Chi Chi began hyperventilating as her nightmare drowned her mind. She wanted to stop it all together but she couldn't. The dread overwhelmed her. "No." She whimpered silently, shaking her head in denial of her nightmare. "Please...no." Her cries became more desperate, but she couldn't shake the thoughts. Suddenly she sat up, not able to handle her emotions any longer. "NO!!! Please NO!!! Oh dear no!!" Tears ran down her face uncontrollably. "I don't wanna, please." Her breathing became quicker by the moment and she finally broke down into a sob. It felt like her heart had just plummeted to the pit of her stomach making her throat itch. "No no no!!!"

Goku opened his eyes as the woman's pleas awokened him. "No, Please NO!!!" It sounded like a plea for help. He instantly jumped and barged into the bedroom and hurried over to the crying young woman.

He saw that nothing had happened at that she must have been awokened from a nightmare. He made his way over to her and sat next to her. "Are you alright?" He asked, setting his hand on her shoulder as her face remained burried in her hands. He pulled her closer to him, embracing her until she calmed and finally breathed normally. "I don't wanna...please, i don't want to go...i can't....i don't want to become nothing." She continued to whimper into the crook of his neck. He felt her cringe against his chest, clinging onto him in fear. "Please." Her pleas were so begging. So sad. "Shhhhhhhh, it's alright." He carresed her back with his hands gently as he rocked her in his arms.

Chi Chi sighed heavily as he soothed her, calming her so ever gently. How kind of him, and he didn't even know her. How sweet. The feeling of his body against hers vanquished her dreadful nightmare and put her in a state of complete relaxation. The world became darker and she began to hear music in her mind as she fell asleep.

Goku moved the woman's limp body from him just enough to see her calmed face. So peaceful after such drama. He wiped away the remaining tears left on her cheeks and laid her down on the bed. He grabbed the blanket and pulled it over her. Then he climbed in next to the woman and held her close to him. And there he fell asleep embracing her body against his.
