were around her husband, Goku. Yamcha went over to Bulma and gave her a kiss on the cheek as he wrapped his arms around her.
Pan felt her ki draining so she dropped out of super sayain form. As soon as her hair turned black she fell to her knees. Vegeta was over there in a blink of an eye. He scooped her up before the others could get to her.
“Are you ok, Onna?” He looked her over but saw nothing wrong.
Pan snuggled into his embrace and nodded. “Just tired, Veggie.” She mumbled as she dozed off in his arms.
The others were trying to hid their laughing behind their hands however only a few were laughing out right. Vegeta blushed as he turned and flew back to C.C. He knew the others would get their own way back.
>Back at C.C<
As soon as everyone got back to Capsule Corp they went separate ways. Tein, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, Bulma, Chi-Chi, Krillin, Marron and 18 headed back to the look out. Trunks, Goten, Bra, Gohan, and Goku waited there for Vegeta and Pan. They knew that Vegeta wanted Pan to sleep in the RT for at least two hours to regain her strength. Gohan was sitting next to Bra on the couch while Trunks and Goten played around in the dining room. Goku sat in a chair with his legs out in front of him and his arms crossed.
“What happened for Pan to reach that level?” Goku asked his daughter-in-law. “Something must of happened for her to lose herself.”
Bra closed her eyes and took a deep breathe. “It was about 8 months before we left.” A tear fell from her eyes as she looked up she could tell that Goku was worried. “Pan, Father and I were out patrolling around the compound that we ended up living in. It happened so fast that Father didn’t know what hit him. He was our strongest fighter next to Gohan and Pan. Anyways father was injured that he was on the verge of death. Pan went over to him and he told her to always protect me. Then he passed out from the pain.”
Bra clenched her eyes closed. “I had to do the surgery since mother had been killed the year before. He had three broken ribs and was losing blood fast. Pan had always wanted to be with father ever since she was young. She disappeared about four hours after he came out of surgery. She blamed herself for him getting hurt.”
“So she went out and let her anger and hatred of the enemy out and it resulted as her breaking through the barrier to SS4.” Goku said trying to understand why this young girl would have so much anger.
Bra nodded. “She took it the hardest. Trunks and everyone told her that he was fine but when she transformed into her ape state father had to fly out to calm her down.” Bra shook her head. “We were all worried that she would hurt him but instead of hurting him she caught him as he fell out of the sky from using to much of his strength. We were very surprised that she was able to do it but as father said ‘Kakarot could do anything even if he wasn’t trying’. Father was very proud to have a friend like you or at least my Father did.”
“So Pan went SS4 because of Vegeta getting hurt.” Gohan said looked at his mate. Bra nodded.
“Everyone was surprised that she could do it. Yes she had a tail but I do as well.” Bra looked at Goku. “For some reason Pan was stronger than any of the other Sons in my time. Whether it was because of father training her we don’t know.” Bra leaned into Gohans embrace.
“Seems to me that she cared more about me than you realized.” Vegeta said as he walked into the room without Pan.
Bra jumped up and went over to him. “Where is she?” She felt her heart beating faster with each passing second.
Vegeta nodded towards the stairs behind him. “I put her in the RT.” Bra relaxed knowing that her friend was alright. She nodded as she went back to where Gohan was sitting.
“So the brat surpassed SS3 when I was injured.” Vegeta took a seat and looked at the others. “Where were the others?”
Bra smiled sadly. “They were patrolling like us. They didn’t have any trouble because we believed that they were after you.” She closed her eyes. “Since you were the strongest they wanted to take you out then they could take over the world. Since Goku was gone they decided that if they couldn’t kill him they would take out the next full blood.”
Vegeta snorted. “Like they could kill me.”
Bra shook her head. “I am going to rest. Its been a busy time.” Gohan nodded as he picked her up and took her up stairs to the bedrooms. Goku and Vegeta just sat there for a moment. Goku glanced over at Vegeta.
“Wanna spar?” Goku grinned when Vegeta gave him a smirk.
“Why not?” Both of them headed out the door to try and pass the time.
