I Don't own Dragon ball Z. It's owned by Akira Toryama. This takes place way before the Cell/Android saga.by

Vegeta was really upset lately. He knew that Gohan had more of a social life than he ever did. He also knew that he had to do something to placate Bulma. He really knew that he wanted to be romantic with her. Also he knew his sex life was really lacking these days. Still, he couldn't forgive her for this pink abomination! He decided to go and take a flight. He just stopped off to Goku's place, and Goku and Gohan were at Master Roshi's place to get some Valentines plans for Chi Chi. He knocked and she let him in. She really was hoping that Vegeta was having a better day...
"You're not having a good day either...what's this world coming to," Vegeta grumbled.
"Hey...at least you're still single," Chi Chi then snapped.
"I have no Idea on what to do romantically!" Vegeta then cried out.
"Oh, that..." Chi Chi blushed...remembering the day she and Goku were married "...well it's going to happen."
"Why are you as red as tomato?"
"Because, Goku and I were at the Martial Arts tournaments when we got married!"
"Kakarot must have had to go through with that one."
"I know...he forgot he promised his hand in marriage to me."
"That really is bad," Vegeta then said. "Now how can I be romantic to a woman?"
"Well, the easiest way to understand women is to calm down," Chi Chi answered.
"I can't be calm with..." Vegeta started, but was cut off.
"I have the wooden spoon...do you want me to give you one on your behind?"
"No that would be utterly humiliating."
"Do you want my help?"
"Yes I do."
"Then be quiet and let me talk."
Vegeta then learned that those outbursts are what turn a woman off. In the case of Bulma however, she can hold her own. Still she also noted that he had to make sure that there was no other competition in the field. He then noted that Yamcha had been after her since they first met. She also brought him closer and told him that he had to be gentle to a woman. So gentle that a rose petal won't break up on hand. This got the proud saiyan prince's attention.
"That is super gentle," Vegeta then said.
"I know, you work your hand on her thigh like this," Chi Chi then said placing his hand on her thigh.
"Do I do it like this?"
"Yes, but you're too rough."
"Sorry, I'll go softer."
"Ah, right there!" Chi Chi then exclaimed.
"Oh wow...so that would work on a woman regardless of where I feel her?"
"Oh yeah, that really will work!"
Vegeta then continued to work with Chi Chi. He was getting the hang of it. He just didn't count on the final exam. However, once they got started, he worked on every thing. He was now calm when his teacher threw up some blocks. He then sat down with Chi Chi for the touch test. he touched her thigh so super softly. She let out an excited moan. Unfortunately...that was when Goku and Gohan came back in.
"Mom...what's up?" Gohan asked, confused.
"Yeah...what's going on here?" Goku asked.
"Your wife taught me how to be patient with women," Vegeta said.
"Well, this definitely is the final test you've passed," Goku joked.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Chi Chi asked.
"I've been clueless as to how to touch her to get a response from her," Goku answered.
"Yeah, I got used to the rough sex...but I want the gentle sex!"
"Vegeta, would you mind if Gohan went back with you to Bulma's?"
"That's not a problem," Vegeta then said.
"Gohan one day, you're going to be with a woman, you'll have to touch her very delicately," Goku then said.
"That's true, and keep your patience, and don't be loud," Vegeta then said.
That was a very awkward lesson for Gohan, Goku and Vegeta. Still, Vegeta went to go and try his magic on Bulma. Then on Valentines day, Vegeta and Goku got their women some roses and chocolate candy. They women really loved what they have done for them. Of course, Vegeta had a very broad smile when he touched Bulma's shoulder softly. Well...that misunderstanding really worked.
