All right here's chapter 8

Quick Note: All right I'm being serious when I say that need you guys to vote on a few songs in your reviews okay. Well one of the few songs that will be named later so please R&R. (Gets into a prayer position) I'm begging you R&R. With that said on with the story. This chap picks up after Pan leaves to visit Mihoshi and Kiyone. And Bra decides to go and talk to her mother about her dilemma of telling Pan how she feels and seeks her Bulmas motherly advice.

CHAPTER 8: FEELINGS REALIZED PART 2

"Uh let's just say that it's something you would never expect." Pan told her and ran out the door and in the air before she could anymore questions. And with that Pan flew out the door slamming it behind her. "But I need to tell you something," Bra said to herself after her friend left. She heaved a sigh of sadness and headed towards the couch to turn off the television before she curled up on the couch with a pillow and hugged it like it was Pan. "Why can't I tell her that I love her?" she asked herself out loud. "I've never been able to keep anything from her but now…" she trailed off until her brain spoke up.

It's because these are feelings of love not friendship and its harder to express love for someone than it is with friendship. "But how am I supposed to tell her that I love her?" she asked herself. Talk to someone who knows how hard it is to express his or her feelings for someone. Especially to someone they never thought they'd fall in love with.

"Now who do I know that's been in a dilemma like this?" Bra asked her brain sarcastically. Well your mother never thought she'd end up with your father until that accident he had with the gravity machine.

Bra gave herself a mental kick in the head. "You're right mom knows what I'm going through." She said out loud. Well not exactly. Her brain replied. "Shut up." She told her brain as she got up off the couch and headed towards the door and out to her car.

After locking the door she hopped in her car and headed towards Capsule Corp.

Bra reached the driveway of Capsule Corp. 20 minutes later and parked in the garage. When she entered the house she asked one of the robots where her mother was and it told her that she was in her lab. Bra thanked the Robot and headed up to the lab and was glad to find that she was alone. She knew her mother would be pissed but she decided to sneak up on her and scare her but took a moment to check that she wasn't working with anything dangerous.

When she saw that all her mother was doing was typing she decided to use her ki to slowly rise and then silently float up behind Bulma. When she was directly behind her mother she lifted her hands to her mouth ready to shout "MOM!" right in her mothers ear but before she could her mother went "Hello Bra." Bra in complete and absolute shock looked at her mother and asked, "How'd you know it was me. "Easy," her mother replied while pointing to the screens on the wall "you forgot that I have cameras in every room but the bathrooms, and I saw you ask one of the robots where I was."

"Damn." Bra said. "Oh don't worry about it," her mother said with a laugh "so what do I owe the honor of you visiting me," She said while giving her daughter a kiss on the cheek "Well I need your advice about relationships." Bra replied shyly." `Oh really," her mother said with a hint of sarcasm "and who are you having problems with?" she asked, "Well that's the problem." Bra replied "I'm having trouble telling the person my feelings for them."

Bulma looked at her daughter in shock "You having problems talking to someone. I never thought I'd live to see the day." Bulma said happily before asking "So who is this person? Do I know them?" Bra looked nervously at her mother and said, "You know them pretty well."

Bulma was starting to get an idea of who it might be. She was thinking that it was Tony due to the fact that she, Pan, and her brother had always been close and the fact that she knew Tony had a crush on her since the 7th grade. Coming to the conclusion of that's who it was she decided to ask "It's Tony isn't it?" she asked excitedly "I always knew you to would become a couple…" Bulma continued with her rantings for a few minutes until Bra started going, "Mom, Mom". But just as she suspected her mother didn't seem to hear her so she shook her mother and went "Mother!" Bulma shut up as her daughter began doing this and managed to go "What?"

Relieved that her mother was beginning to listen Bra continued "It's not Tony." Bulma stared at her daughter with a look of extreme wonder and confusion. "Not Tony," she managed to get out "I could have sworn that you and Tony would become a couple. I mean you two have always been so close." Bra looked at her mother with a smile and said, "I love Tony dearly," she said "but I love him as a brother not as a person I could marry."

