Five years had passed since, Bra had found out that the boy she loved whole heartedly was in love with another women. She had gone into a deep depression, the only person she let in was ironically, Goten's brother Gohan, for some odd reason he was the only one who could get through to her.
She remembers clearly the day she had lost everything, she remembers the story from other accounts
**flashback**
Bra stood out side the house. Tears flowing down her face, her eyes red and swollen, she couldn't believe what she had heard, the one boy she had ever had feeling for, said he was dating her friend. "Why dende?" She fell to the ground. "Why?"
"Bra?" Bra looked up and saw Goten's brother Gohan standing there. "What's wrong,sweetie"
"Goten.. he..and they..dating" again she couldn't get a full sentence out.
"So Goten has a new girlfriend?"
"Yeah, I saw.. Kiss..Marron" She threw herself into his arms and cried into his chest.
He tried everything to comfort her. "It's gonna, be alright, he realize soon he cares about you"
"Yeah right, sure he will he and Marron look quite happy together, I lost my chance" She said in defeat.
"You're not gonna just give in are you?"
"It's hopeless Gohan san, he made his decision" She put her hand on her head. "I'm not feeling to good, I think i'm gonna go home.
"Here hop on, I'll take you" Gohan offered to give her a lift home.
"No I can go my self"
"No Bra you shouldn't fly if you're not feeling well"
"Thanks" She said as she grabbed on to his neck wrapping her arms and legs around his body. He took off into the sky. Towards capsule Corp.
Gohan and Bra had reached Capsule corp. They got there about the same time, Trunks had. "Gohan? Bra?" Trunks then noticed tears flowing from Bra's eyes. "Imouto Chan what happened" Bra couldn't talk still. He turned his attention to Gohan. "Gohan?"
"She saw Goten and Marron together"
"Oh,no, Imouto chan I'm so sorry" Trunks brung his sister into a brotherly love.
"Why Trunks, Why?"
Trunks couldn't answer that. "I don't know"
~~Goten, you will regret hurting my baby sister~~He thought. Trunks took off into the air. Bra called after him
"Trunks where are you going?" But she didn't get an answer. "Don't do anything drastic Trunks" She called out.
He was to far away to hear though, "Gohan san what do we do" She asked.
"Wait here, I better follow him"
Bra nodded, "alright"
When Gohan and Goten had returned, Goten was beaten pretty badly "Oh my god, Goten what happened"
"What happened, your brother that's what happened"
"I don't understand, Please explain it"
Gohan looked at his brother who looked back, and nodded.
*Gohan Explaination*
~~Trunks what are you up to~~ Gohan thought as he tried to catch up to the angry saiyan. "Trunks slow down"
Trunks stopped and turned around. Hs face was contorted with anger,he looked like he was about to kill, all he needed was his prey, and that prey was Son Goten. "look, Gohan no one, and I mean no one hurts my baby sister and gets away with it, Goten will pay for hurting Bra" Trunks yelled in rage.
"Alright, true he could have handled it better, but to go and kill him, Trunks is that really the answer"
"It would make me feel a helluv alot better" He smirked as he continued on his flight path.
"Trunks" Gohan called out. He was however long gone. "Kuso" Gohan cursed.
/son house/
"Trunks what are you doing here?" Goten asked, a little scared, he had noticed the anger on Trunks' face."Is this
because of Marron and Me, look man if you liked her I would have never" He was cut off.
"No, Goten I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about Bra"
"Bra?"
"She confessed to you she loved you, and you take that love and you crush it"
"I'm sorry, but I like Marron" Goten tried to appologize"
"Sorry isn't gonna cut it, Goten, you hurt my sister" Trunks said taking a swing at Goten, who quicky dodged it, but
Trunks disapparead, and then appeared to elbow Goten in the back sending him crashing to the ground. "This is My sister you hurt, bastard" He said as he caught him by the collar and said calmly, "no one hurts my little sister and gets away with it"
"Trunks, can't we be civil and talk this out"
"Civil, were you being civil when you ripped my sisters heart heart of her chest, and fed it to the piranhas?" Trunks asked in rage.
"I don't know what to say, I didn't know she would get this upset. I wasn't thinking, I'm sorry" Goten appologized.
Trunks scoffed, "You just don't get it do you, saying sorry to me isn't going to help Bra, I want you to appologize to her"
Goten nodded his head. "Alright"
*End of explaination*
"And that's why I'm here now"
"You came to appologize, does that mean that you want to be with me" Bra asked with so much hope.
"No, I just wanted you to understand, that..." Goten started to say, but was soon cut off.
"No, don't I don't want your pity, I don't want your sympathy,I'm Bra Briefs, and I'm strong and Brave, and I don't need no man to make me who I am, Now go away, I never want to see your sorry ass again" Bra yelled through tears.
Goten just stood there. "Bra?"
Bra turned around and yelled "I said leave"
Gohan went up to his brother, "We better go, leave her alone for awhile, let her cool off"
Goten nodded, and left, never to be seen by Bra again.

"Come to the party Bra Chan" Gohan said, trying to get the young girl to come to the homecoming of his first
Grandchild, he couldn't believe he was already a Grandfather. Pan had giving birth to Alexander Gohan Son Briefs Vegeta, Xander for short, Xander was born prematurely, and had some heart problems, he had to stay in the hospital under strict care for those months until he and his heart were strong enough to live on their own, thus the party and homecoming for him.
"I don't know Gohan, what if Goten comes?" Bra asked.
"What if he does"
"I don't know if I could handle seeing him just yet" Bra said
"I'm sure he would love to see you"
"He hasn't come by or called in five years"
"Bra he isn't the one who hasn't called, you are the one who shut everyone out, but me, for the life of me I can still never figure that out, why was I the only one you let in"
Bra was stunned by the question, what stunned her even more was that she didn't have an answer. "I guess it was because, you never judged me, I don' t know"
Gohan nodded, "Then come on, no one at the party is gonna Judge you , don't you want to meet your nephew"
"Yeah, but.."
"No but's just come"
a/n: will Bra go to her nephews party, will she see Goten there, if so how will the Time they had appart affect them. Will it be a happy reunion or Bittersweet.