Bulma continued to look at her daughter curiously and said, "Well if it's not Tony than whom." Bra looked at her mother with a look of fear and nervousness and managed to say, "Now before I tell you this I want you to promise me that you won't freak out all right."

After hearing this Bulma laughed but stopped as soon as she saw the look of hurt on her daughter's face. "I'm sorry Bra." She said with complete sincerity, "I promise you I won't freak out," she continued "because if I know that you truly love this person it won't matter to me as long as you love them and I know they won't you." Bra looked into her mother's eyes and saw that she truly meant what she said but before she could speak Bulma said one thing before Bra could tell her "It's your father that you should worry about." Both mother and daughter broke out into laughter.

~ Outside the lab ~

Now what the two women didn't know was that Trunks was standing outside the door listening in on the conversation. The reason that the young man was up there was that he needed to discuss some business ideas for his job. But when he reached the door he saw that his mother and sister were talking about a subject that was just too good not to listen to. So the purple haired half saiyan stood with his ear to the door and listened intently to the conversation. He was surprised at what he was hearing his baby sister in love. But who was it. So to find out more Trunks stood outside the door and continued to listen.

~ Back in the lab ~

The laughter that had happened after Bulmas comment about Vejittas reaction Bulma asked "So who is this mysterious person that you've fallen so hard for?"
Bra felt a huge lump in her throat as she tried to muster up the courage to tell her mother but for some reason the only sound she could make was a rasping sound. "Sorry sweety I didn't catch that." Bulma said still looking at her daughter. She could see that her daughter was having a tough time with this so she decided to make it a little easier for her "Now Bra. You don't have to worry it's just you and me in here and you know that you can tell me anything." After hearing those words Bra finally felt that she could tell her mother her feelings for Pan.

"All right here it goes." Bra said nervously as her mothers' eyes filled with nervous anticipation. "The person I'm in love with is Pan."

As soon as those words left her mouth Trunks collapsed into the room with all of his posters and his face burning bright red. But before he could even get up his mother had him pinned to the floor. Now Trunks could have easily gotten out of the position he was in but didn't dare out of fear of hurting his mother. "All right Trunks how much did you hear?" his mother asked her voice sounding like a cat hiss. "I only heard from when Bra told you about her secret and until just before I fell through the door." He said barely being able to breathe.

"MOM!" Bra shouted "get off him he was only curious." Bulma realizing that her son was a little short on breath jumped off him and started blubbering "Oh sweety I am so sorry." She l told her son while hugging him. "Its all right mom." Trunks said rubbing his throat "next time I'll be sure to go away if you're talking in private." After rubbing his neck for a second Trunks looked to his sister and asked, "You're really having trouble telling Pan you love her?" he asked in complete shock.

Bra looked at him and just said "Well yeah." "Why," Trunks asked, "I mean you've never had a problem telling other people how you feel about them." Bra just looked at her brother and said "Yeah well this isn't like with other people. I LOVE HER." She told her brother "and it's not so much telling her its how to tell her." She continued.

"Well you guys are going out tomorrow right?" Bulma asked. "Yeah so what's your point?" Bra asked her mother. "Tell her when you get back to the apartment." Trunks said matter of factly. "Yeah but more than likely we'll be drunk and she's more than likely to go ballistic if I tell her."

Bulma got up went over to her daughter and hugged her and told her "Knowing Pan she won't go ballistic. I think she feels the same way about you." Bra looked at her mother with tears in her eyes, "Really?" she asked. "Really." Bulma told her "so why don't you go home and get ready for tomorrow." Bulma told her daughter. And with those words she gave her mother and brother each a kiss on the cheek and ran out with a clearly audible "Thanks." And headed towards the apartment to pick out a good outfit to tell Pan how she felt.

That's chapter 8. Sorry if the endings a little corny but it's the best I could do at this point. R&R Please.
